A very experienced teacher

Jack smiled when he heard quiet footsteps behind him. The library in the Tardis was huge, but it still didn't prevent him from hearing people coming in. Some instincts were stronger than others, and this one was deeply engraved into Jack.

He grinned when strong arms hugged him from behind, and a soft kiss was put on his hair.

-What are you reading ? the Doctor asked, bending over the couch to look at the book Jack was holding. Oh, Percy Jackson, a classic. Did Rose suggest it to you ?

-Surprisingly, no, I'm not even sure she knows it. It was there when I came in. Jack smiled. I guess the old girl just made me a surprise.

A satisfied noise echoed above them.

The Doctor grinned, and kissed his head once more.

-I guess she did. Was she right ?

-Oh, yeah, Jack smiled. I love it. Did you read it ?

-Of course I read it ! the Time Lord exclaimed, clearly offended. What do you think I am ? A moron ?

-Well, you're so old already, one could wonder how much new things an old mind like yours can remember, Jack teased him, his smile turning cocky.

The Doctor raised an eyebrow.

-Is that a challenge I hear, captain ? He asked, whispering into his ear even as his hand caressed his arm. Because I feel like you're provoking me.

Jack licked his lips, aroused.

-And what if it is ?

The Doctor smirked, the shadow of a wolf crossing his eyes.

Jack just grinned, a sudden wave of heat hitting him.

Without surprise, the Doctor turned out an excellent teacher.

It really wasn't surprising he remembered so much, even after all this time. After all, one didn't wander so long in the galaxy withour being able to retain hundred of memories.

Actually, he even knew things Jack had never heard about, and that was something.

Obviously, the Timelord was more than happy to share his knowledge, and Jack had always been an excellent pupil. And so the young man ended up moaning wantonly, writhing helplessly on the couch as his teacher taught him his new lesson, making sure he remembered every bit.

After, as they laid on the couch, Jack's exhausted body covering the Doctor's, the Timelord caressed his hair, one possessive arm around his waist.

-So ? What's your ruling, lad ? Did I pass ?

His voice was so smug, Jack would have hit him if he had the strengh. As it was, he could barely keep his eyes opened, so he just laughed weakly.

-Not sure. I think we will need another test. Into my room, just to compare places.

The Doctor snorted, amused.

-Obviously. Well, you should better rest, captain. You're going to need it.

Jack laughed again, before his eyes closed and he drifted off to sleep.

Smartass.
