Meanwhile, Clara Oswald was on the phone in London at the Maitland home. She was a nanny to the two children, Angie and Artie. But now, Clara was trying to ring up about the internet. But she couldn't access it whatsoever. But she didn't know that this phone call would change her life completely.

"Angie? Is the internet working?" Clara asked as she walked over to the kitchen table where Angie was. "I'm trying to phone the helpline. But, unfortunately, they won't answer."

"It's working for me," Angie said, not taking her eyes off the screen. "Can I use it when you've finished?"

"More than one person can use the internet at a time, Clara." "You did your homework?"

"Shut up. You're not my mum."

Clara walked over to where Angie was sitting and leaned over her. "And I'm not trying to be, okay?"

Both Clara and Angie exchanged glances as Mr Maitland and Artie walked into the kitchen. "Right," he began as Artie handed him his keys. "Yes! Angie's probably fine on her own. You could probably have the night off."

"I'm okay. I'll be upstairs trying to figure out my computer," Clara said. "Anyway, the adverts are in, so we will hopefully find someone."

"I'm here as long as you need me."

"Good. Right. Come on, Artie. Time to go." Artie had looked at the book he was reading;

SummerFalls, by Amelia Williams.

Clara smiled and grabbed the book to look at what he was reading. "What chapter are you on?"

"Ten," Artie replied.

Clara gasped. He was nearly on to her favourite chapter. "Eleven's the best. You'll cry your eyes out."

"Artie!" Mr Maitland called out at the front door, and Artie left.

Clara went back to the phone, which was still ringing. "Oh, come on! Just answer," she said as she started to go to her room upstairs. "Pick it up. Pick it up. Pick it up. Pick it up. Pick it up." Once she was in her room, she went over to the laptop, moved the mouse pad a bit, and clicked the Wi-Fi button, which revealed two networks available:

Back in Storybrooke, the Doctor hovered over the TARDIS telephone slowly. "This is not supposed to happen," he said.

"You know, if you do pick it up, you can find out why it's ringing," Belle said.

The Doctor nodded and picked up the phone. "Hello?" He asked into it.

Clara perked right up when she heard the Doctor's voice. Finally. Someone answered. "Ah, hello! I can't find the internet," she said.

The Doctor was confused. Why was this woman calling him about the internet? He had bigger things to worry about. "Sorry?"

"It's gone—the internet. I can't find it anywhere. Where is it?"

"The internet?"

"Yes. The internet. Why don't I have the internet?"

"Listen. Where did you get this number?"

"The woman in the shop wrote it down. It's a helpline, isn't it? She said it's the best helpline out there. In the universe, she said."

"What woman? Who was she?"

"I don't know. The woman in the shop. So, why isn't there internet? Shouldn't it just be there?"

"Look, listen. I'm not actually … This isn't..." The Doctor sighed. He decided to play along rather than fight it. "You have clicked on the Wi-Fi button, haven't you?"

"Hang on, Ummm..." Clara said as she looked over the computer screen. "Wi...Fi..."

The Doctor sighed again. "Click on the Wi-Fi; you'll see a list of names. You see on you recognise."

Clara clicked on Maitland Family. "It's asking me for a password," Clara mused.

Angie walked up the stairs and stopped at Clara's door.

"Is it okay if I go and see Nina? You can call her mum."

Clara looked up. "Sure," she answered, then looked back at her laptop screen. "Um, what's the password for the internet?"

"R-Y-C-B-A-R-1-2-3," Angie said, then left.

Clara followed her. "How am I supposed to remember that?" And Angie sighed.

While the Doctor waited, Belle approached him. "Who is it?" she asked.

"Some woman," the Doctor answered just as Clara returned.

"Hang on. Just a mo," Clara said into the phone. Then, she typed the password in, saying aloud a mnemonic to help her remember it. "Run. You. Clever. Boys. And. Remember..."

As soon as Clara said the phrase, the Doctor remembered both Oswin and Clara Oswin Oswald. "One...Two..."

Clara was about to press the three, but the Doctor shouted through the phone, "What did you say?"

Instead of pressing the three, Clara pushed the four. "Don't shout. Now you made me type it wrong. It's thrown me out again. What do I do? How do I get back in?"

Clara clicked open the Wi-Fi box again, but instead of clicking on Maitland_Family, she clicked ╦┐◤︻ ┻═▄ instead.

"It's just a, um, thing to remember the password, "run you clever boys and remember"." She then heard someone knocking at the door, and she got up. "Hang on," she said before putting the phone down.
