Sorry, going through changes again because a year later, I've figured out the plot. The original can still be read here:

It hadn't been too long before Alcina had been gifted a healthy body, the only downside is that it had caused her to grow to a little over nine foot. However, could it actually be considered a downside when she could terrorise anyone she came across? Of course not. She liked what she'd become.
"Mother! Mother!"
Turning from glancing outside she was now met with a wolf carcass?
"Cassandra, what is that?" she frowned at the young woman, who seemed to be waiting on her praise.
"Werewolf, Mother. I found it in the gardens?"
Alcina glanced at it before feeling repulsed.
"Get rid of it. It's starting to stink."
"Yes, Mother." The brunette smiled as she flung the beast over her shoulder, leaving her mother to it.
Alcina sighed as she sat herself down in her chair. Her stomach was acting up and she couldn't figure out what was wrong as she'd never had such a problem before.
"Mother!"
"Not now!" she accidentally snapped.
"Yes, mama."
She sighed as she turned around. Her youngest was so fragile.
"Daniela, come here." She gestured her over.
The youngest was quick to perk up again and head over to her mother to sit upon her knee. Now these daughters of hers were not human, but flies that had taken on a human form and personality, but Alcina had loved and raised them all the same seen as her body had refused her children.
"Are you upset, Mother?" Daniela asked curiously.
Alcina shook her head. "No my dear, I'm just feeling a little off."
Daniela snuggled into her a little more in hopes of making her feel better.
"I didn't know you could get sick, mama."
Alcina rubbed her head a little, while Daniela rubbed her stomach.
"Do you feel better now?" she asks.
Alcina gave a her a warm smile just as a knock at the door had her answering it.
"Your dinner, my lady." A maid informed her.
"Bring it to me," she said as she looked to Daniela now. "I'm far to comfortable to move right now."
Daniela giggled as she snuggled again.
"Yes, my lady."
The door was closed until she later returned with a bowl of blood and a slab of meat. Alcina looked to the plate for a good while, before passing it off.
"Daniela."
"Hmm?"
"You can eat that if you like," she offered.
Daniela stood to grab the plate while Alcina stood to climb into bed, dress and all. That's when Bela barged in, wondering what was going on.
"Mother?" she called, looking to her sister, who was caught feasting on the meat. She then looked to the bed and quickly swarmed over. "Mother!"
"She said she feels off," Daniela told her with a mouthful of meat.
"Off?" Bela frowned as she placed her hand to her mother's head to feel it was warmer than usual.
"So, what should we do?" Dani asked, now swallowing.
"Stay with her," Bela thought off the top of her head.
And that's what they did, even Cassandra came in too. The maids thought Christmas had now come early with not having anyone around.
"Think we should call Mother what's her name?" Cassandra asked as she lay upside down in her mother's arm chair.
Alcina grimaced, a few nights she was tossing and turning in pain.
"She's not dying, is she? I don't want her to die!" Daniela started to sob.
"Shut up, Dani! Mother can't die so easily, can she Bela?"
Bela was sat on the edge of the bed, holding her mother's hand.
"Bela!" Cassandra snapped.
"What?" she frowned.
"Mothers not dying is she?" the brunette questioned again.
Bela wiped away a tear to then shake her head.
"I don't know what's wrong with her," she said truthfully.
Daniela climbed on the bed and snuggled up beside her suffering mother.

Weeks turned to months and the three still hadn't a clue on what to do, so they stayed and cared for their mother the best way they could.
"Why is she so fat?" Daniela pointed out one day.
"Dani!" Cassandra jabbed her in the ribs.
"No, she's right." Bela said as she now grabbed the bed sheet to throw off.
She softly brushed a hand over the bump first before placing her ear to it.
"What is it?" Cassandra questioned.
Bela shrugged before jolting upright to then point. "Something hit me!"
"Let me see," Daniela now pushed in.
"Careful," Bela warned, getting a glare from the youngest before laying her hands down on the bump to then laugh. "Somethings tickling me."
"Let me see," Cassandra now dragged her sister away in order to feel for herself.
She too jumped at feeling movement within.
"Is it a parasite, you know like an alien?"
Bela rolled her eyes.
"Well, what is it?"
"A baby?" Daniela suggested.
The pair looked to her.
"Shouldn't mother have had sex for that to work?" Cassandra pointed out.
Bela thought so too, but Daniela's suggestion seemed pretty stable.
"What if she didn't and this thing just started growing inside her?" she now thought.
"What the gift?" Cassandra asked. "You think it's that powerful?"
Bela shrugged. "I'm not an expert, I'm just saying what I think."
"Bela's the smart one, Cass." Daniela reminded her, getting a huff in response.
"She's waking up," Cassandra now smiled.
"Mother, how do you feel?" Bela asked, placing a hand to her mother's head.
Alcina moved to get comfortable until noticing her new swell.
"What is this?" she asks warily.
"We think you're pregnant, mama." Daniela grinned.
"What?" Alcina frowned, turning to look at her eldest.
"We felt it kick," Bela informed her.
Alcina looked down on her once flat abdomen, which was well rounded now.
"I-I can't be! I just can't!" she panicked. "I should call Miranda. There's something wrong with me."
"Mother, please." Bela stopped her. " If you call her she'll just do tests on you and you may lose the baby."
Alcina couldn't think straight at all. "But, Bela, I'm not..." a movement within caused her to stop.
"Bela's right, mama." Daniela now sat at her opposite side to comfort her. "You always wanted your own child."
"I have you three," she now said with tears in her eyes.
Her daughter's looked to her, smiling softly.
