The time has come.
O Messiah, O Messiah.

Bringing along endless fear,
It is approaching - the evil soul.
I won't lose at the turning point of destiny,
I must do it; I'll put my life on the line at dawn.
With my hand!
For sure, I will go beyond my limits!
Calling my powers, I will chase away the darkness.
Hungry for blood, the beast grins.
it burns brightly, the soul of justice.
I don't want an empty world;
I don't want to see a world without love.
FOR SURE!
You, there!
I won't give up until I beat you!
That laugh of yours!
I will put an end to it!
Even if you have the upper hand now,
when the future dawns, the wind of tomorrow's world blows.
LET'S GO!
For sure, I will go beyond my limits!
Calling my powers, I will change my fate.

Episode 33
For the Sake of a Loved One

Broly struggled against the hefty force of Freeza's supernova as it collided against his hand. It drove his black boots deep into the ground as its immensely powerful shockwaves caused the surface to be expunged. Thick air blew like a puissant hurricane around him, sending other less powerful Saiyans aside from him and Prince Vegeta, barreling backwards.

Above them hovered the shining golden Galactic Emperor, with his right arm outstretched in front of him. A vicious, cruel grin upon his dark purple lips as he laughed manically at the incoming destruction of this worthless planet. He didn't care if he gets blown up along the planet, he can survive the explosion. He is a frost demon after all.

"I am going to blow up your mud ball to smithereens all at once! Begone, monkeys! Die!" Freeza cackled like an evil madman.

Vegeta, who Broly hurled several feet away from the blast in hopes of protecting him, slowly picked himself up but the pressure of the shockwaves caused by Freeza's supernova as it descend upon his homeworld kept him struggling against it as well, though it wasn't enough to blow him away like what happened to the rest of his people. With strenuous effort, he gritted his teeth together and fought the force of the wind trying to push him away. He squinted his red eyes to watch Broly do his best to push the devastating ball of energy away.

"Broly..." Vegeta grunted through his clenched teeth. He forced himself to step forward, his efforts were hefty and sluggish against the intense pressure. "Damn it... Damn it all! Power. I need more power... Have to save... him..."

Broly sensed Vegeta move and he became alarmed that this would bring the Royal Saiyan in danger. "Stay back!" he told the prince in a surprisingly stern tone. The distraction caused Freeza's attack to overpower him and Broly's boots sunk several feet down the ground.

"Damn it all to hell!" Vegeta furiously growled to himself, taking another struggling step forward.

"Get away, your Highness! This thing is going to detonate anytime!" Broly roared. "Stay away! You, of all people, have to survive!"

"Like... I'm gonna... let him... Do that... And destroy... My planet..."

Seeing the stubborn prince not even listening to his words, Broly gave up persuading him and he turned back to the problem at hand. If Vegeta won't listen, then he has to push this thing away the best he could.

"I'm not going to let you destroy my planet, Freeza!" Broly declared. "Moreover, I will not allow you to harm my future King any further!"

Somehow, this motivation suddenly augmented Broly's strength. "Vegeta is our only chance of ending your reign! He is my best friend, the reason why I lived was because he has saved me from the danger of being killed when I was a child. From that very moment, I have sworn to protect him with all my life, that's why I did everything I could to become stronger! All for him!" Broly shouted at Freeza.

Behind him, Vegeta yelled something at him he didn't hear.

"I will not let you have your way!" Broly yelled at Freeza.

With a mighty roar, Broly summoned every ounce of his strength to compress the size of the supernova into a smaller, more concentrated form by manipulating its energy in between his hands. He forcefully squeezed the energy with vigorous effort until it is reduced into an orb the size of a beach ball. Once that happens, the hurricane-like wind caused by the shockwaves halted and Vegeta fell forward but quickly caught himself to sprint towards Broly.

Broly turned to face Vegeta with a small, satisfied smile. The highly concentrated mini-supernova in his hand glowed a blinding light and then, without hesitation, the brave Saiyan pressed it against his body.

At the same time, Vegeta and Paragus cried out Broly's name as the prince stumbled, his right hand reaching out for the Saiyan as he screamed lengthily. "Broly! Stop!"

Kabooooooooomm!

As the sphere of destruction erupted, Broly's body absorbed most of its devastating force to prevent it from blowing up the planet entirely. It was an earsplitting burst, that blinded everyone upon its explosion. Its potent shockwaves shook Planet Vegeta to its core.

When the dust and smoke finally cleared, Vegeta stared at the aftermath of Broly's sacrifice. It created an enormous, bottomless looking crater on the ground. The damage was colossal but not enough to completely destroy the planet.

Freeza levitated above the skies, definitely unimpressed about how Broly was able to stop his supernova attack. He snickered in annoyance. That Broly just took most destructive power from his planet-busting attack to himself. These Saiyans are tough indeed.

"What a fool. He did manage to keep this planet from blowing up but in exchange for his own life." he commented with a chuckle.

The remaining Saiyans gazed down at the seemingly bottomless pit before them with gaping mouths. Not far from them, Paragus was hysterical about his son. "Broly! Where is my Broly?! BROLY!" he was shouting like a madman.

Vegeta jumped into the crater without any hesitation, desperately using his powers to blow away the dust. Once he has found Broly's charred body, he quickly pulled him out of there, gently carrying the larger Saiyan in his back.

Freeza was surprised that Broly wasn't reduced to atoms from that eruption of power. Just what kind of monster is this guy?! This is bad. If Vegeta heals that Saiyan, then he may come back even more powerful than before! He has to kill them while he has the chance!

The Emperor raised a glowing finger at Vegeta and Broly's direction, but the prince seemed to sense what he was planning to do. Vegeta simply flashed his completely furious eyes at the Emperor and then a sudden, invisible shockwave hit Freeza head on. The moment the energy hit him, the Emperor found himself unable to move. His entire body froze, his muscles became frigid and no matter what he did, he couldn't move them. He couldn't even feel or manipulate his own energy.

What is happening to him?! Freeza thought in panic. Is Vegeta the one doing this to him? What is that red haired form? He doesn't look powerful enough to do this kind of paralyzing technique on him. He cannot even sense any power from him but how come he's this strong?

When Vegeta descended to where his people were gathered, he knelt down, carefully laid Broly's limp and heavily burned body over his lap. He cradled his head as if the larger Saiyan was his own child.

"Broly." he called out to him, shaking him slightly. "Broly, open your eyes. It's me."

Broly, who was somehow, miraculously alive, but was on the brink of death and suffering from third and second degree burns on most part of his body, fluttered his eyes open. He smiled slightly at the sight of his prince, which quickly faded when he saw the unshed tears upon his red eyes.

"You fool. How dare you defy my royal command. I didn't need you to protect me like that. I never asked for your help! How dare you! I should be punishing you for this."

