Stars. In simple definition, stars are nothing more but balls of gas in space. Their components and properties mixed up result in a bright-looking dot in the night sky. That's all they really are. Stars are just balls of gas in space coming into existence and dying off eventually. They're nothing special, really.
…
And yet, one cannot just stop gazing at them. What makes stars popular amongst children? Why are they considered beautiful? Why do other people wish that they could be with the stars themselves? Why do stars have to glow? Why do stars have to differ in size? Why do stars have different colors? Why do stars even exist?
…
Nevertheless, people never stop looking up into the night sky. For some reason, people always search for stars.
It was nighttime. Gone was the bright ball of fire, and came did the smaller white ball. The darkness of the night allowed the stars to appear and they shined brightly as they watched everything happening below them.
People slept. Students studied in their rooms. Grief-stricken single parents drank while watching TV. Heroes went patrolling. Disobedient children quietly played games on their phones while hiding under their bed sheets. Thugs went out to look for easy targets. Small families ate their dinner late. Delinquents snuck out of their homes and went out with their friends to have fun in karaokes or arcades. Underground heroes fought and arrested criminals and villains alike. Families celebrated late-night birthdays of their loved ones. Determined teenagers trained their quirks in their rooms. Miserable adults and kids alike committed suicide for whatever reasons. Heroes cheered for joy as their respective rankings went up. Heroes cursed to themselves as their respective rankings went down. A crying girl screamed into the air, asking heroes nearby to save her from the approaching rapist. A happy couple were mugged and killed in an alley. Next-door neighbors argued with one another. Homeless people stole. An off-duty hero pushed a child out of the middle of the road, narrowly missing a swerving car. Drug addicts bought drugs. People looked up to the black sky, wondering why they are suffering in their respective lives. A man proposed a quirk-marriage deal to a woman. People asked to themselves, just what exactly they had done wrong to deserve the bad things happening to them. Civilians chanted the name of a passing-by hero. A small girl made a wish when she saw a shooting star. A newborn baby cried out while the mother snuggled it up into her tired arms. An old man quietly passed away in his sleep. And the stars saw everything.
All sorts of things happened in just a second. More things will happen in time. It doesn't matter what happens, the stars will continue to shine brightly in the night sky, ever watching.
The stars watched as a small thin boy walked down the empty streets. The stars watched as the boy stopped walking and sat down nearby a pile of garbage. The stars watched as the boy looked at the ground for hours on end. The stars watched as a man walked down the street the boy walked by. The stars watched as the man stopped and stood nearby the sitting boy. The stars watched as the man looked at the boy for quite a while. The stars watched as the man said something to the boy, causing the boy to look up at him and look back past the man. The stars watched as the boy gazed at the stars themselves, before gazing back at the man in front of him. The stars watched as the man said something else to the boy before leaving. The stars watched as the boy continued to sit there on the ground, as the man slowly disappeared from sight. The stars watched as a small dark-green kitten slowly walk up to the boy. The stars watched as the boy looked at the kitten to his left. The stars watched as the boy took the kitten into his arms and hugged the said kitten. And lastly, the stars watched as the kitten purred and snuggled up to the boy.
On that night, something happened. This something happened many more times in the past, and is now happening again, and there is no doubt that this something will also happen in the future. Akin to stars, there is absolutely nothing special about this something happening.
…
Because all that happened is that the stars just seemed to shine a little bit brighter than usual.

"Boy!"
Hello there! My name is 00StoryReader00 and i also have 2 more fanfiction accounts. Check them out if you'd like! The names are in my profile page.
I'm very new to writing stories and i really hope that i would get better in the future. And although i'm a new author, I'll admit that i am kind of proud by writing my first fanfic which is this one!
If there is any errors or mistakes, please kindly point them out and i would gladly correct them. I understand that there will be those who wouldn't like me or my stories, but i would really appreciate it that everyone who wants to post hate-comments, please just PM me instead. I don't take well to hate, personally. Please don't put hate-comments in the Review section as much as possible.
Anyways, to my readers reading this, i welcome all of you to my very first fanfic. In case you haven't noticed, this story is a crossover of My Hero Academia and The Boxer. For those who don't know what "The Boxer" is, it is a webtoon. I have to say, i haven't really seen much fanfictions about webtoons, so hopefully this fanfic of mine can help encourage authors to write more about webtoons. To those who haven't read The Boxer, i highly recommend it. The boxer is one of, if not my most favorite webtoon ever. I also highly recommend reading the webtoon first before reading my story, so as to help understand my story more clearly.
That's all i have to say for now. See you all later!
