Bonus Chapter Part 1
After Lin's defeat and Arceus' offspring being saved, Ash and the others are now having a normal life in the Reborn Region. Ash will sometimes go out of the Reborn Region to do some traveling, but most of the time, he is staying with the others in the Reborn Region. Ever since he saves Arceus, in return, the offspring of Arceus is now becoming one with Ash, meaning that Ash is now an Arceus as well. With the powers he has, he can train with Pokemon, splitting himself into more, and also communicate with Pokemon that he wasn't able to. Since Ash also has 18 girlfriends, he will also change the outfit depending on who he's going out with.
(Ace)
Ace: You come across what looks to be a lake of shimmering sand. Specks of shifting granules swell up in a mound and then- Pop! From bright white at the surface, to a tawny glow at their deepest points, each burst of the boiling bubbles brings the mixture to a bit darker color. Would any volunteers like to make a perception check?
Ash, Zero, Eve, and Lumi are now inside the former Devonyx Building, which has become a place for Ace to show his magic tricks. And right now they are playing a game, Ash is now in an Ice Type outfit.
Lumi: Ooh, I've got it! (Picks a card) Okay, I got a 17!
Ace: So, your eyes aren't quite sure what you're looking at, but it takes just a quick moment for your nose to be in the knows. One whiff of the air and you immediately recognize the syrupy-sweet smell around you as a mixture of sugar and heat. You have found a caramel hot spring!
Lumi: Cool! (Smiles at Ash) By the way, I'm glad Ash could hang out with us today to see this too!
Eve: Speaking of, where is Taka?
Ace: I'm afraid the little prince didn't pick up the phone this morning... I'm sure he's just had a long night and needs his rest, but rest you all assured, he'll be back with us before long! (Turns to the game) Anyway, also on a 17, you notice a large, shadowy figure moving somewhere very near what you can only assume is the bottom of the spring.
Zero: I stab the shadowy figure.
Ace: At a glance, the figure appears to be much deeper within the caramel than your foil would reach.
Zero: I stab the caramel.
Ace: Well, of course, you do. All right, so you swiftly draw your Moonlight Stinger with a 'swish!' and plunge it straight into the caramel concoction with a forceful thrust. But suddenly, it sticks fast in the gluey goo! Zoro, please give me a strength save. (Shows the card, and Zero picks one)
Zero: ...Uh, 11.
Ace: On an 11, you try as best you can to shove your sword through the gelatinous gallimaufry, but you just can't get it deeper than a foot or so. Zoro quickly learns that caramel can be very hard and sticky when it wants to be. But, you do manage to free your sword from the goop, albeit newly crested with a quickly- crystallizing crown of caramel.
Zero: ...I lick the caramel.
Ace: Ah, so Zoro takes a moment to lick the caramel from his blade. Let us assume it rapidly cools fast enough so that he would not burn himself. Any living mortal would fastly find that it is among the most delicious concoctions ever created, but for Zoro von Zilchenstein, undead lord that he is, it brings no such comfort. It is too flavorless to enjoy, and yet the still-lingering heat and several unsteady droplets remind him of the blood he is bound by his vampire nature to drink.
Eve: Yveraanya will quickly enchant the caramel to taste more appealing to him.
Ace: Right, Zoro; nevermind anything I just said! Actually, this is the most delicious caramel you've ever tasted in your un-life.
Lumi: Ooh, I wanna make a caramel popsicle too!
Ace: All right, Phio goes to dip the end of her staff in the caramel, swirling it about in just the same way to mix as much of it onto the end as she can... (Turns around) But suddenly!
Lumi: Oh!?
Ace: The shadowy figure from within the depths surges over to your side of the shore, and you feel a tremendous force pulling on your staff from within the caramel current!
Lumi: "Oh! Friends, help- there's something underneath!"
Ace: ...Caramel-encrusted sword and all?
Zero: ...Yes.
Eve: Does the caramel qualify as a liquid?
