2/6/22-2/7/22
Peter rushed out through the hallway and untied his tie then lifted a row of lockers with one hand, picked up his homemade Spider-Man suit from under it.
Now clad in his homemade Spider-Man suit, Peter left the school. As he was about to round a school bus, someone shocked him from behind.
"He gave you a choice. You chose wrong." Schultz said.
"Ah, what the hell?" Peter said.
"What's with the crappy costume?"
The Shocker prepared his gauntlet for another shot. Peter searched for his web-shooter, which had fallen from the impact and was lying on the ground.
"My web-shooters..." Peter said and ran to the web-shooter, but Schultz hit a school bus to attack him, then kicked the web-shooter away." he said.
"I wasn't sure about this thing at first, but damn." Schultz said and hit Peter with the weapon, throwing him inside the bus.
Then Peter spotted chewed gums under a seat.
"Ugh. Gross." he said.
Schultz punched the bus into the air. Peter tumbled as the vehicle landed upside down on the ground. Opening the door, Peter fell out. Then he slowly crawled to his web-shooter.
"Why did he send you here?" he asked.
"Guess you'll never know." Schultz said.
Suddenly, a strand of web attached itself to the Shocker gauntlet. Ned was holding the web-shooter.
"Nice shot!" Peter said and pulled the web-shooter to himself and trapped Schultz against the school bus with a web blast. "Yes! Ned, the guy with the wings is Liz's dad."
"What?" Ned asked.
"I know. I gotta tell Mr. Stark. Call Happy Hogan. He's Mr. Stark's head of security. And, uh, get a computer to track my phone for me."
"Are you gonna be okay?"
Then Peter jumped up onto a streetlight.
"Hurry, we gotta catch him before he leaves town." he said and Ned hurried toward the school building as Peter swung away.
Flash was driving his annoyed date to the homecoming dance.
"I'm sorry about dinner, but I know when branzino's fresh, and that was not fresh, okay? So..." he said and screamed as Peter landed on the bonnet of his car.
"Flash, I need your car and your phone." Peter said in a gravelly voice.
"Uh, sir, technically, this is my dad's car, sir. So I can't..." Flash said and watched the Spider-Man drive away in his car and hit a row of bikes.
He whimpered.
Meanwhile Peter made a call to Ned while driving precariously. Ned took it in the library, between rows of computers.
"Hello, Ned? Hey, hey, hey, hey, can you hear me?" Peter asked in a normal voice.
"Go for Ned." Ned said.
"Ned, I need you to track my phone for me."
"Yeah, but where is it?"
Then Peter's phone lit up in the backseat of Toomes' car. Toomes was unaware. Ned tracked the signal.
"Genius move. Okay, he just passed the GameStop on Jackson Avenue." Ned said.
"Hey, where are the headlights on this thing? I'm in Flash's car." Peter said.
Ned rolled his chair to another computer.
"I'll pull the specs." he said.
"Okay, you're on speakerphone."
"You stole Flash's car. Awesome."
"Yeah, it's awesome. It's awe... Whoa!" Peter said and nearly crashed into other cars. "Get out of the way, get out of the way! Move! Move!"
"Peter, are you okay?"
"I've never really driven before. Only with May in parking lots. This is a huge step up..." Peter said and a car nearly hit him and he screams. "Hey, have you gotten through to Happy yet?"
"Yeah. I'm working on it. I just gotta backdoor the phone system." Ned said and rapidly typed, then twirled in his chair. "Guy in the chair."
Meanwhile Toomes checked his watch and headed to an old Brooklyn factory warehouse.
Meanwhile Happy popped up on Ned's computer screen.
"Takeoff in nine minutes." Happy said. "Hello? Hello? Who is this?" he asked Ned.
"Uh... Mr. Happy, it's Ned." Ned said.
"Who?"
"I'm an associate of Peter Parker. Got something very important to tell you-"
"You gotta be shitting me." Happy said and his screen went off.
"Damn."
"Hey, Ned, how we coming on with those headlights?" Peter asked.
"Uh... Round knob to the left of the steering wheel, turn clockwise."
"Left. Okay. Okay, perfect. So where's my phone now?"
"Um... He stopped in an old industrial park in Brooklyn."
"What? That makes no sense. I thought he said he was going out of town!"
The car was a literal hazard as it drove down the road.
