Storm slowly woke up in an unfamiliar place. The toddler looked around to see she was in a room with four white cement walls and a single door. Storm yawned as she looked to see what she was laying on. She was laying on a stretcher with the side rails up, keeping her contained on the stretcher.

Storm slowly sat up and hugged her stuffed fox close to her as she looked around. The child was too scared to speak or cry, even though she really wanted her parents. Suddenly a whirling noise startled the toddler. She looked up to see a security camera watching her.

"Mama," Storm mumbled as she looked around the room. When no one came into the room, Storm slowly tried to climb off the end of the stretcher. As Storm slowly climbed off the stretcher, the door suddenly opened, startling the toddler. A familiar man walked into the room and walked over to Storm.

"Hey, what are you doing," Matthew spoke softly as he picked Storm up and held her close. The toddler quickly froze in fear, not wanting to be held by the strange man. Matthew grabbed Storm's stuffed fox and walked out of the room.

The toddler stayed quiet as Matthew walked with her down a white hallway that resembled a hospital's hallway. Storm slowly looked around at the pictures that were on the wall. The pictures were of political leaders from around the world. The toddler laid against Matthew hoping she would be going back to her parents soon.

Soon, Matthew walked down another hallway and opened an office door. As he stepped inside the office, he quickly closed the door behind him. A man who was sitting in an office chair put out a cigarette and looked up at Matthew.

"Here she is. She's nothing like her brother though. No special powers or anything that we've noticed from her initial observation," Matthew spoke as he held out Storm for the other man to look at. The old man slowly stood up out of his chair and approached Matthew. Storm looked up at the man, terrified, even though he seemed familiar to the toddler.

"Let me see her Matthew," the Cigarette Smoking Man spoke slowly. Matthew nodded as he handed Storm over to the Smoking Man. The toddler stayed very quiet and very still, obviously terrified of what was going on. The Smoking Man looked down at Storm and looked her over.

"You know this is my granddaughter right? William had telekinesis and a few other things, she should have some powers too. Her mother, Dana Scully has alien DNA in her. My only issue is she's Fox Mulder's daughter, and not my own," the Smoking Man spoke firmly as he looked right at Storm.

"William is your son, is that correct?" Matthew spoke, as he watched his boss examine the toddler. Storm stayed quiet, as the Smoking Man looked into her ears and nose.

"Yes, he is. We abducted Scully and inseminated her with my sperm. Mulder thinks that's his son, but in reality, that's his younger brother. Storm here was an accident. Scully should be infertile, but something happened, and Mulder was able to impregnate her," the Smoking Man grumbled as he got Storm to open her mouth so he could look inside it. Storm started to wiggle slightly as she was becoming uncomfortable. Matthew handed Storm her stuffed fox.

"So what do you want Robert and the team to find? Do you want to know if she has powers, if she has alien DNA, what are you looking for?" Matthew asked as the Smoking Man sat back in his chair while holding Storm. The Smoking Man cuddled Storm trying to get her to relax. Storm hugged her fox close to her as she laid on the Smoking Man.

"Run her DNA first and her bloodwork. Then I want you to run tests to see if she has telekinesis or anything like her brother does. I don't want us to have wasted our time abducting her if she has nothing to give us. Plus we don't have much time," the Smoking Man explained. Storm laid up against the old man and closed her eyes, trying to fall back asleep, thinking this was all a bad dream.

"What do you mean we don't have much time," Matthew questioned the Smoking Man. The Smoking Man looked up at Matthew and spoke firmly.

"Fox Mulder will be doing everything he can to figure out who took his daughter. Once he figures out who took her, he will personally be coming to get her. He is a huge annoyance since he's stubborn and strong willed. I've dealt with him all his life, when he wants something bad enough, he will do anything he can to have it," The Smoking Man spoke as he handed Storm back to Matthew. Matthew held Storm close to him and nodded at his boss before turning and leaving the office.

The toddler mumbled to herself as Matthew walked back down the hall to the room he collected Storm from. Storm looked around as Matthew opened a new door and walked into what appeared to be an examination room. The man set laid Storm out on a bed, and gently removed the stuffed fox from her arms before restraining her. Storm soon quickly started to throw a fit.

"Knock it off," Robert scolded as he walked into the examination room. Storm quickly settled down, startled by the loud voice that walked into the room. Matthew looked up at his partner and nodded as Robert walked over to Storm and looked her over.

"What does the boss want from her?" Robert grumbled as he pulled out a tray of medical tools and set them on a table near the exam table. Storm laid still and closed her eyes, refusing to look at the two men. Matthew watched Storm before he spoke again.