Broly chuckled weakly at the silliness of his prince thinking of punishing him for protecting him instead of thanking or rewarding him. That's Vegeta for you. "My apologies... My body... moved on it's own. When I saw him... about to attack you from behind... I... I just..." he grumbled.

"Silence. I don't want to hear your excuses. Look at yourself! You look disgusting. I'll heal you in an instant-."

"Stop." Broly cut in a gruff voice, grabbing Vegeta's wrist with his shaking, blistered hand, causing the prince to stare at him in disbelief as if he had grown a second head.

"What? What are you saying? If you aren't healed this instant, you are going to... I'm going to..." Vegeta's voice broke as he whispered. "...lose you."

"Don't waste your power... I want you to...Conserve your strength... Forget about me, this is what I want."

"What?"

"I'm sorry..." Broly smiled slightly. "For disobeying your royal command, but I did it... because this... is what I always wanted."

At the back of his mind, Vegeta reminisced the time when he first gazed upon an infant Broly who was about to be killed by his father's soldier. He intercepted the soldier's plan and commanded him to leave the crying baby alone. For some reason, Vegeta has no exact idea why he saved Broly that day. He just thought he wanted someone powerful and worthy to be on his side, comparing Broly to the older but weaker Raditz. He knew Broly would be capable of surpassing him one day and would give him the challenge he wanted. He also saw his potential to be useful in the Saiyan Kingdom in the future, most especially when he becomes the king. While being Paragus' son and somehow, giving him the doubt that Broly may betray him, he still believed in him that he may go against his father's manipulative control and choose what he truly wanted to fight for.

Yet, Vegeta never anticipated it to be this way. He loathed it the most when others chose to die for him in order to protect him. Raditz did this to him when he ate the poisoned cookies meant to kill him back when they were kids (See Episode 11) and Raditz barely made it alive. It felt insulting to his pride, as if they were belittling his strength and capability to defend himself. Yes, it's their job to protect him at all times as he is their future King, and he knew he would always berate them about it whenever he questions his Generals' loyalty to him (like what he did to Kakarot on Episode 28) but he still didn't want the idea of them giving away their life for him as if he's a helpless child. They could have done other things rather than foolishly standing between him and death.

Most especially when Vegeta believed he could have easily negated Freeza's supernova with his newly awakened godly powers.

"You idiot... If you didn't push me away, if you have only let me take care of it... I could have..." Vegeta muttered. No, not just that. He could have prevented Broly's sacrifice if only he wasn't arrogant about his own strength earlier, if he only listened to what his father and Bardock were telling him. "No. This is my fault..." he thought to himself. His lips quivered, and he swallowed the unpleasant lump building in his throat. "I'm... I'm sorry..." he whispered. Broly's eyes widened slightly, surprised that the proud prince was actually apologizing to him. "You may think that after what happened between us, our fathers and the Project Denzetsu, that I have misunderstood you. But... You should know that from the moment you were born, no matter what our circumstances may have been, I have always believed in you. And that has never changed."

Despite the tears falling from his red eyes, the prince smiled proudly at his General. Broly dying in his arms right now after protecting him only proved the Saiyan's undying loyalty to him.

The dying Saiyan smiled faintly as he looked up at his best friend. His heart wrenched at the sight of his weeping face. He let go of Vegeta's wrist to weakly raised it in an attempt to wipe away the unnecessary tears falling from those usually intimidating, cold eyes he used to fear, which were now mourning for him.

"Thank you... For always believing in me... Your Highness." those were Broly's words before his raised hand fell limply down into his sides. As his eyelids slid to a close, bringing the inevitable darkness into his vision, his fading mind reminisced the happy and bittersweet memories he spent with the man he always admired and sworn to protect with his entire life. He always thought he would fail at this, but now, it seemed that his life long wish has been granted. Other than to give his life to protect the Crown Prince with all his might, and to die in his best friend's arms.

Dying to protect your loved ones is a good way to go... And dying in the arms of that loved one felt more than satisfaction and relief.

Broly remembered the night of the lantern festival when he wrote his wish in a green colored paper lantern. The same wish he had been writing every year during the same festival. He silently watched as Vegeta spent his time with Bulma, jealousy filling up his heart at the sight of the two enjoying themselves. He had been stalking at them all night long. He was sure Vegeta could sense his stares but it seemed like he didn't care about it at all.

Broly had always loved Vegeta, more than anyone else. But then, he knew that he cannot be with him. He cannot even confess his strange feelings for him. This was the reason for Broly's earlier bitterness towards Bulma (and his jealousy with Vegeta's closeness with Raditz and Kakarot as mentioned in Episode 12). He had always wanted to stand before Vegeta and be with him forever. His attraction to the Saiyan Prince is somehow, attributed to Paragus' feelings towards the late Queen Saya. Both Paragus and Broly were attracted to Saya and Vegeta's fiery personalities. They both look up to them and were inwardly challenged by their feistiness.

So that feeling of limerence, of love sickness Vegeta had earlier that day... Broly can relate to it. He knew of the sufferings of one who was love sick and was helpless to do anything about it. This was also the reason why Broly proposed to kill Bulma off because she made Vegeta feel that unpleasant thing. (See Episode 7)

As Broly watched Vegeta in the distance as he returned from buying his and Bulma's wish lanterns, he realized how happier he was being with her. The Prince showed Bulma her lantern, she was angry and impatient with him taking so long from buying them and he wondered how long it took him.

As the two jot down their wishes of acceptance by the other, Broly wrote this in his wish lantern that night: "No matter what happens, may we stay friends until the last day of our lives. I also wish that he may understand and forgive me for what I am doing. Please let him know deep in his heart that I am doing this to protect him one day. That is how much I love him."

As he left the festival that night, he had no idea that Vegeta saw and read his wish. The Saiyan Prince turned his head over his direction as soon as he read that strange wish, which was different than the rest of his people, or even his and Bulma's.

That's when the Crown Prince knew something was going on with him...

Sensing Broly's life force fading out, Vegeta silently stared at Broly's smiling face. He appeared satisfied and happy in his final moments. He embraced his General and swore that he will avenge him from that lizard monster who was still suspended in the air.

Around them, the Saiyans watched at the scene before them, awed by Broly's honorable death. Kakarot stared at his friends, shaking, obviously trying his best to control his emotions. They all closed their eyes as to honor the fallen warrior.

Bardock walked over the seemingly frozen Paragus as he watched with horror as his son die in the arms of the Crown Prince. That fool chose to die to protect that brat just as how the seer predicted his death. He made sure that Broly doesn't develop feelings for anyone just to avoid that wretched fate yet the boy never listened to him. He just couldn't understand how the fates of the two boys were seemingly turned around.

Vegeta raised his head to look up at Broly's father, "Why are you just standing there, Paragus? Come over here and hold your son." he said.

