"King, CP0!" Robin whispered suddenly, laying her hand on his shoulder to prevent him from getting up in a sharp motion. King opened his eyes, immediately alert, and rose to his elbow.

"Two agents with masks," Robin continued to describe what her duplicated eye had seen outside, in the pale light just before dawn. "The tall one is dragging a leg, the short one is bleeding profusely. They both look badly injured, they seem to have gotten involved in a gunfight."

"Listen," King replied in a whisper, tightening the flag around his head. "I'll take the tall one, you take the short one. I'll go out to them first, don't let them see you. As soon as you see me attack, use the element of surprise and attack with me. With all your strength, without hesitation."

Robin was impressed by the sharp thinking and quick planning, as befitting a Yonko's right hand man. To such an order, it is only natural to answer "Yes, sir!" but Robin wanted to establish an equal relationship. "We're on." She replied, arranging a rebellious strand of his hair that had been exposed and hiding it under the flag cloth.

King came out of the tent, making sure to hide Robin behind his large wings.

"Hey, bastards!" King called to them, "Didn't you see the deal was off?! What are you still doing here in Wano?!"

"Well, well," replied the tall agent, "whom do I see here if not King, the Wildfire?! What happened to your mask? Hmm, and your wing?"

"As if you're in a better condition." King answered them. "You have one last chance to get out of here."

"We haven't yet completed our mission," the agent replied, "but I have a suggestion for you. If you help us capture an enemy of yours, we will let you skate this time and not capture you."

"Really?" King replied sarcastically, "An interesting suggestion, assuming your word can be trusted... Who are you looking for?"

"Nico Robin. Will you cooperate?" asked the agent.

"Nico Robin..." King replied as if considering the possibility, when suddenly he raised his voice and leg. "...is a free person!" he roared. A long leg, wrapped in fire and Haki, was sent directly to the agent's neck, and the sharp rivet at the tip of King's boot tore his neck without hesitation.

The shorter agent began to leap at King but suddenly, "Demonio!" two black hands protruded from the back of his neck. "Jacuzzi Clutch!" called Robin and broke his neck, just as King, with a burning palm, grabbed the head of the taller agent, who hadn't grasped the severity of his condition from the previous attack and leapt at him. King turned the agent's head so that the wound in his neck was torn even further and he lost consciousness immediately from blood loss.

King picked up the two unconscious agents (or dead ones, he didn't really care), and slammed them into a distant rock, shooting a fireball after them.

He turned to Robin. "Good job." he told her.

"Yours too," she replied. "Thank you for protecting me."

"If I hadn't invited them to Onigashima, they wouldn't have been here at all to threaten you." King replied guiltily. "At least, the fight has given me back some confidence that I can still win."

"They were strong," Robin said, "but they were already exhausted from their previous battles."

"Yes," replied King, "though I wouldn't have invited agents with a higher level than mine to come here, I never imagined I'd have to fight them when I'm almost completely incapacitated. Coffee?" King offered, filling the kettle with water and boiling it in the palm of his hand.

"Yes, please. Thank you." answered Robin and prepared two cups.
