A/N This is just my creation of what her time working on Sodor's like. It's not based on anything except Rosie's job.

Tille was now at work, doing Rosie's usual jobs. I never heard of this place until I was told I was coming here, she thought. Maybe they knew my story here. She knew to stay on, she had to be a Really Useful Engine. Thomas had told her all about what that meant earlier in the day and how he always tried to be one. He even pushes the other engines to do that, she thought. He seems to be kind of the leader of the engines here. She got on her shunting.

Though Tillie knew her time on Sodor was temporary, she made friends with the Sodor engines, in many cases. She liked Rosie and visited her when on the way back from pulling a train if her route took her near the Steamworks. Rosie's fellow tank engines and also Edward were her other main Sodor friends. However, not all of them on Sodor were nice to her. Gordon called her "a silly little engine" after she pulled a train and that made her weep because he yelled. Rosie's driver comforted her when that happened.

"There, there Tillie", he said, drying her tears with a cloth. "Gordon's just a rude engine at times. Don't take it to heart."

"Driver", she said with a sniff, her eyes wet with big tears again. "I've been comforted by friends before, but not ones with hands that could wipe my face. Thank you." He continued to wipe the tears from her eyes until she stopped crying.

Tillie's time on Sodor was spent uneventfully for the most part. She pulled smaller trains, ones Rosie would pull if she was working, sometimes and otherwise shunted coaches and cars. Then, her last day came. Rosie was ready to leave the Steamworks.

A/N Due to this being set on Sodor, I used the TTTE words. I read of Tillie she cries when yelled at or told she can't do things. Rosie taught Tillie what she calls her crew and told her to do so while they work with her. Next chapter will be the end and it'll be her good-bye to Sodor.