Everyone waited for Paragus to move. He just stared at both Vegeta and Broly with a look that visibly showed his guilt and his anger.

Suddenly enraged, he roared at Vegeta. He was angry that the prince didn't heal Broly despite his son's own protests. "Why did you let my Broly die?! You could have saved him if only you healed him!"

King Vegeta stepped forward at Paragus, raised a hand to slap him hard across the face, snapping the apoplectic Saiyan from his madness. With a stern glare, the king shouted as he defended his son, "Watch your mouth, Paragus! Learn your place! Just who do you think you are yelling and blaming here?! Didn't you hear what your son just said?! He refused to be healed in order for the Crown Prince to conserve his energy!"

"Yeah!" the other Saiyans affirmed in unison.

Taken aback by his people's uproar, Paragus backed out. He slumped his shoulders down and mumbled to himself. "I still don't understand how this could happen. Broly... He's meant to-,"

"-You have no idea, do you?" Bardock cut him off. Paragus turned his head to look at the man beside him. "The seer you have consulted eleven years ago has the ability to see the future by sensing the energy of his subjects. That day you brought him over the Royal Palace to predict Prince Vegeta's fate was the same day Prince Vegeta exchanged clothes with Broly for a life lesson he wished for Broly and himself to learn!" (Refer to Episodes 13 and 21)

Paragus' brow furrowed in his confusion, a puzzled look on his face. "They exchanged clothes?"

"Yeah. He wanted to show Broly the hardships of the life of being a Crown Prince and the Future King of the Saiyans in order to make Broly realize he doesn't want that kind of life for himself and for Vegeta himself to check on Broly's life with you. The seer has mistaken Broly to be the Crown Prince because he is wearing Prince Vegeta's clothes at the time. He also thought that Vegeta is your son because of this."

Paragus glared at Bardock, still disbelieving his words.

"What? You don't believe me? Should I show you my proof?" Bardock said with a disparaging grin. Without waiting for any permission, Bardock penetrated through Paragus' mind and showed him a flashback of that event. Caught off guard, Paragus staggered back as his mind went back in time and became trapped in Bardock's perspective eleven years ago. He found himself standing under the shade of a tree as he watched four Saiyan children playing a chasing game at the Palace's courtyard. He noticed his past self not far away from where he stood, about ten feet away. He was standing next to the old seer he was consulting about Prince Vegeta's fate.

"The Crown Prince is indeed a very powerful warrior. It is true that he would make a great and wise king and that he will probably become the Super Saiyan of Legend. But... I see darkness enshrouding his future. He is meant to die young saving and protecting those he cared about. However, I sensed a more powerful energy in one of his friends… H-He's meant to surpass the Legend. And he would make the greatest king the Saiyans had ever seen. A very powerful one. He would be feared across the entire universe for his power and his name alone."

"Who do you mean?"

"I believe it is your son, master."

Paragus never thought Bardock was able to hear all of this. In Bardock's body, he suddenly felt alarmed by what he heard so he turned back to the brats who were completely oblivious of the adults' presence. He began to focus his thoughts on the boy wearing the Crown Prince's clothes, and eventually saw a vision of his son's death.

After that game, Paragus followed the two children led by the boy who was wearing Broly's clothing. They went back to the Crown Prince's private quarters. He decided to peek on a small space in the door to see the two removing their clothes, revealing the true child behind the disguise. Vegeta was indeed wearing Broly's clothes and Broly donned Vegeta's during the time the seer was predicting their futures!

He overheard the two children talking after they dressed up to their original clothes.

"Thank you for the experience. I guess jewelry isn't really my thing. You have too many of them and you're just a kid." Vegeta was complaining to Broly. "Why do you go around with those things anyways? Paragus was spoiling you a lot, I see."

"Dad said these things once belonged to my mother and he had them recreated so I can wear them." Broly said.

"Oh… I guess those things were truly precious to you, huh?"

"Yes, your highness."

"So, tell me about your experience. How does it make you feel to wear the Crown Prince's Royal Armor?"

Vegeta waited expectantly at Broly's answer.

"Hmm… How should I say this...? Uhmm… I guess it was an amazing experience too. I learned a valuable lesson today. I learned that being a Crown Prince is a heavy responsibility despite how powerful you are to become when you become a king. A lot of kids would think that being born into a royal family is a blessing because you could get and do anything you want. That's what my dad was telling me too. But, now I understand that it isn't just about how powerful you are being on the top. You have such heavy responsibilities as well, which your people and entire kingdom would depend on. And because of that, your royal armor felt really heavy on me. I am sorry, your highness."

"So I guess the same goes for me. Your clothes felt heavy too. At first I thought it must be lighter than my royal armor because you are free from the suffocating palace laws. But I know that having such a jerk for a father was something I couldn't stand at all. My father is the same as Paragus, greedy, selfish, strict and competitive towards you. But I guess we just handle things rather differently. I always hated following orders, rules and laws because I wanted to live my life the way I truly want it. My father cannot control me no matter what he did while Paragus seemed to intimidate you so much. Do you really wish to follow through your father's plans to overthrow me?"

"I was never interested with your position or the throne. And after the game we played today, it made me realize that I do not want to become a prince or a king. Rest assured that I will always be loyal to you no matter what happens, your highness."

"That's more like it. I'm counting on that promise. Don't disappoint me, Broly."

Paragus was brought back to the present when Bardock pulled out his thoughts from his mind. He blinked, confused for a moment, but he did realize that Bardock was telling him the truth after all.

"Now, do you see the price you paid for what you did to your son?" Bardock asked. "Your manipulative ways would have destroyed Broly's mentally but because of his admiration for Vegeta, he was able to hold on to his pure-heartedness. He worked so hard to keep that promise until his last breath. He died with the pride and honor of a true Saiyan warrior who was able to keep his word. Look at your son, Paragus. He is smiling in his death. Can you feel everyone's respect to Broly's sacrifice? Broly showed us all what Vegeta wanted for everyone, Not for us to sacrifice our lives for him but for us to fight with the pride and honor of being a Saiyan warrior, even in the face of death, without any regrets."

Paragus stared at the lifeless body of his only son in the Crown Prince's arms. Broly was indeed smiling in satisfaction. He looked happy and peaceful, as if he was only sleeping and not dead.

The idea of losing his only son and seeing all his ambitions completely crumbled before his eyes made Paragus feel deep regret and self loathing. He turned around to glare at the monster who murdered Broly. He found that Freeza was getting more desperate than ever, and in his struggle, he was able to unleash a power strong enough to break Vegeta's paralyzing invisible hold.

Sensing the damned lizard free, Paragus turned to gaze at Vegeta for a moment. That silent but guilty look told the prince that Paragus was shameful of his actions and that he wanted to apologize but couldn't do it verbally. Vegeta predicted what Paragus was planning to do and he opened his mouth to command him, "Don't!" just as Paragus flared his aura to life and powered up the highest he could in an instant. With a rage filled mind, he charged towards Freeza in a frenzy of a father who lost his only son to this monster.

