Chapter 11

Michiru paled as her uncle collapsed at her feet; he did not look a day older than when she had last seen him, over ten years ago. What had happened in all that time? He should have aged at least a little.

"Uncle Tag? Are you okay?" she called, kneeling down to the prone man.

He moaned. Michiru almost cried in relief. "It's okay uncle, you are safe," she said, putting a hand on his arm.

"Not uncle," he managed to murmur. With unknown strength she put one of his arms around her neck and walked him to the sofa.

"I'm going to get you a drink," she said.

"NO!" Tagashi all but shouted. "Stay. Please."

Michiru wasn't used to seeing her uncle like this. He was normally quiet, just like her shy cousin.

"I promise Uncle, I am just going to get you a drink. You look like you have run around the world," she said in jest, trying to lighten the mood.

"Hurry," he replied, gaining some strength back.

She nodded and hurried to the kitchen, getting some water and some sweets to try and help her beloved uncle regain his strength.

She hurried back out, drinks and sweets in tow. "Here you go," she said.

Tagashi smiled at his daughter. She had grown up very beautiful. Jiro was right in that, but he wasn't going to let him near her anymore.

"I haven't run across the world Michiru, but I have run from the Juuban district," he admitted.

"That is only a little ways from here when you know the routes. But Uncle, we have not seen you in ten years, and yet you have not aged a day."

"I can't explain it Michiru. I believe there are bigger forces than you and I at work, but from what I have figured I think I have been in some kind of stasis. One that's prevented me from aging." he said.

Michiru nodded thoughtfully. In recent days there had been unnatural things happening; strange monsters being seen and being dispatched by some girls around the same age as her.

"Michiru," Tagashi said, gaining strength.

Michiru looked at him. "Yes?" she replied.

"I am not who you think I am. I am actually your father. Myself and your mother had to give you to your aunt and uncle before you were two, because we were warned that if we kept you and Ami together you would be taken and she would have been killed before her first birthday."

"But mother hurt me. Why would you let that happen?" she wanted to lash out, cry even.

"I know you are hurt Michiru, but like I said, I was sleeping and if I had a choice I wouldn't have left you with them. We couldn't lose you, the grief would have been too much to bear."

Many emotions crossed Michiru's mind. She would likely do the same if herself and Haruka had the same issue. She flushed at the thought. Maybe one day they would, but right now it was scientifically impossible. She finally settled on acceptance. "I, I think I understand," she replied.

"Can we go find Mama and Ami now?" she asked, suddenly overwhelmed with a desire to reunite the family.

Tagashi smiled. "I won't let them near you again Michiru," he promised, referring to her so-called 'Parents.'

In another country

Haruka looked up at the sky from her guest house balcony. "It's strange, we are so far away, yet I feel everything from her as if it was my own emotion."

"Haruka Amaterasu Kaze Tenou, do you know how long it has taken for me to find your ass?"

Haruka whirled round. The voice was familiar. There was no one there.

The unknown voice sighed. "Look up Haruka."

Haruka complied, much to her annoyance. She looked up (and to this day she swears she had to pick her jaw up off the floor). "Who on earth are you?" she rubbed her eyes she must be dreaming dragons were myths "and how the heck do I get rid of you"

The sky blue dragon was miffed. She was warned that the princess of the wind may not remember but the blow still hurt the two had been as close as sisters at one point "Haruka, I know you do not remember me but tell me you've been having dreams haven't you of a seeming impossible life on the moon and other planets"

"There's been explorers on the moon. There is not even any evidence of life" Harukas own voice sounded uncertain.

"The humans are not yet ready to accept there was life that far exceeded where they are now so it is shielded no evidence will be found by the humans"

"But all of the planets are uninhabitable" Haruka replied

"The Lunarian queen was a very powerful queen. But the being was also powerful she completely obliterated the solar system but once the moons daughter takes her rightful place the solar system will have life again"

"The moons daughter?" Haruka echoed

"The time has come for you to take your rightful place as Sailor Uranus, second in command to Sailor Venus, leader of the Lunar princess's gado. I am your guardian. Hades set me free due to the time nearing where the princess will need all of her Senshi banded together," the little dragon replied quickly.

