Greetings again to all my beloved readers. Here your Bubble Guppies fanfic writer reports in a new story. And again it's a side story to BGTY.

Perhaps many of you get a little tired of the extra stories. However, I do this so that I can tell more stories from the BGTY universe without spending so many chapters of the seasons. Also, this story is special.

This story is key to meeting one of the most evil characters I've ever created. I have to admit that I didn't have the initiative to do it before if it wasn't for the user SuperSonichero18. Well, he asked me if he would write about Jane's story. I really didn't think about it until then. I thought about it a lot until I decided to do a separate story so as not to clutter Season 3 too much.

A special thanks to SuperSonichero18 for their constant support. Without further ado, let's begin.

Clarification: "Bubble Guppies" and its characters do not belong to me but their respective creators and Nick Jr. I write this non-profit.

Warning: Darker themes. Some chapters may not be suitable for everyone. Discretion is advised.

Bubble Guppies Teen Years: Jane´s Origin

Prologue

It was a dark morning in BubbleTucky. The sky was cloudy and everything indicated that it would be a stormy day. Although no thunder was heard. However, this story begins in a particular place. At the BubbleTucky Central Police Station. Where many officers fulfilled their task of making the town a safer place. Of all the police officers present we will focus on a lobster woman. It was a friend of the Bubble Guppies, Officer Miranda. She was reporting to the office after handing out tickets for speeding or recklessness on the streets, the most common offenses in the city.

"Ufff Alright….Just today I had to deliver 17 tickets. It seems that no one respects traffic laws" Officer Miranda commented. She reported her report and went to her office to file her work. She reached for her favorite blue mug for hot, delicious coffee. Everything indicated that the rest of the day would be boring were it not for an unexpected visitor.

"Hello, Mira!"

"Ahhhh!" The officer was a little scared. She turned to see and it turned out to be another officer.

"Hehehe relax, Mira! It´s me" He smiled.

"Oh my….Officer Anderson! Glad to see you!" Miranda was happy now.

Officer Anderson is Miranda's partner. He was basically her mentor. He was a lobster man like many others, but he had some peculiarities. He had a large biker mustache similar to Hulk Hogan's, but black in color. In addition to having a white eye with a scar that crossed the eye and marked his face.

"What are you telling me, mate? Always handing out tickets?" Officer Anderson asked in a funny way.

"Hehehe yeah. This town is very quiet. There are usually no violent crimes. There are almost no homicides or violent robberies. There is possibly one per year but in general it is very peaceful" Miranda answered.

"That can be boring. I knew that after fighting in Afghanistan I should have retired instead of being a policeman again Hahaha" Anderson laughted.

"Yes...And by going to Afghanistan you lost your eye" Miranda pointed to his eye.

"Hahaha yeah….My bad…But you know me. I am a man who likes action and not sitting in an office" The lobster man commented.

"I prefer to work here. It is very quiet and my husband and son love this town" Officer Miranda answered.

"How's your family going?" Anderson asked.

"They are fine. My son is going to enter middle school and my husband is still an Accountant in that company" Miranda said happily.

"Without a doubt, the simple life is your thing. And it's what's best for you...Hey...guess...We were finally assigned an interesting case" Officer Anderson shower her some papers.

"I hope it's not like the last case. They said we had to stop some thieves and in the end they turned out to be raccoons" Officer Miranda giggled.

"Oh no, my old friend. This case is extremely serious and interesting. A crazy girl kidnapped one of her classmates for several days and tried to kill her. But her group of friends managed to stop her and call the police. Unfortunately, one of them is in the hospital seriously injured" Officer Anderson explained the case.

"Wow...it's a new violent crime case. Tell me... do you have names?" The lobster woman asked.

"The kidnapping victim's name is Molly Gentilella. And the boy who is seriously ill in the hospital is called Gil Gordon" When Anderson said that, the female officer was in shock. She recognized those names. They were members of the Bubble Guppies. Some boys that she appreciates a lot since The Police Cop-etition. She hadn't heard much from them. From time to time she saw them. They were now teenagers, but still, she remembers them fondly. Sometimes Molly and Gil would greet her and give her a box of donuts "Hey….Do those names ring a bell?"

"Yeah….They are the ex-students of Mr. Grouper. Wow...I can't believe they were victims of such a horrible crime. Do you have the name of the detainee?" Officer Miranda was worried.

"Right….The cause of the kidnapping is called Jane Cadaverini. Whose accomplices of her was James Graham and three other boys. I can't believe that guys so young could plan something so terrible" Officer Anderson spoke as he began to smoke. He would normally be unethical but Anderson was already a man respected by all.

"Cadaverini? She must be the daughter of Bossi Cadaverini! Can not be. This case is more complicated. Bossi Cadaverini is the biggest criminal in Big BubbleCity! No one has been able to stop him... Or rather... No one has dared to stop him" Officer Miranda said shocked.

"Yeah Yeah….The Cadaverini House is the most dangerous organization in the area. They are believed to be one of the few remnants of the old Italian mafia. It is believed that the former Cadaverini were affiliated with Italian Fascism, which has never been proven. You see it? This will be our most important case. If we do it right, we can have more information about Cadaverini House" Officer Anderson said excitedly.