A completely livid Golden Freeza pointed a glowing finger towards Vegeta's direction to finish what he was supposed to do earlier. It's a good thing that the other pest was done for, but with the Saiyan Prince still alive, there's still no time for celebration until these monkeys are gone for good. And in order for him to destroy these Saiyans, he has to eliminate the only remaining threat to him, the strongest among them, so no one will be able to get in his way again by ass pulling a transformation out of nowhere.

"Die!" Freeza screeched as he fired a red beam of death towards Vegeta's direction. It happened so fast that the Prince was unable to snap out of his grief about his friends' death and shock at Paragus' stupidity.

Paragus suddenly appeared in front of Freeza, summoning all the energy he had on his body and concentrated it all on a yellow energy blast he was charging on his left hand.

"This is for my Broly!" he screamed as he hurled that one potent blast of ki towards the upcoming death beam meant to kill Vegeta, or him since he stepped in between Vegeta and Freeza just like Broly did earlier. He was hoping he could stop the beam on his own, to protect Vegeta as his way of repenting himself from all his misdeeds.

But much to his surprise, Freeza's beam suddenly got bigger and it completely overwhelmed Paragus' blast with ease. Without any more time to dodge, the red beam penetrated through Paragus' chest, much to everyone's horror. Paragus fell backwards with a gaping, bleeding hole over his chest.

"So this is how it ends..." those were his dying thoughts as the blurry image of his dead son in the Crown Prince's arms faded in and out of his vision. "I am truly sorry for what I did to the both of you. Forgive me... Broly..."

Paragus was already dead when he reached the ground. The remaining Saiyans stared at his lifeless body with gaping mouths.

"Heh! Didn't know that fool will do this kind of stupidity." Freeza commented.

"That imbecile!" Vegeta growled to himself. How could that fool throw his life away like this knowing he was no match for Freeza? Why are people suddenly stepping in and die trying to fight Freeza on their own? Why are they disobeying his commands?! Well, he can understand the rage it brought Paragus when he saw his son die. The feeling of shame about all his plans crushing right before his eyes. Despite this, there was a chance for him to change his ways. Broly can be brought back to life with the Dragon Balls Bulma and Raditz will find on Planet Namek.

Remembering that, Vegeta decided to have enough of all the drama that just transpired and continue the fight. He called Kakarot's attention to take care of Broly's lifeless body for him. He rose from his kneeling position, determined to finally end this battle once and for all. In his mind, he asked Yamoshi to give him the guidance in this battle (without realizing that he is Yamoshi himself). He must end this fight once and for all!

King Vegeta stepped towards his son to suggest one thing, "Yon, if you need us, we can fight alongside you now. You were right earlier, we should have fought in unison right from the start. Many of our people have been killed so far, and many of us wish to avenge our fallen comrades."

"Not so fast, papa." the prince said. "You guys already did me a favor with this second chance. Just stand back and watch on the sidelines. You may share your feelings with me using my bond to all of you so I may avenge them myself on your behalf. I am assuring you that this time, Freeza will receive divine punishment in your future King's hands!"

In his mind, he was beginning to formulate a plan on how he could beat the Galactic Emperor with his newfound ability. He was well aware of the fact that even at this overwhelming level of godly power, he was still no match against Golden Freeza's overwhelming strength.

Vegeta observed the feeling of his new power flowing through his veins. He could still feel the legendary energy of the Super Saiyan inside of him, waiting for him to call it out. He noticed that this energy felt completely different than that of the Legendary Super Saiyan. It was as if he has two different energies within himself. One that was brought forth by intense rage and need and the other by a fiery will of righteousness. The golden energy had a more fearsome and destructive edge to it while this one was stronger, divine and had a healing force or the power to restore things. He was puzzled as to why Freeza doesn't seem to notice how stronger he is right as compared to his strength a few moments ago. Does the divine nature of this energy not allow mortals to sense his ki?

He was beginning to wonder if combining the two energies was possible since they seemed to be separated by their differences. Would the power from doing so be able to surpass or match Freeza's current level? Can his body handle it? Would he undergo another painful transformation again?

Speaking of transformation, Vegeta suddenly remembered Bardock's words to him about his vision of him having several transformations, making him think about how cool he would look with different hair colors. Blonde, Red or... Blue? (See Episode 14)

He shook his head to snap his mind out of these distracting thoughts. He has no time to think, hesitate or doubt himself. He will do it if this is what it would take for him to end this fight once and for all.

He levitated off the ground to be on equal level with the Galactic Emperor. He was simply glaring back at Freeza quietly with his cold, calculating red eyes. For some reason, his silence instilled fear to the Galactic Emperor.

Despite that uneasy feeling writhing within him, Freeza bluffed as he gritted his teeth in annoyance, "Why won't you just die? And what is that red haired form? Your ki has completely faded out. You've only made yourself weaker. Do you honestly think you can defeat me with just a new look but without any power at all?! Ha! How dumb could you even get?!"

The Saiyan god simply eyed Freeza, deciding not to be affected by the damn demon's taunting any longer. After the taste of defeat he received when he became too arrogant and cocky about his own strength, he's learned a valuable lesson. It was a terrible mistake on his part and a weakness his enemy has utilized to win. He will not allow it to happen again. He was lucky to have this rare second chance, all thanks to all those who believed in him. They have given him another chance to turn the tables and return the favor of victory in his hands, and for them, he cannot fail. Enough of the games and the laughter. He will never celebrate his victory until that damn lizard has been completely reduced to ashes by the fearsome divine punishment he will bestow upon him.

Freeza was growing more anxious as the seconds passed by in complete silence. That stillness and seriousness Vegeta was giving him was giving him the chills. The Saiyan is like a child silently observing the insect he was planning to squash with his fingers. It was completely different from the cocky, loud and bossy mouthed fool he was fighting earlier. It was unusual.

"Well... Say something?! Or has the cat got your tongue due to your realization that you won't be able to defeat me with just a new hair and eye color? You have no power at all!"

Those words made Vegeta react by simply smiling at him. Freeza's mouth slowly dropped. That smile suddenly made him even more anxious. The insult would have made the Saiyan Prince explode with blinded rage but he only received a smile, of all things, as his reaction? Has this monkey lost his mind?!

Vegeta slowly closed his eyes and focused on his energy, building it up by combining the legendary and divine energies within him into one.

"Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!"

The flaring crimson aura burst to life and spiraled around his body like a hurricane of fire. With it, golden waves of energy whirled along its winding flow. The two auras fused into a blazing orange, which eventually turned neon green in color. His red hair rippled along the flow of his energy and he begin to exhibit changes, just like how he transforms from his base form to his Super Saiyan form. His body trembled as he stooped forward to brace himself for his transformation.

