Hey friends! We would like to thank Onyx115 and our guest reviewer (Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung!

Btw, this is the next to last chapter! We will have one more full chapter after this and a short epilogue. Hopefully we will post both of those next week, but if we don't get the epilogue in by Wednesday, we will post it as soon as we edit. We do have plans for a sequel that will probably happen after our next story if everyone wants a sequel. If not, we could do some one shots.

Enough about all that, let's see what happened to poor Kurt! We are always kidnapping the poor guy lol. - A and K

"Okay everyone! Let's have our seats! Hope everyone has had a great week!" Elliott said to the room of milling vampires.

"I sucked a frog's blood and it tasted like mud!"

"Okay, Tony," Elliott said with a placating pat on his back. "Thanks for sharing, but remember what we talked about with animal blood and the possible dangers? Warts on the tongue are no laughing matter. Now, seats everyone!"

Tony shrugged and went to find a chair. Elliott scanned the room and noticed one thing missing, or rather one person. He checked his phone. Kurt hadn't texted him back all day. "Has anyone seen Kurt?"

Everyone shook their heads. That was weird. Kurt had always shown up to meetings. Elliott even told him tonight was "holy ascots!" night and Kurt was excited. Kurt hadn't missed a meeting since he started coming. Something wasn't right.

"Guys, I'm worried about Kurt. I'm going to have Rep Jordan sub in for the meeting and go make sure he's okay." Everyone groaned. "Don't be like that! Rep Jordan is great!"

"He makes us dance to Taylor Swift!" Elliott shook his head.

"Well, Taylor Swift speaks to him. I'll be back later!" He retreated to the door as he heard Jordan yell and rub his hands together.

"Who's ready for Tswizzle?"

A blond wolf was nosing around in the woods near Dalton. His ear twitched back. He sat and waited as a curly-furred black wolf jumped out and attempted to pounce on him, but the blonde wolf simply moved and let him fall into an graceless heap.

"How did you know?" Blaine exclaimed.

Jeff shook his head. "You need to work on walking and breathing quieter."

"I don't breath loud!"

"Sure, Blaine."

Blaine scoffed. He didn't breathe loud.

They transformed back into humans and were just putting the last of their clothes on when Jeff's head jerked up. "Someone's coming!"

Blaine shrieked as he jerked his shirt on. "Who's there? Show yourself!"

The bushes rustled and the man Blaine recognised as Kurt's coven rep came stumbling out. He looked up and immediately straightened.

Elliott stumbled out of the underbrush and eyed them warily. "Oh, hello. Fancy meeting you here… Two werewolves… Great."

"You're… Elliott right?" Blaine asked. Elliott nodded in affirmation as he brushed off his pants. "Kurt's coven rep?"

"Oh! Yes! Kurt is my little protege. I am actually looking for him. Hence why I'm here. Risking getting torn to shreds. By huge teeth."

Jeff grinned at Elliott and snapped his teeth. Elliott cringed away.

"Kurt's at his coven meeting." Blaine stated. Shouldn't Elliott know that?

"He's supposed to, but he never showed up. He isn't answering his phone either."

Blaine suddenly switched to defense mode. "What? He's not there?" Kurt had told him how excited he was about this meeting. Come to think of it, he hadn't been texting him back either. Blaine just figured Kurt was busy…

Elliott shook his head.

"No, I came here thinking maybe he was sick or that he had something come up. He seemed like he was going to come the other day. So I found it odd he didn't show up. I contacted his father and he isn't there either."

Not waiting for more, Blaine took off in the direction of Dalton. Elliott and Jeff followed. They made in to the dormitory, passing Wes and David.

"Blaine I- Blaine?" Wes followed Blaine and noticed Elliott. He came to Kurt's room and knocked on the door, but when he knocked the door creaked open. Blaine stormed into the room that was dark. Kurt was not here. He couldn't smell him. He couldn't sense him anywhere.

"I can't smell him anywhere, Blaine." Jeff said worriedly. He had apparently texted Nick, because he had joined them and was looking around. Blaine stood frozen. Where was he? He pulled out his phone. Kurt hadn't texted him today, but that wasn't uncommon for days he had coven meetings.

With a frown, Nick picked up something from the floor and brought it to Blaine. It was Kurt's phone. He gripped it in his hand. Something was wrong. Very wrong.

