While on break, Harry had a lot of time to think.

Harry did not need the USA government. In fact, if the government imploded, and it dissolved, leaving tribes of people, Harry would be living a better life.

Harry believed what the Dursleys told him. That he was a massive parasite. If Harry was not invited into the government, he would be doing everything in his power to destroy it, even more than now. Harry hated governments.

But because he was invited in, he was only doing a minimum effort to destroy the government.

Harry benefited from the dissolution of the government, and the turning of the USA into tribes. And apparently, many Republicans felt the same way, as they vigorously supported his destruction of the states. If Harry was kicked out by a mob, he would be even worse for the government. The only solution was to kill him. But apparently, even a Dark Lord had trouble with doing that.

The first mistake that the government had done was allow him to be born. And now that they cannot kill him, Harry would be nothing but a burden to them. Inviting him in was the only way to dull his effect.

It was during the middle of the break, on Christmas day, that Harry got a gift from a mysterious patron. It was wrapped in a small silk package. Ripping it open, Harry took out a sheer cloak.

When Harry put it on, all that the cloak covered became invisible. Harry had gotten an invisibility cloak.

Excited, Harry decided that that night he would test it out.

Besides his present was a letter from the USA. Apparently, after opening it, the Democrats really hated him. They wanted him gone, as soon as possible. And they even threatened force.

Penning his response, Harry wrote: "Think of me as a cursed savior." Harry could not tell the muggles of his wizarding background, or the wizarding reasons why he was put in power. "I am cursed like a corporation. If you were to kick out all corporations from the USA, they would do more damage to you then if you decided to invite them in. That is what I am like. I am like corporate America. I bring nothing but challenges and exploitation to the everyday American.

You will tolerate me just like you tolerate corporations. We are both detrimental to Americans. My service is that I repulse undemocratic tyrants from seizing control. Tyrants like Hitler and Stalin, who create strong governments, at least for a time, are repulsed by me and my supporters. And in their stead is me. I am like a superhero that always destroys the city to prevent someone worse from ruling over. I only bring destruction, because those I repulse only bring destruction, but at a much greater level. If you kick me out, you will be worse off than if you invite me in. Getting rid of me is getting closer to having a strong government led by a real tyrant. You would be worse off than if you kept me invited."

Harry also realized that for the wizarding world, he also only brought destruction. If he was kicked out, they would be worse off, as Voldemort could return. But if he was to be invited in, he would still bring destruction in fighting Voldemort, but less so than if he were to be kicked out.

Sealing his response, Harry went to the Owlery to find Hedwig and to send the letter.

Later that night, taking the cloak, Harry snuck off into the castle, to see the castle in the dark.

Walking around with the invisibility cloak enshrouding him, he explored the castle.

Harry did this for the entire Christmas break. After the break, and after classes had started, on a February morning, Harry was walking to the Great Hall with Neville.

They both sat down at the Gryffindor table, and picked up the morning paper. There were no news on the front page, but buried in the sixth page was the announcement that Russia had invaded Ukraine.

Harry immediately grabbed out some parchment and quills from his school supplies. "Neville, we need to react to this. First, the congratulatory letter to the president of Russia."

Harry started to write: "Congratulations Mr. President. I hope that your invasion goes well and that you incorporate Ukraine as a new province in your federation or an ally in your bloc. I hope to increase trading ties with Russia and hope for the best. Regards, Tyrant Potter."

Harry then started another parchment: "To the President of the USA, I hope you do not plan on arming the Ukrainians. I suggest that you cease and desist all arming of the Ukrainians. As well, I would hope that you remain in good conduct with the Russian leaders. Regards, Tyrant Potter."

Harry then started on another parchment: "To the Congress of the USA, I hope that we could re-start a free trade agreement with the USA and Russia, to bring their economic ties closer. Details will be forth coming. Regards, Tyrant Potter."

"See Neville" said Harry "we need to show our support for Russia. After all, a stronger adversary means a weaker government. Can't be having that."

Neville looked at Harry. "Exactly why are we doing this again?"

"To prevent real tyrants from seizing power. The weaker the government is, the lower the expectations people have for it, the less Hitlers and Stalins that can show up. If any Hitler or Stalin wants to run our nation, they would have to get through us and our supporters."

Neville shrugged and started to copy Harry's letters.

Near the end of breakfast, Harry got up and went to the Owlery to deliver the letters to Hedwig as well as some bacon.