His muscle mass increased, until it's the same as in his Super Saiyan form. He could feel it. The legendary power becoming one with this divine energy. This new level of power steadily pushed his ki, strength, and speed to new heights beyond his previous transformations.

"Hraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"

Vegeta was suddenly completely enveloped by an aura of blinding white energy, a dark blue silhouette of his body surrounded by it. The silhouette becomes a shell of bright blue ki which began to crack and break apart from the tips of his boots upwards until it slowly reveals the new color of his eyes and hair. A sky blue color!

As this happens, the Saiyans' jaws dropped in complete wonder of their Crown Prince's transformation.

When the blinding light exploded into a vibrant, fiery, electric blue aura. Vegeta floated in his new form.

Freeza stared dumbfoundedly at the sight of Vegeta new appearance. What is this? A Super Simian with blue hair dye and contacts?

Nobody cannot sense just how much power Vegeta gained with this combined abilities of both the Legendary and Divine Saiyan forms but the immense pressure he was emitting tells everyone he's more powerful than his red headed Super Saiyan god form a few moments ago. Only Vegeta himself knew just how much power he now possessed and it's several times more powerful than Golden Freeza's current state! Obviously, Freeza was already battle worn during this time and his energy has depleted greatly after his fight with Super Saiyan Broly and after unleashing the devastating supernova.

Unlike becoming a Super Saiyan, his mind was surprisingly calm and focused, like that of the Super Saiyan god, it allows him to control his ki flow and his primal Saiyan urges much easier. However, he still find it a boring fight if he beats Freeza in this state. He didn't really want to fight an already beaten warrior. So he raised his hand, focused his ki and healed Freeza with his power, much to everyone's surprise.

"What the hell, Yon?!" his father shouted at him. "Just what do you think you're doing?!"

"Testing waters." the prince replied calmly.

"You just freaking gave Freeza back his full power!"

"I know." Vegeta answered.

King Vegeta put his palm over his face in his distress. And here he thought his son was finally enlightened by his earlier mistakes yet here he was acting all cocky once again.

"Don't worry about it, papa. I'll take care of him."

"You are such a fool." Freeza chuckled to him. "And here I thought you seemed different when you returned to the battlefield and yet you are still the same cocky monkey I've manipulated into bringing out my full power earlier. What? Want to test out that new form of yours with my own?"

"No," the Saiyan simply replied. "It doesn't matter to me if you are at your full power or not. I simply want to gauge the difference between our strength so I won't be able to kill you in a single blow. I still have things to make you pay, I cannot let you die easily so you better prepare yourself because it's going to hurt you for a while."

"As expected of you, you still have that big mouth of yours!"

"..."

Giving Freeza the silent treatment, Vegeta pulled the same hand he used to heal the Emperor a little, and then pushed it in front of him to release a potent burst of air that sent Freeza suddenly barrelling backwards.

"What the?!" Freeza cried out as soon he quickly recovered from that unexpected attack. He felt a stinging pain in his left cheek and he instinctively wiped it with the back of his left hand to see purple blood streaming from a cut on his face. Their mystified audience was confused by what just happened.

"That's for Paragus." Vegeta told nonchalantly at Freeza.

"Why you..!" Freeza seethed as he glared at the prince with disdain. He pulled his hand back to charge his energy and fire a rapid burst of blasts towards Vegeta, which the prince had deflected away with no sweat at all. Freeza couldn't believe what was happening.

Growing tired of Freeza's meaningless assaults, the prince disappeared from where he was. His sudden movement was too fast for anyone to see or even anticipate. They only heard the gruesome sound of bones being mercilessly crushed by a single hit. The Saiyans saw Freeza staggering backwards, his body folded in half. His earlier pompous face twisted with that of agony as he braced his broken ribs Vegeta just shattered.

"That is for Broly." he uttered.

Freeza gritted his teeth, unable to accept what just happened to him. Of all people, his ultimate evolved Golden form was being overpowered by a lowly simian. He loured at the Saiyan lividly, his mind filled with confused questions as to how Vegeta suddenly get this powerful, without any ki at all.

The Emperor retaliated by charging blindly with his fists. The Saiyan effortlessly dodged them all and swiftly landed three punches on Freeza's face, causing the golden lizard to step back.

Freeza kicked off the ground as soon as he recovered but Vegeta stopped his momentum by raising his right foot, and 'lightly' pushing him off him with his sole. Freeza slid backwards for a few miles away. The Prince utilized his teleportation ability to catch up to the Emperor to unleash a drop kick on the lizard's unguarded back. Freeza was propelled forward and Vegeta was catching up with him with relentless assaults until the prince unleashed a powerful jab right on Freeza's face, which broke the emperor's nose and a mighty hammer attack that shoved the lizard downwards into the crater his supernova created earlier.

Vegeta watched at Freeza's completely helpless and beaten body as it was knocked down prone on the ground. He landed in front of the lizardman, who struggled to get up due to his pain.

"Give up now, Freeza. This fight is clearly over. You have no chance of winning against me." Vegeta said.

Freeza raised his head to hiss lividly at the prince, "Do you honestly expect me to admit defeat against someone like you? How preposterous!"

Freeza leapt off the ground to attack the Saiyan prince but Vegeta simply caught his clawed hand meant to incapacitate him, and slammed Freeza back into the ground. Freeza quickly pulled himself up and continued his assault yet Vegeta was able to stop him but repeatedly pounding his fists over Freeza's face and against his already broken ribs. Vegeta concentrated his ki over his right fist, allowing his energy to engulf it. He smashed it against Freeza's solar plexus, completely incapacitating the Emperor and forcing him to revert back to his original, fourth form, his golden hue fading to white. Freeza's knees trembled and he helplessly collapsed on the ground.

Freeza growled, his fists shaking on the ground. Here he was utterly defeated by this monkey scum, him, the Emperor of the Universe, humiliated and forced to bow down before a monkey. He couldn't stand it. "This is unacceptable!" he yelled as he repeatedly smashed his fists on the ground.

Above the crater, the rest of the Saiyans watched in elation about their future King's sure win by now. They were completely amazed how Prince Vegeta was able to make the Emperor look like he was kneeling before him, begging him for his life.

"I told you, didn't I? It's over for you. It is time for me to send you to hell." Vegeta told Freeza coldly.

Freeza looked up at Vegeta with rage filled eyes, thinking of a way to buy time for him to distract Vegeta's murderous thoughts of him. Once he knew, his lips curved upwards and he chuckled. "Hell? Do you honestly think that you aren't going to hell? Aren't you the once feared Legendary Destroyer of Worlds? Didn't you destroy several worlds and lots of innocent people's lives just for your own selfishness? Look at you trying to save the universe from the evil me! How hypocrite of you to act like you are some hero!"