"Weird. Oh, I reached Mr. Happy. Don't think he likes you, by the way. It sounded like he was catching a flight. He said something about taking off in nine minutes." Ned said.
"What?" Peter asked.
"He was surrounded by a bunch of boxes."
"Boxes? It's moving day. It's moving day! It's moving day! He's gonna rob that plane! I gotta stop him!"
Inside Avengers Tower, Happy was talking on the phone, checking Tony's belongings.
"All right, wheels up in eight minutes. We just got to load Tony's old Hulkbuster armor, prototype for Cap's new shield, and the Meging... the Meg... the... Thor's magic belt." he said.
Meanwhile Peter drove down an empty road at a high speed.
"Okay, slow down. You're getting close. It's on your right." Ned said.
"What?" Peter asked.
"Turn right! Turn right!"
Peter shot his web to make a sharp turn. The car crashed into a streetlight and was almost overturned. Then it slid down the road on its side, then finally screeched to a stop.
"Peter, are you okay?" Ned asked.
"Yeah. Just keep trying to get through to Happy." Peter said and jumped out of the car.
"It's been an honor, Spider-Man."
Suddenly, the lights came on reveal Ms. Warren standing behind him.
"What are you doing here? There's a dance." she said.
"Uh..." he said and hurriedly closed his laptop. "I'm... looking... at... porn." he said awkwardly.
There was a small window in the ceiling open and Peter hung from his web and slowly descended into the building. The room was filled with computers and gadgets. Monitors showing Avengers Tower and the blueprint of Stark's plane. Then he saw Vulture's wing suit and went deeper inside.
"Hey! Surprised?" Peter said.
"Oh, hey, Pete. I didn't hear you come in." Toomes said.
"It's over. I've got you."
"You know, I gotta tell you, Pete, I really, really admire your grit. I see why Liz likes you. I do. When you first came to the house, I wasn't sure. I thought, "Really?" But I get it now."
"How could you do this to her?"
"To her? I'm not doing anything to her, Pete. I'm doing this for her."
"Huh, yeah."
Peter shoots his web and glues Vulture's left hand against the desk.
Toomes sighed.
"Peter, you're young. You don't understand how the world works." he said.
"Yeah, but I understand that selling weapons to criminals is wrong."
"How do you think your buddy Stark paid for that tower? Or any of his little toys? Those people, Pete, those people up there, the rich and the powerful, they do whatever they want. Guys like us, like you and me, they don't care about us. We build their roads and we fight all their wars and everything, but they don't care about us. We have to pick up after 'em. We have to eat their table scraps. That's how it is. I know you know what I'm talking about, Peter."
"Why are you telling me this?"
"Because I want you to understand. And... I needed a little time to get her airborne." Vulture said and took a folding knife out of his pocket.
His wing suit flew out from behind Peter's back, which he avoided. In the confusion of the moment, Vulture cut free from the web. The wing suit continued to attack Peter, but he avoided it with quick movements.
"I'm sorry, Peter." Toomes said.
"What are you talking about? That thing hasn't even touched me yet." Peter said.
"True. Then again, wasn't really trying to."
Peter realized that the wing suit wasn't attacking him; instead, it was chopping down the pillars. Then the building collapsed, its wreckage raining down on Peter and burying him. Vulture picked up a walkie-talkie.
"Chief, they're powering up engines." Mason said.
"Okay." Toomes said.
"Come on, come on, come on."
"Yeah, yeah."
Then Vulture took one last look of the pile of debris covering Peter, then walked away. He paused to stare at the Avengers Tower. Then his wing suit attached itself on his back.
The plane is about to take off from the Avengers Tower. Happy walks away from it.
There were grunts and cries. Peter was under the debris, still alive panicking and took off his mask.
"Oh, god. Okay, ready?" he said and struggled to get up but failed. "Hello! Hello! Please. Hey, hey, please. I'm down here. I'm down here. I'm stuck. I'm stuck. I can't move. I can't..." he said took a moment to catch his breath and looked down at his reflection on a puddle.
The Spider-Man mask in the puddle covered half the reflection, making it look as if he was wearing the Spider-Man mask on half his face.
"If you're nothing without this suit, then you shouldn't have it." he heard Tony say.
Then he tried to push the debris off his back.
"Come on, Peter. Come on, Spider-Man. Come on, Spider-Man. Come on, Spider-Man. Come on, Spider-Man!" he said and finally freed himself from the debris and got up amongst rubbles.
