AN: Hello and welcome, readers new and old! My name is Cowboy Alchemist, and today we're starting the first part of Heroes of Tomorrow's first movie. Based on the movie My Hero Academia: Two Heroes

Summer vacation had begun, and the students from all over Japan were looking forward to it. Especially a certain class of U.A. High School. After everything that they've been through over the course of one semester–from training, tests, and villain attacks–Class 1-A was eager to have some time to relax and have fun. To take a load off their shoulders and be able to come back and start the next semester fresh and recharged.

However, not all were able to relax. One of them was a student who has possibly been put through the most over the year.

In the local comic shop, Wade Walker was browsing through some of the new releases that had come out. Hoping that it would clear his mind of the past few days' events. However, the memories of what happened on that day still troubled him deeply.

It was only a few days after his conversation with Tomura Shigaraki at the mall. That was the day he battled with the Ghost. The day he found out that the villain was none other than Daniel Walker. His father, who he believed to have been dead. Having been killed because of Wade's mistakes. Just remembering his father's face and how he claimed not to know his own son haunted Wade's dreams.

So many questions popped up in Wade's head, as he fell into a depression after that day. He felt so helpless to not have stopped him. He hated himself before getting his dad killed during the Slug Villain Incident. Now he hated himself even more for having caused his father to fall into the hands of All-for-One and Shigaraki. For him being brainwashed. For not doing anything to stop him.

With the news about Shigaraki and Ghost's attack being broadcast by the media, everyone knew about Daniel and Wade. Hearing whispers behind him, Wade looked back to see two women whispering to one another while looking at him. Seeing that he noticed them, the two quickly walked away to another part of the store.

That's the sad thing about being in a Hero society. If you were the son of a Hero, you were pretty much adored by everyone else. But if your parents were villains, you were outcasted. Wade had once been famous for being one winner of the Sports Festival, where he took down some of the most powerful new Heroes in Training. Now, people just saw him as the son of a dangerous villain, who worked for an even more dangerous villain.

"Don't worry about them," said Stan Lee, the owner of the comic book shop. "People will think what they think, without knowing the facts."

Wade smiled at the old man. "Thanks, Mr. Lee," He said, thankful that Stan was still on his side.

"So, what's your plans for the break, huh? Going to the beach? Are ya gonna invite one of the cute girls I see you hanging around?" Stan asked teasingly.

Wade blushed and chuckled a little. "No, I'm actually going to be out of town for a while," He explained to the shop owner. "I've been invited to stay at an island during the break."

"Really? Which Island?" Stan Lee asked.

Wade smirked as he looked at him. "I-Island."

The shop owner looked at him with his eyes as wide as plates. "WHAT! ARE YOU SAYING YOU'VE BEEN INVITED TO I-ISLAND!" He yelled, gaining the attention of everyone in the shop, who all looked at Wade with shocked expressions.

"Will you keep it down!" Wade hissed, waving his arms at the old man, who looked ready to pass out.

"But this is incredible! Man, I'd kill to have a vacation on that island," Stan said, crossing his arms and pouting.

"Yeah, I was invited to I-Island after winning the Sports Festival. I came in to see if there was something I could read for the trip there," Wade said, pointing to his backpack on his back and the duffle bag at his feet.

"Wait, you're leaving today? What time are you going?"

"Well, my flight there should be…" Wade pulled out his phone and started freaking out. "Oh, crap! I've gotta get going! I'm gonna miss my flight!" He yelled, dropping the book he was reading and quickly grabbing his bag.

"Have a fun trip, Wade!" Stan Lee said, watching as Wade ran out the door with his bag on his back.

"I know I'll likely get in trouble, but I don't see any other way of getting there in time!" Wade said, before running down an alleyway.

There, he started bouncing off the walls as he climbed up to the top of the buildings. Once he reached the roof, Wade jumped off the edge and fired a line of webbing over at another building. Determined to catch his flight, he started web-swinging all the way towards the airport.

Now began what was likely going to be a memorable vacation at the I-Island. And as he would learn, this would indeed be a memorable vacation. For not only Wade, but for his fellow classmates. A darkness was going to follow him to the island. One that would call upon the Heroes of Tomorrow to rise.

Okay, let's do this one last time, yeah? This is it.

It all began in Keikei City in China, when an extraordinary child was born who could radiate light. And after that, reports of people with superpowers popped up across the globe. No one knew what was causing those Quirks. The world became a superhuman society, with about 80 percent of the population possessing some uncanny ability. Our streets were like comic books coming to life. As cities swirled with chaos and confusion, a new profession dominated our collective consciousness.

It was an age of Heroes.

My name is Wade Walker. I was born without superpowers until I was bitten by a radioactive spider from another dimension. And for 10 months, well, I think you know the story. I lost my dad. I was able to get into U.A. Academy. Battle against my bully. Met some cool and beautiful girls, with three of them having a crush on me. Made new friends. And saved my mentor twice, and everyone else from an organization of villains.

It's been a long road for me, but to be a Pro is all I ever really wanted to be. But after a while, I've started to give up on that dream. But I knew all I wanted was to be a Hero. And thanks to the people who guided me and supported me, I am here now. On my way. Living by my father's words. That with great power comes great responsibility.

My dream's becoming a reality. And though I've had setbacks, I keep pushing forward. My journey's just beginning.

This is the story of how I become this universe's Spider-Man!

Of how I become the world's greatest hero!

RISE OF THE HEROES OF TOMORROW

"Huh!? What do you mean I'm too late!?" Wade asked the woman behind the desk, shocked and horrified. He had just arrived at the airport with what he believed would have been time to spar. However, to Wade's dismay, his flight had just flown off towards the island.

"I'm so sorry, sir. But that flight's departure time was actually moved up at the last moment," the attendant said apologetically.

"Ah, man!" Wade groaned in despair. What was he going to do now? This was the vacation of a lifetime and now he was going to miss out on it. "Just my fucking luck…"

"Fear not, Young Walker!" Wade and the woman gasped when they heard that heroic voice. Wade turned around and was shocked. Standing there in a heroic pose was none other than All Might himself. "For I am here!"

"All Might!" Wade exclaimed as the woman behind the desk stared at the Hero with stars in her eyes.

"If it's a ride to I-Island you need, then you're just in luck," All Might said with his classic grin. "For I'm on my way in my private jet. Why don't you come with me?"

"Y-You're serious!?" Wade asked with an excited grin. "That's awesome!"

And so it was. Wade was able to have all of his luggage taken to All Might's private plane and the two set off towards the location it was parked at. As Wade walked across the runway towards the light jet with All Might, he was stunned. Never in his life would ever think that he'd have the chance to fly in a private jet with such a famous Hero. Just goes to show that life still has many surprises in store for this Spider-Man.

After walking into the jet and taking their seats, the plane took off and started flying off into the sky. Heading out over the country before venturing out into the pacific ocean.

"Thanks for bringing me along, All Might. If only I knew about the schedule change," Wade said as he sat next to his mentor.

"Think nothing of it, Wade," All Might said in his deflated form. "It was lucky that I came when I did, or you'd be spending the beginning of summer at home."

"Just like every other summer," Wade joked with a smirk. However, that smile fell when he remembered those summers. Usually he and his dad had just enough money for one trip to the beach and that's it. But those were still good times.

Now all he could think about was what his dad was doing for the League of Villains. Was he stealing things? Hurting people? It made him sink to his stomach to think about it. And it made him want to find Shigaraki and electrocute him with everything he had. So much so that small sparks started to form in his hand.

"Wade, you're sparking."

The young man snapped out of it by his mentor. Wade shook his hand to make the sparks go away. All while All Might look at him with great concern.

"You're still thinking about what happened to Daniel, aren't you?" he asked, knowing that it was the root of the problem.

Wade sighed. "That's obvious, huh?"

"Very. I know it's been a rough week for you, Wade," All Might said somberly, placing a hand on his shoulder. All he could offer his successor was a grin. "We will find your father and we'll do everything in our power to bring him back."

Wade smiled gratefully at him. "Thanks." He then looked out the window and watched the passing miles and miles of ocean. However, his eyes lit up with excitement. "All Might, look! You can see the island from here!" He exclaimed. All Might leaned over and took a look for himself.

Outside the window, the two could see I-Island in the middle of the pacific ocean. Wade's excitement grew when he saw it. I-Island was a completely artificial and mobile body of land that's inhaled by over 10,000 scientists. Inside the massive wall that ringed around the island were four different cities separated by large bodies of water and natural foliage. If the expo was to be believed, there are beautiful beaches, great lakes, and incredible cities to be explored. Including a residential district, a business district, entertainment, and schools.

All of this would have been impossible if it weren't for the greatest minds from around the world coming together and creating it.

"An artificial island, and I get to start summer vacation here!" Wade exclaimed with a grin on his face.

"Didn't think you'd be this excited," All Might chuckled, happy to see his student cheering up. "I'm glad I brought you along."

Wade frowned and looked back at his mentor. "And you're sure that's okay for me to ride along with you? I know that I was invited to the island for winning, but…"

"Think nothing of it," All Might said, waving off his concern. "It's as you said, you were invited and so was I. My invite said I could bring a companion, so I'll just say that I decided to bring you along with me."

"I guess, but isn't that meant for family–" Wade was stopped when All Might held his finger up to him.

"I think you're forgetting that we share a connection that's deeper than blood, Wade," All Might said with a smile. "We'll forever share the bond of One-for-All."

"Right!" Wade nodded.

Just then, the plane's pilot can be heard on the intercom. "Attention, passengers. We'll be beginning our descent to I-Island."

Getting up from his seat, All Might looked around to make sure that nobody was watching. Even though they were the only passengers onboard, he couldn't be too careless.

"This is going to be momumentally exhausting," he said as he started to grow back into his muscle form. "Once we've landed and go out in public…" Once in his hero form, All Might turned to Wade, giving him his usual big grin. "I must stay in my muscle form constantly. Now, young Walker, it's time for you to change, too. You did ask the school if you could bring your Hero costume, right?"

"Yes!"

Grabbing his backpack, Wade quickly got up and ran into the bathroom as the plane started to descend. After locking the door, the first thing he did was take off his shoes before opening his bag. After pulling out the suit, he started taking off his pants. This wasn't an easy thing to do in such a cramped space. Eventually taking them off, he then took off his shirt, before slipping into his hero costume.