"I never claimed to be one nor did I ever see myself as a righteous or pure hearted hero. I am an evil villain all throughout. I have prepared myself for the consequences of my wrongdoings and unforgivable actions. But then, you go first. You'll see me in there when Rushifa finally welcomes me there."

Vegeta pulled out his hand and directed his palm right at Freeza's face. Tiny sparks of ki and bioelectricity coalesced before his hand, forming a blazing blue orb containing deadly energy sparking with white electrical charges. This is the finishing move. The sphere that would end the tyrant's life once and for all.

Freeza's grin widened. "Yes, of course. I will definitely go to hell... With all of you!" he screeched as he slammed his hands over the ground, instantly cracking the surface down to its core. The impact caused the entire Planet Vegeta to tremble and break apart. Hot, blazing magma exploded out of the growing cracks.

The Prince of the said planet staggered backwards, obviously caught off guard by the surprise attack. However, he quickly snapped out of his shock and from pure instinct, as if he knew how to use his godly abilities (by his memories of his first life as Yamoshi, see Episode 29), he unleashed his divine powers to negate Freeza's destructive attack on his world. By tuning his own energy with the planet's natural energy, Vegeta reversed the devastation Freeza caused. And using the combination of his legendary and divine powers, along the planet's said natural energy, commanded Freeza's own attack to go against him.

"What the?!" Freeza squeaked as he stumbled back. He suddenly felt something grabbing his heels from behind. The ground itself formed into a tentacle, wrapping around his heels. It suddenly pulled Freeza down into the cracks the Galactic Emperor created earlier and swallowed him down, completely incapacitating him. He turned to see Vegeta, using his ability to manipulate the iron sand from the ground itself. The Prince stared at him with eyes filled with godly wrath as he decided on one thing.

It's time to end this.

Pulling both of his hands on his sides, Vegeta formed electrifying yellow ki orbs on both of his hands. His icy blue stare pierced through Freeza's fearful heart. He was intent on destroying the Galactic Emperor to atoms with that immensely powerful blast he was creating.

"This is the end for you and your reign, Freeza." the prince snarled through his gritted teeth. "I will destroy you, right here and now!" he quickly thrust both his hands forward, mixing the two energy spheres together into a single ball snapping with yellow and blue lightning, inducing a warm, puissant gale that whirled around them. Their audience were quickly blown away several feet away from them, overwhelmed by the destructive power they could sense from the blast their prince was charging. If the prince unleashed that attack, he could destroy not only their planet but the entire galaxy they're in.

"Let's get out of here!" Bardock yelled at his comrades.

Freeza's expression became terrified as he realized the potential of that blast reducing him into atoms soon.

Once the attack was fully charged and he felt his people had braced themselves for this attack, Vegeta declared at Freeza, "Take this! GAMMA BURST FLASH!"

A massive yellow energy abruptly exploded out of the electric sphere he had on his hand and it zoomed towards Freeza's direction with tremendous speed.

"Curse you monkey scums! Uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!"

Freeza's screams could be heard miles away as he suffered the blast created from the wrath of the Crown Prince of Planet Vegeta until his body was completely disintegrated into atoms. The blast violently rushed out towards Freeza's ship, which killed the remaining members of Freeza's fleet, and burst out of the planet towards outer space for several miles until it exploded into a supernova.

It's over.

Once Freeza was gone and Planet Vegeta's natural state was completely restored to its former glory. The Saiyan Prince's eyes rolled as he fell into the ground backwards, his transformation fading out. He was left panting heavily due to exhaustion and fatigue caused by the toll of his last transformation in his body when he forcefully combined the powers of the Super Saiyan and the Super Saiyan god.

"Finally." Vegeta thought in utmost relief, a small but victorious smile in his lips. He can't move much due to the fatigue his transformation caused him and he thought he badly needed a sleep. He closed his eyes, silently thanking Yamoshi and his mother for their guidance and the power Yamoshi lent to him, and to everyone who sacrificed their lives for him to get this victory, like Tarble and Broly. He swore that those who were killed because of him, Broly and Freeza will return to life soon when they were brought back using the Dragon Balls on Planet Namek.

"He did it." Renkon breathed. The only Saiyan who was able to recover from his astonishment after witnessing Vegeta reversing the planet's destruction. "The Crown Prince finally did it! Freeza's gone!"

"Yon!" King Vegeta shouted happily as he rushed towards his completely exhausted son, who was lying on the ground. The rest of the Saiyans followed their overjoyed King.

Vegeta weakly turned his head on his father's direction and smiled.

"Ouji-sama!"

"You're amazing, your Highness!" Eschallote squealed.

"Heh heh... Of course... I am." Vegeta chuckled weakly.

"You did well, Vegeta." Bardock smirked.

"Thanks..."

"Are you okay?" Kakarot asked.

"I'm especially worn out. I can't move my body. Those transformations took a toll on me. Hahaha."

"Honestly, we never thought you could pull out such a tremendous level of power. How were you able to do that?"

"I'll explain later. I want to sleep."

A sudden clapping sound caught everybody's attention. They all turned towards a tall, curvy lady with bushy, auburn hair and black rimmed-glasses. Her cold pale blue eyes especially menacing as she stared at the Saiyans. She wore a long white, lab coat over red and blue checkered dress and black leggings and high stiletto heels. Behind her was Doctor Gero, Doctor Malaka and seven others, with a badge with numbers pinned on their clothing's left chest part ranging from thirteen to nineteen, just below a red ribbon symbol with bold white letters: 'RR', the abbreviation of their group's name.

The one with a badge number 13 was a tall, muscular man with greenish-blue eyes and long white hair. He donned a brown vest adorning the red ribbon logo on its left side, gray suspenders worn underneath his vest, dark green trousers, dark grey boots with black tips, brown gloves, a gray and yellow baseball mesh cap with a big white 13 in front.

Next to him, numbered 14, was a large, hefty man. He wore a brown brassard and belt combination, large brown gloves, a long green man-skirt, and yellow and black boots. His skin was pale and his eyes were a burning orange. His black hair was braided on one side of his head.

The smallest man was numbered 15. He has dark skin and thick pink lips, dons a large green Qing Dynasty chinese hat with a red ball on top. He has a black and white tuxedo shirt with a dark yellow and blue overcoat. He had a red bow tie. He has baggy turquoise colored pants and black boots.

The one numbered 16 was the tallest among all. His icy blue eyes stared boredly at the Saiyans. His hair was an orange colored mohawk, and had golden hooped earrings on his ears. His clothing consists of a dark undersuit, with a lime green vest, boots, and bracers.

Next to him were the youngest, a pair of fraternal twins, 17 and 18. The male one, 17, is a good looking teenaged boy with shoulder length black hair that parts above his forehead, thin eyebrows, and narrowed, soulless blue eyes. He wore a plain black long sleeves, an orange bandana around his neck, tattered jeans and high cut blue chuck sneakers.

