Now that the Dursley's were aware that Harry's not aloud to use magic outside of school, Vernon took it to his advantage the next day by locking all of Harry's magical items, including his summer homework, in the cupboard under the stairs. He then locked Harry and Tom and Jerry inside their room and then mounted bars on their window.

"You're never going back to that school! You'll never see those freaky friends of yours again! NEVER! HA HA HA HA HA!"

"If I'm only aloud to have one good birthday it'll be last years." Harry said sadly to Tom and Jerry.

And as they know, Harry can't magic himself out even without his wand. Because he'll get expelled for doing so.

Harry and Tom and Jerry sheared the same horrible dream that night. They were in a cage in the zoo and were srounded by people laughing at them. Even the Dursley's. And Dobby was there saying that he had done his job to protect Harry.

The three of them woke up as they couldn't stay asleep any longer. It was only 2:00 AM.

"Happy horrible birthday to me." Said Harry.

Just then, a loud roar was heard outside. The three looked out the window and saw a flying Ford Anglia heading their way. And soon, it stopped in front of the window and they saw who was in it.

"Hi Harry."

"Ginny. Fred. George." Tom said, knowing the Weasley's from anywhere.

"What are you all doing here?" Jerry asked.

"Rescuing you of course." Said Fred. Harry and Tom and Jerry can tell that George was teller then Fred was.

"Come on. Get your trunck." Said George.

"It's in the cupboard under the stairs with all my other things." Said Harry. "And my door's locked."

"Hang on." George said as he pulled out a hook and put it on one of the bars.

"If the Dursley's wake up I'm dead." Said Harry.

"He's right. We don't wanna make too much noise." Said Ginny.

"Don't worry. Stand back Harry." Said Fred.

The three stepped back next to Hedwig who found out how importent this was and kept still.

Soon, the car had snapped the bars off the window as Fred drove traight up in the air. Panting, Ginny hoisted them up into the car. Harry and Tom and Jerry listened if the Durlsey's woke up. No sound was heard.

The moment the bars were in the backseat with Ginny, Fred slowly reversed to Harry's window.

"Quickly. I need to get out of this room so I can get my things out form the cupboard under the stairs." Harry said to them.

"You gotta hand pick it Harry." Fred said as he and George walked out of the car and he pulled out an ordnary hair pin and started to pick the lock. "A lot of wizards think it's worthless learning this muggle trick but we find it useful even if it's a bit slow."

There was a small click and the door swung open.

"We'll get your stuff while you get everything else and hand them over to Ginny." George whispered to Harry.

"Watch out for the bottom stair. It creeks." Said Jerry.

The twins nodded and made their way to get Harry's things. Harry and Tom and Jerry dashed around the room as fast as they could colecting Harry's things and passed them out to Ginny.

Once they were done, they went down to help Fred and George heave Harry's trunck up the stairs. Vernon then coughed a while ago.

At last they had reached the landed and took the trunk to Harry's room.

"Tom. Grab Hedwig and let's go." Said Harry.

Tom walked over to Hedwig and grabbed her by her cage as she hooted.

"Bloody owl! Can't the boy keep it quiet?!" They heard Vernon shout.

Tom gleared at Hedwig who gave him a sorry look on her face.

"Never mind. We gotta go." Tom said as he gave Hedwig to Ginny.

Just as they had finished getting everything into the car, the Dursley's bursted into the room.

"Petunia they're escaping!" Vernon shouted as he dashed to the three.

Just as Harry and Tom and Jerry were hath way into the car, Vernon grabbed them by their legs as Ginny and George grabbed their arms.

"Let us go!" Harry shouted.

"You and those blood creatures of your are not going anywhere but the cupboard where freaks belong!"

"Drive!" Ginny shouted.

Fred began to drive as fast as he could. As he did, Tom and Jerry pulled out their mallets and slammed them on Vernon and knocked him onto the tool shed as it clappsed all over him!

"Vernon/Dad!" Petunia and Dudley shouted.

"Ha ha! See you next summer!" Harry shouted from the car as it then turned invisible.

Vernon got out form the remains of the shed and watched as the car completely vanished. Angry that Harry and Tom and Jerry came out on top again.

"NOOOOOOOO!"

"By the way Harry. Happy birthday." Ginny said as she kissed his cheek. Making him blush.

"Look what I got for you Hedwig." Tom said as he puled out a key. "The key to your lock. It was in the cupboard under the stairs the whole time. Go and stretch your wings and follow us form behind."

As soon as they were out of Little Whinging, the car turned visible again as Hedwig flew out from the window and followed beside them like a ghost. Harry and Tom and Jerry then told the Weasley's everything about Dobby and what he had done which had caused the fiasco. There was a long shocked silince when they had finished.

"Very fishy." Said Ginny. "Why wouldn't he tell you who's ploting this?"

"We don't think he could." Said Jerry. "Everytime he got close to letting something slip, he banged his head on the nightstand and then with the lamp."

"That's odd." Said Fred. "House Elves usily have powerful magic but they can't use it without their masters premition."

"I bet someone sent Dobby to stop you from coming back as an idea of a joke." Said George.

"Let's think then." Said Harry. "Who would want me away from Hogwarts for good who has a grudge on me?"