With the costume on, he looked at himself in the mirror. However, some would say, just by looking at him now, that the suit was a little too big. And it was. But when Wade pressed the white spider on his chest, the costume tightened to completely fit his body.

"Alright, time to start the summer," Wade said with a grin. He packed his normal clothes into his backpack. Then he opened the door and exited the bathroom.

"We will now begin the immigration process," said a woman's voice on the intercom as Wade and All Might both went through the gates of the airport on the island. The two were in their hero costumes and stood on a moving walkway. Their bodies were scanned by security.

"Allow me to explain the purpose of this island, Young Walker," All Might said with his usual big smile. "This place was built so that the world's greatest minds could come together to research Quirks and develop new hero support items. They made the island mobile so as to keep the researchers and their families from villains."

"That's amazing! Wonder if they could make something for me," Wade said with some excitement. However, he looked at All Might with a concerned expression. "But, wait, what if a villain got onto the island?"

"Fear not, Wade!" All Might exclaimed, giving him a thumbs up. "The security here is on par with the one in Tartarus prison. Meaning no one has committed a crime here."

"That's amazing," Wade said as they came to the end of the moving walkway. There was an audible dinging sound as the scanners finished their inspection. As they walked out into the station, where there was a large crowd of people heading towards the exit, the woman's voice came once again on the intercom.

"The immigration inspection is complete. The island is currently holding the pre-opening of I-Expo; an event that showcases the research and development our teams have been working on. Only those with invitations may attend the preview."

Wade ran out of the station and got his first view of the interior of the island.

It truly was a sight to behold. It was like entering a carnaval. The architect of the buildings were so advanced looking and had so many unique colors. All around the area were so many inventions and technology going on from wild-looking ferris wheel, to giant harps being controlled by one man and his musical Quirk, and even giant water fountains the size of a small mountain that shot out water to spell welcome to all the visitors.

"Hard to believe so many people made it before the expo's official opening," All Might said in amazement.

"This place is so awesome!" Wade exclaimed, before his spider-senses alarmed him.

"Look out!" Yelled a man, before Wade ducked down. The man flew over Wade's head with his bat-like wings.

"Whoa!" Wade stood back up, rubbing the back of his head. "Watch it, man!" He yelled at the guy while All Might chuckled.

"Unlike back in Japan, people are allowed to use their Quirks however they like on the island. The pavilions are jam packed with attractions, so make sure to go visit them later," All Might told Wade. He then pulled out a pamphlet. "Now, let's see…where's the hotel…"

Just then, one of the island assistants walked up to the two. "Welcome to I-Expo," the young woman said. However, when she saw who she was greeting, her eyes lit up like a Christmas tree and screamed, "Is that really you, All Might?!"

The moment she said that, everyone's attention was on the Number 1 Hero in the world. Most of the guests and island assistance wanted to talk to the hero and ask for his autograph. There were also news teams invited to the island that rushed over to get an interview. All Might laughed full-heartedly as he was completely surrounded by the people, while poor Wade was almost crushed by the crowd. Forcing him to shoot a web up at a nearby lamp and pull himself up. Luckily, they weren't focused on him. They wanted the Number 1 Hero.

"How does he deal with that?" Wade asked.

"All Might, you got a little something on your face."

"Really? Where?"

"Uh…Everywhere," Wade told the hero, who had kiss marks all over his face. After finally escaping the crowd of fans, the two were standing next to one of the rivers, where there weren't many people to bother them.

"Sorry about that. I wasn't expecting to be stopped for so long. At this point, I'm afraid we're in terrible danger of being late," All Might said, rubbing the lip marks off his face.

"Late for what," Wade asked.

"Ah, I wanted to drop in on an old friend of mine that I haven't seen in a while," All Might said, turning to face his successor. "Sorry to spring this onto you, but would you mind coming along?"

"R-Really? Sure!" Wade said with a smile. Curious as to who All Might's friend was.

All Might then leaned in close and whispered to him. "By the way, I haven't told him about One-for-All or how I've passed it on down to you, so keep everything underwraps, okay?"

"You haven't told your close friend either?" Wade asked in surprise.

"Only because danger tends to follow those that know the secret of the power."

"Right…" Wade looked down with a frown. He knew that it was the secret of the power that was keeping his friends alive and safe. And it was he himself that will one day face down the greatest evil the world had ever faced, All for One. A task that Wade full-heartily accepted. He had to keep training until that day came.

Spider-Man was cut off from his thoughts when he heard a strange sound. "Hey, do you hear something?" He asked.

"What is it?" All Might asked, confused.

"Sounds like a…pogo stick?" Wade asked before seeing a figure coming towards them. Just as he said, they were bouncing on a pogo stick. The young hero looked at them in confusion, thinking that it was nothing to be worried about. However, when All Might saw who was jumping to them, his smile grew.

"Uncle All Might!" The young woman yelled before jumping off the pogo stick and into All Might's arms.

The Hero caught her and hugged her as he twirled her around. "It's so good to see you, Melissa," All Might exclaimed with joy as Wade looked at them with surprise and confusion.

"Oh my gosh, it's been forever!" The girl said, pulling away from the Hero and smiling at him. "I can't believe you're actually here!"

"I'm truly grateful for the invitation! I almost didn't recognize you. When did you get so big!"

"Well I am 17 now and much heavier than the last time you saw me."

"Really? No way!" All Might laughed as he lifted her up and then put her down. Allowing for Wade to have a better look at her while staring with wide eyes.

This girl, Melissa, was a shapely and very attractive pale-skinned young woman. She had a round face and wavy blonde hair that reached halfway down her back, with two shorter pieces she left over her shoulders, and side-swept bangs that framed her face. Her eyes were aqua-blue with notable upper eyelashes, some slightly longer ones extending on each side and pronounced lower eyelashes. Her clothes consisted of a white short-sleeved dress shirt with plaid cuffs, a large bow of the same design at her neck, and a dark raspberry pink waistcoat. Accompanying these are pale gray Capri pants, under which are a pair of plaid pink socks as well as a pair of heeled brown boots. She also wore a wristwatch and pink, oval-framed glasses.

Wade had to admit to himself that Melissa was very attractive. Not just attractive. Easily one of the most gorgeous women that he's ever seen. However, he was also confused as to just how All Might knew this girl. Was Melissa the old friend his mentor was talking about? She would have had to have been a kid when they first met. Or did the blonde woman have a Quirk that altered her age? No, she said she was 17. That's just a little over a year older than him.

"So where is Dave? He has to be hiding," Said All Might as the two continued their conversation.

Melissa giggled. "Oh, he's in his lab. He made a breakthrough on some research he's been working on for years," she said, placing a finger to her lips and winked. "Actually, he has no idea that you're even here, so let's make this surprise visit to celebrate his work."

"So that's it then? Give me the scoop, what is he working on his time?"

"He said it's confidential. He wouldn't even tell me what it is."

"Scientists and their secrets."

Now Wade was starting to become annoyed as he was basically ignored. As their conversation started to drag out, he interrupted it by giving a fake cough.

All Might noticed this and turned back to his pupil. "Oh, right! Young Walker, I want you to meet my friend's daughter…"

"No way!" Melissa exclaimed as she looked down at Wade's chest. Staring at his spider insignia. "I remember that suit. That means you're Wade, right?."

"Uh, yeah, but how do you know my name?" Wade asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Huh? Oh that's right. We haven't been properly introduced yet," She said. Melissa then gave Wade a cheery smile and extended her hand out to him. "My name's Melissa Shield. It's nice to meet you in person."

Wade blinked once before his eyes widened. "Now I remember! You're the girl that upgraded my suit!" He exclaimed with a smile.

"So you do remember me?" She asked.

"Yeah. They were a great help," Wade said, as if it weren't for those upgrades, he wouldn't have been able to get help from Todoroki during his fight with Stain. Wade took off his right hand's glove and shook Melissa's hand. "It's nice to meet you in person. I'm Wade Walker, a first year student from U.A.'s Hero Course!"

"So that's how you know Uncle Might," Melissa said.

"Yep. I'm one of his students from Class 1-A," Wade replied.

"He's going to be an amazing Hero!" All Might boasted with pride.

Melissa gasped and stared at Wade with wide eyes. "Wow, I can't believe I'm meeting someone Uncle Might teaches," she said before leaning forward with a bright smile. "You must have a promising future, huh?"

"Well, I sure hope so," Wade said, bashfully rubbing the back of his head.

"So, your Quirk has to do with spiders, how?" Melissa asked as she began walking around Wade. As she inspected him, the blonde was impressed with his well built body.

"Y-Yeah. I'm able to do everything a spider can do, along with other abilities," Wade said, nervous by how close she was getting to him. Having been around and even been kissed by three very attractive girls, one would think he wouldn't be so nervous.

"I think your Hero costume is really cool, even if it's rather simple. I wonder who made it." Melissa wondered, looking at his mask as it hung from his back like a hood. Looking around Wade, she saw his web-shooters and lifted up his arm. "It's this a support item?"

"Uh wait, watch what you…" Wade wasn't able to stop her from pressing the pressure pad on his palm.

"Ah!" Melissa screamed as the shooter shot out at a web net on her.

"Oh my God, I'm so sorry!" Wade exclaimed as Melissa started pulling the webbing off of her.

"No, no. It's okay." The blonde girl laughed, pulling off the last of the web.

She was about to ask him more about the shooter when Melissa noticed Wade's right hand. Gently grasping it, she examined it closely and saw the scars he got from overusing his Venom Smash during the Sports Festival. She traced her fingers over the scars.

"It looks like you should consider upgrading your gear," she said concernedly.

All Might cleared his throat to get their attention. "Melissa, don't you think it's time," he asked, making the young woman stand back up straight.

"Sorry, I got distracted," She said sheepishly. Melissa ran over to her oddly shaped pogo stick and grabbed it. The stick glowed, before shrinking down into a small little box, which she placed in her pocket. "If we hurry, we can surprise papa in his lab. This way, Uncle Might. It's right over here!"

Melissa ran off down the path ahead of them. Wade and All Might just shrugged at each other and followed after the blonde girl.

However, unbeknownst to Spider-Man and All Might, a group of men had come onto the island together. One of the men pulled out a phone and called a specific number.

"We infiltrated the expo without a problem," he said in a deep, melancholic voice. "So, when do the goods arrive?"