His older twin sister, 18, looked very much like him, except she has blonde hair. She is extremely beautiful. Unlike the bushy haired lady who looked fierce, she appeared to be cool looking and calm, like an emotionless doll. She wore a blue denim vest and skirt with dark blue tights, a brown belt, brown boots, and a black shirt that has striped long sleeves.

Lastly, 19 was an obese, white man wearing two dangling earrings, an extra large orange pants, white vest, a broad red sash, and an orange pointed hat.

Who are these people? The Saiyans wondered to themselves.

Vegeta, finding Malaka with these group of people, told him one thing. These guys are the alien rebels who wanted a revolt against his kingdom. How could he forget about them?! He saw Doctor Gero among them as well. He knew he was a part of them but it appeared that he wasn't the leader after all. It's that clapping lady with the auburn hair.

"Congratulations on your job well done, Prince Vegeta. You are indeed quite a great warrior. Your reputation preceeds you, your Highness." The lady said.

"Who the hell are you?" King Vegeta demanded, suspicious of these people.

"Oops. I completely forgot to introduce myself. My apologies, your Majesty. My name is Nijuuichigo." the lady said, her words seemed polite but there was a gloating edge to her voice. She tugged at her badge and showing them that she was numbered 21. "I am the lovely wife of Doctor Gero, whom I believe Prince Vegeta has already met through our good friend, Doctor Briefs. I am the true leader of the Red Ribbon Army."

"Red Ribbon Army? You mean... The alien rebels?" King Vegeta asked.

"Yes." replied 21, her tone sarcastic as if the answer to the Saiyan King's question was quite obvious.

"Malaka, you were with them all along?" the King gasped as he found the Royal doctor among their enemies.

"Yes, of course. King Vegeta." Malaka said with an evil smile. "Do you honestly think I can easily forgive you Saiyans for what you did to my family, my people and my planet?!" Malaka roared. "You rotten, barbaric Saiyans. Look at yourselves trying to clean the slate off your past sins! Do you think just because you were able to beat Freeza, that you can easily be forgiven for what you did to the innocent lives you have mercilessly destroyed! Most especially you, Prince Vegeta!"

"So I was correct about my suspicions about you after all." Vegeta said. "How dare you..."

"Of all people, it's quite surprising how easily I was able to bide my time with serving a royal brat like you for several years without you realizing my upcoming insurgence." Malaka said. "Ah, is it because you cannot read my true intentions due to my ki being regulated by a mere ki controlling device?" Malaka showed off his watch, which turned out to be the regulator he was talking about. "Ha! It's just as I thought. It's the same as how you were not able to see the darker side behind Broly. Your perception and intuitions are blinded when you cannot sense your target's ki!

"Do you remember how, in your childhood, out of your own selfish desires to hunt down the killer of your mother, you went on a murderous and destructive rampage across the galaxy?"

"Do you remember how you ordered your royal army to attack the Earth because you were especially threatened by the Earthlings' intelligence? You were afraid that if the Freeza Army finds out about us, his Empire would grow even more powerful and would become a nuisance to you on this day?" 21's calm expression suddenly turned extremely livid. "Because of that, my one and only son was killed by your command!"

"So what?" Vegeta responded nonchalantly, much to the rebels' astonishment. This monster didn't care about anything they're trying to tell him at all.

21 smiled, "Look at you. Don't you even feel any kind of regret for the evil things you have done?"

"What are you saying? I never regretted anything I did in the past. And I couldn't care less about how you feel towards me or whatever you think."

21's smile turned into an angry grit as she growled, "You are such an unforgivable bastard."

"I don't remember asking for your forgiveness and if you think that I will suddenly regret whatever I did in my past and apologize for it, then you have another thing coming for you." Vegeta declared. "To be frank, you bastards are nothing different from what I used to be. Your comrades captured my innocent younger brother and killed him when you failed to assassinate me. Both of us have innocent blood in our hands, no matter the numbers!"

"Heh... You fool. Just as I thought, not even your feelings for Briefs' younger daughter could change that prideful evilness in you." Doctor Gero grunted.

"Out of the hatred caused by that haughty attitude of yours, I created the Red Ribbon Army with the sole purpose of taking revenge against you and your people for what you did to us and the other lives and worlds you have mercilessly destroyed. We gained secret special forces from the numerous aliens you have taken into your planet and several other survivors out there. Yes, our initial plan was to kill you, we tried to assassinate you thrice but you proved to be incredibly resilient and you grow incredibly powerful each day. Soon, I realized that it would be hard for any of us or even our own inventions to finish you off for good. Just look at how powerful you have become. We admit that in our current state, we are no match against you." 21 admitted.

"So you're surrendering now?" Vegeta asked.

"No, of course not. We will never surrender to someone like you." Malaka hissed. "In fact, we just came here to congratulate you on your victory. And for that, we have prepared a special gift for you as a celebration for your ascension."

Vegeta doubted it. Why would the enemy suddenly celebrate with him? Just what are they planning? Are they going to attack now that he's on this pathetic state? No matter, he had his people to protect him while he bide his time until he is able to regain his strength. He began to wonder how these rebels think they could cause an uprising against the Saiyans with their puny power level. They don't even have a slightest bit of power in them. Science? Technology? Probably they'll get a chance, considering the way how their comrades played dirty against him by use of chemicals that can completely render their power useless.

Vegeta tried to pick himself up, but the fatigue on his body was too much. He can't even lift himself up. Damn it all! These dirty fools showed up to take him down while he's completely incapacitated this way.

21 flicked her fingers. Someone suddenly zoomed in towards their direction, a Saiyan wearing black and red armor with big white numbers engraved on his left chest plate. The Saiyan descended in front of 21 and as soon as he landed, the other Saiyans stared at the newcomer with their mouths agaped in terror and shock.

The newcomer was ATI 9001, Vegeta could tell by the number on his brand new armor. However, there's something definitely wrong with him. The Vegeta clone stared at his original counterpart with a pair of glowing red eyes, filled with a strange thirst for blood and vengeance. His hatred can be felt by the pressure he was emitting, and it felt exactly the same as Vegeta's ki after his rebirth.

What's the meaning of this?

The clone opened his mouth, and he said in a dead, flat tone, "Yashta Sektum."

Behind him and the Red Ribbon Army, around ten thousand of Prince Vegeta's clones drifted forward. They moved together, perfectly in sync with each other, marching like the clone army they are. They surrounded the Saiyans in a circle, as if they are imprisoning them with their eerie formation. The Saiyans stepped back, feeling terrified by the power they are feeling from each one of the clones. They have exactly the same level of power as their Crown Prince in his normal state, and sensing that, they knew they stood no chance against one. How much more when they have thousands of them surrounding them?