Kurt Hummel was OVER being kidnapped.

After waking up with a horrible headache at some point that night, he found himself in a room that had a single chair. It was dark, but Kurt could see better then most people in the dark. He kicked the door. To his surprise it swung open. He stepped out of the way and in strode an intimidating man with two other large men at his side. Panic flooded Kurt's senses.

"Hello, Mr. Hummel." The man in the middle looked slightly familiar. He was stocky with dark hair greying at the temples, bushy eyebrows framing icy blue eyes, and a stern expression.

Kurt drew himself up to full height and tried not to show fear. "Who are you people? Why am I here?"

"I am Paul Anderson. You are friends with my son." One of the other two men brought in a second chair and Paul Anderson sat in it. He gestured for Kurt to sit in the other.

Now Kurt realized why this man was familiar as he sunk into the opposite chair. He had Blaine's eyes, just a different color and his cheekbones.

"I invited you here-"

"I'm sorry! Invited me? You straight up kidnapped me!"

Paul seemed slightly perturbed, but continued. "You're here because I simply wanted to ask you a favor."

"There are a lot of better ways to ask a favor then attacking someone!"

Paul ignored him. "I need you to leave my son alone."

That stopped Kurt. "Wait, what?"

"I want you to leave my son alone. Leave Dalton if you need to. Just never talk to him again."

Kurt wanted to laugh in disbelief, but the seriousness with which Mr. Anderson stared him down made him swallow it down.

"You want me to leave Dalton?" Kurt asked, his voice shaking.

"If it's necessary for you to leave Blaine alone, then yes. I'll even pay for schooling elsewhere."

Kurt was dumbfounded. A small part of him thought Blaine might be exaggerating just how much his father would disapprove of him, but it looked like the boy's fears were well earned. He crossed his arms and shot a glare of his own across the table. No one pushed the Hummels around, after all.

"I'm not leaving! And you can't make me."

"You don't have to leave, but you must leave Blaine alone. Tell him you can't be with him anymore. Break his heart if you have to."

Kurt was so shocked he couldn't speak for a moment. His father would rather have him heartbroken than be with him. Wow. "No, I'm not going to do that to him!"

Paul frowned. "I see. You drive a hard bargain. How much do you want?"

"I'm sorry, what?"

"How much will it take for you to disappear from his life?"

Kurt couldn't be hearing this right. "Are you offering me… money? To leave your son?"

With a blank expression, Paul pulled out a check book from his pocket. "I can provide you with a nice sum. I'm told you like expensive clothing—"

"No!"

Paul huffed impatiently. "Then what? Connections? Internship? Name your price."

"I don't want anything! I'm not leaving Blaine!" Kurt's blood boiled and he tightened his fists where they rested on his lap. How could sweet, gentle Blaine be related to such an asshole?

Paul snapped his check book closed and sneered at Kurt. "I will not allow a vampire to sully my son. You are nothing but disgusting blood suckers!"

Kurt blanched. "I'm not…"

"Not what?"

"I'm not disgusting!"

Paul laughed humorlessly and shook his head. "Fine, why don't you think on it for awhile." He made to leave.

Kurt felt panic claw it's way up his throat and tears prick his eyes. He only wanted to talk to one person right now. "Wait! I need to call my dad. He's probably worried about me."

Paul looked back over his shoulder. "Then maybe you should consider my proposition."

Kurt's hopes sank. "My dad has a heart problem! Please, let me call him and tell him I'm okay!"

Paul's hard expression flickered. "I'll consider it."

With that, they exited the room and the door shut on Kurt.

"Blaine! You need to calm down!" Wes was jogging to keep up with Blaine, but the other werewolf didn't care. Blaine was heading to the woods again, desperately trying to find a hint of Kurt's scent. "Blaine! Just stop! I'm sure he's probably out sucking someone's blood or-"

"Wes! If you say one more thing I will not be responsible for what I do!" Blaine wheeled on him and snarled, every ounce of his alpha tone in his voice.

Wes winced. Jeff stepped in front of Blaine, his hands held up to calm him down.

Elliott felt like it was time to disappear. If werewolves started tearing each other apart, he was not doing any of the paperwork, nor did he want to be collateral damage!

"Calm down, Blaine!" Jeff said evenly. "Wes, Take a walk!"

Blaine was the one to turn and walk away. Wes was standing shocked at the outburst, Nick standing quietly nearby so he could intervene if needed and David wringing his hands helplessly.