"3 PM. You'll find them at gate 66."

"We'll be waiting." He then hung up.

Meanwhile, up on one of the top floors of an advanced building, David Shield dazed at an old picture of All Might, when he was much younger. Dressed in one of his classic costumes, the man that would become the Number 1 Hero was posing with his right fist pointing towards the sky. This was one of the most iconic pictures of the hero and helped him be seen as the Symbol of Peace.

David smiled fondly as his old friend. It just seemed like yesterday, he and All Might were riding around in his car, being late for class because there was some new crisis that All Might had to stop.

As for the scientist himself, he was a tall man of an average build, with notable wrinkles on his forehead and defined nasolabial folds and tear troughs. He had small sky-blue eyes and short, unruly honey brown hair with two prominent tufts curving outwards from the top of his forehead, a short goatee on his chin and wide-rimmed square glasses on his face. His clothes consisted of a plain dark blue shirt with a single breast pocket, the two top buttons left casually undone and the sleeve-cuffs unbuttoned and rolled up to just below his elbows. He wore a pair of pale gray-blue jeans, a dark belt with a silver buckle and navy blue sneakers with white soles, decorated with a red stripe near the toe.

"Excuse me, uh, professor?"

"Huh?" David looked up to see his assistant Sam standing by the doorway. He was an older, heavier man with short blond hair and blue eyes, which were normally kept closed.

"I finished putting the equipment away, just so you know," Sam said with a smile.

"Already? Thanks so much, Sam," David said. Together the men walked out of the room.

"Why don't you get out of the lab today and go have lunch with Melissa," Sam said. For the past few days, David had been hard at work and would rarely come out of his office.

"She's busy today at the academy," the scientist replied.

"Oh? I thought they were on break for I-Expo."

"Yeah, but she's doing her own independent research," David said, proud of his daughter's determination.

"You know me. I am my father's daughter," said Melissa after appearing in the doorway of the office. "For better and for worse."

"Melissa, hey," David said, confused as to why his daughter was here and not at the academy.

"Hello, Melissa," Sam said politely.

"Right back at you, Sam. Thanks for always taking care of papa, since he does nothing but work here constantly," she said jokingly.

"Come on, I'm not that bad," David said sheepishly while Sam chuckled. "So what do we owe the pleasure?"

"To celebrate you completing the first stage of your research, I invited a certain person," Melissa said with a cheerful grin.

"Who would that be?" David asked his daughter.

"Someone you dearly love." Melissa looked back at the doorway. David's eyes widened when he was exactly who it was.

"YES! I AM HERE! Shaking with emotion for our heartfelt reunion!" All Might yelled as he gave a pose.

David's jaw dropped. "Toshi…All Might?!"

"Is…that really you, All Might?" Sam asked. Both men were shocked that the Number One Pro Hero was standing in front of them.

All Might laughed as he rushed over to his friend. "I came all this way just to see you, Dave, old buddy!" He exclaimed, picking up the man, twirling him around and setting him back down. Still in shock, Dave tripped and fell on the floor.

"Well, papa, are you totally surprised?" Melissa asked as she pecked over All Might's shoulder.

"U-Uh, yeah," David said as his lips formed after recovering from All Might's entrance. Smiling with genuine happiness. "Completely astounded."

"It's all thanks to Melissa that I'm here. Man, how long has it been?" All Might asked, helping his old friend up.

"Oh, don't you go there. I already feel old already, you jerk," Dave said, hitting All Might on the chest. The two best friends began laughing together.

"I'm so glad to see you," All Might said sincerely.

"Me too, All Might," David said with the same sincerity. The two old friends then gave each other a fist bump.

All Might then turned to Wade, who was standing back and watching the reunion unfold. "Young Walker, let me introduce you to someone incredible. David Shield."

"Shield? The Professor David Shield?!" Wade asked in astonishment as he walked up to the man. "I-I did a school research paper on you once! Not only are you a genius inventor when it comes to costumes, but you were All Might's partner when he was living in America, weren't you?"

David chuckled. "Looks like I don't have to introduce myself after all," He said sheepishly. "So you're the famous Wade Walker I've heard about."

Wade's shoulders slumped a little. "Does everyone really know my name?"

"Of course. All Might told me about you. About how you really got your powers," David said.

Wade's eyes widened before he snapped his head towards All Might with a suspicious glare. The Pro Hero looked away, whistling. Back when he started Wade's training, All Might did say that he would ask around about the possibility of Wade's powers coming from another dimension. Meaning that David was one of the people All Might told about his powers and their origins.

But as he averted his head away, All Might let out a silent cough into his fist. Wade dropped the glare and became concerned. This wasn't good. All Might was reaching the end of his time.

David saw it as well.

"Listen, it's been a long time. Why don't you leave the two of us to catch up?" the professor asked the two kids in the room.

Wade looked to All Might, who nodded. "Alright," Wade said.

"Melissa, why don't you take our friend here around the expo," Dave asked his daughter.

"Sure thing, papa. Sounds like fun," Melissa said with a smile.

"Really? You don't mind?" Wade asked, surprised what she was willing to take him around the expo.

Melissa nodded as she smiled at him. "No, I'm honored to show off our work to a future hero. Right this way," Melissa said, leading Wade out of the office.

"Thanks!" Wade said as they walked out of the office.

"Sam, you should take a break too," said David. His assistant nodded and left the office too. Leaving All Might and himself alone.

As soon as the door closed, smoke started to erupt from All Might as he got into a coughing fit. Unable to hold it any longer, he collapsed on his knees and reverted back to his true form.

"Hey, you alright, Toshi," David asked concerningly as he knelt down next to his friend.

"Thanks for catching it…the amount of time I can keep my muscle form going has gotten even shorter…" Toshinori said as he coughed into his mouth.

"You told me in your email it was bad, but I didn't think it was this bad," David said, wondering how his friend could have gotten to this point. When he last saw him he was able to keep it up for a day, rest for an hour, and then do it again. But this was worse than he could have imagined.

"So, what do you want me to call you?" Melissa asked Spider-Man as they took the elevator down to the first floor.

"What do you mean?" Wade asked.

"Well, do you have a Hero name?" Melissa asked.

"Oh yeah," Wade said. He then gave her confident grin and pointed to the spider on his chest with his thumb. "I'm going to be your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. But you can just call me Wade for now."

"'Spider-Man'? Well that certainly fits your powers, huh. You can stick with Melissa for me," Melissa said with a smile. But then she became curious about something. "So what did papa mean by your powers?"

"Huh? Oh that." Wade rubbed the back of his head. Wishing that her father hadn't said that in front of her. The secret of how he got his powers was one that he's been keeping to himself for more than a year now. The reason being that he didn't want people to think that he was crazy, and one can't really blame him. Who would believe that he got those powers from a radioactive spider that fell into his reality from a portal to another dimension?

Would you believe it?

"Let's just say that my powers are…complicated. I was a late bloomer, if you can call it that."

"I guess that makes sense," Melissa said.

A moment later, the elevator reached the first floor and the two walked out together. Both of them then took a bus that drove across the bridge that led back to the first city. The one that Wade and All Might first saw when entering the island. This city was known as the entertainment district, and it was meant to show the visitors a good time and all the attractions and new technology that I-Island's scientists had to show the world.

"This is really incredible!" Wade exclaimed, spinning around as he gazed up at the attractions.. "It's still hard to believe that this island was man-made."

"And there's normal city stuff," Melissa told him as they strolled around the island. "The only real downside is that we can't do any traveling."

Wade turned to her with a look of confusion. "How come?"

"The scientists and their families have to keep their work here a secret. To prevent any leaks from occurring," she explained.

It made sense to Wade. All of the inventions that were being made were all likely still in their experimental phase. And then there were the inventions that were completed and would be presented to the public. If the island couldn't risk having Villains infiltrate it, then they need to have all the systems in place to stop them.

"Wade, look!" Melissa exclaimed, getting back Wade's attention. When Wade saw what she was pointing at, he gasped in shock.

RUN! IT'S GODZILLA!

Oh, wait. No it's not.

Stomping his way towards the two teenagers was a giant Hero, whose Quirk allowed him to take on the appearance of the historic monster. His Hero costume consisted of a white coat with a high collar, ripped to match its tattered hem, and a pair of baggy white pants. Red flame patterns decorated his collar and most of the lower portion of his pants, all lined with yellow, and he wears a thick, golden belt with similar patterns around his waist. His clawed feet are decorated with bands of spikes, and he also wears silver-plated knee-pads.

"No way…It's Godzillo! The Monster Hero!" Wade yelled with a huge grin on his face. He turned to Melissa. "It's Godzillo!"

Godzillo threw a peace sign at a crowd of his fans. That's when he spotted Wade. "Hey, you're that Wade Walker kid, right?" He asked, approaching the young man and Melissa. "The winner of this years Sport Festival?"

"Y-Yes! That's me!" Wade said, his grin only growing larger. "I just wanna say I'm a huge fan. I especially loved your Heisei series."

"Always great to meet a fan," Godzillo said with a grin. "Keep up the good work, kid. Look up my agency when you graduate. It'd be an honor to take you under my wing." And with that, he walked away, leaving Wade in an amazed state.

"Wow, you're pretty famous, Wade." Melissa giggled.

"Y-Yeah, I guess," Wade said, sheepishly rubbing the back of his head.

"They invite Hero to show off new gear and sign autographs,"' Melissa explained as they saw more Pro Heroes from all over the world walking around. Greeting fans and talking to each other. "It looks like there are a lot of events going on. A lot of the Pro Heroes will be at the big party tonight. But I'm sure you already knew that, right? Since you came with Uncle Might."

"Yeah," Wade said. Luckily for him, the invite that he was given told him about the party. Giving him plenty of time to get some formal clothes.

"Hey, Wade!" The young hero looked back to Melissa. She was standing in front of a large blue building. "You've gotta check out the pavilion!"

"WHOA!" Wade yelled in delight as he and Melissa entered the pavilion. It was a beautiful blue museum that showcased super-advanced support equipment for Pro Heroes.

"Hey, Spider-Man, look at this one!" Melissa exclaimed, pointing up at a small manta ray-like jet on display. There was even a video that showed off the abilities of the jet. "This multipurpose vehicle can fly like a jet, of course, but it can also be used to maneuver underwater."