Then he spotted Vulture perching on top of a stripped billboard.
The plane took off from Avengers Tower.
Meanwhile Mason was sitting in a control room.
"Launch for intercept. Green light. Green light." Mason said.
"Oh, yeah." Toomes said.
Vulture spread his wings and prepared for takeoff. Peter shot his web and swung onto the billboard, but narrowly missed Vulture, who flew away and Spider-Man shot his web directly at him.
"Retro-reflective panels engaged." Tech said.
The outer panels of the plane lit up and mirror the New York City while Vulture went after the plane.
"Got a visual on the plane, feeling a little resistance." Toomes said.
"It's probably just a drag on the new turbines."
Vulture checked behind him but missed Spider-Man, who was hanging from a web attached to his back.
"Ah! Whoa!" Peter said.
As Vulture went higher and higher up, the night view of New York City got smaller and smaller under Peter's feet.
"Look out for the cloaking cameras. Stay in the blind spots." Mason said.
Vulture flew to the bottom of the plane and held on. Peter bumped into the plane a few times, but managed to grab onto it.
"Oh, my god! Oh, my god!" he said.
"Deploy high-altitude vacuum seal." Mason said.
"This better work, Mason." Toomes said and the wing suit wrapped around Vulture like a shell.
"Trust me, boss. Even one of those boxes and we are set for life."
"Yeah."
Then Vulture put the matter phase shifter on the plane, creating a small rectangular window, and moved inside. Peter tried to follow him, but lost his grip and almost fell off the plane.
"Hey! Ah! Whew." Peter said.
"You have thirty seconds to get to the cockpit and override their security." Mason said.
Vulture walked to the front and ripped out the door but the cockpit was empty. Outside Spider-Man was crawling down the plane. Then he approached the wing suit and tried to open it and Vulture connected a device to the plane.
"Cloning transponder signal." Toomes said.
"Launching decoy drone." Mason said.
A small drone was launched out from the wing suit, startling Peter.
"Entering new coordinates." Toomes said.
Vulture manipulated the cockpit dashboard, piloting the plane off track.
A computer monitor displayed the flight course in Avengers Tower.
"Good, so it's on its way?" Happy said.
"Yes, sir, right on course." Tech said.
"Okay, thank you. All right."
Then the tech took the laptop and left the almost-empty room.
Meanwhile Peter was still struggling to open the wing suit. Inside the plane, Vulture found the boxes and took off his mask.
"Hot dog." he said and opened one of them after another.
Rows and rows of Chitauri guns, arc reactors, etc. He took out an Iron Man mask and threw it on the floor. Peter kicked Vulture's wing suit and pushed it aside a bit. The air pressure inside the cabin dropped, activating the alarm. Vulture checked an external monitor and realized Peter had followed him and he growled in anger.
Then Vulture came out and put on his wing suit. Peter tried to hang onto the airplane.
"Just a typical homecoming on the outside of an invisible jet... Fighting my girlfriend's dad." he said.
Vulture came at him and took out panels right above his head. Peter shot his web at Vulture. A few seconds later Peter was suspended in air, one hand holding onto the web sticking to the plane, another holding onto the web glued to Vulture. Then they snapped off and Peter was sucked in towards the engines.
"Oh, god!" he said and shot his web to stop the propellers.
Vulture, was dragged to the engines but his wing suit was a bit damaged. Hanging onto propeller blades laced with spiderweb, Peter sighed in relief.
"Whew. I can't believe that worked." he said.
Suddenly, the propeller fell off and Peter avoided the crisis by holding onto the plane and kicking the propeller off his body. Vulture flew back and attacked him but he avoided them, but Vulture kept coming at him. The impact set one of the engines on fire. Peter clung onto the side of the engine with a thin strand of web.
"Chief, chief, they're losing altitude. Get out of there." Mason said.
"I'm not going home empty-handed." Toomes said and set to break open the ceiling of the plane.
Still hanging from the engine, Peter saw the plane flying straight at the city.
"Oh, my god." he said and shot his web at the right wing of the plane and pulled on it to change the plane's direction.
On the streets, passersby watched the plane flying overhead. Vulture tore open the ceiling and held a box in his claws.
"Get out of there! What are you doing?" Mason said.
Peter continued to struggle with the plane.
"Please turn! Please turn!" he said.
The plane narrowly missed crashing into the city and headed toward Coney Island. Instead of escaping, Vulture tried to hold onto a box.