Blaine rubbed his hand against his pants. What should he do? He felt Kurt's phone in his pocket and a new wave of cold fear swept over him. What should he do? He felt a hand on his shoulder.

Nick was standing beside him with a solemn expression. "Blaine, maybe you should call your father."

Blaine chewed his lip. "But that would mean telling him everything."

Nick nodded. "Yeah, but maybe he could help. He could get the whole pack to help look for him. I wouldn't suggest it if we had other options. There is something wrong here."

Blaine considered for only a moment before he was pulling his phone out of his pocket. He tapped the name and put it up to his ear.

"Blaine? Who are you calling?" Wes asked worriedly. He was still a safe distance away with Jeff in between them.

The phone picked up after three rings. "Hello? Blaine?"

"Dad! I- I need your help." His voice broke a little and he willed away the lump in his throat. He heard rustling on the other end and then his father's voice returned.

"What's wrong?"

Blaine closed his eyes tight. "I'm- I'm dating a vampire, dad. I'm sorry I didn't tell you before, but I was scared. His name is Kurt, I'm in love with him, but now he's gone and I don't know where he is! I know something terrible has happened! Oh god! Dad, please help!" Blaine heard it all pour out of him and he hated how desperate he sounded, but he didn't care as long as Kurt was missing. He would beg on his knees if it meant getting him back. His dad was quiet on the other end. Maybe he was processing. When he spoke, he had a somber tone.

"Blaine, I don't know how to tell you this." Blaine felt his stomach tighten. "I knew about you and Kurt. For a while now."

"You did?"

"Yes, I found out about you two and the fact he is a vampire."

Blaine winced. "Look, dad, I know how it seems, but Kurt's not bad. He's kind, and amazing, and wouldn't hurt a fly."

It was quiet on the phone for a few seconds. "I hate to tell you this… I offered Kurt money to leave Dalton and you… and he accepted."

What? Kurt took money from his father? To leave him?

"That can't be right. No, Kurt wouldn't do that." He felt all the fight go out of him.

His father sighed into the phone, sounding defeated.

"Look, I'm sorry, I didn't trust vampires, so I was testing him. He failed. He said he would be out of Dalton next week." Blaine's hand started to tremble. He lowered the arm that had the phone at his ear and let it fall to his side. "Hello? Blaine?" The phone dropped to the ground and Blaine started to walk away.

Jeff picked up the phone. "Hey! Sir! Yeah, he just dropped the phone by accident. Yeah, we got him. Nothing to worry about." He hung up and then followed after the future alpha. Blaine didn't notice the people around him or the concerned looks. His mind was flashing Kurt's face. His smile, his words, his eyes. Everything Kurt had said about being in love with him. Was it a lie? He finally stopped walking and looked around himself. He was at the top of the hill they had shared their first date. Kurt had said it was beautiful. A tear fell down his cheek.

"Okay, what did he say?" Jeff had walked up beside him. Blaine felt almost numb.

"Can I be alone for a bit?" He felt the words like stabs in his heart.

Wes took in the broken look on Blaine's face. This was new. Blaine was really hurt. This wasn't just some infatuation. He was really in love. His heart melted a little as he finally understood.

Jeff looked over at Nick, who nodded. They turned to leave. Jeff would hang close to Blaine, but give him space while Nick grabbed Wes by the arm and hauled him back toward Dalton. He did a quick head count. Wasn't there that vampire too? Where did he go?

Elliott got into his car. He gripped the steering wheel. His first charge as a rep and he goes missing. This wouldn't look good. More than that, he had started to really grow attached to the boy. Something just wasn't quite right.

He had heard what was said to Blaine over the phone. He was standing closest to Blaine and focused his hearing on the conversation. It was faint, but he heard the accusation. Kurt wouldn't do that. But why would he tell his son that he would? Something was fishy. He was running his hand through his hair when his phone started to buzz. After digging it out of his pocket, he raised an eyebrow at whose name popped up on the screen.

"Hello? Mr. Hummel? Yes. There has been an update."

Kurt was thirsty.

They had thrown him a thermos of some disgusting blood that tasted like it was days old and Kurt almost threw up. He needed to eat something.