"That's so awesome!"

Melissa then showed him an advanced diving suit with tentacles and an almost alien looking head floating in a water tank. "Check this out! You can wear this deep diving suit and drop up to 7,000 meters in the ocean."

"You can go down the Mariana Trench," Wade said.

Over at another invention, Melissa placed a helmet on his head, making Wade look like Daft Punk. "This helmet is equipped with 36 different sensors so you can see all the way around your body," she said as multiple sensors appeared in front of Wade's eyes.

"Whoa, that's so much! But I think I'll stick with my senses," Wade said, pulling off the helmet and placing it back on the table. "So did your father really make all of these?"

"No, but everything here was created using different inventions that papa patented," the young girl explained as they walked around the pavilion. There were many more people with them that came to see all the luxurious inventions. "These support items can help heroes all over the world. Who knows how many people will be affected by papa's inventions."

Wade smiled at her. "You really look up to your dad, huh?"

Melissa gave him a cheery smile as a slight blush appeared on her face. "Of course. After all, it's my dream to become a scientist like him," she said as they stopped in front of a large mecha."

"So you're a student at the academy here, right?" Wade asked. The I-Island Academy was the dear school for all those that wanted to become scientists, and only the best minds were accepted into their ranks.

"Yep. I'm a third-year student," Melissa admitted with her hands behind her back.

Wade smirked with his hands on his hips. "Sounds like you're a real genius, huh?"

Melissa giggled and shook her head. "Ah come on. Don't embarrass me. Actually, I should be studying more if I want to be as good as papa."

Wade grinned at her and nodded his head. "I know what you mean," he said before looking down at his fist. "If I'm going to be a Hero like All Might, then I'm going to have to push myself harder."

"Looks like you're having fun, Wade."

Wade's eyes widened when he heard that voice. He turned around and saw none other than Ochaco in her costume. "Hey, Ochaco! What are you doing here," he asked, happy to see one of his three crushes was able to come to the island. However, Wade noticed that she was staring at him with a rather unusual expression.

"It looks like you're having fun," she repeated with an emotionless tone and expression.

"Uh, you already said that," Wade said, becoming a little concerned.

Someone cleared their throat and Wade looked to see two more familiar faces.

"Momo and Jiro?" He exclaimed, seeing both girls in their Hero costumes.

Momo looked at him with a disapproving expression. "You appear to be having fun, Wade," she said to her crush. Both her and Jiro shared the same looks, making Wade even more nervous, and he didn't even know what he did wrong!

"Walker. I heard everything," Jiro said. Her earphone jacks lifting up and twirling around.

Wade was still a bit confused. What did Jiro mean, and why were Ochaco and Momo looking at him and Melissa with…jealousy?

That's when it hit him as to what they were thinking and he quickly waved his hands in front of him. "Wait! Hold on! It's not what it looks like, I swear!" he exclaimed, looking mostly at Momo and Ochaco. Sure, he, the two girls, and Mina weren't official girlfriends and boyfriend, his first kiss with the three girls pretty much set them all up.

"Wade, are these your friends?" Melissa asked curiously.

"Uh, yeah, they're my classmates from school. There's just been a bit of a misunderstanding," Wade said to her sheepishly. He then turned back to the girls nervously. "Girls, this is Melissa. She's showing me around the expo."

"Nice to meet you," Melissa greeted the three with a smile. "My father and uncle Might are really–"

"VERY BUSY!" Wade yelled out in a panic, covering Melissa's mouth. "They're really busy right now, so don't worry at all!" He then turned Melissa around and whispered to her. "Don't tell them that I came here with All Might! It's a secret."

"But why?" Melissa asked, not sure why Wade didn't want to tell the others why he came with All Might.

"Just trust me–AAAHH!" Wade yelled when Momo grabbed his cheek and pulled him away.

"And just what were the two of you whispering about?" Momo asked, looking at the young man with a suspicious look. Jiro looked almost amused while Ochaco still stared at Melissa with jealousy.

"Ow, my face! Nothing! Nothing was going on, I swear!" Wade exclaimed in pain.

Melissa was still a little confused, but giggled a bit. Turning back to the three girls, she clapped her hands together and asked politely, "Why don't we all have a cup of tea at the cafe?"

After finally clearing up the misunderstanding, the five teens walked out of the pavilion and headed over to one of the cafes in the city. The girls sat down together at an outdoor table with their beverages and chatted. And to Wade's relief, they were getting along really well.

"Wow, you really got to work with Pro Heroes?" Melissa asked in wonder. "Like, out in the field?"

"Just normal training and a few patrols," Ochaco said, waving her hands in front of her.

"I helped out with a hostage crisis, but all I did was help with the evacuation," Jiro said as she took a sip of her drink.

"That's so amazing!" Melissa exclaimed, astonished that the girls and Wade, who were younger than her, got to experience what it was like being Heroes.

"Somehow I ended up in a TV commercial for a hair product," Momo sighed with an embarrassed blush. Even though Wade said she looked beautiful, she still didn't feel too proud about it.

"Sounds like an experience," Melissa said with a kind smile, making Momo feel somewhat happy. "What about you, Wade? What did you do?"

"I mostly did training before me and two of my friends got jumped by the Hero Killer," Wade said, sticking to the cover-up story the police gave him, Iida, and Todoroki.

"What?! That must have been so scary!" Melissa yelled in shock. The other girls giggled at her reaction.

"We were thinking about checking on the pavilion on our way to the Academy's exhibit," Jiro stated.

"I'm really excited!" Ochaco added.

Wade sighed and leaned back in his chair. Thank goodness Momo and Ochaco weren't too mad at him for the misunderstanding. He then noticed a beverage being placed on his table.

"Thanks for waiting!" Said a familiar voice.

Wade looked up and smiled. "Hey, Kaminari! And you too, Mineta?" He said, as the two boys stood in front of him, wearing waiter outfits.

"What are you two doing here?" Jiro asked, just as surprised as the rest of the girls to see the two boys.

"They need free waiter staff, and since it meant a free trip to the expo, we applied to work," Kaminari said with a thumbs up.

"We get to see the expo on our breaks, and we get paid. Plus there's a chance we get to have passionate encounters with the cute girls–!" Mineta stopped his perverted speech when he and Kaminari laid eyes on Melissa. "Oh my God, I think I'm in love!"

The two boys pulled Wade aside and started whispering to him. All while the Class 1-A girls looked at them exasperatedly and Melissa looked confused. "Hey, Wade, who's that high voltage hotty back there," asked Kaminari with a perverted grin.

"Don't be greedy, introduce us!" Mineta said, wiggling his fingers in a 'gimme' fashion as he drooled from the corner of his mouth.

"Only if you give me one good reason not to zap the two of you…again!" Wade threatened as he clenched his fist and had an electricity course through it.

"Are they students of U.A. too?" Melissa asked Momo in a whisper.

Hearing this, Kaminari and Mineta rushed over and posted in front of her. "That's right!" said the electric user.

"We're basically heroes already," the ball user said.

"WHY ARE YOU TWO SLACKING OFF!? YOU WANTED TO MAKE MORE MONEY DIDN'T YOU, BUT YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO WORK HARD!?" Yelled a certain speedster as he jetted towards Mineta and Kaminari. The class perverts screamed in fear as Iida rushed towards them in a silver blur. Rushing by Wade and the girls.

"Tenya?!" The Spider-Man yelled.

"You're here too?" Ochaco asked.

"I come from a long line of Heroes," Iida said as he stood in front of Kaminari and Mineta, who were on the ground and shivering in fear. The Class Rep then turned and waved his arms robotically. "It's only natural that we reserved an invitation from the I-Expo."

"What's up with his arms?" Melissa asked Wade.

"Trust me, it's normal for him," Wade replied.

Iida lowered his arms with his stoic expression. "But my family was busy, so it's just me that came," he said. They all wanted to be with Tensei as he tried to recover from his horrific injuries.

"I'd wondered if you'd be here," Momo said, before placing her hand on her chest. "I received an invitation because my father held shares for I-Expo's sponsor stocks. It's so fun to get to go to the preview."

"Yeah, and since she had a few extra ones, we basically gambled for them," Jiro said.

"How'd you do that?" Wade asked.

Flashback

"No hard feelings whoever wins! ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS!" The rest of Class 1-A's female students yelled as they threw down their hands. Momo stood to the side and watched.

Mina, Tsuyu, and Hagakure choose scissors. Ochako and Jiro beat them with rock.

"MY LIFE IS OVER!" Mina yelled as she glared at her scissor hands. Not only was she missing out on going to the opening of the expo, but she was also missing out on spending time with Wade? Why is life treating her like a supporting character in someone else's story!?

Present

"And that's how Ochaco and I were able to tag along as her guests," Jiro said, leaning on Ochaco with an arm on her shoulder.

"Ah man," Wade said, feeling bad for Mina. "If I had known, I would have invited her as my guest." Then again, that would mean the pink girl being on the plane with All Might in his deflated state.

"Don't worry. Mina, Tsu, and Hagakure are on the island too. They just can't visit the preview," Ochaco said.

"In fact, we're all planning to look around together once the expo opens to the public tomorrow," Momo explained.

That gave Melissa a thought. "Hey, why don't I show you girls around the site?"

The girls gasped with excitement as they turned back to her. "Are you sure you have time?" Ochaco asked.

Melissa nodded with a smile.

"That's awesome!" The girls exclaimed with joy.

"Please take us with you!" Mineta and Kaminari pleaded.

Wade smiled at his friend for only a second, before there was a sudden explosion off in the distance that rocked the rock. The force of the blast caught everyone's attention as they looked in the direction it came from.

"What was that?" Wade asked, seeing that it came from a rock formation that was set in the middle of a circle road. From it he could see smoke.

Wade and the others quickly went to where they heard the explosion. As it turned out, the rocks were actually part of an arena with a rocky terrain. Wade ran over to the railings and looked down. There was a colorful platform with a red bridge, and in front of the platform was a rocky area that had smoke billowing from several places.

On the platform was a woman that cheered, "A clearance time of 33 seconds! He's in eighth place!"

When the smoke cleared, it was revealed to be a certain red-haired classmate with his Quirk activated.

"Kirishima!" Wade exclaimed when he saw him.

"So I'm guessing he's from U.A. as well," Melissa said as she stared at the scream showing Kirishima.

