When the diamond was sucked into the black hole, it caused ripples through space and time. One of the ripples had made its way back to Storybrooke and knocked out each of the inhabitants. Well, everyone that was born in the Enchanted Forest. But not Henry. The ripple also caused everything to go back to the way it was before Greg and Tamara had activated the diamond.

At that moment, while everyone was out cold, Greg and Tamara actioned their proper plan. Finding the mine tunnels, they abducted Henry. He struggled, but he was no match for the two adults.

With his hands tied together, Greg and Tamara ushered him to walk along the docks toward the ocean. "Relax, kid," Tamara said. "We're not gonna hurt you."

"Just everyone I love?" Henry asked. "You tried to blow up Storybrooke."

"True. But that was never the point."

"It wasn't?"

"See, we came to destroy magic, Henry," Greg explained. "But then we found something more important. Something that changed everything. You."

When they – Emma, David, Mary Margaret, and Regina – came to and discovered they were missing Henry; they knew who had taken him. So they rushed out of there with one thing on their minds - finding Greg and Tamara and getting Henry safely away from them. "Emma, you don't even know where you're going," Mary Margaret said, catching up to her daughter.

"Doesn't matter. I have to find him," Emma said. "I'll track them down in Hell if I have to."

They rounded a corner and saw Greg and Tamara with Henry. They threw a bean at the water, and once a portal opened, the three jumped in.

"The last bean," Regina said. "They've opened a portal."

Everyone rushed to the side of the docks. "Henry!" Both Emma and David yelled, but they were too late. Greg and Tamara jumped into the portal with Henry. And when they got there, the portal was gone.

"No, No! No!" Emma said. We must follow them. There has to be a way!"

"Not only do we not know where they went, but Hook stole the last bean," Regina said. "And the TARDIS never returned."

"I don't care!" Emma said, who was being restrained by her father.

"There's no way to follow."

"There has to be a way. We can't let them take Henry!"

"They've taken Henry?" Mr Gold asked as he and Belle walked over to them. "Yeah," David said. "You're the Dark One. Do something."

"There's no way. I spent a lifetime trying to cross worlds to find my son. There's no way in this world without a portal or a TARDIS."

"So, that's it?" Regina asked. "He's gone forever? I refuse to believe that."

All were silent when there was a gust of wind and the sound of ancient wheezing and groaning, which made their faces light up.

"The TARDIS," Belle said.

After the TARDIS materialised, the Doctor emerged, followed by the Professor, holding Clara (who now had a new dress on. A tartan one) in his arms.

"What the hell took so long?" Regina asked.

"Oh, you know. Stuff," the Doctor said. "But Storybrooke's safe."

"It is," David agreed. "Thanks to you."

"And now we need to get Henry," Emma said. "Henry's gone?" the Professor asked.

"Yeah. We need to get him back."

"Well, I'm here to help," the Doctor said.

Belle walked past everyone when she noticed something on the water. "What is that?" she asked, pointing to a ship approaching them. Everyone turned to look.

"Hook," Emma muttered.

When the Jolly Roger docked, the Professor placed a sleeping Clara on some docks and went over to the ship, where Hook was coming down the boarding ramp.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Emma asked. "I'm helping," Hook said.

"Well, you're too late," Emma said. "Am I?"

"I thought you didn't care about anyone but yourself."

Hook reached into his leather coat pocket and took out the bean he stole. "Maybe I just needed reminding that I could."

The Professor eyed him carefully before taking the bean from him. "I told you no funny business," he said. He then waved his hand, and Hook was gone in a cloud of blue smoke.

"Where did he go?" Emma asked.

"In one of the locked cells under the hospital. He needs to learn that actions have consequences. I'll see him later. He'll probably be confused."

"Enough waiting around," Regina said. "Let's go."

"But how will we track them?" Mary Margaret asked.

"Leave that to me," Mr Gold said. "I can get us where we need to go."

"Then let's do it," Mary Margaret said.

Mr Gold went over to the boxes of crates where Clara was sleeping and poofed up the magic globe while the others followed him. Mr Gold pricked his finger and let the drop of blood on the white surface, which began to spin as features started to form. Once it finished assembling, they saw a map of an island.

"Where is that?" Regina asked. "Where did they take Henry?"

"I believe that is Neverland," the Doctor said, leading everyone into the TARDIS. "Come on. We got a long trip to go there. We need to make a pit stop first."

"Pit stop?" David asked.

"It takes a lot to reach Neverland. It was meant to be a prison - one designed by the Time Lords. My TARDIS can't get there on its own. I'll need all the power of the Rift."

"I'll meet you there," the Professor said. "Meet me at the Swale River. I'll be there as soon as I talk to Hook."

Mr Gold turned around after ushering Belle inside the ship. "Here. Take this." He reached into his coat pocket and took out a scroll.

The Professor took it. "What is it?" he asked.

"The town is no longer safe. Greg and Tamara weren't working alone. Others will follow. After we've gone, follow those instructions. It's for a cloaking spell. It will go one further on the perception filter your father made. It'll shield the town, making it impossible for anyone to find. To enter."

The Professor nodded. "Right. I'll get right on it," he said as he watched Mr Gold board the TARDIS. And the TARDIS began to dematerialise.

Meanwhile, in the Enchanted Forest, three figures approached the body of Neal, who lay on the beach – not moving.

"Who is he?" Prince Philip asked, turning Neal over.

"I don't know," Aurora said.

Aurora bent down, checking for a pulse. "Barely. We have to get him help."

"Help me get him up," Prince Philip said.
