BURNING MANDALA!"
"SHINE AQUA ILLUSION!"
"VENUS LOVE-ME CHAIN!"
"MOON TIARA ACTION!"
"SUPREME THUNDER!"
"DEEP SUBMERGE!"
"WORLD SHAKING!"
"Dead Scream."
He looked at the ensuing battle between the pervert's wet dream incarnate and their opposition, the strange combination between a woman and a light bulb, from his vantage point on top of the nearby building. So, this is the group that needs to be protected?
Hmm, only two of them is martial artist, the blonde with short hair and the long reddish-brown girls, based on their way stand and using their abilities. The long-haired blonde and the green-haired with staff is not a martial artist like the other two, but they have more experience in using their power, with the green-haired woman as the most experienced in their group. Which means she is either the most talented, or the oldest among the girls. The one with ice magic and palmtop computer that looked like that bitch he once knew, minus the bitchiness, is the brain of this group, based on how she screamed "Evade!" and how/when to attack the light bulb youma. The fire-wielding one is probably, nay, definitely a priestess. She has a more developed Ki and like most demon hunters, she whipped out ofuda occasionally. The teal-haired girl, one with mirror and water attack, moved with certain elegance only the rich type tends to do. Many failed to do so, and they just ended up looking like a snob. But this one managed to do it just right. And the other two...
The youngest one is this group's heavy hitter, based on the amount of raw magic leaked from her body. But she just likes him. Their spell is too overpowered to be used on Earth. Entropy, huh? Her magic is like...silence after a sudden apocalypse.
The blond with two balls on her head is the leader of this skimpy and indecently clad group of magical warriors. She, with that brooch, radiated the most magic he had ever seen, not including the youngest one. But unlike the youngest entropy-based spell, she is more like a priestess, able to purify the impurities. He doubts she can purify the Jusenkyo curse, however. Jusenkyo was created using Chaos and Death magic, after all, the very opposite of her Order-based magic.
But still...why do Skuld, Sol-chan, and Ama-chan want him to come here today? Is it to protect these girls? From what he has seen, they have it under their control.
But did he have to be like one of them to do it? He knew that a physical attack will do nothing too damaging to any youma or daimon, based on when he encountered and fought one of them when they changed their base of operation to Nerima for a short while. Even his confidence-laced Ki blast doesn't work, they just absorbed his attack. Physical beatings or his usual Ki blast doesn't work, but a vacuum blade, Umisenken, or overwhelming positive or just pure Ki-blast still works. Same with his weird and indestructible wings of light that he can mold into armor, sword, and shield. It apparently comes from his late Mother's family, as Panda can't do anything like he was able to, according to Ama-chan.
During his first battle, he has to make up an overwhelming positive Ki variant of Moko Takabisha during his battle with youma that attacked Furinkan.
Also, he is one of the few from Nerima that can fight youma and daimon. And the only one who can fight while still using Ki actually. As only he was able to effectively produce positive Ki without any impurities. He did struggle to produce pure Ki, however. His Ki was always tainted by confidence, no matter how hard he tried. But still, better confidence than other emotions.
Panda's Ki is filled with greed and laziness. Waterfall's Ki fluctuates too erratically to be effective. Bitch's anger will only give them energy instead of injuring them. Same with the pig's. The old pervert's is way too corrupted by his own perversity. Old Ghoul's Ki is tainted by her manipulation and scheming from her younger day. In other words, their Ki alignment is on the negative side of the spectrum.
The others? Kunos and Mousse's weapons don't even make a dent in the youma. Taro was able to injure them when he was at Nerima for a short while. But he was able to do just that, injured them. But never able to fully destroy them thoroughly. Little asshole, Satori tried to take on Youma, trying to impress Akane. He died one minute after, screaming as his life got sucked away.
Doesn't matter now, he doesn't need to protect them anymore and by extension, Nerima itself. They never helped him anyway.
Well, at least he doesn't need to wear a skirt and leotard like them to use his power, granted by Sol and Amaterasu. Small consolation there at least.
(Some still could argue that his uniform is worse than the rest of the Senshi)
Ah well, he just needs to observe them and only intervene when things got bad enough, right? And based on how they currently handle this Youma, he doesn't need to intervene that much. His musing stopped when he need to avoid a sharp glass shard heading toward his head.
He just needs to open his mouth, does he? Damn you, Murphy!
(At the nameless location across the world, the universe, reality, and even outside of conventional space and time, a few people sneezed. Chaos's sneeze hit her brother, Destiny.
"Bless you." He said, wiping the mucus from his face with a towel he conjured when Chaos's sneeze hit him.
"Hmm." Did someone curse her name? Chaos thinks to herself. Ah, must be that boy, Ranma. She and Murphy adored that boy.)
This youma is a wee bit different than their usual youma, think Mercury.