"Yeah, he's in the same class as the rest of us," Wade told her with a grin.

"Please welcome our next challenger!" The announcer said.

Wade looked back down towards the red bridge and saw who was up next. "You've got to be kidding me…" He groaned.

It was none other than Bakugo.

The ash blonde exploder walked up the center stage and got ready to take the course. "The villains have been reset!" the woman said. "Ready…go!"

Not a moment later, Bakugo blasted up into the air and propelled his way towards the first set of robots. One by one, he destroyed the faux villains with ease. Zigzagging from one robot to another as he made his way to the top.

"DIE!" He yelled blasting another robot.

Wade sweatdropped. "Die?"

After Bakugo completed the course, the announcer was amazed by his abilities and her tone showed it as she said, "Look at that time! Only 15 seconds! First place!"

Bakugo grinned to himself. He landed back on the stage and started walking away. However, he stopped when Kirishima said, "Hey isn't that Wade over there?" That got Bakugo's attention and looked in the direction Kirishima was pointing.

"Hey you guys!" Wade yelled with a grin as he waved at the two of them. Bakugo rushed forward and propelled himself up into the air. "How's it going–"

Wade was cut off when Bakugo landed on the railing and hung off it. Glaring at Wade with all the hate he had for him while yelling. "DAMNIT, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE, BUG?!"

"I was invited here, you idiot! What about you?" Wade asked, glaring back at Bakugou.

"DON'T CHANGE THE SUBJECT!"

Iida quickly got in between the two rivals with his arms spread out. "Bakugo, behave yourself!" He scolded the explorer.

"Get out of my way!"

Behind the boys, the girls watched as they argued and yelled at one another. Well, watched as Bakugo did all the yelling. "Why is that boy so angry?" Melissa asked. She's never seen anyone as furious and wrathful as Bakugo. It almost scared her.

"That's Bakugo for you," Jiro said nonchalantly, having grown used to Bakugo's tantrums.

"He and Wade are fated rivals," Ochaco said dramatically.

Momo went over to the railing and looked down at Kirishima. "So, Kirishima, you both got asked to I-Expo, too?"

"Nah, Bakugo was invited after getting second place in the Sports Festival. I just tagged along," Kirishima said with his usual manly grin. He then pointed towards the battle course. "You guys gonna do this villain course or what?"

"Sure!" Wade said, eagered to let loose. He's been wanting to see how far he can push Battle Focus, as he's only kept it at 5%. This was because he didn't want to kill anyone with his powers and because he didn't know how much his endurance would hold up. But with robots, he was ready to try out 10%.

"Don't even try it! There's no way you'll get a better score than I did." Bakugo growled at Wade.

"Oh yeah? You afraid that I'll beat you again, jackass?" Wade asked with a somewhat arrogant smirk. Sure it wasn't wise to provoke Bakugo, but Wade just couldn't help himself.

"Well, I guess there's only one way to find out," Ochaco added.

Bakugo jumped over the railing and stumped up to Wade. Shoving Iida aside as he got into his face. "Just hurry up and get your pathetic attempt over with, you weakling! Then you get out of here!" He yelled into his face. However, Wade just grinned at him. Accepting his little challenge.

"Just don't blow your lid when I beat you," he quipped, slipping on his mask, and then jumping over the railing and leaping onto the center of stage.

A little taken aback by Wade's entry, the announcer girl quickly recovered and got the course ready for him. "We've got a new challenger coming in at the last minute! Will he make it to the top, or final in front of the entire expo!?"

"Jeez, thanks," Wade grumbled before getting into a ready stand. He then activated Battle Focus, spreading 10% of One-for-All throughout his body. Red, vein-like lines coursed up from his feet and spread throughout his body, causing his body to glow with green, electric aura coursing around him. The activation caused a gust of wind to blow from his body. Everyone in the arena could feel it, with the announcer girl almost being knocked off her feet.

"Ready…go!"

Wade ran forward in a burst of speed before running up the side of a boulder before jumping high into the air. Melissa watched him with wide eyes as he posed in the air with his legs bent up and feet together and his arms spread out. In the air, it only took him a millisecond to count how many enemies there were. Mostly with the help of the HUD.

6 robots. This was going to be easy.

He spotted his first target and shot a web-line at it. Pulling himself down towards it with his Venom Smash ready, Wade punched into the face of the robot and jumped away. Leaving it to explode. One done. 5 to go.

Spotting the second one, Wade shot two lines at it and yanked it up. Pulling the faux villain up into the air as he turned his body so that his curled up legs were facing the third robot. Planting his feet on the head of the second one, Wade kicked it towards the other robot. The two crashed into one another and exploded.

Not wanting to lose his momentum, Wade shot a web-line at the next one and launched himself at it. Going through its body with a kick before sticking to the face of a boulder and launching himself straight up.

When the fifth robot looked over the edge, Wade gave it an uppercut punch and then used two web-lines to slingshot himself at the final robot. Destroying it with one Venom Blast.

"An incredible run! With 12 seconds, he's now the one 1st place winner!" The announcer girl yelled as Wade landed at the top of the mountain.

While most of everyone cheered for him, Melissa stared at Wade with her eyes wide as saucers. She watched as he powered down and shook his arms. Getting rid of any electricity that was still coursing in him. To put it simply, Wade was amazing. She had no idea how it worked, but that Spider-Quirk gave him incredible power. Not only did he have incredible strength, but he was able to fight at unimaginable speeds. And his destructive power was just like All Might's.

However, as Wade jumped over the railing and his friends gathered around him, Melissa could tell something was off about Wade.

"Wade, that was so cool!" Ochaco cheered.

"Indeed! I didn't know you could move that fast," Momo said, blushing after witnessing him in action.

"Good showing, Wade," Tenya said with a smile.

"Thanks, you guys. I was almost afraid I wasn't going to make it past Bakugo's time," Wade said, taking off his mask and grinned. So, he can go over 10% without injuring his body. Good, now when the time comes, he'll push the power even more.

"What the hell was that, Walker?!" Bakugo yelled furious at Wade. "I'm going again and this I'll blow your score to ash!"

All of a sudden there was a loud tremor coming from the stage. The group turned and gasped in shock.

"AAAAAAAAHHHHH! THIS IS INSANE!" The announcer girl screamed as none other than Shoto Todoroki created a large glacier of ice that covered all of the rocks and robots. "8 SECOND! THIS GENTLEMAN HAS JUMPED TO THE FRONT OF THE PACK!"

Shoto just let out a breath of cold air.

"Todoroki's here too!?" Wade exclaimed as he stared at the bi-color haired boy's ice in astonishment.

"Another one from U.A.?" Melissa asked.

"That's right," Momo replied.

"Your class is amazing. You all are going to be such great Heroes." Melissa praised the classmates as they smiled at her.

However, the moment was ruined by none other than Bakugo. After witnessing his score getting beaten two times, the ash blonde finally snapped. Bakugo launched himself over the others and rushed towards Todoroki.

"Out of the way, Icy Hot Bastard!" He yelled in fury.

"Bakugo?" Todoroki asked emotionlessly as the exploder landed in front of him.

"You can't just appear out of nowhere and show me up!" Bakugo yelled at him, all while the announcer girl looked at him rather nervously.

"I see the others are here too." Shoto saw Wade and the others waving at him.

"DON'T IGNORE ME!" Bakugo shouted before lowering his voice. However, that didn't mean he wasn't still pissed off. "What are you doing on the island, anyway?"

"My father was invited, so I'm representing him."

"Um… do you mind? The next person is waiting…" the announcer said, nervously. Bakugo's rash and violent behavior honestly frightened her.

"SHUT UP! I'M GOING AGAIN!" Bakugo yelled, making the poor girl scream in terror.

"Everyone, please stop! You're gonna make the world think that U.A.'s full of degenerates!" Iida yelled as he ran towards Bakugo and Todoroki. Wade and Kirishima jumped over the railing and rushed towards the two. However, it was mostly Bakugo they were after.

As she watched Wade shoot webs at Bakugo to bind him and the others try and hold the exploder back, Melissa chuckled at the antics of the boy. Momo, Ochaco, and Jiro on the other lowered their heads in shame. "Oh, sorry to laugh," The blonde girl said before looking up at the jumbo screen. "I was just thinking that it looks like you guys have a whole lot of fun at your school."

"Well, it's never boring, that's for sure," Momo said as they saw Wade dragging Bakugo away. The rash boy was thrashing around while being encased in a cocoon of webs.

"True."

The mystery group of men made it to gate 66 and took care of the guards and staff there. Knocking them out and tying them up. The leader of the group then pulled out his phone and dial the same number as before.

"I've picked up the goods as planned," he said to the person on the other line. A few seconds later, he spoke again. "What? All Might's here now? It doesn't matter. We can handle him, no problem."

He hung up the phone and watched as his men opened one of the shipping containers.

"Of course he had to show up."

Meanwhile in David Shield's laboratory, the man was hard at work examining All Might's health. The Hero himself was laying inside a healing that monitored his vitals with scanners and tubes. Sitting at his computer, David observed the measurements of All Might's vitals on his computer screen. He then clicked on All Might's Quirk levels and gasped in horror. The graph showed his powers going down at an even and consistent pace. But according to the graph, there was a dramatic drop in that power.

Even in the pod, All Might could tell his friend was in distress at his results. He opened the pod and pulled the mask off his face. "I don't get it, Toshi!" David said, before turning towards his friend and pointing at the graph. "Why are your Quirk levels going down so dramatically? I know you were seriously injured by All for One, but to suddenly get these numbers is observed. What in the world happened to you?"

Toshi coughed into his fist. "I suppose if you're a Hero for a long time, your body starts to fall apart," he said, lying through his teeth. All Might hated it. He wished he could tell his best friend the truth about One for All. But if he did, he'd be putting Dave and Melissa in danger. All for One would come after them.

Dave clenched his fist in frustration. "At this rate, the Symbol of Peace will disappear," he said bitterly. "The only reason Japan is able to keep its crime rate at 6% is because of your presence. Other countries have about 20%, and some are even worse than that. Honestly, a part of me wished you'd never left America."

All Might sighed and got up. "There's no need for you to be so pessimistic, Dave," he said, walking over and placing a hand on his old friend's shoulder. "The world is full of capable Pro Heroes, not to mention the good people like you who support them. Besides, I can still be All Might for a few hours a day–"

"Come on!" Dave said in his frustration. "What if a monstrous villain appears and you're capable of saving us again?"

