In the halls of Ever After High, all of the students were whispering as they watched Daring walk down the hall with Apple on his right arm.
"Apple, what's going on here?" asked Ashlynn as she approached.
"Yeah, why are you clinging onto Daring, and where's Raven?" asked Hunter who was looking at Daring with an expression that told that he did not trust him.
"She's realized that she truly belongs with me, and who cares about that loser witch anyway?" asked Daring.
"Daring!" said Raven as she and the other three stormed down the hall toward him.
"Are you here to try and confuse Apple again?" asked Daring in a snarky tone as he moved away from the blonde princess. However, Raven surprised everyone by blasting Daring with her magic, sending him flying backwards.
"Whoa!" said a stunned Dexter.
"Raven, what are you doing?!" asked Apple as the witch walked right past her.
"What I should have a long time ago," said Raven before going to blast Daring again. However, it was Daring's turn to surprise everyone by countering her magic with a blast of his own which blew out all the windows in the hallway once they met.
"So, you do have magic," said Raven as they each stopped their attacks and Daring jumped to his feet.
"Daring?" asked a shocked Apple.
"I had to do this to free you from her control, Apple!" said Daring.
"She's always been acting like a goody-goody, but the truth is she's placed all of you under a curse and is now controlling your minds, making you think all of this is alright!" he said while looking around at his fellow students.
"That's not true, I walked in on you making that poisoned apple which made Apple lose her love for Raven, you're the one whose controlling people," said Humphrey as he held up the fruit.
"And you spelled me to deliver it to her and to forget who gave it to me; luckily Faybelle was able to help me regain my memories," he said.
"That's a lie!" said Daring as his magic erupted to life, sending everyone but Raven and Apple flying as the witch stood before the blonde in order to shield her.