"Draco Malfoy?" Ginny suggested.

"Ding ding ding. We have a winner." Said Tom.

"Draco Malfoy?" Fred asked. "As in, the son of Lucius Malfoy?"

"Must be." Said Harry. "it's not a very common name is it?"

"Dad secretly told me about him." Said Ginny. "He was a big supporter of Lord Voldemort."

"Did you just," Fred started,

"Say his name?" George finished.

"The name doesn't scare me anymore." Ginny said to them. "Anyway, when Voldemort vanished, Lucius Malfoy said he was under the Imperius Curse. But Dad's reconed that he was in Voldemort's iner circle."

Harry and Tom and Jerry did hear those rumors about the Malfoy's. But they were no surprise to them. It was now clear that Malfoy was worse then Dudley because he made Dudley look like he was kind and sensitive.

"You think Dobby is the Malfoy's house elf?" Jerry asked.

"Well whoever owns him will be an old rich wizarding family." Said Ginny. "We don't have a house elf. Our family's very poor. But we don't mind it. Except Ron maybe."

As the sun began rise in th horizon, Fred pulled the car down to a house at the bottom. It looked old and weak but Harry asuned it was magic that kept it up.

"Welcome to the Burrow boys." Said Ginny. "Good thing I left a note to Mum about this."

"Touchdown." Fred said as the car landed and he pulled into a garage.

Molly Weasley was seen outside rounding up chickens as she saw the Ford Anglia land. Emerging from it were Fred and George with Harry and Ginny and Tom and Jerry in tow.

"Where have you been!" She shouted at Fred and George. "Hello Harry. And Tom and Jerry too. You alright Ginny? Beds empty! Car gone! And yet only Ginny tells me where you're going! She could have died! You could have been seen! Don't worry Ginny I'm not cross with you. Or Harry or even Tom and Jerry."

"Those people were starving them Mum." Said Ginny. "They wouldn't even let them use the bathroom and they mounted bars on his window."

"Oh I'm sorry to hear that dears." Molly said to them. "Why do you think you two are going?!"

"To bed." Said Fred.

"No you're not! It's your fault for being up all night! You two are gonna stay out here and start degnoming the garden! Those pesky gnomes are at it again!"

"Can we help Mrs. Weasley?" Tom asked. "We've never seen a degnoming before."

"Sense I'm out here I may as well help out too." Said Ginny.

"Good thinking." Said Molly. "I better get Gilderoy Lockhart's book on how to degnome the garden."

"Mum we know how to degnome the garden." Said George.

"Very well!"

The six of them walked to the garden. Gnomes were seen running around the place.

"It's very symple to degnome the garden Harry." Said Fred. "All we have to do is catch them and then toss them over the fence. We make a game on how far we can through them."

"I'd like to see those things in Aunt Petunia's kitchen." Said Harry.

And so it started. Harry and Ginny chased some gnomes but got them and tossed them over the fence. One of them bit Tom by his tail but that didn's stop him as hr grabbed it and tossed it farther than the others. Jerry was using his mallet to knock the gnomes into the air like he was playing baseball and they also went farther than tne others.

One the gnomes were gone, Harry and Ginny and Fred and George gave aplose to Tom and Jerry.

Molly had finished breakfast and called them in. Inside, Harry was amazed as he saw the dishes cleaning themselves by magic. And there was even nitting going on. And in the living room was a clock with pictures of the Weasley's on them the hands with Ginny and Fred and George moved from lost to home.

"It's not much. But it's home." Said Ginny.

"I think it's wonderful." Said Jerry.

"Hello Harry." Came Percy's voice from upstairs as he arrived with Ron.

"Did you really go and get Harry?" Ron asked his sister.

"Of course we did."

They sat down at the table. Molly gave lots of scrambled eggs and toast and bacon to Harry and Tom and Jerry to fill those bellies of theirs.

"Morning Weasley's." Said a man who just entered the front door.

"Morning Dad."

"Morning Arthur." Said Molly.

"Dad works at the ministry." Said Ginny. "His job to find any muggle items in muggle houses that were still inchanted."

"Ah. Who are you?" Arhtur asked when he saw Harry.

"Harry sir. Harry Potter."

"Are you really?"

"The one and only." Said Tom.

"He's Tom. I'm Jerry." Jerry introduced themselves.

"Ginny's told us all about you three. When did they get here?"

"This morning." Said Molly. "Your twin sons took Ginny in that Anglia of yours to Little Whinging."

"You did? DId you see any," Molly slammed his head with a copy of the Daily Prophet. "I mean, that was very wrong of your boys indeed! Very! Now Harry. You must know all about Muggles. What is function of escorators?"

Before Harry could answer, an owl flew by and slamed itself on the window.

"That's Errio. Said Ginny. "He's anchent. It takes him forever to find his way."

Percy walked to the window and let Errio in as he took the letters from his beak.

"Our Hogwarts lists are here. And these are for you Harry. Dumbledore must know you're here."

As Harr opened his, he was shocked when he saw the books in his year.

"Why do we need the books only from Gilderoy Lockhart?" Harry asked.

"Whoever the new defense teacher is must be a huge fan of him." Said Ginny.

"There's only place we're gonna get all that." Said Molly. "Diagon Alley."