Meanwhile Happy was sitting comfortably in a chair and jumped up. Then he looked out and saw Tony's plane flying straight at Coney Island.
The plane hit a ride and crash-landed on the beach of Coney Island. Peter lost hold of the plane and rolled down the beach. Everything was consumed in smoke and flames. He slowly got up and took off his mask. His ears were ringing. He had just staggered up to his feet when, Vulture flew toward him and attacked him. Sparks flew from Vulture's wings.
"Hey, Pedro." Toomes said and continued to attack Peter who shot his web, but missed and got pinned to the ground like a bird of prey.
He screamed as Vulture grabbed him tightly with his claws and rained down punched at him. When Peter grabbed his fist to prevent another blow, Vulture flew up and let go of him. Peter avoided serious injury by shooting a strand of web and holding on to Vulture, but Vulture cut it off and throws him to the ground. He then slams Peter into the ground a few times. Peter flips onto his back in a sluggish way, then looked up at Vulture, who picked him up by the hood of his Spider-Man costume. Vulture was holding Peter there, studying his limp body, when he spotted a crate.
"Bingo." he said and let go of Peter then took his goggles off and grabbed the crateful of arc reactors.
Sparks rain down from his wing suit when he tried to lift the crate, but Vulture didn't stop.
"Your wing suit. Your wing suit's gonna explode!" Peter said.
Lifting his weary arm, Peter shot a strand of web at the crate and pulled with all his might. A tug of war ensued.
"Time to go home, Pete." Toomes said.
"I'm trying to save you!" Peter said.
Then Vulture cut the web with his wing and tried to fly off. Peter pressed the button on his web shooter, but it didn't work. He looked up to see the wing suit failing and covered his head. Vulture dropped to the ground along with his wing suit then an explosion consumed him.
"No." Peter said and struggled up and ran into the flames.
Then he saw Toomes and tried to lift the wing suit off him, but screamed as he made contact with hot metal. However, he didn't give up. He picked the wing suit up, found Toomes and carried him away from the flames. Then he laid Toomes down on the beach. Wheezing and coughing from the smoke, Toomes looked up at Peter, who returns his gaze.
The flames had died out a little. A search party was scouring the beach. Soon Happy found Vulture tied to a pile of crates with spiderweb. A note was attached beside him.
FOUND FLYING VULTURE GUY.
SPIDER-MAN.
P.S.
SORRY ABOUT YOUR PLANE.
Happy raised his head and looked around as if searching for someone.
Meanwhile fire engines passed by the Cyclone and Peter was sitting on top of it. He closed his eyes, wounded and weary.
The next day at Midtown High students were taking down a homecoming banner. Below it, Ned and Peter walked down the corridor.
"It looked so insane. That whole... Like, it was just crazy. He, he was just like, "Zzzz," and you were like, "Ah!"" Ned said.
"Shh." Peter said.
"And then I just hit him with the "pew." It was so, oh, my god."
"You saved me. It was awesome." Peter said and saw Liz at the end of the corridor.
Her mom was walking beside her with a box full of her belongings. Betty ran to Liz and hugged her. Then Peter ran toward them.
"Hey, Liz!" he said.
"I'm gonna miss you." Betty said.
"Bye." Liz said.
"Liz." Peter said and she waited for him wiping tears off her face. "Liz, look. I'm so sorry."
"You say that a lot. What are you sorry for this time?" she asked but he said nothing. "The dance? That was a pretty crappy thing to do."
"Well, yeah, but I... I mean, your dad... I can't imagine what you're going through. If there's anything I can do to help..."
"I guess we're moving to Oregon. Mom says it's nice there, so that's cool. Anyways, Dad doesn't want us here during the trial, so..." she said fighting tears.
"Liz, I... I..."
"Bye, Peter. Whatever's going on with you, I hope you figure it out." she said and left the school with her mother.
Peter watched her go.
Later in the library, Mr. Harrington brought the Decathlon trophy to a table of students.
"Congratulations, Decathlon national champions." he said.
"Yeah!" they said while they clapped.
"I'm gonna have to put this back in the trophy case soon, but just for motivation right now at this practice. I'm a little ahead of the game, but we will need a new team captain next year. So I'm appointing Michelle." he said and they turned to MJ and clapped.
"Yeah!"
"Uh, thank you. My friends call me M.J." MJ said.
"I thought you didn't have any friends." Ned said.