"This is your present to the Crown Prince of all Saiyans? A Clone Army made without any consent?" King Vegeta laughed with a sarcastic tone.

"You're one to talk, King Vegeta. Aren't you the original mastermind of this cloning project? How does it feel to see these powerless aliens being successful on a plan you failed for so many times?" Doctor Gero said. "Each of these new clones is a perfect copy of your prided son. From his physical looks, down to all his abilities and power. We have also made quite an improvement to the commander of the Atijebu Military Clones, ATI 9001. With it, he can control the entire clone army in his own will."

Vegeta tried to pick himself up again, suddenly feeling enraged. What the hell happened to ATI 9001?! What did they do to him? What are these other clones? As far as he knew, there are only six remaining clones from the batch Broly used to train with, including the Atijebu Military Commander, ATI 9001.

By his sheer will and his own anger for what these fools did with the Project Denzetsu, Vegeta struggled to pick himself off the ground once more. He glared at ATI 9001's evil yet dead looking eyes and felt his rage seethe at the sight of his clone, "What did you do to him?!" he demanded Gero. Yes, he knew Gero did a modification to the cloning serum ATIK903 with Doctor Briefs as instructed by Paragus. They set Bulma's father up to make him think that it was the Briefs family who was planning a revolt against his kingdom. This sneaky plan of theirs made him quite suspicious of Bulma and her family for quite some time, even doubting her true intentions and her feelings for him. His suspicions allowed him to grow closer to her, keeping her under his watchful eye.

"You mean ATI 9001? We made quite an improvement to his programming." 21 said.

"What kind of improvement would make him feel and look like this?!"

"Oh? You mean the red eyes? We installed a virus in his system that allows him to tap into the darkest side of his being. Looks cool, right?"

"No!" Vegeta said. "I don't like this stupid gift of yours."

"Gift? Oh, we haven't given you your present yet. We're just showing you a little teaser."

The Saiyans snarled. What are they saying? This is just a teaser?

"What do you really want?" Vegeta growled.

"Aw... Come on. Don't be such a party pooper. It appears you don't like surprises, do you?"

Vegeta wobbled a little. Kakarot quickly came to his side to steady him but the prince rudely refused his kind help. King Vegeta, seeing that his son cannot even fight or even stand properly, ordered his people. "Protect the Crown Prince!"

The Saiyans immediately formed a defensive formation in front of their Crown Prince. Kakarot and Nappa were the closest to him, almost a foot away.

21 rolled her eyes at the sight of the Saiyans being so defensive and she sighed in exasperation, "Oh, fine. I guess you are such in a hurry to open up your present." she turned her cold eyes towards ATI 9001 and commanded him, "Do it."

In an instant, all of Vegeta's clones unleashed their ki and powered up in unison. The ground quaked violently as the skies slowly darkened to create ominous thunderclouds which blasted huge bolts of lightning down. The Saiyans were instantly blown away by its sheer mighty shockwave while the Red Ribbon army stood without being affected by their power as they are protected by a mighty barrier. Their flaring purple auras rose dramatically up the clouds and began to fuse into a haze made of pure negative energy. The clones were powering up to their full capacity and in an uncontrollabe manner. Their hatred, fear, all negative feelings brought forth by the extreme cruelty of those clones who suffered during the entire run of the Project Denzetsu were being released all at once. This was the parlous effect of the virus the scheming Red Ribbon Army installed on ATI 9001's programming, allowing him to unleash all negative emotions from the clones' memories collected and stored to the clones' system through AJI07. It was so intense that even the neighboring planets began to feel the tremors of their combined power and wrath.

Vegeta realized that if this went on, the clones will explode like a bomb with the destructive force of a supernova. Is this the sly alien rebel group's plan? To use his own blood to destroy Planet Vegeta, which he tried to protect from Freeza? With this kind of power, it will not destroy just his home planet, but the entire galaxy - no, the entire universe as well!

And he cannot allow that to happen! Just imagining everyone and everything get destroyed as he was helpless to stop this was infuriating him.

With his fists shaking on his sides, Vegeta flexed his arms in front of him and braced himself to summon his remaining energy he can muster up in this debilitated state to power up to the maximum of his base form. He must stop this no matter what. Even if his body felt like it would rip to pieces anytime soon, he trudged towards ATI 9001's direction. Nonetheless, it was too late for him to save the mind controlled commander.

The clones, including ATI 9001, exploded into atoms from the inside out, their remaining life energy fueled the most intense charge being developed within that strange mist of power. Vegeta, seeing his clones blow up that way suddenly brought the trauma he had back when he saw ATI 8990 burst from the inside out by Broly's hand.

Uwaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!

Vegeta's crazed scream resounded as his dark power burst out of him in a fiery inferno brought forth by his trauma of witnessing his clones' brutal deaths. The concentrated mass of evil energy above him became attracted to his own power up, striking him with a massive purple colored bolt of lightning packed with the combined power, negative energy and feelings of the 20,001 ATIJEBU Military Clones, towards the completely unaware prince of all Saiyans. His energy release only pulled the combined ki of the clones into himself as if it was his own due to having the same components as his power. His and his clones' ki combined together in his body in a forceful way, causing Vegeta to cry out in extreme agony. His body cannot take the sudden entry of ki into his system, he cannot stop it, cannot control it.

"Gwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!"

An earth-shattering explosion shook the planet as the purple lightning striked Vegeta down. Suddenly, everyone was blinded by the surge of uncontrollable destructive power being forced into the Saiyan Prince. The beastly, rage-filled roar of the Oozaru Alpha resounded within the bright pillar of light, which suddenly blazed red. The electricity arching around it became as dark as the virulent energy it possessed.

The red pillar of light eventually shrunk down and faded to reveal the new form of the Legendary Destroyer of Worlds. Glowing with a malevolent scarlet light that was different from the divine red energy he had as a Super Saiyan god, Vegeta appeared to have wilder and longer hair. His bloodshot eyes glowed red, dilated and filled with a savage need for blood. His lips pulled away from deadly sharp fangs as he snarled in a feral way. Behind him, his monkey tail bristled, each fur stood on its end.

"This is bad!" Bardock shouted. He knew that evil form Vegeta has transformed into. It's the one he saw in his ominous visions! His knees fell into the ground, visibly horrified by what he's witnessing right before his eyes. "How could this happen? It's not supposed to become this way." he whimpered. They tried to prevent that fearsome prophecy from happening. They thought they have brought Vegeta back to his original path, yet here they are, watching as their Crown Prince turn into the monster he had feared for him to become.

"It has begun!" 21 joyously exclaimed. "Finally, the true devastating potential of the Legendary Destroyer of Worlds has finally awakened once and for all. Let's see if Prince Vegeta has finally ascended into the divine level of a deity of Destruction! It's time to release the beast and let the fireworks begin!"
