Mirio Togata walked inside his favorite sushi place and ordered his usual and started eating. He was given a free drink which is odd but he didn't mind.
The next morning Mirio Togata felt different. He was on his usual walk on the streets and he felt like a surge of strength hit him. He sat down for a bit trying to comprehend what is happening. Then a figure sat next to him and said.
"Your quirk is back."
Mirio turned to the figure sitting next to him and it looked like a figure of a very muscular frame of a man wearing all black pants, shoes, a hoodie, and a mask.
"Dequirker." Mirio whispered the villain's name under his breath.
"That's me." Izuku leaned back.
"You did this?" Mirio asked.
"Yes, is there a problem?" Izuku nodded then asked, curious if there's something that went wrong with the formula he put on the blonde man's drink last night.
"There is nothing wrong with that but, I can't help but wonder why did you bring back my quirk?" Mirio asked.
"Because I never intended to remove yours, everything that happened that day was all an accident," Izuku replied.
"I can now be a threat to your plans, you know that right?" Mirio said.
"I don't care as long as there are actual heroes protecting everyone's lives then I'm satisfied," Izuku replied.
"It is true that some heroes are just out there for fame and glory and just that." Mirio said.
"And that pisses me off. That's why I want to get rid of all the fake heroes." Izuku said. "I don't need a long chitchat with you so I'm heading on, See out there Lemillion."
"But I have to ask you, why did you kill All Might?" Mirio asked.
"He pushed himself so hard to finish me off. You saw that on TV." Izuku started. "He's getting weaker and weaker by any second and I just decided to end his misery for his own good." Izuku finished and left Mirio immediately.
As Dequirker's figure is gone Mirio can't help but just smile.
Is he smiling because his quirk is back or is it something else entirely?
A meeting was being held concerning the plans about Dequirker and was soon interrupted by what Tamaki Amajiki said.
"Mirio said he met Dequirker this morning," The black-haired hero said. said.
The room went incredibly silent indicating Tamaki to elaborate.
"He informed me that Dequirker is able to bring back his quirk." Tamaki added.
"But why would he do such a thing." Midnight asked. "Isn't he supposed to be the bad guy?"
"I asked the same thing but Dequirker told him that the world needs real heroes like him and he plans to get rid of all the fake ones." Tamaki answered.
"What fake ones?"
"I think what he meant is there are heroes whose only driven into heroic acts by the publicity they're getting and not actually caring for saving and caring for the citizens and he aims to get rid of all of them." Principal Nezu explained.
"But having more heroes is better than having none right?" Nejiri said.
"That may be right, but selfish acts of heroism defeats the purpose and core values of becoming a hero." Aizawa replied.
"Are they seriously agreeing to what Dequirker is doing?" Bakugo said from the corner of the room.
"According to the reports the only person Dequirker killed is All Might." Tokoyami added.
"And if I'm being perfectly honest, Dequirker's whole reasoning for his actions are seemingly reasonable." Shoto said.
"You extras are being ridiculous." Bakugo gritted his teeth. After he found out Deku's true identity, he's been itching to tell someone, but he did not. Not yet at least. He needs proof.
Who in their right mind would even believe that a quirkless bastard is a villain that everyone is fearing right this very second.
"Why did you bring back Lemillion's quirk?" Shigaraki asked.
"Simple, I need him to choose my victims for me later on, so I have to earn his trust," Izuku smirked. "I'm not necessarily killing those heroes I'm just removing the only thing that makes them look like a hero. There's nothing bad with changing a few things in our twisted society."
"The no. 1 hero finally showed up." Dequirker smirked under his mask.
"Let's make this easier for both of us, so give up now." All Might said.
"I don't think so, I'm here to settle things with you All Might." Dequirker said, raising a gun and pointing it directly at All Might.
All Might knew what would happen if he was shot so he decided to be smart and let the villain talk.
"Are you proud?" Dequirker asked. "Tell me All Might, are you proud that you made a villain!"
"What are you talking about?" All Might asked.
"You told me that I can't be a hero so I just took upon your advice and became a villain instead." Dequirker laughed.
All Might was in shock. He remembers him, the boy on the rooftop, the boy that once owned a dream that he crushed.
"I'm sorry."
"Oh, now you're sorry, well too late for that!" Dequirker screamed and started firing bullets.
All Might dodged the bullets and came close enough to the villain for his own attack but the villain expertly dodged all of All Might's punches.
Dequirker barely got hit by All Might's attacks and the latter is getting tired.
All Might is no longer in good shape fighting a villain like this especially when he gave One for All to Mirio a long time ago. He's growing tired by the second.
"Tired already." Dequirker spoke.
"I won't let you get away with this, you'll pay for your crimes." All Might said. "It is my job as a hero."
"A hero huh." Dequirker sighed. "I once dreamed of becoming one before you crushed it all up to a million pieces."
"It was my mistake of saying those things to such a young boy and I deeply regretted my actions, I'm sorry Midorya." All Might said, whispering the villain's real name.
"You regretted it now that you know that I became a villain. What if I didn't become Dequirker will you still apologize."
"Of course, I will." All Might said.
"Lies." Dequirker tsked. "If you're truly sorry then, you should've apologized to me in person. I'm not that hard to find."
All Might is no longer in good shape. He barely has the strength to keep up his muscular form.
"Stop fighting you won't win this." Dequirker sighed.
"I won't stop until I put you behind bars." Toshinori hacked.
"I told you to stop." Dequirker repeated.
Toshinori Yagi didn't listen he fought the villain in front of him. Pathetically punching him with little to no force.