"Listen, just in case that day comes, just know that I have no intention of stepping down," All Might told his old friend. Toshi then started thinking about his successor. In his mind, he thought of an image of Wade Walker as he grinned and stood tall and proud. There was still hope for One-for-All, and for the Symbol of Peace. One day, the Heroes of Tomorrow will rise when society falls and light their darkest hour.

"The I-Expo preview will be closing at 6 p.m. Thank you for coming. Enjoy your night."

After the announcement went through, Kaminari and Mineta let out sighs of relief as they slumped to the floor in front of the closed doors. The sun was beginning to set over the horizon and the two were exhausted.

Kaminari groaned as Mineta said, "The expo isn't even open to the public yet. If we're this slammed now, will we ever get to rush?"

"Shut up! I don't even wanna think about it!" Kaminari moaned as he placed his face in his hands.

Out of nowhere, Wade came lowering down in front of them. He was upside down and repelled from a web line connected to the edge of the cafe's roof. "Looks like you two could use a drink," he said, offering water bottles to the boys.

"Thanks," Kaminari said as he and his friend took them. At the same time, the girls and Iida walked over to them.

"Good job, today! You should be proud of the work you did today," said Iida. The speedster then held out two slips of paper to them.

"What are these things?" Mineta asked.

"Invitation to the big reception party tonight," Momo told them as Wade landed on the ground and went over to stand beside the others.

Mineta and Kaminari's bodies started to tremble as they both took the invitations. "There's…the party?" The grape-haired boy asked with a shaky smile.

"For us…?" Kaminari asked, looking like he was about to start sobbing.

"Melissa took pity on you for some reason," Jiro told them with an amused smile.

"She figured that you could use a break," Ochaco added.

"I had a few extras," Melissa said with a nervous smile. "Please, I'd love for you to have them."

"Kaminari…"

"Mineta…"

"A BEAUTIFUL ANGEL HAS REWARDED US FOR OUR HARD WORK!" the two perverts shouted with joy as they tearfully hugged one another.

Iida turned to the others and told them, "I've heard there will be quite a few Pro Heroes that'll be attending the party as well. It's imperative that we don't tarnish U.A.'s good name. We'll change into our formal clothes and go as a group. Everyone, meet in lobby 7 of the central tower at 6:30 pm sharp! Don't you dare be late. I'll contact Todoroki and Bakugo and share this information. Thank you. You're dismissed!"

And with that, Iida sped off to get himself ready for the party. The other students went their separate ways and went to prepare themselves for the party tonight. Wade was about to start swinging his way back to his hotel room when a certain blonde stopped him.

"Wait, Wade!" Melissa said as she ran up to him. "There's something I want to show you, if you don't mind."

Melissa led Wade back into the central district of the island and brought him into a large building that had the appearance of a school.

"This is the campus of the Academy, where I go to school," Melissa said as she led Wade down a hallway. She then stopped in front of a door and turned to Wade. "And this is the lab that I use."

The automatic door opened and Melissa led him inside. As he looked around, Wade was very impressed with the setting. There were shelves with books and tolds, a work bench in the middle of the room, a desk, 3D printer, and a couch.

"Sorry it's so messy," Melissa said sheepishly.

"You kidding me? I wish my room was this clean," Wade said jokingly. There were so many advanced contraptions and technology in Melissa's lab. It was like being inside of the office of an actual support hero. "It's amazing that you're able to study in a place like this…"

Wade stopped for a moment when he looked up and saw many awards and trophies on top of a bookshelf. All had Melissa's name on them and all were for first place. "Wow, you must be really talented, Melissa," He said, pointing up at the trophies.

"Well actually," She said, opening a door in her lab that led to a couple of drawers and shelves, "Not long ago I was getting terrible grades. That's why I've been studying so hard lately. I've gotta be a good student if I want to be a good Hero someday."

"You're going to be a Pro Hero?" Wade asked.

"Oh no. I gave up on that dear a long time ago. I am Quirkless after all."

Wade's eyes widened when he heard her say that. "You…really don't have any powers?" He then turned towards some photos on one of the shelves and looked at them.

"Yep! When I turned five and I still didn't have a Quirk, I got taken to the doctor. They said I was in the minority of the population that would never get a Quirk."

Wade looked at her sadly. She was exactly like him and his father, before he turned evil. Back then, when he didn't get his powers, Wade was sad too. He cried about not having a Quirk like all of his friends and everything else. Wade could only imagine that she felt the same way. But seeing his dad fighting in the ring without a Quirk, taking on and knocking out opponents with powers, made Wade realize that even without a Quirk, that he might still be a Hero. Seeing all the work her father did to support other Heroes must have fueled Melissa desires to be a support Hero.

In a way, they were the same. Both inspired by their fathers to be better and be Heroes. Only she didn't have to witness what Wade had to. He almost envied her for that, but told himself that he'd never be able to wish that kind of baggage onto anyone else. Not even that asshole Bakugo.

Perhaps in another dimension, she would have been bitten by the spider and not him.

"I…I'm sorry to hear that," Wade said.

"Huh? What for?" Melissa asked as she came out with a box.

"Believe me, I can imagine what you went through," Wade said, looking down with a frown. "In the beginning, I didn't have Quirk for the longest time. At least, until I got my Spider-Quirk. You must have gone through a lot of hardship."

Melissa looked at Wade with a look of surprise before putting on a smile. "It's okay, Wade. I admit, I was shocked. But now I have a new goal that's close to my heart."

"Really? What is it?" Wade asked curiously.

Melissa looked at the photos on her shelf. "To be like my father," She said, following the photos from right to left as they showed David marrying his wife, to her giving birth to Melissa, Melissa as a young girl with her papa, Dave receiving the Nobel Quirk Prize, and many other photos. "Papa didn't have a Quirk that would let him be a Hero, but he supports Uncle Might and other Heroes with the power of science. He's still fighting for peace, just indirectly."

"And that's what you want to be?" Wade asked.

"Yep, that's how I'll make a difference. Or at least I hope so," Melissa said with a hopeful smile. Turning back towards Wade, she opened the box she was carrying. Presenting Wade with an odd looking red wristband with a black button in the center of it. "This is a support item I created after observing Uncle Might. If you don't mind, can you roll your right sleeve up?"

"I uh, can't do that. Hang on," Wade said sheepishly. All he had to do was present his arm to her. It's not like he was striping in front of her. Wade hit the spider on his chest and the suit deflated, much to Melissa's surprise. He then pulled his arm out of its sleeve and then held it out to the blonde. "Alright, go ahead."

Melissa smiled as she wrapped the bracelet around his wrist. "Try pressing the button here on the back," she said, pointing to it.

The young man looked at the button, glanced at Melissa, and then pressed it. The bracelet glowed in a white honeycomb pattern, before suddenly expanding and wrapping around his arm. It had a spiral design and seemed to be made from the same material as her pogo stick.

"A glove?" Wade asked as he examined it.

"As far as names go, I was thinking Full Gauntlet," Melissa said proudly. "It's only a prototype. I'm hoping to make a full suit one day. One that would give anyone, whether Quirkless or not, incredible powers. I like to call that idea…The Iron Man."

"So, why show it to me if it's a prototype?" Wade asked while looking at her curiously.

"When we first met, I saw the scars on your hand. It looked as though you injured yourself. Then at the villain attraction, I noticed that you were limiting yourself on purpose," She said to him.

"Really? I was actually using a little more power than I normally would," Wade said.

"But that's my point! You're limiting yourself because your Quirk is too strong and your body can't keep up," Melissa said, much to the surprise of Wade.

"Well, yeah, but thanks to my healing factor and my enhanced durability, I'm able to deal with it," he said, trying to shrug off how much damage he did to himself during his fight with Todoroki.

Melissa smiled with her hands behind her back. "Well if you ask me, that's not going to do at all," she said, holding up a fist. "I made the gauntlet to withstand Uncle Might's punches 100 times over, so I think it'd be a perfect fit for you too. You should be able to use your full power when you have it on. Including your bio-electricity."

"Really? All of it?" Wade asked in astonishment. Frowning slightly, he clenched his fist and charged his bio-electricity into his hand. Acting as if he was going to use a Venom Blast. The gauntlet held together and didn't break. Seeing this, Wade powered down.

'Okay, that might not have been the best idea,' Wade thought to himself.

"Please, take it with you, Wade."

Wade looked at her in surprise. "But why would you give it to me? It's your prototype after all. It's important."

"That's why I want you to be the one to use it, Spider-Man," Melissa said with a look of admiration. "Promise me that you'll be a wonderful Hero who can save people in trouble, okay?"

Wade looked at her with wide eyes. Surprised that she was willing to trust him with Full Gauntlet, despite just meeting him. In the end, he smiled back at her and nodded his head. "I will. You have my word," he told her. A moment later, Wade's phone started ringing. He pulled it out and answered it. "Yo?"

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING, WALKER?!"

"GAH!" Wade yelled and pulled back his phone from his ear before yelling into it. "Damnit, Iida! What the fuck did I tell you about yelling on the phone?!"

"I'm yelling at you because it's way past when you were supposed to be here!"

Wade was about to argue again when realized he was right. "Right! I'm on my way!" He replied before hanging up the phone. "Sorry, Melissa, but I've got to get ready for the party–"

Wade was about to turn around and leave when he tripped on his deflated suit and fell to the ground.

"Ow."

Meanwhile in a darkly lit room, the villains had broken off into two smaller groups. One group captured a bunch of men dressed as security guards. They tied them up and gagged them before throwing them into a closet room.

"We restrained the guards," said one of the villains, his arms transformed into a blade. He was wearing what the others were wearing. Masks with a white X and black clothes under tactical gear. "We're good to go."

"The security system is still working. Keep them bound, but don't kill them."

"Yes, sir! We'll begin now," said another man before sitting down at the computer.

With the plan all set, the leader of the villains smirked evilly. "Great. Now for real fun," he said before placing on a metal mask that covered his scared face.

The gate doors began to open in front of him and his group of men.

"Get ready to move."