"We want you to have the honours of having one of your own."
Alcina shook her head, tears streaming down her face. Why was this happening now of all times. Especially since she would have welcomed the chance before.
"Girls, I can't. I have you."
"I won't hesitate to tie you down, Mother." Bela huffed.
Alcina sniffled a little.
"Alright," she finally gave in. "But what if..."
With that the phone rang.
"Please, Mother, you can't."
"If I don't, Miranda will suspect something anyway."
The three sighed as they watched their mother push herself to stand.
"I'm fine," she reassured them. "Honestly."
Heading across to the other part of the castle had her walk through the courtyard. The cool air was nice upon her slightly heated skin, but she couldn't hang around here for long, Miranda awaits her. A few moroaică ambled over, but she just pushed past them. The poor women getting knocked off their feet to eventually get back up again.
"Mother Miranda," she answered.
"You're to come to the meeting right away. We have Ethan Winters."
"Yes, Mother Miranda."
Standing with a heavy sigh, she stood to head out. Making her way through the door to the balcony, she took a moment to compose herself. Taking in the cool crisp air.
"I'd better find something to hide this with or else," she now thought as she headed back.
"Mother!" the three greeted her with worry.
"I'm alright, like I told you. I just need a coat big enough to hide this." She gestured to her bump.
"I'll find you something," Bela said before disappearing.
"Mother, can we come too?" Cassandra asked.
"You always said they were boring," Alcina frowns.
"We won't be going because of that," she told her.
Alcina sighed as she cupped her daughter's cheek. "Where would I be without my loving daughters?"
"Where would we be without you, mama?" Daniela asked.
She smiled as Bela now returned with a large coat.
"Than you, dear."
She slipped on the coat as her daughter's swarmed out to the carriage. Cassandra now sticking her head out the window to watch for her mother's safe arrival.
oOo
Once they were at the meeting place, they all headed inside. They caught sight of the man named Ethan chained to the floor.
"Girls, take a seat," Alcina waved them off.
"Yes, mother." The three all said in unison.
Alcina took a seat in her own specially made chair. Donna was sitting on a chair on the up rise part a little behind where Miranda now took her place. Heisenberg was sitting on a bench, facing opposite Alcina. He couldn't help but smirk as he noticed her pull the coat around herself more. Salvatore and Angie were both looking Ethan Winters over, waiting for him to awaken.
"What's with you?" Heisenberg now asked as he sat back smugly. "Never seen the cold effect you before."
"I'm not feeling well, that's all." She shrugged lightly, hoping he'd drop it.
He chuckled. "Aww, you poor dear." He mocked. "I'm surprised you actually made it here. You look fit to drop."
It was true, the thick coat was sending her body heat through the roof, she'd be surprised if she actually made it through the meeting without passing out.
"Can we hurry this along?" she now asked.
"Alcina what would you intend we do with the man?" Miranda turned to her first.
"I have no real use for the manthing," she shrugged as she shifted in her seat.
"And here I thought you so loved to cut off a man's dick," Heisenberg sighed in disappointment.
"Donna?"
"Let him meet my cute friends," Angie giggled before running off to stand in front of Ethan.
"Salvatore?"
"I would do whatever you'd want of me to do with him," Salvatore replied happily.
"And you Karl?" she asked, knowing he would have a better idea.
"Put on a show for Donna and Moreau," he smiled.
Miranda nodded. "You all have some interesting ideas, though Alcina you do disappoint me somewhat. I expected more of you."
"Well I'm sorry that I don't feel up to having the manthing in my home right now. But I'm sure you'll find someone's idea a lot better than mine," she said while glaring at her brother.
oOo
It had taken some time for Ethan to come round, but when he did he was first greeted to a doll that giggled excitedly and a weird looking man.
"Out of the way, ugly!" Angie insulted childishly as she pushed Salvatore out of the way.
He stepped aside as the doll now turned around to do a little dance to announce he was awake. Salvatore pointed in hopes of getting her told off, but Heisenberg just told them to "shut the fuck up!"
Angie ran back to Donna with Alcina now looking down on her as she passed. She really liked the little doll.
"I've heard most of your plans and believe Heisenberg will be the perfect choice."
"Then it's settled then," Alcina now made a move to stand only her brother stopped her with his big announcement.
"Lycans and gentlemen," he now announced as large humanoid wolf creatures emerged from the shadows, their long fanged maws dripping with saliva at the thought of a good feast. "Let the hunt commence."
He now crouched down in front of the chained up man, giving him a smile.
"Let's see what you're made of Ethan Winters."
Standing he raised the large hammer above his head as Ethan now panicked.
"No! Wait!"
The hammer was brought right down, breaking him free of the chain.
"Ten, nine, eight..." Heisenberg now counted as Ethan got to his feet. "Seven, six, five, four..."
Quickly turning as the werewolves now started to drop down in hopes of eating him alive, he ran over to a hole in the floor.
"Three, two, one. Let the games begin!" Heisenberg laughed just as Ethan dropped into the hole right before a werewolf snapped it's sharp jaws upon his neck.
Ethan ran for his life as long maws tried to snap at him through the wooden boards that blocked their path from him.
"Jesus Christ!" he panicked as Heisenberg's voice now came over a speaker.
Werewolves of different sizes all tried to get a good go at him, but failed.
"Gotta keep Donna and Moreau entertained!" the sadistic man laughed at Ethan's expense.
Alcina stood with great difficulty after being sat for so long. But at least now she could ease her discomfort in peace. She was glad of the cool air outside. Her daughter's swarmed out after her to climb in the carriage. Once in, she sat back and relaxed with her daughters.