"I didn't."
Then Peter's cell phone vibrated. He picked the broken phone up and read a message from an unknown number: "Go to the bathroom."
"I... I gotta go." he said.
"Hey, where you going?" MJ asked and he froze as he thought of an excuse while she stared at him, eyes filled with suspicion. "What are you hiding, Peter?"
His lips opened, but no sound came out. Suddenly, a grin broke out on MJ's face.]
"I'm just kidding. I don't care. Bye." she said. "All right, so we should run some drills." she said to the others.
"Yeah." Ned said.
MJ watched with curious eyes as Peter stood to leave.
When he left Peter rounded the corner and found Happy waiting for him in the bathroom.
"Hey, Happy. What, uh... What are you doing here?" Peter said.
"I really owe you one. I don't know what I would do without this job. I mean, before I met Tony-" Happy started but a toilet flushed and cuts him off.
They awkwardly stood there as Tiny came out, washed his hands, wiped them, and left, throwing a long, confused glance at them.
"So, uh, how long you been here?" Peter asked.
"Long enough to be awkward. Boss wants to see you." Happy said.
"Is he here too?" Peter whispered.
"In the toilet? No, he's upstate."
"Upstate? Like, upstate-upstate?"
"Yeah, let's go."
Soon they were in Happy's car.
"You may take your hands off the steering wheel." the dashboard said.
"Take a look. It's pretty impressive, huh?" Happy said about the New Avengers Facility. "They just finished remodeling the whole thing."
Peter studied the facility with an awed expression. Then he saw a Quinjet taking off.
A few minutes later they were in the compound and Peter watched a Quinjet flew off with a huge grin.
"You don't see that every day." Happy said.
Then Tony approached them.
"Oh, there they are. How was the ride up?" Tony said.
"Good."
"Give me a minute with the kid."
"Seriously?"
"Yeah. I gotta talk to the kid."
"I'll be close behind."
"How about a loose follow? All right? Boundaries are good." Tony said and playfully punched Peter in the shoulder, then put an arm around him. "Sorry I took your suit. I mean, you had it coming. Actually, it turns out it was the perfect sort of tough-love moment that you needed, right? To urge you on, right? Wouldn't you think? Don't you think?"
"Yeah, yeah, I guess." Peter said.
"I'm surprised you did it in your old ones but I forgot to give you back your suit yesterday. So let's just say it was." Tony said then sighed and kept leading Peter towards a door.
"Mr. Stark, I really-"
"You screwed the pooch hard. Big time. But then you did the right thing. Took the dog to the free clinic, you raised the hybrid puppies... All right, not my best analogy." Tony said. "I was wrong about you. Both hero and my intern. I think, with a little more mentoring, you could be a real asset to the team."
"To the... To the team?"
"Yeah. Anyway..." Tony said and pointed at a door. "There's about fifty reporters behind that door. Real ones, not bloggers." he said and pressed some buttons on his watch and a secret compartment in the wall opened, revealing a brand-new Spider-Man suit. "When you're ready... Why don't you try that on? And I'll introduce the world to the newest official member of the Avengers: Spider-Man."
"I..." Peter said and chuckled, amazed.
"Yeah. Give that a look." Tony said and Peter kept admiring the Iron Spider Armor. "So, after the press conference, Happy will show you to your room, your new quarters." he said. "Where's he between? He's next to Vision?" he asked Happy.
"Yeah, Vision's not big on doors." Happy said.
"It's fun."
"Or walls."
"You'll fit right in." Tony said to Peter.
Peter hesitated for a moment, then turned to Tony.
"Thank you, Mr. Stark. But I'm good." he said.
"You're good? Good? How are you good?" Tony said.
"Well, I mean, I'm... I'd rather just stay on the ground for a little while. Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Somebody's got to look out for the little guy, right?"
Tony took off his sunglasses and stared into Peter's eyes.
"You turning me down? You better think about this." he said. "Look at that. Look at me. Last chance, yes or no?" he said pointing at the new Spider-Man suit.
"No."
"Okay. It's kind of a Springsteen-y, working class hero vibe that I dig." Tony said. "Well do you want to tell them you're really are my intern?"
"Uh, I guess. Only the people from yesterday's field trip still know."
"Great!"
Then a door behind him opened, revealing a room full of reporters. There were excited murmurs. Then Pepper came out with a somewhat frenzied, annoyed look when she realized Peter wasn't there.
