Marron admired the pool as she entered the hall that lead towards the living room of the twin's beach home. She was the last to get up that bed had been a dream come true for her. It was as soft as it had promised to be.
The fact that she had snuggled with several beanie babies was not a factor! She met Vegita Jr who was staring and sniffing at his energy bar cautiously before taking a huge bite. His eyes lit up and he ate the rest in another bite. Beside him Pandora followed his movements while Gokan still stared at his suspisciously.
"Oh for the love of Dende! Just eat it!" urged Gomen as he unwrapped what seemed to be his third bar, and bit down on it, tearing a large chunk off it.
Pan glanced at her brother disgusted and daintily chewed hers. "It has all the nutrition a saiyan needs for a the day," she said swallowing.
Marron took one and unwraped it before eating it. It wasn't bad. The flavor was a bit bland but what could you exppect from a nutri grain bar? She chugged down the flavor with the twin's favorite drink. Orange juice. Dende forbid we have any coffee.
Pandora glanced at the last nutri grain bar they were to have for this morning and slowly tiptoed her way to it. As her fingers brushed it, so did Vegita Jrs.
She glared at him. "Mine!" she muttered picking it up.
To her suprise Vegeta Jr tugged back and growled. "Mine."
The others witnessed the slight tousling and said nothing, although Gokan's tail was as puffy as a cat's when they were alarmed. He knew the prince would not hurt his sister but for him to even get so close...sis better watch it. She knows we aren't normal saiyans.
The tousle ended with Pandora breaking the nutri gran bar in two, leaving both saiyans hapily fed and cuddled beside each other. Pan felt a spark of jealousy for a minute but it ebbed when she remembered that Vegeta Jr wasn't what she was looking for. Not anymore.
Gomen shook his head. "OOOkay then. Now that everyone has eaten, what's our next move? I vote to find the androids now, and get rid of the mess before it happens," he said glncing at his twin. He knew she was against his plan and he understood why, but why else were they sent so many years before the androids?
Pan glared at him." You know what I think on that, Gomen. We could inadvertently make things worse for the Z fighters."
Pandora spoke blushing, and pushing a satisfied Vegeta Jr from her. "What if we took this time to train? I'm sure what is ahead of us won't be so easy."
Marron nodded. "It would definetly benefit me. I'm really out of shape," she admitted head down. She didn't catch both Gomen and Gokan's glance at her. Gomen glared at Gokan when he caught him looking at Marron too. Buzz off she's from my universe. I saw her first.
He growled low and Pan whacked him on the head. "Behave," she said.
Vegeta Jr had his eyes closed. He was weighing the pros and cons of each plan as he had been taught to do in the royal court. He agreed with Pan. The dimension could change completely If they messed too much with certain things but he also agreed with Gomen. They had been sent on this mission to find medallians and that ment they had to play certain parts too. There was nothing that said they couldn't train though.
He opened his eyes and spoke. Being the second eldest and the most trained for something like this, the others listened. "Our mission is to find the seven medallians of Saya. We have certain parts to play in the history of this world whether for good or bad. While I don't suggest we change things completely, some things are going to change due to our interactions. I doubt we'll be here more than a year."
"We ought to train for our many obstacles that the Kai warned us of as well," mentioned Pandora and Vegita Jr nodded.
"That should be our second priority to the medallans. We don't know what awaits us in the future," he said.
Pan and Gomen nodded while Gokan bowed. Marron on the other hand wasn't so sure about things being so cut and dry. They had been placed here for something and she had a feeling it involved her family far more than they thought. What if they really were supposed to stop Gero from taking her mother and uncle? Would she even be born in this universe? So many questions so many ways things could go.
It was Gokan who asked a very important question. Scratching his neck, he glanced at all the thrown wrappers around them. "I hope someone brought some form of currency. We ate all our food."
Vegeta Jr nodded and took out a bag of gold. "I took some of my inhereitance out. I brought quite a bit."
Gomen glanced at the gold warily. "How much is a bit?"
"About half my inheritance. Mother didn't want me to into this blindly," he said. The others' eye's widened.
"Prince, that is too much!" Pandora said quickly hiding the gold he had in his hand lest any get any idea. While she trusted the others, she did not trust their luck. Something was telling her to be careful.
"This system works on a different currency. What the hell can we do with so much gold?" muttered Gomen.
Pan smirked. "Leave that to me," she said. She had a plan to change their currency. It wasn't exactly legal but they needed the money. Who knew how long they would be here.
Marron glanced at her charge warrily. Nothing was ever easy with the twins. "Whatever you've planned, count me in."
Gomen glanced at his sister knowing what she had been up to. "Me too."
Gokan put his book down and glanced at Marron blushing. "I'm in."
Pandora watched as Gomen bristled at Gokan's blatant interest in Marron and sighed. He's looking to start a territorial war with Gomen. I wonder? Does Gomen even know how much the blond means to him? This is a powder keg waiting to explode.
She felt a tail brush against hers in comfort and glanced at Veget Jr who was studying the whole scene with great interest. He glanced over to her and nodded before sliping his tail off hers
She gave a small smile and approached him. "What do you see?"
His onyx eyes shined in mirth. "I see the future of our worlds. It's looking...complicated."
She laughed. "Gokan needs training. Can you help me train him?"
"And you?" he asked crossing his arms and looking much like his father.
She smiled. Yes, me too."
"Very well, but I won't go easy."
