A/N Hey guys, here is the next chapter, and what you'll find interesting is that I will be combining the third and fourth episodes into one chapter since the fight against Yomi and her Ayakashi Yoki takes place in both episodes.

So, what will happen is that you'll get to see what Chris is like when he gets seriously pissed so be ready for that, and without further ado, enjoy.

'Huh, I wonder what's on her mind today,' I thought as I watched Tokine looking slightly distracted while in class, wondering what she was thinking about but I just shrugged it off as Tokine shook her head and went back to paying attention.

There wasn't a lot for me to do today other than keeping an eye on the two Kekkaishi so I decided to explore the city for a little bit since nothing interesting was happening at the moment, so I flew away from the school and started roaming around the city before I became lost in thought and recalled spending time with Kouya and Madarao.

I wondered where Kouya is or if he was okay right now, hoping that he was able to keep our promise after I died but I didn't have a lot of faith in it since I know Kouya and I most certainly knew that he definitely would've taken my death pretty hard, especially since I had been killed by a human so I was worried what kind of impact that would've had on his mental state because he wasn't fond of most humans.

Still, I just needed to be a little optimistic about it since being pessimistic and cynical all the time isn't healthy and I found Madarao and Hakubi after holding out hope that I would find them again, so things might turn out okay as long as I hold out hope that I would find Kouya one day.

Either way, I simply enjoyed the sights for a while when I decided to head back to the school, noticing that it was the afternoon and that school should be over by now as I soon arrived back at Karasumori, seeing students leaving the school grounds and I spotted Yoshimori and Tokine heading home.

They chatted for a little bit but I noticed that something was still on Tokine's mind as she asked Yoshimori how his mother is doing, much to the surprise of the male Kekkaishi and he looked confused by the sudden question as he spoke about how his mother is working as a Kekkaishi somewhere far away when Tokine brought up the Shadow Organization and I started looking thoughtful.

I had heard about the Shadow Organization over the years from other demon slayers and what I know so far is that it comprises of many different people who are skilled in killing Ayakashi and I think I've heard that a few Ayakashi might be a part of the Shadow Organization, though they were just rumors among demon slayers so I didn't know if it was true or not.

Still, I usually don't do anything that would draw the Shadow Organization's attention because I don't know if they can be trusted or not since I'd rather they didn't start hunting me because of what I am, so I try to stay out of their way if possible.

I shook my head and decided to go on ahead before I sighed since today was rather boring as a short time went by, just before I picked up the presence of an Ayakashi and that got my attention.

'An Ayakashi in the daytime? Strange, I thought they prefer darkness so what is one doing out in the day?' I thought just as I spotted a lone woman approaching the door to the Yukimura's compound and knocking on the door.

"Hello...who's this now?" I muttered with an expression of curiosity as the woman waited for someone to answer the door and I studied her in the meantime.

The woman was wearing some kind of dark purple uniform but she wasn't a Kekkaishi from what I can tell and I noted that the Ayakashi I sensed was nearby, if not right next to her and I couldn't see it so it must be invisible just as Tokine's grandmother answered the door.

They talked and the woman introduced herself as Yomi and that she was from the Shadow Organization, piquing my interest as I wondered what a member of the Shadow Organization was doing here so I decided to keep an eye on this newcomer for the time being just as Yomi did a signal with her hand and a giant green hand rose out of the ground, causing my eyes to widen.

'Holy shit, so that's the Ayakashi I sensed...must be hiding underground or something,' I thought as I was fully curious about how Yomi was somehow controlling the Ayakashi but I kept listening to the conversation for any interesting information.

Yomi took some kind of envelope off the Ayakashi's hand and showed it to Tokine's grandmother, who looked around to make sure no one saw anything and proceeded to admonish Yomi for blatantly using her powers in public and the younger woman looked embarrassed as she quickly apologized and frantically signaled to the hand until it sank back into the ground.

Tokine's grandmother allowed Yomi inside the compound and they went inside the house after that, then I waited for a short time before Yoshimori and Tokine arrived home and went into their respective compounds as I was lost in thought about Yomi and the Ayakashi she had with her.

'Yomi, something tells me that I should keep an eye on you,' I thought with a slight frown before I decided to wait until it was dark so that I could head to Karasumori.