"Hey, you ready?" Pepper asked and Tony looked at Peter.
"You ready?" he asked.
"Yeah." Peter said.
"Change of plans, he wants to stick with being the neighborhood hero right now so we'll tell them all I really do have a personal intern."
Pepper was surprised but nodded.
"OK then." she said. "Let's go."
They nodded and Tony put a hand on Peter's shoulder.
"Got your badge?" he asked and Peter nodded. "Alright, let's go." he said and Peter put on his badge.
Then they walked in and people looked at them and were confused why Tony has a kid with him.
When they got in front Peter saw the other Avengers looking at him confused and got a little uncomfortable.
"So, I called you all to tell you that this kid right here is my personal intern." Tony said with a hand on Peter's shoulder. "Peter Parker."
"You have a personal intern?" Steve said.
"Yup. He's really smart to."
Peter turned a little red at that.
Tony knew he was mad at Steve after what he did to Tony but had control of his temper.
"I'm not that smart Mr. Stark." Peter said.
"You kidding? You're amazing!" Tony said.
Then reporters started asking questions.
"Mr. Stark!" someone said.
"Yes?" Tony said.
"What does he do?"
"Why don't you tell them?"
"Uh, sure?" Peter said. "As he said I'm Mr. Stark's personal intern and I help him with the Avengers' stuff along with his." he said and people started writing things down. "I work with lower interns and help them to."
"Do you know any other of the Avengers?" someone else asked.
"No, I only know Mr. Stark, Ms. Pott and Happy."
"What grade are you in? Because he only takes college students, grad school students and people that just graduated." someone else asked.
"I'm a sophomore at Midtown High."
That shocked everyone but Tony.
"MIDTOWN HIGH?!" they all said and Peter turned red and nodded.
"My best friend goes to. I'm part of the Decathlon actually. Top of my year, especially science. My best friend is great at engineering."
"Peter would fit in just fine with you Bruce." Tony said and snickered.
"Probably." Pepper said chuckling. "He's actually read all your books, I think he's a fan of you as Dr. Bruce Banner and not the Hulk."
Bruce smiled at that while the others stood there in shock.
"You understand his books?!" Clint said in shock and Peter turned even more red.
"Yes? I wrote about one of them for school three months ago." Peter said.
"Yeah, he'll fit right in with Bruce." Natasha said and the others nodded.
"What else do you do?" someone asked. "I work in Queens and was wondering if you do anything for Spider-Man. Or where he is."
Peter froze for a second.
"Uh, I, I make his webs and I don't know where he is." Peter said.
Tony knew he was a little nervous but could hide it.
"Yup, Pete takes care of Spider-Man's webs and will be working on his suit when we finish here. Give it an update." Tony said.
"I have to admit, the one he had at first worried me. Now the one he has makes me feel more comfortable with him. He's safer. My son is a big fan of Spider-Man." a reporter said.
Peter stood there in shock and hope at what he just heard.
Tony smiled.
"Good." he said.
"Would any of you offer to make him Avenger? You offered Mr. Parker to be your personal intern and he's only fifteen." someone asked.
"After saving Queens and stopping someone from stealing my tech I thought about it but knew he prefers to be in town. When he gets higher and more experienced I'll think about it though."
"Do you enjoy working for Mr. Stark?" someone asked.
"Yeah, it's fun and nice to be with someone that's as high as me. I could really leave high school and get to college by now actually. Just about everything at school is too easy really." Peter said relieved they're back to his internship.
"I can talk to the principle and your aunt later about it if you want." Tony said.
"No, as boring as it is I'll stay there with Ned and MJ."
Tony nodded and looked at Bruce.
"The kids either as high, between or a smidge lower than us." he said shocking them all.
"Really?" Bruce said and Tony nodded. "Wow."
"Do you still have those videos of Steve showing?" Bucky asked and Steve groaned.
"Yes. Gym, detention, every single one." Peter said and Bucky burst out laughing.
"Oh man!"
They kept talking for a while then they were done.
"Alright kid, see you tomorrow." Tony said and Peter nodded smiling.
"Happy will take you home. Yeah?"
"Yeah." Happy said. "Mind waiting in the car? I need a minute." he said to Peter.
"Thank you, Mr. Stark."
"Yes, Mr. Parker. See you tomorrow." Tony said and they shook hands.
"See you tomorrow."
"Okay." Tony said and Peter walked away.
