It was a rainy day in Rio De Janerio, Brazil. A Brazillian girl in artistic apparel was going through her toucan paintings. However, she was stressed out because all she could do were toucan paintings. Behind her, a middle-aged man began to worry. "I know it's hard for you, Anjo Arco-Íris," he whispered to himself, "but I think your time has come."

Comet Cappuchino

Pia, Shimmer, and Shine were having some starnuts and star coffee when a zoomy punk-rock Starling came in. "Hey, Blair," Pia greeted as she peck kissed him.

"So, Cherry Pia," Blair said, "are you going to meet my parents tonight?"

"Just as soon as I take care of my homework and a few tutoring troubles," Pia answered while winking towards Shimmer and Shine.

After Blair's smile turned into a frown, he explained to Pia that he didn't want her to talk about the Star Darlings while meeting with his family; otherwise they'd think she'd got Celebristar Worship Syndrome. For as long as he could remember, Blair's mother was a psychiatrist who specialized in behavioral therapy while his father was a businessman. Pia didn't want her boyfriend's family to think she was crazy, so she decided not to talk about the Star Darlings and find another topic instead.

After Blair left, Pia's, Shimmer's, and Shine's Star-Zaps glew, meaning that it was time for another mission. They didn't have time to get back to Starland Academy, so they decided to do it in the parking lot, because if they used the bathrooms, someone could see or hear them.

In the empty parking lot, Libby explained that 19-year-old Marcia Teixeira was a high school graduate and aspiring artist. She had been working at her father's party shop - Teixara's Paradise. "Thanks to some Scopdrels," Libby continued, "they got her acceptance letter mixed up with a rejection letter from another artist in North Rio De Janerio."

Wondering where the acceptance letter went to, they showed a picture of a 23-year-old snooty Brazilian girl. "This is Iara Correia," Libby explained. "And you might want to look at her PERFECT art."

Observing her paintings, they could see there wasn't a single scratch, error, nor anything wrong: it was all PERFECT. "Talk about too much perfection," Shimmer said. "Doesn't she ever lighten up?"

"No," Libby answered. "Everywishling is getting sick of seeing her work, so I want you three to give that letter to Marcia immediately."

Rio De Janerio, Wishworld

Later, Pia, Shimmer, and Shine were decked out in tropical apparel. Tala and Nahal also came along for company. In front of a post office, Pia could pinpoint the letter that was suppose to be sent to Marcia, but got sent to Iara by mistake. Inside the post office, they spotted the real letter for Marcia. "Careful with those butterflies," declared a sharply-dressed Brazilian man. "One butterfly must not be loose."

Shine remembered that she had a fondness for animals, and wished that they could help retrieve the letter.

All of a sudden, one of the postmen accidentally tripped and the cage got ripped by a sword display, freeing the butterflies. Then the butterflies flew around, grabbed the letter that was for Marcia, and handed it to Shine. Shine had a feeling that it was a combination of her genie wish and her new inesct powers. "Enough Dr. Doolittle talk," Pia said. "We have to get to Marcia's fast."

Outside, Pia teleported them to Marcia's art studio.

When they got there, they saw Marcia moping and drowing her sorrows in lemonade. Feeling sorry for her, they decided to give her inspiration with their new powers. Luckily, she'd be thinking she was hallucinating on sugar.

Immediately, Pia, Shimmer, and Shine showed off her powers to give Marcia ideas. Pia summoned some macaws, tamarin monkeys, and Brazilian terriers, Shimmer got out a bow and some arrows and shot out indestructive fireworks, and Shine spreaded some eagle wings and flew around.

By the backyard, the man who was concerned of Marcia before saw stray terriers going in and decided to check on Marcia to see if she was alright.

After a few splats and dribbles, Marcia created the perfect painting. "Anjo Arco-Íris," asked the man as Pia, Shimmer and Shine hid behind a tarp, "is everything alright?"

"I'm fine, Papa," Marcia answered. "I just came up with the greatest painting ever. I call it 'Shinning Shimmering Creatures'."

The painting showed the same critters that helped Shimmer, Shine, and Pia give Marcia ideas, along with a bunch of eagle feathers floating around.

"It's lovely, Anjo Arco-Íris," her father said. "With your mama attending that school play production of 'Singing In The Rain', this gives us a chance to take your work to the Museum of Modern Art."

Marcia was thrilled to finally have her art up, but was nervous because the strictest art critic in Brazil, Isaías Soares, might not like it. "It doesn't matter if it's perfect," Marcia's dad said. "It matters that you're happy and that other viewers are happy."

"You're right, Papa," Marcia smiled. "Audience satisfaction is the key."

Just then, Tala hid the real letter in Marcia's bag while spotting a glowing paint palette. Thinking what it was, Tala secretly took the pallette and hid by Pia, Shimmer, Shine, and Nahal. While getting ready, she spotted the real letter, read it, and was thrilled to get in. "First I convinced my old friend Isaias to display your artm" Marcia's dad said. "Now, this happens. Looks like my Anjo Arco-Íris is getting accepted after all."

After they left, the paint pallette started glowing, meaning that it was another Wonder Wish: Inspiration. After going through a lot of the paint peril, Pia got on idea on what to talk about with Blair and his family.

Wishworld, Blair's home

Pia was arriving at the front of Blair's home when she spotted a star-bunny bouncing around the place. "Easy, Blue Blinker," assured an elderly male starling. "My starpologies for Blue Blinker's behavior. Whenever we have wishweeds in our yard, he can't help but eat them."

Seeing his face, Pia immediately recognized who the old man was. "Aren't you Euan MacOzruals," she asked, "the famous Starling spy? You did most of your work in Wishworld's Scotland."

"That's me, lass," Euan answered, "but I retired after Kelr divorced his ex-wife and couldn't hold a job in ten months. I told my boy Keir that marrying a lazy woman wouldn't be good for him."

From the door, Blair spotted Pia talking to his grandfather. "Starnair," she said, "did you have to bring up my parents divorce?"

"I just don't want you suffering the same fate your father did," Euan replied.

Pia may have felt awkward because they were talking divorce, but she was glad that Euan was making sure that her boyfriend wouldn't repeat the same mistake as his dad.

Later, Pia was getting along with Blair's father Keir, his older brother Ruaridh, and his older sister Norah. During dinner, Pia talked about how important Wishworld's Brazilian wildlife was, about butterflies, and on school life. As it turned out, Keir was a member of the Save the Spicardinals committee, Ruaridh was a lepidopterist at the Starland Science Department, and Norah was getting her teaching degree at New Prism University. Blair was proud because Pia didn't once talk about the Star Darlings.

After dinner, they decided to watch some Wishworld TV. It was there that Marcia is displaying her artwork to the Museum of Modern Art. Behind her was her father and the same man from the post office who was annoyed by the loose butterflies. As it turned out, the man was Isaías Soares. "This young girl has a gift for art," Isaias beamed. "Many years I dealt with Iara Correia's perfect art, but this is much better."

Pia smiled.
