** I did not intend to write another part to this story but in the last 24 hours we have had a lot of support! Seriously you all are AMAZING! I thought it might be fun to see what that voicemail might have said so without further ado here is the "sequel"**

"Hey Ace, I saw you on Letterman tonight. Congratulations on your book, Honor says it is fantastic and that says a lot because she hates to read. I bought a copy on Amazon tonight after I saw your interview. Figured I had to see what all these people are talking about and it doesn't hurt that I know the author- or knew the author I guess.

"I'm sorry Rory- I am so sorry I left you. Sorry that I didn't listen or talk to you. I made the decisions without you and have been kicking myself for the last three years. Finn was over and watched the interview with me. You should have seen him, when you came out he just started screaming "Mother is on the TV!" over and over. He called Colin and had him turn it on too. We are all so proud of you Ace. They miss you a lot- well we all do. There was a LDB event six months ago and everyone was asking where you were. They didn't realize that we don't speak.

"God I wish we spoke Ace, I wish you were here. You should be here. I am sitting in my newish apartment in Manhattan. Henry is here and Finn is passed out on the couch and you should be here. We should be sitting on the floor picking at egg rolls or just sitting in bed reading. Your clothes should be right next to mine in the closet and the sheets should smell like that lotion you used with that floral scent that was just so you. I actually had Honor buy me a tube of it so I could make the pillow smell like you. How pathetic is that Ace."

He sighed and took a deep breath, "I wish I knew where you were- I wish I could show up at your door and beg for you to forgive my ignorance. To forgive me for my stupidity. I wish I could turn back time and not walk away. Do you ever think of what life would be like if I didn't walk away? Would we still be together? Would you have asked me to ask you again or would you have been all feminist and asked me this time? If I showed up at your door would you invite me in?

"I wish I knew- I wish there was some inkling that you would welcome me back in your life. God Rory I need you in my life. I have tried going on without you and it was crap! I wish I could hate you for saying no to me but you were right we weren't ready- but your mom Ace, your mom was wrong. You are more than good enough to be my wife and you would never bore me. You are the least boring person I know. You excite me Ace, everyday with you was an adventure. You taught me how to love someone unconditionally, you taught me how to be faithful and how much easier it was than I thought it would be. You taught me what domestic bliss was like and you taught me that I could be so much more than what my family thought I was worth."

There was a scuffle and a yelp, "Logan what are you doing?"

"I am on the phone you idiot!"

"Who are you talking to?" The voice was getting louder

"None of your- hey! Give me back my phone!"

"Helllllooooo" the voice said into the receiver, "Why is no one responding back to me Logan?"

"It's a voicemail Finn"

"A voicemail for who?" Something must have shown on Logan's face for suddenly there was a high pitched squeal, "Oh Mother! We saw you on the tellie tonight! You looked beautiful, still as angelic as I remember. Love, what moisturizer do you use because I am in need of your secret! I cannot let these women realize I am aging! Please ring me back with that info- my number hasn't changed."

The Australian voice hushed low as if he was telling a secret, "And love, if you are available, give Logan a call back- he has been desperately lost without you. It is quite pathetic but you are not the kind of girl that is meant to be gotten over quickly. We miss you Mother, we need you back and I for one think that it is high time- WAIT! Logan, did she say she was in Philly?"

"She said she worked there but I don't know if she still-"

"Logan pack a bag, Love we will see you soon. I think a field trip is in order!"
