"Lord Freeves, we have an intruder. Or, had a intruder."

"Bring me it."

"Bring the intruder in."

The doors to the chamber slid open then the droids brought in a five foot human being and dropped the Ranger down to his knees.

"Ranger Weight." Freeves said as Milky Weight lifted his head up. "What brings the likes of you to Gopata Prime?"

"To make a request," Milky said. "To ask to join you."

Freeves looked down upon Milky bobbing his head up in curiosity and alarm.

"Ooooh, you do?"

Milky nodded, confirming it.

"You paid well with Van Selling. Really well. Swayed him out of the Space Ranger Corps."

"Handsomely." Freeves said with fondness. "What do you have that I don't?"

"I'm on the need to know basis with Star Command."

"Star Command access codes?"

"Not there, not quite yet, they see me as their mascot, role model for young men who are terribly short."

"A terrible role model."

"Affirmative."

"What else do you have to the table?"

"Uh, the commander talks about his kids all the time."

"I've had bugs in there for years," Freeves said as he folded his arms. "I know everything there is to know about the children, what they do, where they go, what their routine, they're easy to target. . . but, that's for when really making my moves against the Galactic Alliance."

Milky Weight's head bobbed up then smirked, lowering his brows, eyes glued upon Freeves.

"What about having a dad who's a senator?" Milky asked.

Freeves's head twirled toward Milky Weight and stared for a long moment.

"Take the Ranger to the dungeon, droids." Freeves requested.

The droids escorted the Space Ranger out of the throne room as Freeves began to think about it looking aside. The ranger descended down the steps leading into the darkest dungeons with skeletons, skulls, and in general, dad rats scurrying around fleeing, hissing, squeaking. He crashed to the floor landing into the corner as he surveyed his current predicament. He peered between the two bars then watched the door to the wing of the dungeon swing close with a hard smack and a noise that lingered in the air. He moved to the corner of the chamber then flipped open his comn with a grin.

"Weight to Darkmatter. Weight to Darkmatter." He whispered into the comn.

"Darkmatter here." Warp appeared on the screen. "Report."

"It's going great." Milky reported.

"He believes you!" Then Warp laughed. "Ah, this is going to be easy getting to the goal line if things keep up."

"Completely." Weight nodded in agreement.

"If things go wrong. . ." Warp grew somber. "we have to use the exit strategy and cut our losses with your role here." Warp reminded

"What if it happens when escorting XR to the hub?" Milky whispered. "This place is roomy, big, and the floors look very slick. Almost slipped on my way in."

"When you find the hub, and if you do, and know it's security systems thoroughly, and got the right lie to sneak him through . . ." then Warp added. "You'll need to rush if there with him."

"And if not?" Milky was concerned.

"Then he relies on your map of the lair and cheat a little to get there if a wall is all that separates between certain defeat and certain victory." Warp winked back at her. "Entry Burn said you were the best map maker, after all."

"And Commander. . ." Milky started.

"What is it, Captain?" Warp became concerned.

"Your house is really bugged." Milky revealed. "Before Planet F was a thing."

Warp was surprised, briefly, then the shock was replaced by a smirk.

"Alright getting intel there for Star Command." Warp said, his smirk became a broad grin. "Darkmatter out."

Milky closed the comn then looked on, and waited.