"Grr, stupid bowtie! I hate wearing a suit," Wade grumbled to himself as he struggled with his bowtie. Currently he was inside an elevator, heading up to the lever where his classmates were supposed to be meeting. For the party, Wade was wearing a red dress shirt with a black dress vest over it and black pants. With how poor he was, it's amazing he was able to afford it.

When the elevator dinged, Wade finally got it adjusted so it wasn't choking him. The doors opened and he stepped out. The boys were waiting there in the lobby. Kaminari and Mineta were wearing their waiter clothes. Iida was sporting a dark blue suit with a yellow tie, and Todoroki had on a white suit and tie. The same colors as his hair.

"Sorry I'm late," He said before noticing that they were missing about 4 people. "Where are the girls, Kirishima, and Bakugo?"

"They're not here yet," said Tenya with a visibly annoyed look on his face as he robotically waved his arm. "Does a proper meeting time mean nothing to you people!?"

"Hmm." Wade mockingly thought for a moment.

"Don't be a smart ass."

The elevator behind Wade dinged and opened. He turned around and had his breath taken away by the sight of Ochako. The brunette was wearing a cute pink dress with red high heel shoes, stockings, and a pearl necklace. She also sported a white flower on the side of her head.

"Sorry I'm late! I had trouble getting ready," Ochaco said as she stepped out of the elevator.

"Best night ever!" Kaminari and Mineta exclaimed pervertedly as Wade stared at the gravity girl with wide eyes. Just like her Hero costume, Ochaco's dress highlighted all of her curves.

"Wow, you look great, Ochaco," Wade said. Even though he meant it, he still blushed up a bit.

Ochaco's eyes widened when her crush complimented her and her cheeks also gained a pink tint. "T-Thank you, Wade. You look very handsome yourself," She said, immediately looking away, barely able to maintain her embarrassment.

The elevator dinged again, and the last two female students were revealed.

Momo was wearing a lime green dress that hugged her mature body nicely and showed off a generous amount of her cleavage. Her spiky ponytail was held up by a yellow band. Jiro was hiding behind her.

She was wearing a cute mini skirt along with an open black leather jacket over a purple and pink dress. The punker rock girl had on a choker and gray leggings. Her hair was nicely done as it was now swept to the side, with a pink flower placed on the right side of her head.

"Sorry we're late. Jiro was feeling shy," Momo said as she and her friend exited the elevator.

As the perverts of the group cheered and chanted, Wade's blush grew as he stared at Momo. She looked like a goddess. Her black hair almost shined as her dress, while covering most of her legs, left quite a lot to the imagination and only exemplified her perfect figure.

When she turned her eyes to Wade, she surprised him by winking at him. This caused the Spider-Man's face to turn red like a strawberry. That wink made it even harder for him to keep his hormones in check and his pants to become a little tighter.

"This is fancier than anything I've ever worn before," said Jiro. "Feels like a costume."

"I'm just glad you're not in a t-shirt," Kaminari said, giving Jiro a thumbs up.

"Even the jacket can't ruin it," Mineta mumbled under his breath.

This, of course, got on Jiro's nerves, as her earphone jacks dashed into their ears. Causing them to scream in pain from the loud sound waves.

"Shut up!" Jiro snapped at the two perverts.

"Why'd you do that? It was a compliment!" Kaminari cried.

"No it wasn't." she hissed.

"This is my first time in formal clothes," Ochaco said nervously to Wade as she walked up to him. "I ended up borrowing this from Momo."

Wade smiled at her and rubbed the back of his head. "Well, I think it really suits you, Ochaco," he said, genuinely thinking that she looked beautiful in the dress. "You look really cute in it."

"Oh, stop it, Wade! You don't have to flatter me!" Ochaco exclaimed, waving her arm at Wade sporadically. Even though she turned away from him, it couldn't hide the blush on her face after being complimented by her crush for a second time.

"Everyone, behave yourselves!" Iida yelled.

That's when the elevator dinged again and everyone turned to see who it was. Wade's eyes widened for the third time in a row while Kaminari and Mineta immediately had perverse grins on their faces.

"Oh, good! Everyone's here! Let's head down to the party," said Melissa Shield as she jogged over to them.

She had her hair up in a high ponytail that was tied with a large black bow with her bangs swept back underneath a red headband, while her face-framing was left loose. She had golden earrings which hang from her earlobes and she didn't wear her glasses. As for her clothes, the blonde girl was wearing a strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline. The upper half of the dress was a deep blue, while the skirt is a pale powder blue. Separating the two segments was a black cloth belt with a large white rose that sits slightly to her left, covering where the material was tied. The belt matched the black ruffles underneath her knee-length skirt. On her feet, she wore white heels with straps and an open toe. Her toenails were painted a shade of coral pink, the same as her fingernails and lips.

"The headliner has arrived!" Mineta cried in bliss.

"I don't know what I'll do with this much beauty, Mineta. I think I'll die!" Kaminari said with tears of joy as he and his friend were on one knee.

"Those tickets were a bad idea," Jiro said.

Meanwhile, down in the second floor of the Central Tower, the party was currently being held in the Reception Hall. In the hall, the Heroes that were invited and scientists of the island came together to meet and greet one another. All Might and Dave were with them and laughed together as they mingled with their colleges.

A few minutes into the party, the announcer for the party walked on the stage and grabbed the microphone. "Ladies and gentleman, I'd like to welcome everyone to I-Expo's opening night reception. We at I-Island enjoy yourselves. Now I wonder if we can get All Might up here. He's visiting from Japan. Wouldn't you like to hear him say a few words? Come on, everyone! Let's give him a round of applause. Please, come onto the stage," he said, clapping his hands together as the crowd cheered.

All Might looked a little confused and turned to his friend. "Really, Dave? You could have warned me," he said nervously, not expecting that would have to give a speech.

"This was bound to help once they knew you were in town," David chuckled.

"You owe me one," All Might jokingly said as he walked towards the stage. "Thank you for the invitation. I'm honored to be here. Formal speeches aren't my–"

All of a sudden, All Might was cut off by a loud alert going off and the screen behind him turning red with the words EMERGENCY appearing in big bold letters.

"It's no good. Either Bakugo or Kirishima are picking up," Iida told the others. All of a sudden, a voice came on the intercom and started broadcasting. Not just in the room they were in, but all over the island.

"Attention. This is an announcement from the I-Island security system. We've discovered that a bomb has been discovered on the I-Expo area. I-Island will now be in high alert mode. Your safety is our top priority. Residents and tourists are to return to their homes or lodges. Those that had come from the mainland should wait at the nearest evacuation center. Anyone remaining on the street after ten minutes will be in violation of the law. Please refrain from going outdoors. In addition, most of the main building will be sealed off."

"Wait what?" Wade asked, before a loud sound alarmed him. He turned around and saw the windows above him and others being closed by blast shields.

As the announcer was cut off, the doors of the reception room opened and groups of armed men entered with guns raised. The civilians all gasped and screamed when they saw this, realizing that it wasn't part of the party and that this was a villain take-over.

One of the doors opened, and the leader of the villains entered behind his armed men.

He was a tall, bulky man with dark red hair and yellow eyes. Dark patches of face paint covered his mouth, nose, and extended across his right eye, and there was also a scar on his left cheek. The mastermind wore a large, white coat with gray cuffs and trimmings. He also sported the same combat gear that his entire squad wears, including combat boots, dark pants, and a combat vest. He covered his hands with brown gloves and sported a metallic mask that covered his scars.

"Allow me to introduce myself. The name's Wolfram, and in case you haven't figured it out, the security system is under our control," the man said with an evil grin. "I know we got a lot of Heroes in here, but if you decide to make a scene…" He pointed his finger at one of the screens.

The screen changed to show a live feed of various places all over the island. All of them showing the security robots surrounding groups of civilians.

"I'll make sure the security machines will think that the good people on the island are dangerous criminals," he explained, making the people and Heroes in the party gasp in worry and panic. "So, I'd play nice. Because everyone on this island is my hostage. Naturally, that includes all of you."

All Might turned to Wolfram with a glare. Just about ready to intervene and put a stop to the villains. However, the masked man smirked and reached for his earpiece.

"Do it."

Suddenly, holes started appearing on the floor. Shooting out of those holes were glowing blue cables that tied all the Pro Heroes in the room.

"The emergency restraining devices!" Shouted one of the scientists.

"Crap!" All Might growled, covered in multiple restraints. He struggled to break out of the cables, but was stopped when the villain fired a shot at the roof. The people cried out in shock as the mastermind walked on stage.

"Don't move! If you take so much as a step, I'll kill everyone in this room," Wolfram said, pointing his gun at the people in the room. Daring All Might to make a move.

"Villain," All Might cursed at the man, before the villain kicked him to the floor.

"That's a good boy." Wolfram grinned, feeling great satisfaction for being able to do that to the Number One Hero. He then turned to everyone else in the room. "You're gonna do what I say and follow All Might's lead, right?!"

All Might looked into the crowd of people in front of him. He spotted David, who shook his head at him. Silently begging his friend not to do anything. He had no choice but to listen to them.

Toshi was a little surprised by this. But the look in Dave's eyes told him that his best friend would make sure everyone is safe. All he had to do was bear it for just a little while.

Wade stared at the screen of his phone with a troubled expression. Ever since the lockdown, they've been trying to reach their friends to figure out what was going on. Melissa even tried calling her father, but it was no use. None of them had a signal.

"I'm getting nothing," He said, showing his screen to the others.

"It looks like our servers are being completely blocked," Todoroki said.

"Seriously?" Mineta asked nervously.

Jiro walked over to the elevator and pressed the button for it. However, it didn't respond. "The elevators are out too."

"What the heck is going on?" Mineta cried.

Wade turned to Melissa. "What's going on, Melissa?"

"I'm not sure," She said, placing her fingers under her chin. Trying to think about what could have caused this. "I highly doubt that the security system would have switched to high alert and when into lockdown just because they found a bomb. It would have alerted everyone to leave the building."

Okay, something was definitely wrong about this situation, and it wasn't just because of a bomb threat. Wade could feel it in his gut. "Iida, let's get down to the party," He said, walking towards the speedster.

"But why?" the tall student asked.

"Because that's where All Might is," Wade revealed.

His classmates gasped at this revelation, still not knowing that he was on the island. "All Might's really here?" Ochaco asked.

"Oh thank God, we don't have anything to worry about then," Mineta said, breathing a huge sigh of relief. Believing that all of his worries were gone.