While the Senshi is strong and has a lot of raw magic at their disposal, their opponent this time is smarter than their usual run-of-the-mill Youma.
Instead of standing still and taking their attack, this Youma keeps moving around, and she is quite fast too. So, their attack rarely hit her. But her attack always hit them. Fortunately, her attack does not hurt that much.
That is, until the last few minutes, when the youma attack's strength suddenly skyrocketed and her attack managed to knock down a few of them, including herself.
This proves it, their usual tactic of hitting the enemy and overwhelming them with magic while standing needs to be changed ASAP. While she still thinking, the youma launched her bulb bomb, straight at their leader, causing whatever she currently thinking to be sorted into the metaphorical library that is her brain.
"Moon! Evade that light bulb!" She yelled.
But her warning came too late.
"Ah, that Youma going berserk."
There goes is his cue to sweep in and save the day. He takes out a katana sheathed in a very beautiful and ornate-looking scabbard and a small mirror from his Ki-space. When he holds both of these, he can immediately change to she, even without the application of cold water.
Hoshi-no-Shinzou, also known as Star Heart. Once belonged to Amaterasu Oumikami. Her personal weapon.
The small mirror is Svalinn: Pocket Edition. Sol's shield that she used to shield the Earth from the powerful radiance of the Sun. Without it, the sea will be evaporated and the plants will wither and die. Though what he currently holds is a small piece of Svalinn, this is already enough to tank even a nuclear blast or point-blank volcanic eruption.
Now both belonged to him. These weapons also allow him to access power granted by Ama-chan and Sol-chan to him. Power just like the Senshi possessed, but with a few differences here and there.
Feh, whatever. There is no use thinking too much about this. He raised both weapons in front of him. He quickly uttered the transformation phrase.
"Divine Sun Heart Make Up!"
Instant and painless death is like a sudden stroke or cardiac arrest.
The slow and painful death of cancer and getting your own life force got sucked out of you.
Death never holds any meaning to her anymore, she is immortal after all. Cursed to live forever. Never sick and never aging. But it doesn't mean she can't be killed. She and Saturn even can revive other people and each other back to life. But still...
Death.
She never had to worry about those, before she become Sailor Moon, but now? Death certainly looms over her every time she and her friends fight those youma and daimon. And every time, they will come out victorious, albeit with some injuries and they will even lose sometimes. And based on how the bulb bomb exploded earlier, she certainly will be dead, or severely injured if she wants to be really positive if this mockery of the light bulb hits her.
While it's true that Saturn can revive her if she died from this light bulb bomb, it doesn't mean she doesn't feel that unbearable pain of death every time she dies. Dying is not pleasant. She still can remember the pain she needs to endure before crossing the Styx River, or is it the Sanzu River? Hopefully, she will die instantly from these light bulbs.
But the light bulb never hit her.
Before the bulb bomb could hit her, a small, round mirror suddenly appeared from the thin air, blocking the bulb. As soon as the bulb hit the small mirror, it exploded, with the force of five TNT. Yeah, she definitely will be dead if she got hit by those, not critically injured.
Miraculously, as small and fragile as the mirror looked, it tanked the explosion. She expected to be hit by the force from the explosion, yet none come even close to grazing her hair.
The other Senshi watched in shock seeing what has happened in a few seconds. They expected she will be hit by that bulb bomb. But a miracle occurred, and Moon is safe from mortal danger.
But in their shock, they don't realize the Youma switched her target from Moon to them. The youma never got a chance, as she got impaled by a sharp blade from above, passed through the Youma and to the ground below, and promptly turned into dust. Even some of the asphalt turns into a puddle because of the katana's innate magic.
Usually, that will never fully stop youma, either only staggering them or limiting their movement. The reason the Youma turned to dust is because of the katana's innate magic itself. The blade can generate heat that has the same temperature as the sun's core itself. Even if they could resist the heat, the inherent divine and holy attribute of the katana will make sure no youma will survive the katana.
When the floating mirror that saved Moon zipped through them, only then did they come out from their initial shock. They followed the mirror that went past them and into the hand of someone that isn't been there before, youma dust on her feet. Her katana is still embedded in the ground.
The mysterious girl boasts a voluptuous figure and bright red-colored hair with bangs that cover her left eye. Her hair is held back by four golden wolf kanzashi along with a yellow sunflower ornament. She wears a white kimono with red linings and a golden dragon on the bottom of the sleeves. The kimono is held up in an impossibly-low neckline which nearly reveals her assets. A scabbard for her katana is tied to the back of her waist. She also wears a geta to finalize her traditional look. She looks like she came straight from the Edo era.
"Be more aware. This one almost got you, if not because of me."
"Uhm, who are you?" Mercury asked. Is this girl some sort of demon hunter like that Yohko girl that they meet before?
"Me? Would you believe me if I say who I am?"