"He wants to see if she's like her brother William Scully. He wants to run her bloodwork and test her for alien DNA first. Then he wants to run tests to see if she has any sort of powers. She was a mistake, her mother, Dana Scully should have been infertile, meaning Storm shouldn't even exist right now, but she does," Matthew explained. Robert nodded as a couple assistants walked into the room. Matthew watched Storm as Robert started to pull out supplies he needed to draw her blood.

"Don't leave too many marks. If we have to return her, I don't want them tracing anything back to us," Matthew mumbled as he left the room. Robert watched as Matthew left the room before turning to Storm. The toddler was crying silently, scared out of her mind. Robert brushed Storm's hair out of her eyes before taking her arm, and inserting a needle into it.

Robert clinched his jaw as he started to draw the blood out of Storm's arm. The toddler whined and tried to wiggle but couldn't due to being restrained. The man handed the vials of blood off to one of his assistants as they filled up. As soon as he was done, the assistant quickly left the examination room to run the blood.

As Storm watched the stranger leave the room, Robert started his examination on the toddler. He looked in Storm's eyes, mouth, and nose before checking out her eyesight. The toddler whined as the man flashed a light in her eyes. Soon Robert was listing to Storm's heart and lungs, smiling as he noticed they were all normal.

Robert soon rolled away from Storm and started to fill out some paperwork on his clipboard. Robert's other assistant soon started to measure Storm and look her over. The toddler cried out as the assistant removed all her clothes but her diaper. Robbert quickly looked back at Storm and yelled at her.

"Knock it off or I will give you something to cry about," Robert yelled at the young toddler. Storm quickly quieted down as she was yelled at. Even when her parents became extremely frustrated with her, neither of them yelled at Storm like that. Robert grumbled as he went back to his paperwork.

A couple hours later the assistant that left with Storm's blood returned to the room with some paperwork. Robert looked up from his book and took the papers from his assistant and read them over. Storm was laying on the exam table almost lifeless, not wanting to do anything.

"Are you sure this is correct? How many times did you run this blood to be sure?" Robert questioned his assistant. The assistant looked up at Robert before he started to speak.

"We ran it three separate times, and we're running it a fourth right now. Storm has no alien DNA in her and all her bloodwork came back normal," the assistant told Robert. Robert nodded as he walked back over to Storm and looked her over. The toddler was facing the wall, looking away from Robert.

"Her mother has alien DNA, and somehow it didn't get passed down to her," Robert grumbled. The assistant nodded as Robert continued to examine the toddler. Storm looked up and watched as Robert poked and prodded her, trying to get some sort of reaction out of her. When all Storm did was lay there, Robert became frustrated and threw his clipboard at the wall. Soon after the Smoking Man walked into the room.

"I heard she's pretty normal Robert," The Smoking Man spoke softly as he sucked on a cigarette. Storm looked over at the old man as tears ran down her face. The toddler was miserable and didn't want to live at that point. The Smoking Man walked over to Storm and looked down at her.

"Inject her with the DNA and monitor her. Make sure you sedate her when you do. This could be very rough on her body and I don't need to be killing her," the Smoking Man spoke firmly to Robert as he finished his cigarette. Robert grumbled as he watched his boss leave the examination room.

"You heard him. Sedate her," Robert spoke firmly to his assistant. The assistant nodded as he grabbed a large needle and filled it up with a clear liquid. The man slowly walked over to Storm before injecting her with it. Storm cried out for only a few seconds before she felt woozy. The toddler looked around and yawned as she fell asleep.

While Storm was sedated she was having some vivid dreams. The toddler was wandering around lost, looking for her parents. When Storm didn't see them, she sat down and looked around. While sitting there Storm was picked up by a man who looked like her father. Storm mumbled happily and hugged him tightly thinking he was her father. The toddler mumbled happily until the man started to shapeshift into a monster. Storm started to freak out and soon woke up in a cold sweat.

The toddler whined as she looked around the room. She was back in the room she originally woke up in. Her whole body ached and felt like it was on fire. Storm saw her fox laying next to her and pulled it close to her and held it tightly. The toddler whimpered as she laid there.

Soon the door opened again. Storm didn't have enough energy to look around to see who was in the room with her. As the toddler laid there, she soon felt herself being picked up and held tightly. She felt the familiar sensation of a bottle being pressed up against her lips. Soon Storm gave in and started to drink the bottle as she relaxed.

The Smoking Man held Storm close as she relaxed and drank her bottle. The man watched the toddler closely and brushed her hair out of her eyes. Storm cuddled up against the stranger and yawned as she drank her bottle. The Smoking Man smiled at the toddler.

