Kat Cavanaugh: I remember that time very well. International Rescue and Tracy Industries has gone from strength to strength under your direction.

Scott *blushes slightly*: Thank you.

Kat: Correct me if I'm wrong, but you ran IR alone for about five years?

Scott: No. I've never ran iR alone. It has always been a family venture.

Kat: Oh, sorry.

Scott: That's ok. I'm really only the figurehead.

Kat: I'm pretty sure that you are more than that. However, last year International Rescue performed their most important rescue to date.

Scott: Yes. We rescued our Father.

Kat: That was an amazing feat, and we're sure that with both you and your father running the show we can expect more great things from both iR and TI.

Scott: Thank you, we hope so.

Kat: so lastly…you mentioned biologically…do you have news for us?

Scott *laughs*

With their father back life seemed to somehow get easier.

Nothing had changed, per se, they still wore themselves out on back-to-back rescues, Scott could still be found up at silly-o'clock at the desk, but Jeff somehow made everything right.

He took back some of Tracy Industries work, but still left Scott in the title role. He quickly learnt how iR was run, and Jeff helped where he could without taking over.

The biggest change that Jeff implemented was rostered time off and the GDF stepping up more. Now it felt like his boys could have a life.

And they did, for the first time in eight years they could think about themselves, have time for a private life.

They dated. They partied. Some of them got proper drunk like they hadn't been able to for almost a decade…

And yet they still kept themselves to themselves, the media were still kept in the dark. Mostly.

This was their time to have what their father had had.

And Jeff couldn't have been prouder…

Kat: So, are we going to know who the lucky lady is?

Scott *laughs again*: No, I don't think so…

Kat *frowns momentarily before smiling brightly*: Well, that's all we have time for, folks! Thank you, Scott, for leaving this interview on a question!

Scott: Always a pleasure, Ms Cavanaugh.

*They shake hands and the screen fades to black*