Ace: An interesting inquiry! What are you thinking?
Eve: I'm curious if Control Fluid will work on it.
Ace: So, you think it will not be quite as effective as it might normally be, but surely there are pockets of molten sugar within the spring that can be manipulated.
Eve: Let's try it. Yveraanya will cast the spell and attempt to hoist the entire figure straight out of the spring.
Ace: Please give me a... shall we say, flat intelligence check to manipulate these small bubbles of liquid sugar.
Eve: (Picks a card) 22.
Ace: Impressive! So, yes, you dexterously manage to coax this strange creature of the delicious deep out of its sugary saccharine habitat. (Jumps on his stand) As its body breaks above the molten surface, you find yourself face to face with... A gigantic! Writhing! Licorice Eel!
Lumi: Oh!
Zero: Important question, red or black licorice?
Ace: Red!
Zero: Darn.
Eve: (Turns to Zero) You'd really prefer black...?
Ace: Casting magic as easily as if it were a fishing rod, Yveraanya dexterously reels the creature to the spring's surface. Its body is an unceasing helix of carmine and caramel, viscous cherry fins forming together at its head in a veritable vortex of teeth and lucre. Searing spurts of sugar surge out across the spring's shore as its tail wildly thrashes about, finally pulled from the deliquescent depths! You see that this creature is, at minimum, the length of several more humans end to end, and is perhaps prone to preying on the unsuspecting passersby who dare dip their hands in the sugary spring.
Zero: I stab the Licorice Eel.
Lumi: But what if it's friendly?!
Ace: An attack roll, please! You may have advantage, as Yvera currently has this creature suspended in the air for a brief moment!
Zero: (Picks a card) Natural 20!
Ace: In an incredible display of caramel-coated combat from Zoro von Zilchenstein, the cadaverous crusader stabs his sacchariferous saber straight into the eel's aberrant eye! The licorice-like creature tries to blink, but squeals and shivers, every cylinder of its confectionery form howling and convulsing at its honeyed hanger! With gnashing and a thrashing, it slams side to side, shattering the glossy glaze of the caramel crest across the sword- And in its wild rampage, inadvertently pierces itself through its other eye from its soft and sugary insides!
Lumi: "Nice hit, Zoro!"
Zero: "Feh... Something like this is nothing."
Ace: You withdraw your rapier as the newly-blinded beast falls to the ground, its head bouncing on the surface of the shore in complete confoundment. A long and winding licorice tongue lollygags out of its teleost maw, and you see, tied at the end of it ...Is a birdcage.
Zero: ...Did we just skip whole combat with that crit?
Ace: I'll never tell~
Eve: Yveraanya will open the bird cage.
Ace: As you open it, you notice that it seems this cage is enchanted with no small number of sigils. Some, you recognize as being for protection. Others, for containment. But you are able to quickly undo the latch, and no sooner than you do, a small shape sharply shoots out of the enclosure, and buzzes around you! You quickly recognize the figure as some kind of flying fae, eager to stretch its wings and taste freedom for the first time after surely far too long... As it does so, you finally get a good look at her...
Lumi: What does she look like?
Ace: A wonderful question! (Turns to the door) Little starlet, would you please describe your character to us?
Much to their surprise, Ciel walks into the building.
Ciel: Hello, Ash! Hello, everyone~ I'm afraid I haven't had the pleasure to get to know you all terribly well in our previous endeavors, but... I hope you will be welcoming and patient with me as I'm learning the game. Something like this is... certainly a first.
Ace: I'm sure we'll all be happy to show you the ropes!
Lumi: Yeah, new players are fun!
Ace: Besides, I'm still trying to convince Ash to join at all. In that regard, you're a step ahead of him still!
Ash: And I just want to watch only, thank you.
Ciel: So, Terra plays this with you all as well, does she?
Eve: Whether or not Terra is in this game is ...An ongoing debate.