He had been there for hours although it felt like days. There was no telling what time it was by now. Was he missed? He had that coven meeting. Maybe Elliott would call someone. His head was pounding. He paced around the small room. The door opened and he jerked his head toward it. One of the big thugs came in and pulled out a cellphone.

"Mr. Anderson says you can call your dad. But don't tell him anything or else!"

Kurt nodded frantically. He was handed the phone and he punched in the numbers he'd known by heart since he was seven. It rang and Kurt felt like if he didn't hear his father's voice he wouldn't make it. Finally it picked up.

"Hello?"

Kurt felt relief flood his senses. He focused on making sure his voice didn't shake. "Dad? It's me."

"Kurt! I've been worried! You haven't been answering your phone! Whose phone are you calling on?"

Kurt felt fear shoot through him. He sounded worked up. He gave his best fake laugh. "Sorry! I forgot to put my phone on charge last night, so it's been dead. I also have been at the coven meeting and all, so no chance to charge it. I borrowed someone's at the meeting." Kurt felt guilt pool in his gut. He hated lying to his dad, but the werewolf in the corner was staring him down.

Burt was silent. Then, "So they don't have outlets there at the place you have your meetings?"

"Forgot my charger."

"Kurt, are you sure you're okay?" His father knew something was off. There were too many holes in his story. He was always careful about charging his phone.

"I'm fine! Just fine. Are you eating okay?"

He didn't answer for several seconds. "Kurt, you in trouble?"

Why was his dad so freaking perceptive?

"No! Of course not. Look, the meeting is ending and this guy needs his phone back, but I'll talk to you later okay? Oh, Elliott's waving hello!"

"Okay, Kurt."

There was something in his dad's voice that led him to believe he had failed. He didn't sound convinced at all, but Kurt had to believe he was going to be fine. After he hung up, he gripped the phone like a life line. If he could just dial Blaine's number... The older werewolf grabbed it out of his hands and left the room. Kurt looked at the door. What was going to happen next?

David was sitting by Wes in Dalton's cafeteria. He was trying to work on his latest spread sheet, but he kept glancing up at Wes who looked like he wanted to impale himself in the fork in front of him. Nick was sitting on the other side of the table, staring off into space. It was tense and everyone was thinking about what was going on with Blaine and Kurt.

He kind of missed the old days where it was just the five of them and things were simple. He liked Kurt, of course, and he was happy that he made Blaine happy, but he wasn't the biggest fan of change and it seemed like something dramatic was happening every other week.

Now Blaine and Wes were kind of fighting and Nick was upset and Kurt was missing and he just wanted everything to be okay again.

David thought about asking Wes if he needed to talk, but then a notification came on his screen. He tapped on it, confused. Nick looked over at him.

"What's wrong?"

David shook his head. "Nothing, I just think someone made a mistake on the council schedule. It's saying there's a meeting today with all the higher ups. But I didn't see anything like that in there when I checked earlier this week..." He tapped the screen some more and then figured out where it was coming from. He smiled. "Oh! Oh! My program worked!"

"What?" Wes was looking at David with a frown.

"A couple weeks ago, I helped out over at the main office. While I was there, I put a program on one of the computers that would alert me if anything big was happening."

"David!" Wes exclaimed. "You hacked the council's computers? Couldn't you get in trouble for that?"

"I just wanted to stay on top of everything, plus think of all the data from those meetings I could compile and make color-coded lists! Data soothes me."

They all groaned.

"You need a life, David." Nick said.

"Says the guy who watches way too much tv."

"Hey, at least I have a boyfriend."

"What's this meeting about?" Wes asked before they really got going.

David scanned the note. "It says that all the closest surrounding alphas are going to a emergency meeting…" He kept scanning, but he suddenly stopped and pursed his lips, his eyes filled with worry.

"What? What is it for?"

David glanced up and they were both staring at him. "It says the meeting is with the Lima Coven. Things… they don't look friendly."

"The Lima Coven? Like, as in vampires? This is the one Kurt's a part of?" Nick asked.

David nodded. "Okay, something weird is going on! Come on!"

He stood up, followed by Nick. Wes blinked at both of them before getting up as well.

They ran to Blaine's room and met Jeff who was standing guard at his door. They barreled past him and found Blaine in his room curled up on the window seat.

He didn't even look up at them.

"Blaine!" Nick asked. "What did your dad say?"

"I just want to be alone guys." He said with his head buried in his knees.

