2 years had passed since Grace had been killed. In that timespan, Angelina had been arrested, the mystery behind 828 had been solved, and all the surviving passengers were now trying to go back to living normal lives.

Except life for Ben Stone, would probably never go back to normal.

When he heard of Grace's death, he had been a mixture of wanting to cry for the rest of his life, to wanting revenge so badly he didn't care who got in his way, to eventually feeling very numb to feelings and emotions.

The only 2 things that kept him mostly sane was trying to solve the 828 mystery and finding Angelina.

It had taken a few months, and Mic being as stubborn as she was, but he eventually went to see a grief counciler.

After Angelina was arrested, and Baby Eden was safely returned, he, Mic and Zeke and Saanvi focused everything they had into finding out the mystery behind 828 and stopping the death date.

It had been a long battle, and quite a few passengers lost their lives, but it was over. Everyone could live long lives again however they chose.

For Ben, life still felt stuck in the same place.

It was Grace's birthday, and Ben had made it a tradition to go leave flowers at her grave on that day each year.

'I dreamt you were still alive last night. We were still on our honeymoon. I wanted it to be real. But then I had to wake up. I miss you every day.' Ben started.

'I keep hearing of many passengers starting to live normal lives again, and I get jealous. Their lives are moving forward, and yet mine still feels stuck in 1 place that grief counciler says that it's normal to still feel stuck in. But it's been 2 years now, and some days, I just want to stay in bed all day. I'm told that the pain lessens but never goes away, well. Some days are easier then others for sure.' Ben continued.

'How do I move forward Grace? How do I try to enjoy life again after all this time?'

Then his phone pinged:

'Baby shower #2 is tonight! You still coming? -Mic'

Ben smiled. 'You remember you're not alone. Thanks! I really needed to hear that.'

Then Ben went home to get ready for Mic's 2nd baby shower.