"Princess? Senshi?" She wondered. A pen appeared in front of her, and in a trance-like state she took the pen and ancient words flowed into her mind. "Uranus power make up!" and then she remembered the little dragon in front of her.

"Zerua? How in seven bells of hell did you manage to get shut of Hades, you died before I did?!"

"Oh you know me Haruka, Hades was busy with Persephone and I thought hell? why not go see my old friend Haru'-chan?" the little dragon replied with a smirk knowing how much the winds daughter hated that name .

The newly dubbed Sailor Uranus growled "and prey tell Zerua why have I only just awakened?"

"We tried to keep the evil contained but myself and Ryujin cannot contain it much more ourselves without the guardian animals, even the mythological ones and the guardian Warriors."

"Ryujin is Michirus guardian?" she was shocked, he was the dragon guardian of the waters.

"And my mate and I long to be reunited with him, Michiru is your soulmate, you were previously soul bonded which is why the moment you met her, deep in your heart you knew she was yours"

"Then what are we waiting for? She clearly needs me." Haruka was just about to try teleportation alone when Zerua grew and placed her claws on Harukas shoulders.

"No Haruka, at this moment she is reuniting with her long lost Father, you see" and Zerua relayed the whole story to Haruka.

Haruka was at first in disbelief then she settled on acceptance for Tagashi but anger at Jiro. She was about to speak when a tingling in her spine alerted all six of her senses

"Youmma, Haruka I don't know what you are about to face but be careful and I will tell you dirty hands do not stain your ability to love"

The now transformed Senshi nodded with tears in her eyes she got the underlying message "you may have to make your first kill, don't let it darken you"

As she ran the smell of death and burnt flesh hit her, she was only glad her princess was not here to see or smell what was around her. For once she was glad she was away from home she wouldn't want her princess to lose her innocence yet. She powered forward trying not to look at the eternal looks of fear in the deads faces she wanted to weep but first she had some fighting to do.

The inhuman roar she heard sent shivers down her spine as she picked up her pace to the part of almost flying. As soon as the beast was in sight she readied her attack "world shaking!" as the ground began to shake. Zerua swooped down and Sailor Uranus back flipped on to her dragon and the beast below struggled to keep its balance on the now shattered roadside. The beast roared how dare this child knock him off balance he was the most powerful of his mistresses new generals since the traitors had disappeared from the dark kingdoms radar.

"Find and kill the one that is blessed with the powers of the wind and get as much energy for our queen you can do not fail" she had told him at first Kinley had been confused there were two blessed with the powers of the wind but when he located the one who was alone in Italy he almost laughed aloud but settled on a low dark chuckle.

Zerua did not like where this was going; her charge had been thrown into a battle while she was still untrained with a high-ranking general and she wasn't sure whether the young Senshi was ready for such a battle. The sky warrior jumped off her back and threw another attack but the damn thing just seemed to get stronger as the warrior attacked and she seemed to be getting tired.

After what seemed like forever Uranus threw an attack which destroyed the general and he shattered into dust but to Zeruas horror the Uranian collapsed into a heap on the ground the howl that came from Zerua would be heard for miles.

On the train

Nephrite shuddered as the wind passed through him. To his horror he realized this was his bondeds cousin. He ran to the bathroom and teleported

Back in Italy

Nephrite landed in the country's capital and saw a little dragon crying beside a fallen Senshi "Zerua" he called

The little dragon looked up shocked "Nephrite, you're okay!?" she gasped he nodded and picked up the fallen Senshi.

"We all are fine. She is fine just unconscious she's used most of her energy let's just get her to her guest house and let her heal"

The little dragon nodded "Hai"

The next morning

A cell phone rang insistently. Michiru looked at her phone with bleary eyes she had fallen asleep in her fathers arms "3am" it read

She answered on the line was a man speaking rapid Italian. Michiru followed her instinct and switched to the language of the former.

"Hello" she spoke in clear Italian

"Miss Keiou, miss Tenou hasn't turned up for registration"
