"Mike, help me!"

Mike's blood goes cold, his heart stops and the colour drains from his face as he hears his fiancée scream for him to help her. Both he and Kevin are awake and running to their cell door which is locked from the outside.

Mike sees Gallo holding Rachel in a tight headlock, his thick arm around her little thin neck, slowly draining the life out of her.

What's she doing here anyway? She should be tucked up in their bed in their apartment with Harvey, Donna and Jessica each taking turns staying with her, not at Danbury and being held in a headlock having the life drained from her. Mike thinks angrily.

"Rachel!" Mike shouts, walking back to the window of their tiny cell before running up to their cell door and ramming his shoulder into it, trying to break it down, after his third failed attempt, his roommate and friend, Kevin, stops him. "Mike, stop, you're going to hurt yourself, Rachel needs you, I'll take over." His friend says. Mike blinks at him. "Why? Why are you helping me?" Mike asks. Kevin smiles before ramming his own shoulder into the steel door.

"Because believe it or not, Rachel's the woman you love and you're a part of my family, therefore she's family." Kevin says after groaning. Mike walks back to the cell door, keeping out of Kevin's way, and watches as Rachel gives him a scared yet loving look. Gallo tightens his arm around Rachel's neck, her airway closing much faster.

"Kevin, open this fucking door before Gallo kills Rachel!" Mike snaps at his friend, his eyes never leaving the scared face of his beloved Rachel. All of a sudden, Gallo removes his arm from around Rachel's neck, she coughs, getting the air back into her lungs that she's been deprived of for several minutes. Rachel bows her upper part of her body over her torso, coughing. Mike's heart breaks a little when he sees tears streaming down his fiancées face. The colour drains from his already pale face when, almost like a blur, Mike sees a little silver switchblade in Gallo's hand.

Where did that come from? Mike asks himself.

"No!" Mike shouts as he watches Gallo plunge the switchblade into Rachel's side, smirking at her gasp of surprise and pain before yanking the knife back out, spitting on her when she lands on the common area floor with a harsh thud.

The cell door buzzes open and Mike bolts out of the suffocating cell, Kevin hot on his heels. Mike reaches his fiancée, skidding to a stop and dropping to his knees, two fingers shakily at her throat, hearing for her pulse which is almost nonexistent. Mike carefully turns Rachel over and pulls her onto his lap, cradling her in his arms. He doesn't say anything as he admires her beautiful face, even though the colour is quickly disappearing from it.

"M..Mike?" Comes Rachel's raspy voice, Mike looks into her brown eyes that are full of love even though she's in excruciating pain thanks to Gallo.

"Yeah, I'm here, Rachel." Mike tells his fiancée, who slowly takes his hand and gives him a small smile. "I.. I..j..just..want..to..s..say..th..that..I've..nev..never..lo..loved…any..anyone..in..my..life..more..t..than..I've…lov..loved..y..you..an..and.. I'm..sorry..th..that.I..wasn't..your..wi..wife, I..love..you,M..Mike..Ro..Ross." Rachel gets out before her hand and smile goes limp, dying in the arms of her fiancé.

Mike lets out a howl as he bows his head over Rachel, violent sobs wracking his frame.

"I'm so sorry, Rachel, I'm so sorry I ruined your life, I love you." Mike tells his dead fiancée who doesn't reply no matter how much he wishes she could.

"Mike!" Kevin shouts as he and a bunch of guards and Julius come into the common area, trying to take Rachel away from him, but Mike tightens his grip on his dead fiancée.

"No, you're not taking her away from me!" Mike yells at Julius as he attempts to take Rachel. Julius puts his hands up in surrender. "Okay, okay, Mike, no one's taking her away from you." Julius soothes calmly, a little too calmly.

Suddenly a prick is in the side of his neck making his arms and eyes heavy.

"Rachel, no!" Mike shouts one last time before he succumbs to the drug, seeing Rachel in the darkness.

Mike bolts awake shouting Rachel's name as tears coat his face. He feels fingers brushing through his hair calmly. Rachel.

"Shhh, I'm here, Mike, I'm here, it was just a bad dream that isn't real." He hears Rachel whisper in his ear, Mike closes his eyes and leans into her touch.

"I'm not going anywhere near that place now that you're out. I'm not going anywhere, Mike." Rachel tries to reassure home. Mike sighs, his eyes unwillingly closing shut.

"Go back to back to sleep, I'll still be beside you when you wake up." Rachel says as she lays her head on Mike's chest, sighing softly.

Rachel walks into Pearson Specter Litt, holding her fiancé's hand tightly. She hates the look on his face whenever she leaves the room for even a spilt second.

The engaged couple reach Donna's desk and immediately the redhead can sense something bad happened to Mike last night. "Harvey's waiting for you, Mike and Louis needs you Rachel." Donna says, earning a fierce glare from Mike.

"Rachel isn't leaving my side today, so you can tell Louis to shove whatever cases he has on her desk up his goddamn ass." Mike hisses at Donna, venom coating every syllable. Donna gives Rachel a concerned look.

"Mike, that's enough." Harvey snaps as he comes out of his office, hearing Mike's tone of voice he used with Donna. Mike's head snaps around to Harvey, his blue eyes full of fire.

"No it's not enough, Harvey because Rachel isn't leaving my side, if you have a problem with it, then I suggest that you goddamn deal with it." Mike snarls at his boss/friend. Harvey looks at Rachel. "Both of you in my office, now." Harvey says through gritted teeth, worried about his surrogate brother. Rachel gently leads a fuming Mike into Harvey's glass office. Harvey paces the length of his desk, throwing the couple concerned looks.

"What the hell was that?" Harvey demands of Mike, who scoffs. "I'm not letting Rachel out of my sight." Mike says. Harvey looks at Rachel for answers.

"Mike had a nightmare that Gallo killed me right in front of his prison cell door." Rachel explains, squeezing her fiancé's hand. Harvey sighs in understanding as Mike's behavior from five minutes earlier becomes clear. "All right, here's what's going to happen: Rachel, you can do your work from my office today, Mike, wherever you go, she goes." Harvey bargains. Rachel nods her head, knowing Harvey is being more than generous with his offer as she knows he only likes himself, Donna and Mike working in his office.

"Thanks, Harvey." Mike says, a small smile on his face. Harvey nods before walking to his desk and sitting in the leather chair, leaning back and admiring the couple on his couch.

"You're not going anywhere, right?" Mike asks quietly, playing with a lock of her hair, Rachel leans into him.

"No. I'm not going anywhere." Rachel confirms softly.