"Hey boss," Matthew spoke as he walked into the room. The Smoking Man turned to look at Matthew. When Matthew saw his boss was feeding Storm he looked right up at him.

'Her body seemed to accept the new DNA. When do you want us to start to run the tests on her, and what are we even looking for?" Matthew asked his boss. The Smoking Man looked down at Storm as she slowly dozed off while eating,

"I want you to wait a couple days. Let her recover. Then I want you to agitate her and see if she reacts to anything," The Smoking Man said firmly. Matthew nodded as he watched his boss care for the young child. The Smoking Man soon turned his attention back towards Storm and slowly opened one of her eyes and watched her. Black oil seemed to cover her eye.

"Also make sure you inject her with the vaccine too. If this kills her, you will also be killed, do you understand?" The Smoking Man said firmly to Matthew. Matthew quickly nodded and looked down at the toddler. Matthew's boss gently set Storm down back on her bed and left the room. Matthew slowly walked over to Storm as the toddler laid there half asleep, and opened one of her eyes. When he saw what the Smoking Man saw he quickly left the room to grab the vaccine.

A few days later Storm was sitting up on a table as she kept getting poked with machines. The toddler sat there, not wanting to do anything. She was extremely depressed and withdrawn from the world. Storm just wanted the testing to be done with.

The toddler looked around the room again. The room was pure white, like all the other rooms she's been in with a door. The only difference in this room is that it had a one way mirror on one of the walls. On the other side of that wall, Matthew and Robert were sitting at a desk watching the tests.

"Well, anything?: The Smoking Man spoke as he walked into the room Matthew and Robert were sitting in. Matthew looked up at his boss and then over to Robert. The Smoking Man lit a cigarette and smoked it as he watched the tests. Robert picked up his clipboard and looked over it.

"Nothing. Other than the fact she's survived all the testing, she has had no reactions to anything. She just sits there, emotionless, and doesn't react to anything," Robert explained. The Smoking Man puffed on his cigarette and looked at Storm through the glass.

"Cut her loose. Return her to her parents," The Smoking Man grumbled. Robert looked up at his boss. He knew better than to question him, but he did it anyway. Matthew quickly tried to stop Robert.

"Are you sure? There are still more tests we can run. Maybe they will show us something," Robert tried to explain. The Smoking Man quickly cut him off.

"You heard me. We're done with her. We'll keep an eye on her as she grows up. Maybe something will manifest then, but for now, drop her off at a hospital entrance or something. Also don't get caught doing it," The Smoking Man spoke firmly as he put his cigarette out and left the room. Matthew grumbled as he sat back in his seat. Robert looked over at Matthew before walking into the room Storm was in and stopping the tests.

Robert quickly detached Storm from all the wires she was hooked up too, and picked her up. The toddler cried and whined as she was being held by Robert. The man grabbed Storm's stuffed fox and handed it to her. Storm grabbed onto the fox and held it close.

Matthew soon entered the examination room Robert was in and took Storm from his partner. Storm stayed quiet as Matthew fed her another bottle. The toddler quickly started to suck on the bottle as she laid against Matthew. As soon as Robert was done cleaning up, he grabbed Matthew and they walked out of the hidden compound together.

Matthew went to the back of his car and opened the backdoor. He set Storm on the backseat and buckled her in. Storm was holding her fox tightly in one hand and trying to hold onto her bottle in her other hand. Robert quickly got into the passenger side in the front seat as Matthew joined him.

Storm looked around and yawned as she soon felt that warm fuzzy feeling come over her again. Matthew glanced up in the rearview mirror to see the toddler slowly dozing off. Robert looked over some maps and grumbled as Matthew started the car.

"Okay, where are we dumping her off at?" Matthew asked his partner. Robert flipped through some maps in the atlas he was holding and clenched his teeth. Matthew knew Robert was trying to choose a location not far from where they abducted Storm from, but also a location nowhere near their hidden compound.

"Here, let's go to this one," Robert spoke as he pointed at the map. Matthew nodded as he looked back at Storm to see she was fast asleep. The man quickly shifted his car into drive and drove away. Robert leaned back in his seat and rubbed his face, praying that they weren't going to get caught.

Both men feared their boss, The Smoking Man, but he always treated them well so they were loyal to him. Matthew and Robert quickly went quiet as they drove to their drop off location. Matthew was pretty sure Storm was going to be mentally traumatized from her abduction. Robert sat there just going over in his mind on how useless he thought this abduction was. Matthew looked over at his partner before continuing to drive in silence.