Nick pulled him by the shirt collar. "No! What did he say?"

Blaine swatted his hand away. His eyes blazed and shimmered with tears. "You want to know what he said? He said that he offered Kurt money to leave and Kurt took it! He took it, Nick! Kurt doesn't care about me." He started to tear up again, but Jeff punched him hard in the shoulder. "Ow! What the hell Jeff?"

"I'm trying to punch some sense into you. You honestly think Kurt would do that?"

Blaine looked up at Jeff. His resolve was wavering.

"Yeah, as much as I didn't want to acknowledge you two. I saw how he looked at you. Kurt wouldn't do that." Nick said.

Wes twisted his hands in front if him.

"But Dad said that he did…"

Nick scrubbed his hand through his hair in frustration.

"Listen Blaine," Wes said, eyes downcast to the floor. Everyone turned to look at him. "I didn't want to tell you this because… well, because I was being a horrible friend, but I tried to get Kurt to leave you."

David gasped and Jeff's mouth dropped open.

"You did what?" Blaine stood up. Jeff was in front of him in case he needed to hold him back. Wes felt horrible. He finally gave Blaine eye contact.

"I- I told him he needed to leave you. I was doing my job. But I realize now that by doing my job, I was hurting my friend." Wes tried for a smile. "I'm so sorry for what I did. But the point is, when I told Kurt to leave you he wouldn't. He told me that you two were in love. He was adamant. He wouldn't leave like that, Blaine."

Blaine looked down at his shoes. His mind was swirling. He knew what he and Kurt had was real, but why would his dad lie? He had never lied to him before. That thought stung.

"I'm truly sorry." Wes bowed his head.

Blaine looked up at his friend. "Wes, I'm not happy with you. Like at all. But if what you said was true, then that means my dad is lying."

"Maybe he is." David said. They all looked at him. He shrugged. "Think about it, Kurt goes missing and there just so happens to be a huge meeting with the Lima Coven after that?"

Blaine perked up at that. "A meeting?"

David nodded. "Yeah, with all the higher ups."

"Wait, don't forget he left his phone," Nick said. Blaine slipped the device from his pocket and cradled it like a baby. "He never would have left his phone. And don't forget Elliott said his dad didn't know what happened either."

Blaine pulled out his phone and dialed a number. It rang a while before being picked up.

"Hello?" Elliott sounded disgruntled, which was very unlike him.

"Elliott? I need to know about this meeting going down today."

There was a pause. "How did you know about that?"

He glanced at David. "I'm the future alpha, I know things."

"Yeah, sure. Look, the vampires are fed up with this. It's time for action. After what they did to Kurt-"

"What did they do?" Blaine felt his pulse quicken.

"They kidnapped him!" Elliott yelled in disbelief. "Like who does that? They've apparently been holding him all night!"

Blaine shoved that little fact aside to process later. "Where's this meeting happening?" he asked.

"Look, this is no place for kids."

"If Kurt's there then I am going to be there!"

Elliott sighed. "I can't be responsible for having kids at a meeting with a bunch of vampires and werewolves. It's going to be a bloodbath. I will make sure Kurt's fine. I have to go."

"No wait!" Before he could protest more, Elliott had hung up. "Damn it!" Blaine was fed up with people screwing with him and Kurt.

"He didn't tell you?" Jeff asked.

"No!" Blaine was trying to think. Where would they meet? They had the meeting hall, but would his dad call the meeting there if it was an emergency?

"I have some contacts. I can find out where it's happening." They all glanced up at Wes. He had his phone out and was already typing. "We can take my car too."

"Wes, thank you." Blaine was still pissed, but Wes was trying.

"I told you I'm sorry. I mean it Blaine."

"Don't worry," Jeff soothed as he put an arm around Blaine's shoulders. "We are going to get him back."

Kurt was so tired. Spending several hours in a dark room worried sick about everyone he cared for would do that to you. He might not need sleep, but he could still exhaust himself.

He adjusted himself on the one steel chair he was afforded. He had been in these clothes for way too long. His head was throbbing.

The door opened suddenly and he winced at the light coming in.

"Come on."

Kurt saw one of the men that had given him the phone to call his dad. "Where are we going?"

"To a council meeting."

That didn't sound good. Kurt got up and went with the man anyway. He was getting more and more pissed by the second. He was going to a council meeting? Then they better get ready to hear his piece.