Ciel: Say no more, darling. I think I understand the picture perfectly from there. Now, as to introductions! Pirellia Pyellia is a pureblood pixie performer from the heart of the confectionary kingdom...
Ash smiles at them playing the game. After the whole Lin thing, Ace has been asked by his cousin Ciel to join the Agate Circus, as he always performs magic tricks for everyone who likes to watch.
(Acerola)
Ash: There you are, Acerola.
Ash manages to find Acerola at Apophyll Beach, as she is playing in the sand. Ash is in the Ghost Type outfit.
Acerola: Oh! Is that you, Ash? Alola. I guess my secret beach isn't much of a secret anymore!
Ash: Are you here by yourself? I thought Victoria would be here with you.
Acerola: I just want to play with these Sandygast and Palossand. This place is nice, quiet, and perfect for relaxing.
Ash: It sure is. I'm glad that you're having fun.
Ash and Acerola decide to confess to each other after Ash visits Alola, at that time, he is taking Heather, Noel, Anna, and Lin to the Aether House so that they can play with the children. Acerola has the job as the Trial Captain back in Alola, so even though they have confessed to each other, they will need to be separated for some while because of their jobs.
Acerola: So Ash, do you want to play with us?
Ash: With the Palossand? I think I'll pass. I have a bad memory of being eaten by a Palossand once.
Acerola: Now I'm interested, how about you tell me the whole story about it?
Ash: Sure, I guess.
(Adrienn)
Adrienn: Is everyone all set? Wonderful. Remember, each of you is tasked with looking out for one another. It's vital to take a personal interest in others. Should the going get tough, you always have each other to lean on. But enough of that. If you head back downstairs, Delia will take care of the rest for you. Best of luck.
Ash and Adrienn are now in the Starter Picking room of the Grand Hall, as his mother asks them to hand out the new Starter Pokemon to new trainers.
Ash: And that's that. I'm glad that they all have a lot of starters to pick. I didn't get to have that chance, though...
Adrienn: But you still get Pikachu, and it is the best Starter you could have. (Notices the book) The Crescit region, huh? Can't say I've heard of that before, but then, I suppose there's still so much I've missed. (Turns to Ash) Thank you again for coming today. I think it does the new Trainers quite well to meet their Champion. And I find it much easier to deal with the whole caboodle when you're around. You are a backbone of strength for both of us, the region and me personally. And I appreciate you all encouraging me to learn when to take a moment and slow down. Would you permit me one now? With all the day's chaos, I feel I could use a moment to breathe. I'll catch up with you this evening.
Ash: My Mom's really giving you a hard time, huh? Sure, then I'll just tell my Mom about it.
After Ash leaves, Adrienn looks at the bookshelves.
Adrienn: I suppose I still haven't sorted through all these books that were left up here. She had an interesting collection. (Takes one out) Oh, I remember reading this one as a child. (Notices his name) Ah. I suppose that was my signature, wasn't it? Here, of all places, though? Well, let's start from the beginning.
Adrienn has not only been the Strongest Fairy Type Gym Leader in the world, xe is also helping Delia with the League stuff in the Grand Hall, and Delia is glad to have xem help out.
(Amaria)
Amaria: And you're officially all set!
Ash in a Water-Type outfit and Amaria are now in 1R253 Scrapyard, as they have finished building a water fountain in the middle of the trains.
Stephoscope: Now we can really begin making some developments around here.
Percy: Well, thank whatever divine creature rules above these days and all their kin. No more supply hikes just for water!
Bouffalant Bill: No more sponge baths!
Alduous: I'd kind of gotten used to the sponge baths.
Europa: No more sponge baths, and that's an order.
Alduous: Yes ma'am.
Europa: (Turns to Ash and Amaria) Thanks again for doing this for us, Miss Amaria and Mr. Ash.
Ash: It's no trouble at all!
Amaria: (Chuckles to Ash) You don't need to lie, Ash. (Turns back to the crowd) Cutting through all that stone was a ton of trouble; there was no way I could've done it without Ash's help. But! It was worth it.
