She awoke in a daze, not remembering how she got here, but last thing she remembered was having to drive home from Fairway after being kicked out for controversial reasons. Lori opened her eyes and felt the coldness of concrete on the ground. It was like a cold towel on her face after a sauna. In fact, her body was felling cold.

"Where am I?" Lori asks. She looked around and saw that she was in a dark city, and it was in mostly black and white, like in the old movies back in the day. There was no one around, not a single person, it was like being in a ghost town, it was barely lit, she started to hate it, she didn't like where this was going. AT ALL.

"What is this?" Lori trembled in fear. Why wasn't anybody here? And why was her phone dead? She heard her voice echoing throughout the void. She saw a white light from afar, where her home was at first, she sighed in frustration as she knew she had to walk all the way there.

Suddenly, she hears giggling in the forests as a little girl runs in there, skipping, much to her surprise as she follows her into the darker part of the forests.

How'd she gets all the way out here? Well, in this flashback-flashforward tale, we're about to take a journey that starts with Lori's first and only year in college.