"Depending on your answer," Pluto answered. This girl...is powerful. So she better tread carefully.
Uranus quietly goes beside Mars. "Rei, is she a threat or not? You can see her Ki, right?" Not wanting to make the same mistake as she and Michiru did during the Saturn fiasco, she asked Rei. She is then joined by Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Jupiter.
"Hmm...Her Ki is not dark and twisted. But at the same time, she also has some kind of Ki that I never feel aside when doing the fire reading." She whispered back.
"So, she not an enemy?" Hotaru, aka Saturn, asked.
"I'm 95% sure she is not an enemy," Rei answered.
"So, who are you?" Pluto asked.
"My name is Sailor Sun."
"That is impossible. There is no Sailor Sun." There is no mention of Sailor Sun back at Silver Millennium. The Sun is just too unstable for the Star Seed to form. And her uniform is not the same as hers or the rest of the Senshi. Or even the enemy Senshi they met before.
"So, she is a fake?" Moon asked Pluto. They have dealt with all kinds of people trying to pretend they are one of them. Of course, nearly all of them are fake with the most ridiculous name they ever heard for Senshi.
Mercury shakes her head. "No. She is the real deal. The magic surrounding her is the same as us, yet also different somehow." Mercury answered Moon's question.
"Yes, I'm the same as you guys, yet different at the same time," Sun said.
"How so?" Mercury inquired.
"I'm drawing my power from the sun, just like you drawing your ice magic from your planetary binding to planet Mercury with your Star Seed as the focus. But I don't have a Star Seed." Sun explained. "Hmm, can we continue our discussion elsewhere? I believe we drawing a crowd here." She said as she watched their surrounding.
"Oh, you could use my place."
"Mars, is it?"
"Yep, that's me."
"Could I ask where your place is?"
Mars comes closer next to Sun, whispering the location to her.
"Oh. Well, could everyone hold hands together please?"
"You going to teleport us there?" Venus asked.
"Yes, is there any problem with that?"
"Nothing! It's just you never go to Mars's place." Venus's hand holds Sun's left hand. "So, I'm concerned about that!"
"Relax. You see Miss Venus, my teleport is a bit different than your own Sailor Teleport or Pluto's teleport."
"Oh..."
Soon, everyone is holding hands together.
"Ready?"
"Yes." Came a reply from the Inners.
"Yep." From Uranus and Neptune.
"Ready." Is Saturn and Pluto's reply.
"Alright then. Space Folding!"
The Senshi, plus one additional girl in a very sexy kimono disappeared in a flicker of yellow light as the civilian once again walked the street.
Author note:
I'm too lazy to write any more chapters of this. But the prologue or beginning of how he meets Amaterasu and Sol is already written. You may notice that one line that tied him to Tenchi Muyo! Ah, also Nodoka Masaki, her maiden name, is dead. So this Ranma never knew about his mother, he only knew that she is dead. This detail will play a very important plot later in the prologue.
So...here is information about Sailor Sun. First and foremost, she is not a new addition to the Senshi. She is some kind of ally to them. She is an ally to weak and innocent people. Moon is not her leader. Sol-chan, Ama-chan, Norns, Asgard, and even Niflheim are the ones she only will answer to. And if there is another Divine Senshi created, she needs to answer to Sun, as Sun is the leader, as she is the first to exist.
Instead of Star Seed, Ranma is using Divine Heart to power his magic. He uses divine mana instead of normal planetary mana. Given to him by Sol and Amaterasu, both are Class 1, Category 1, Unlimited Goddess of the Sun. That's why his transformation phrase included the word Divine in it. (Reference to A Sun is Born by WG-Writer)
He was just like Celestia from My Little Pony when he transformed to Sailor Sun, able to move Sun to their heart's content. Also, he is the owner of the Sun, he at least has 10% in the ownership of the Sun. The other 90% is split between Sol and Amaterasu.
Why is she in a kimono instead of a leotard and skirt? Because I like kimono. I wonder if this fic is still considered Fukufic?
Her magic is mostly leaning towards healing, with few spells for defense, offense, and utility purposes. Though she rarely use it, as she preferred to use the katana and her usual attack, laced with both her normal Ki and sun's divine mana. That and most of her offensive spell is WAY too destructive compared to her normal Ki attack one. Where can she use the Ion Nebula spell on Earth? Or Solar Typhoon? Nuclear Blast? Yeah, unless she wants to destroy the Earth as well, she can't use it on Earth. At space, however... it's free real estate, as long she doesn't use it for Juraian and their ally's spaceship. Tsunami will be mad at her if she does so.
She can use two teleport spells, one using sunlight and a shrine as the medium. She also can teleport to any shrine, no matter large or small the shrine is. The second is by folding the space and time. (Like in Trimatter's Aftermath: A Story of Blended Clichés)