Percy: Well, who's up for some celebratory drinks!?
Bouffalant Bill: Only if you mean booze!
Percy: Of course I mean booze! What else are we gonna drink, this pristine water we now have freely available to all of us?! As if! I'll drink you under the proverbial table!
Bouffalant Bill: Hah! Big words from a small lass.
Percy: Alduous! Get the bottle! (Leaves)
Alduous: All right, hold your Horseas... (Both Bill and Alduous leave)
Europa: Well, someone'd better go make sure everybody keeps their knickers on. Once again, we really appreciate all this. You're welcome here any time, Miss Amaria.
Amaria: Please, just Amy is fine. (Europa leaves)
Stephoscope: We should install a covering to prevent evaporation posthaste...
Ash: Hey. You should go celebrate too. You worked hard for this.
Stephoscope: Ah... But there's still so much to do.
Amaria: Sure, but also, if not now, then when? It's important to let yourself appreciate the little things.
Stephoscope: Perhaps, just for a little while. (Leaves)
Amaria: (Turns to Ash) Thanks again. You know, no matter how low I may get sometimes, I find that doing something for others always helps me out too. Maybe that's selfish of me, but... As long as some good comes of it, then maybe that's okay. Maybe I'm okay. And it definitely helps to be out of the house! Especially now that there are some signs of water damage in the main room... I probably should've thought about that sooner, but... I don't think I would've changed it. Maybe in the end I'll just sell the property and go traveling. See what I see. Seek out some moments to make it hard to get too caught up in myself.
Ash: Then do you want to come with me? I have some business with Kanto and you'll like it.
Amaria: I will like too.
After that, Ash and Amaria have been traveling, and eventually, they also confess to each other their feelings. She is surprisingly the last one to confess to Ash as Julia, Florinia, and even Titania also did the same thing. But she doesn't mind, as long as they are together once again.
(Anna)
Delia: Do you really think you can wake her up?
Ash, Delia, Radomus, and Noel are now at their house as they are by Anna's side. Anna is still in deep sleep.
Noel: No, I can't wake her up. She's not asleep. It's a little different. What do you think Dreamsickness is?
Radomus: Ah, there's less research than I would like, but in essence, it is the syndrome of those who who gain the ability to alter reality... But because reality is inherently homeostatic- and conservation of energy and all that- they must sacrifice something in order to make the change. Sometimes it is their consciousness. Sometimes a physical body. Sometimes their presence in the world altogether. Some theorize it is like an allergy, wherein the physical circumstances become allergic to a person as an irritant. Therefore, it tries to forcibly remove them for its own health.
Noel: I guess. But it's not about the arbitrary concept of 'reality'. It's about the person themselves. If you spent less time reading books about it, and more time listening to her instead, you would know that.
Radomus: ...I try so hard to chase, that I end up running straight past her, is that what you're saying?
Noel: Or you ran in a different direction entirely. The only thing Anna needed was to feel safe. No one could give that to her, so she made it for herself. Some people are only safe when they're gone. She's safe when she's asleep.
Delia: But, Lin is no longer a threat...and she is also a family member as well.
Ash: Then I'll let her know that it's safe to come out.
Ash tries to shake Anna, and she eventually wakes up in the end.
Anna: ...Noel? Dad...? Mom...? And ...Ash. Good... morning? I had... such a weird dream. I dreamt that I was Lin- It was... scary.
Delia: (Hugs Anna) It's okay, Anna. It's all over now.
They spend a whole day telling what happened to Anna, and she is also happy that Lin is going to join the family. Those two really spend a lot of time together, even though Lin is surprised since she was supposed to be hated by them. Ash is also glad that everything goes well.
Okay, there are going to be 10 bonus chapters, with the first 9 having 5 people to talk about after the whole battle. I decide to go with the Alphabetical order, and here are the first five. I hope you like this chapter and the next chapter will be 5 more people.
