"You could definitely use a chapstick." Deku said.

"That's what we've been telling him." Twice leaned in and whispered.

"What's a chapstick?" Shigaraki asked.

Deku and the other villains gasped in horror.

"Toga go get your stuff I need to perform surgery on our fine leader." Deku smirked while putting on latex gloves that seems to come out of nowhere.

"Guys tie him up." Deku ordered and Dabi and Kurogiri grabbed him and strapped him on a chair.

After a few touches from the doctor and Toga, it's time for the big reveal.

As the other villains saw Shigaraki's fresh-looking face their jaws dropped to the ground with a loud thud.

"Now you don't look like shit anymore!" Toga cheered.

"Shut up!" Shigaraki shouted.

The chaos was then interrupted by Izuku's phone.

"I gotta answer this be back in a sec." Izuku excused himself and answered the call.

"De-Deku." A trembling voice of a woman came out of the speaker.

"Yes~" Izuku sang with a smile on his face.

"Are you okay?" The woman asked, worry dripping from her voice.

"I'm fine don't worry I'm currently at the base." Izuku answered.

"I was so worried." The woman on the phone sniffed.

"Come on now, don't cry." Izuku frowned.

"It's just that. This whole thing is..." The woman said but can't seem to find the next words to say.

"I know I know don't worry too much. I'll be fine." Izuku replied.

"Alright, I'm just checking out on you... Goodbye." The woman said.

"Bye. Love you." Izuku smiled and ended the call.

Izuku came back and sat next to Toga.

"You look dashingly good by the way, thank me later." Izuku smiled at Shigaraki.

It's only been weeks since the incident and all students are now extremely protected by UA and the dorms are now under extreme security.

It's a Saturday and Bakugo is walking on the pathway and encountered a figure in a black hoodie.

"I can't believe I'll see again." The voice of the figure was heard.

"Who the fuck are you?" Bakugo asked

"I can't believe you have that bad of a memory. We only met a few weeks ago." The figure said.

"Dequirker." Bakugo snarled at the villain.

"Oh. Yes, I am Dequirker." The figure took off the hood of his jacket revealing the face Bakugo will not expect coming out of it.

"Deku!"

"Indeed." Izuku smirked. "Why tell you this, you might be asking, well the answer is simple."

"Because no one will ever believe you." Izuku said as he slowly walked away whilst taking the hood back on.

"UNO!" Twice shouted right after he smashed the red skip card on the table.

"Damn you." Dabi growled.

"Thanks." Toga smiled and placed a red draw two cards.

Izuku who is right beside her placed a green draw two card. "UNO!"

Shigaraki placed another draw two cards as well as Kurogiri

Dabi smirked and placed a yellow draw two card.

"This is the end Twice!" He shouted.

"Ya think! I just won!" Twice screamed in glory as he ended his game with a wild four card. "Let's make this green."

"Ouch," Izuku said and started counting. "That's 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and...14. Well, that's depressing."

"You all suck" Toga growled at everyone and started picking 14 cards out of the deck.

"Here." Izuku placed a green reverse card.

Toga immediately placed a wild four card. "Let's changed the color to red."

"Oh, come on I only have two cards here!" Dabi exclaimed.

"SUFFER!" Toga screeched.

"This truly does destroy all friendships." Izuku laughed.

A few years ago

I slowly walked inside the hospital, today is my mother's checkup for my baby sister. At first, I don't like the idea of having a sibling, but my mom said that I can be the one who can protect my little sis if she ever gets into trouble. I felt empowered and strive to do the best I can to protect my little sis and my mom.

I played with my action figures as I waited for my mom to return until I saw a teenager in a doctor's outfit sitting right next to me. I assumed that he works here but I also got confused about why, so I asked.

"Hey Mister, aren't you a little bit too young to be working here?" I asked.

The teenager turned in my direction and laughed.

"I get that a lot but trust me when I say that I am a doctor here." he replied with a warm smile.

"Wow!" I exclaimed in amazement. I can't believe someone so young can be a doctor.

"Why are you here for, anyway?" The teen asked.

"My mom's having her checkup and she said I could stay here for a while." I replied. "By the way, my name is Takahashi Ryota, what's yours?"

"Izuku Midorya." The teen doctor replied.

"Nice to meet you, Doctor Midorya." I smiled and he smiled back.

"What's your quirk?" He suddenly asked.

I smiled and jumped on my chair, took a balloon out of my pocket, and showed him what I can do.

I took a deep breath and blew into the balloon making it float up in the air.

"Wow." Doctor Midorya gasped.

"I can do more than that, but I need to be good at science to be good at my quirk." I said.

"Don't worry, you can do anything if you put your mind to it." Doctor Midorya said.

I smiled and then asked him what his quirk is.

"You see, I'm quirkless." Doctor Midorya said. "But that didn't stop me from doing what I wanted to do".

"Helping those who are in need."

"Just like a hero." I smiled at him.

"Yeah, just like a hero." Doctor Midorya smiled back.

That is just the first among many chats I had with him. He's really kind-hearted.

"Doctor Izuku!" I called and ran up to him at our spot in the hospital.

"Hello there, Ryota." He smiled.

"I learned something new!" I exclaimed cheerfully.

I took the plastic cup I'm holding this entire time and blow it on it and soon enough water filled the cup.

"That's amazing, Ryota." Doctor Izuku clapped his hands.

"Doctor Izuku, I want to become a hero and protect my mom and little sister." I said.

"You'll be a great hero one day, I'm sure of it." Doctor Izuku smiled.

"You seem to be very close with Doctor Midorya." My mom said.

"Doctor Izuku is the best!" I shouted.

"My inspiration is Doctor Izuku Midorya. He's a very young doctor that works in the very same hospital mt mom has her checkups. He may be quirkless but he's a hero to me because he saves and helps people and one day, I want to be a hero just like that." I said in front of my class.

"Hey, Ryota let me show you something." Doctor Izuku said.

I walked closer to him, trying to guess what he is hiding behind his back.

"Here." Doctor Izuku gave me a notebook. I took it and opened it. It has my name on it and my quirk. It also includes the stuff I can do with my quirk that I showed Doctor Izuku too.

"I used to store things in my notebook when I was a kid. You can use that to track your accomplishments with your quirk." Doctor Izuku said.

"Wow! This is amazing! Thank you so much, Doctor Izuku!" I exclaimed and hugged him out of joy.

"We'll be going to the hospital tomorrow." My mom told me.

"I'll show Doctor Izuku my Periodic Table!" I exclaimed with joy as my mother smiled.

On our way to the hospital, we ran into a fight between a villain and a hero. We stayed for a while just for the sake of our safety then the hero attacked the villain but missed and it hit us.

I never get to show Doctor Izuku my Periodic Table.