"(sigh) I don´t know. I don't want to get too involved in the matter of Cadaverini. I just want to focus on the kidnapping. That's it. That is our case" Officer Miranda said seriously.

"Alright…well….We have luck…The Big BubbleCity Psychiatric Center allowed us to interview Jane. We need to get all the information out of this case" Anderson explained.

"It is perfect. Come on, mate! It's time to take the car" Miranda said intrigued.

"Heheh yeah. I´ll drive" He added.

"Oh my…."

Finally, both officers arrived at the psychiatric center. They both got out of the vehicle. Miranda didn't like the way her partner drove, but she was used to it. Both met with two other police officers. One was a snail man and the other was a gray fish.

"Hi, Officer Mckenzie! Hello, Officer Fisher!" Miranda greeted them happily.

"Hi, Miranda! Hi, Anderson!" The snail said happily. He was Mckenzie.

"Hmpt" The fish was bothered and he left.

"What's wrong with Officer Fisher? His wife ate his donuts again Haha" Anderson laughted.

"Nah…Fisher is angry that he couldn't get any information out of Jane. That girl is so Agh...irritating. Neither I nor he could get information out of her" Officer Mckenzie explained the situation.

"Don't worry, comrade! Leave this in the hands of professionals. Come on Miranda. Let's see what we can get out of that daughter of the devil" Officer Anderson smirked. The lobster woman sighed and she followed him.

The entire tour of the establishment felt like forever for Miranda. Anderson didn't feel anything, because he saw worse things in his life, especially in his mission in Afghanistan. However, Miranda is not usually in unpleasant situations. She was obviously trained to remain calm at all times, but the place still made her uneasy. Many insane and crazy people were in that place for being a threat to society. Not all, but the vast majority were. Finally, they reached an interrogation room. There they could see a guppy girl. A guppy with fair skin, black eyes, and long black hair. She wore white clothes. Her hands were handcuffed and tied to the interrogation table. Both officers entered without making much noise and sat down in front of her. She was looking at the wall until she turned to see them.

"Ugh….well…Other cops, huh? With you two it's already 8 this week. What do you want? The same as the others? Okay...I, Jane Cadaverini, kidnapped Molly Gentilella and tried to kill her...are you happy?" Jane said sarcastically.

"Well...I don't know why we come? That was easy" Officer Anderson said.

"Hmpt….Tell me, Jane... why?" Officer Miranda started questioning her.

"Because I hate her…." Jane said proud for her actions.

"Wow...she really is the daughter of the devil" Anderson commented.

"Jane, your answers are not clear. I have a feeling that's not all you have to say" Miranda confronted.

"What do you mean?" Jane rolled her eyes.

"I just want to know everything" Officer Miranda said.

"Hehehe….I will only talk to you on two conditions. One...just between you and me...your partner needs to go. And the other is that they give me a glass of water... I'm thirsty" Jane smirked. Anderson rolled his eyes.

"You are not the one who should set conditions!" Anderson hit the desk.

"Officer….Get Jane a glass of water... and then leave us alone" Miranda said. The man did not want to leave his ward alone, but he knew that Jane would only agree if her demands were met. Anderson reluctantly left for a Styrofoam cup of water. He gave it to Jane and left. He possibly went outside to smoke.

"Mmmmm nice…." Jane smirked before she took the cup and started to drink it.

"Very well. We are alone as you requested. I just have this to write down any details" Miranda said, showing her notebook.

"Tell me, officer...Why are you doing this? You don't seem to be one of the policemen who are used to this" Jane asked evilly.

"I'm just doing my duty. I also want to help you. If you're here and not in jail, it's because you really need help. You committed kidnapping and attempted murder. It's not normal for a girl your age" Miranda explained her motivations. Jane laughed.

"Are you serious? Do you really want to help me or are you like those hypocrites who say they want to help when they only seek their own benefit?" Jane said.

"I really want to help you. I've always liked hearing two versions of the same story. I never settle for one side" Miranda commented.

"Hehehe….I'm starting to like you. You really are a good police officer. Not like the others who just want to hear what they want" Jane said with a smile.

"Do you want to talk about where it all started?" Miranda asked.

"The truth all started from when I was born…" Jane was starting to tell her story.

"Whoa…I mean…I meant when the whole kidnapping thing started" Miranda intervined. She shook her finger.

"Oh no….If you want to know that, you should hear the whole story. It's all one package, honey" Jane smirked. The female officer tried to stay calm all the time. Any sign of desperation would ruin the investigation. She must be cool if she wanted to talk to Jane.

"Okay….I hear you. After all, I came to listen to you and help you" Officer Miranda said.

"Hehehe That's how I like it..." Jane said "Do you know, my friend? Life is not fair. It's not like that?...Well…While some are born to feast…..others spend their lives in the dark... begging for scraps" Jane explained her ideas.

"Could you be more specific?" Officer Miranda was confused.

"Well….As I was trying to start...It all started from when I was born..."

To continue…

I don't know if you remember but Officer Miranda is a character that appeared on the show in Bubble Guppies Season 3 Episode 2: "The Police Cop-etition!". It was just clarifying that. Very soon we will know what she went through with Jane for her to become the monster we know.