"You won't listen to me." Dequirker grabbed Toshinori's wrist. "So I'll just end your misery right here right now." Dequirker pulled the trigger and the bullet passed through Toshinori's heart, killing him.
Toga scrolled through her phone looking at the news articles for the day.
Lemillion's quirk is back?!
Man caught stealing 50 boxes of dildos and was questioned
"Care to elaborate?" Shigaraki asked Izuku.
"Listen, The reason I gave Mirio's quirk back is very simple. He is a real hero and I simply can't afford to have someone like him neglected. If you can't agree with me then we can also use him to our advantage. All I need to do is give Mirio some talks here end there and I can assure you that he'll soon agree to our beliefs." Izuku explained. "But if things aren't able to work out, I have another person in mind."
"And who might this person be?" Kurogiri asked.
"Hitoshi Shinso."
Mirio Togata sighed as he came back to his home. Tomorrow is a big day for him since it'll be his comeback but he is still skeptical about why Dequirker gave back his quirk. Is it really just because the villain sees him as a true hero or is it something else entirely.
The cries of a young boy can be heard on the streets of a small town. The boy cried and cried as the body of his unconscious sister is nearby.
"Mister please, help us my big sister passed out all of the sudden and I don't know what to do!" The boy begged the hero in front of him. But the hero just passed by the pair.
"I can help your sister." A voice said.
The boy turned around and saw a man with green hair.
"Really?" The boy perked up.
"I'm a doctor." The man nodded.
The man opened up his bag and checked the sister of the boy.
"Looks like your big sister has a really strong fever, likely to be the reason why she passed out." The man said. "We need to bring her back home immediately."
"Is your father or mother home?" The man asked.
The boy shook his head. "My other big sis is the one in the house today."
"Alright, we'll go there then." The man smiled.
"Goodbye Tsu-chan thanks for the food!" Ochaco waved her friend goodbye.
Tsuyu smiled and came back to the living room to continue watching a show on her TV.
"Tsssuuuu-neechan!" Tsu heard the shout of her nephew.
Tsu stood up and opened the door. And there she saw her nephew waving at her with a happy smile and her sister carried by a person the same age as her.
Tsuyu laid her little sister in one of the guest rooms in her house and went back to the living room to see his nephew playing with his toy.
"Where's Mr. Midorya?" Tsuyu asked the young boy.
"He's outside." The boy replied.
Tsuyu opened the front door and there he is, Izuku Midorya, sitting on a steel chair, sipping a cup of coffee.
"Thank you for bringing back my sister home safely." Tsuyu thanked the young doctor before her.
"She's sick and your nephew's crying on the street and no one seems to pay attention to them, I just did what is needed," Izuku replied.
"What do you mean by no one is paying attention to them?" Tsuyu asked.
"I noticed a few heroes passed by them some looked and just moved on." Izuku replied. "There's not a lot of people and it's not too crowded either."
"I see."
Bakugo Katsuki opened the door to a café and soon spotted the person he was looking for.
"Why did you call me in here?" A hooded figure sitting on a chair asked.
"I'm here to talk." Katsuki said.
"Alright then, let's make this quick." The hooded figure fixed its posture that revealed a pair of green eyes under the hood.
"I'm sorry." The blonde said that shocked the green-haired villain that he spilled the coffee he was drinking.
"Excuse me?" Izuku raised a brow.
"I'm sorry for what I did to you back then." Bakugo said.
"You really are a fascinating character Katsuki." The hooded figure laughed. "But I'm not stupid enough to become a villain just because you bullied me. And to think the only reason that you even apologized to me is that I'm a villain. And there are more things in this world that need fixing and to be able to fix that, sometimes you just have to be the bad guy."
"I know you Deku and you're not the type of person who would do such a thing!" Bakugo exclaimed.
"If that's what you think of me then I can't say you know me at all." Izuku smirked.
"You're a good person, you've become a doctor so you can help people, right?" Bakugo said.
"That is true." Izuku nodded. "But that fact doesn't matter."
"I'm giving you a chance here Deku." Bakugo said.
"I don't care, I'm giving this world a favor for eliminating the hero scum." Izuku replied.
"How are you giving us a favor by killing people." Bakugo said, gritting his teeth.
"Correction." Izuku held up a finger. "The only person I killed was All Might and no one else besides him."
"That's not what I meant, you destroyed their careers, you ruined their only way of living." Bakugo pressed.
"They only care about their public image and the money they earn anyway." Izuku replied.
"Izuku." Bakugo called.
Izuku was taken aback because of the use of his first name instead of the nickname.
"Tell me, what happened. What happened to you that made you hate heroes so much?" Bakugo asked.
"I don't hate heroes in general. I hate the ones who don't even deserve to be called a hero." Izuku clenched his fist. "They don't care if there's no cameras or not a lot of people around to witness the act."
"You don't have a lot of faith in them like you used to." Bakugo added.
"That's also a fact." Izuku smiled.
"Then why did you kill All Might?" Bakugo asked.
"What is this, an interrogation?" Izuku raised a brow.
"It's just between you and me." Bakugo answered.
"I didn't mean to kill him. I was only meant to destroy his pride as a hero. But he's gotten weaker." Izuku stated.
"What do you mean by destroying his pride?" Bakugo asked for an explanation.
"All Might, he destroyed my dreams. My dreams of becoming a hero. He told me I can't become one just because I'm quirkless." Izuku's tone darkens.
"But I have a quirk now and everyone feared my power." Izuku snickered.
"Where did you get your quirk?" Bakugo asked.
"Why should I tell you." Izuku laughed and stood up from his seat and walked away.