"Melissa, how do we get down to the party without the elevator," Wade asked the Quirkless teen.

"We can use the emergency stairs. That'll at least get us close," she said, putting to the door that led to the stairs.

Wade nodded to her. "Alright. We'll follow you."

"Don't worry. If you stay quiet, there's reason to hurt anyone. We plan to release you when the time is right," Wolfram told the people in the hall. He walked around, passing back several people as they sat on their knees. Each person flinched when he strolled behind them.

"What are you villains after!" One of the Pro Heroes suddenly shouted, unable to just sit and do nothing.

However, Wolfram kicked him upside the head and knocked him to the ground. Making two young women nearby flinch in fear. "Do you not know, not know how to listen? Stay down!"

His earpiece rang and he placed his hand over it. "Yeah, what's up?" He asked before listening to the person on the other end. "Oh right, got it."

Wolfram then turned to Sam and looked at the badge he was wearing. He then walked up to him.

"Hey, tubby? You're a researcher here," asked the villain.

"Y-Yes," Sam shakily responded.

Wolfram turned to his men. "Take this one up."

His men walked up to Sam with their rifles pointed at him, making Sam fear for his life. "W-Wait, please…"

"Hold it right there!"

Wolfram turned around to see that it was David Shield that shouted. Either out of bravery or foolishness, the scientist had stood up and approached the head villain. "That man is my assistant," He said, placing a hand on his chest. "Just what do you plan on doing to him?"

"Hmm…" Wolfram took a moment to look over Dave and immediately knew who he was. "Ah, the famous David Shield. Being him too."

"And if I refuse?"

The question brought an evil grin to Wolfram's lips. "Then somewhere on this island, you'll hear a pretty little blonde girl scream."

David's eyes widened when he realized what Wolfram was telling him. Melissa. Gritting his teeth, the scientist relented. "Very well. Lead the way," he said with a slight growl in his tone.

From where he was on the ground, All Might could do nothing but watch as his friend and Sam were taken by Wolfram and his men to places unknown. This was really bad. Toshi knew that he had to defeat the villains and get the system back online. But could he do it with the power he had left? All Might had to find a way, because he was there. The Symbol of Peace.

As the Number One Hero tried to break himself free of the blue bindings, All Might noticed a white flash of light from above. He looked and saw where the flashing light was coming from. But it didn't look like it was from a light.

Then, to his utter shock, Wade appeared. He was crawling on the surface of the glass ceiling, flashing the flashlight of his phone towards All Might from above the reception hall, where there was another room, separated by the glass.

Seeing that he got All Might's attention, Wade turned up at Jiro, who was kneeling on the floor above the glass. "Jiro, we ready?"

"Yeah," She said, nodding down at him. Wade turned back to All Might and made hand gestures.

"You can talk to us. We're listening," He whispered so as to not be heard by the villains. He then camouflaged again, disappearing from sight.

All Might, praying that Wade could hear him, started whispering. "Some villains have taken the tower. They have control of the security system and everyone on his island is being held as a hostage. That includes the Heroes who are at this party. It's too dangerous here. Get away from here as soon as possible."

The more she listened, the more Jiro's eyes widened. When Wade reappeared next to her, she retracted her earphone jack from the floor and looked at Wade with concern. "This is really bad, Wade."

Wade gulped the lump in his throat. Knowing that what she was about to tell him wasn't good.

Man, did Wade really hate being right.

What All Might told the group of teens was nothing they were prepared to learn about. All Might captured? The island being held hostage by villains? When Jiro told the others, they regrouped in the stairwell. No one could believe it.

"We've received All Might's orders loud and clear," Iida said to the group. "He's our teacher. I suggest we follow his orders and escape this place. Otherwise we'd be going against his will."

"I'm afraid I have to agree with what Iida is saying," Momo said, looking down sadly. "We're still only students. We cannot fight these villains without our Hero licenses."

Kaminari joined in the conversation, pointing a finger up. "Why do we escape and warn the Heroes outside–"

"It's not going to be very easy to escape," Melissa told him. With a finger on her chin, she tried to think of what they should do. "The security system here is on the same level as the one at the Tartarus prison, which keeps the most dangerous and powerful villains in the world."

"Then all we can do is sit here and wait until it's over, I guess," Kaminari said dejectedly.

Hearing this, Jiro stood up and looked down at the blonde boy in annoyance. "Are you really okay with that, Kaminari?"

"What choice do we have?"

"Don't you at least think we should try and stop them?"

"Hey, come on! Those guys even got All Might!" Mineta cried. "There's no way we can beat those guys if the actual pros are stuck."

Todoroki looked down at his left arm. The same one that Wade had freed from the shackles Shoto himself placed on them during the Sports Festival. "Aren't we trying to be Heroes too?" He asked.

Momo turned to him and said, "Well, yes, but we're not allowed to work as Heroes. You know that."

"Does that mean it's right for us to do nothing at all?" Shoto asked, clenching his fist.

"We, it's complicated," Momo said, but there wasn't much confidence in her voice.

"No, it's not."

Everyone looked towards Wade as he stood up, unbuttoned his right sleeve, and pulled it back.

"Wade," Iida asked. "What are you doing?"

"I can't use my right web shooter with this thing on," Wade said, before pressing the button on the bracelet. In front of everyone, he activated the full gauntlet. Showing it off to the others.

"Wow! What is that?!" Ochako asked in astonishment.

"Wade, what did you mean?" Momo asked. "Just what are you going to do?"

Wade clenched his right hand into a fist and turned around to look at his classmates. His expression carried the most determination they've ever seen from him. "I'm going to help All Might and the others," He proclaimed.

"ARE YOU CRAZY?!" Mineta immediately yelled at him. "DIDN'T YOU LEARN ANYTHING FROM THE USJ?!"

"This isn't like the USJ, so shut up and listen!" Wade said loudly, getting everyone's attention. "We don't have to fight these bad guys. All we have to do is find a way to set All Might and the other Heroes free."

"That's easy for you to say, but it's not going to be that simple!" Kaminari protested.

"You don't think I know that? We can still figure out the best plan of action and beat these criminals," Wade told them, trying to rally everyone together and help him. "We can save everyone!"

"Are you sure you want to do this, Wade?" Ochaco asked, looking up at the Spider-Man worriedly. "You're talking about going up against real villains. They'd kill you if they found you."

"They can try," Wade told her. "I'll go it alone if I have to."

"Wait a minute, Wade," said Melissa, stopping him before he could leave. "I know where the security system is. It's on the top floor of this tower. If these criminals managed to take control of it, then the authentications and passwords have been disabled. We should be able to restart the system ourselves. We just have to stay out of the villain's radar until we do that. If we do that, the whole island will be safe again."

Wade's eyes widened at the blonde. "If there's a change, then we need to take it," he whispered.

"Yeah, sure, but how do we keep on the low for that long?" Jiro asked.

"The security system hasn't discovered us yet. That means the villains probably don't know how it works properly," Melissa explained.

"So we avoid fighting and try to get the place back to normal." Todoroki summarized, understanding what the plan is. "It could work."

"Not bad, what do you think?" Kaminari asked Jiro. Hope returned to his spirit as he grinned at her.

"Let's do it." The punk rock girl replied.

"Many of our enemies are likely gathered there on the top floor." Momo muttered.

"Then we'll go in fast and flip the switch," Wade told him. "All Might and the others will be freed and take care of the villains. But they can't do it when they're tied up."

"Let's do this, guys!" Ochaco exclaimed, jumping up to her feet. "Wade's right! I'm not going to sit around and be helpless. Not if there's something we can actually try! What's important is that we're helping people, even if we're not real Heroes."

Wade smiled at her. "That's what I'm talking about! We'll follow our hearts and saving the fucking day!"

"Yeah!"

"Wade," said Shoto as he walked up to him. "I'm coming with you too."

"I'm in," said Jiro, pointing to herself.

Wade smiled gratefully and nodded at the two. "Thank you. Both of you."

"The moment I think we've gone too far, it's over," Iida told Wade sternly. "If that's something you can agree to, I'll join you as well."

"Alright. If that's the case, I'm going with you too, Wade," Momo said to waid with a smile. Now fully onboard with the idea.

"Hell, yeah! Count me in!" Kaminari agreed as he stood up.

At the same time, Mineta looked at everyone with horror. How could they just agree to just go along with this plan? To fight villains and save the day? It was insane! "HAVE YOU ALL LOST YOUR MINDS?!" He screamed after finally reaching his breaking point. "ALRIGHT, I'LL GO!"

"See, was that so hard Mineta?" Wade asked jokingly. He then turned to Melissa and walked up to her. "Melissa, I want you to say here until we're done."

"No way, I'm coming with you," She said with determination in her eyes.

Wade's eyes widened in shock at her response. "You sure? It'll be dangerous without a Quirk," He said worriedly.

"I don't suppose any of you know how to change the setting on the island's security system?" She asked him and the other students rhetorically. They all looked at one another, realizing that they didn't know how to do that. "I'm a student at the academy. I'll be useful to you. I know I might just get in the way, at least until we get up there, but I want to help. There are people in danger, and I'm able to save them too. Please!"

Surprised, yet inspired by her determination to help everyone on the island, Wade grinned at her. "All right then. Let's go and save everyone!"

"RIGHT!" Everyone shouted in unison.

Back in the reception room, All Might started to cough in his fist. He was running out of time. All Might had to break free before he couldn't hold his muscle form. While struggling to get out, All Might looked up and noticed Wade standing above the glass again.

The young man stared down at the Number 1 Hero and nodded at him with determination in his eyes. When All Might saw that look in his eyes, he became scared. He couldn't believe what Wade was going to do. In his mind, he begged his successor to run away.

Wade shook his head. He knew what All Might was thinking and he wasn't going to run away. No matter how dangerous it is, he had to do everything in his power to help. He promised that he'll save everyone.

Giving All Might one last grin, Wade turned and ran off to meet with the others.

All Might could see that Wade wasn't going to listen and leave. As a teacher, he should be furious with him for ignoring his orders. But the fact that he wasn't running away made All Might grin. If Wade did, then he wouldn't have become his successor. All Toshi had to do was keep his muscle form up, and pray that his students can get him and the other Heroes out of this situation.

The darkness of evil has fallen over I-Island. Now it was time for the Heroes of Tomorrow to rise.
