BULGARIAN SPEAKERS:
Krum and Brunilda both speak Bulgarian as their first language.
Sisi speaks it fluently because of her Mother, and is teaching that boy who she went to the Yule Ball with how to speak it.
Emma is highly proficient in it, and Teddy and Lillica are both skilled enough in it to know what is being said thanks to their Mother.
FRENCH SPEAKERS:
Ackerly, Fluer, Gabrielle, Apolline, Madam Maxime, and that girl from Chapter 9 all speak French as their first language.
Emma speaks it fluently thanks to Apolline and Ackerly, and Teddy and Lillica are both proficient in it thanks to their Mother's influence.