Later on, it had gotten dark and I was making my way to Karasumori when I arrived at the school grounds and noticed that I was the first one there so I decided to wait for Madarao, Hakubi, and the two Kekkaishi when I changed into my anthro form and waited at the front gate with my hood up.

I knew that I was taking a big risk by making this decision but they already know about me so there was no reason to hide at night, only during the day as I checked my watch and saw that they should be here at any moment, just as I spotted Tokine arriving with Hakubi and they paused when they saw me.

"It's you," Tokine said with a look of surprise while I was leaning against the wall next to the gate with my arms crossed.

"Yo, figured I'd hang with you guys until the next Ayakashi shows up," I greeted while moving away from the wall and jumping up to the top so that I could sit on it as Tokine and Hakubi shared a look until returning their attention to me.

"Listen, I'm not sure who you are or why you're here but why are you helping us?" Tokine asked and I simply shrugged.

"Who knows, maybe I'm a nice guy that just likes to help random strangers or maybe I'm here to simply kill any hostile Ayakashi I come across," I replied cryptically and Hakubi sweatdropped at my answer.

"That wasn't exactly very informative," Hakubi pointed out and I chuckled.

"Sorry, I know you guys have questions but there are some things I want to keep to myself until the time is right," I said and Tokine frowned at that but she didn't say anything as she went to do a running jump before vaulting over the gate with Hakubi following her after he sent me a puzzled look.

I went after them by jumping down to the other side of the gate and simply waited for Yoshimori and Madarao to show up as I had my hands in my pockets and it was quiet between me and the other two that were with me, though I noticed Tokine or Hakubi looking at me from time to time and I could tell that they wanted answers as to who I was and why I was helping them, then I sensed Yoshimori and Madarao arriving as I saw them going over the gate when they spotted me.

"Hey, it's you again," Yoshimori said and I held up a hand in response.

"Hello, I figured that I should hang with you guys until an Ayakashi shows up," I replied and Madarao looked thoughtful.

"I'm curious, why do you leave once an Ayakashi is taken care of?" Madarao inquired and I sighed.

"I have my reasons but I only stay on the site so that any Ayakashi that comes here is taken care of, though I'm surprised that this place hasn't affected you and the other spirit dog yet," I pointed out in confusion, wondering why Karasumori hasn't affected them yet.

"It's because of the collars we have on us that our Ayakashi sides are kept in check but, about mine...do you think it looks good on me?" Madarao asked while looking a little eager and I chuckled at that while Hakubi sent the white spirit canine a dry look.

"Are you seriously asking him that?" Hakubi questioned and Madarao shot him a look.

"Oh shut up, I just want to hear his opinion on it!" Madarao retorted while the two Kekkaishi was sweatdropping at the argument that was breaking out when I cleared my throat to get Madarao's attention.

"Honestly, I think it looks pretty good on you since the color of the collar goes well with your fur and it brings out the color of your eyes," I answered, causing Madarao to blush from my compliment and he let out a nice laugh while Hakubi appeared uncertain at first until he sighed.

"In that case, what about mine?" Hakubi inquired reluctantly and I looked at him.

"It looks good on you as well," I replied before Hakubi smiled slightly until Yoshimori cleared his throat to get our attention.

"Anyway, has anything weird happen yet?" Yoshimori asked and Tokine shook her head.

"Not really, though I'll be having Hakubi scout out the area a bit," Tokine said and Hakubi nodded.

"Okay then, honey," Hakubi said before he left and it was just the four of us now as Yoshimori looked surprised until he frowned a little and turned to look at Madarao.

"Hey, Madarao, why don't you go take a look around too?" Yoshimori suggested before Madarao appeared reluctant while quickly turning away.

"What?! Give me a break so let's just wait until something happens! Besides, my nose is so sensitive it can-" Madarao whined until he let out a fake yawn, much to Yoshimori's annoyance until I saw that an idea popped into his head if the look in his eyes told me anything.

"Okay, Hakubi's better at that kind of stuff anyway," Yoshimori said, then Madarao's ears perked up and he quickly turned around while looking pissed.

"How dare you even think of comparing that puppy to me so wait here, I'll go sniff out every little trouble there is! I don't care if it's a curse or bad luck either!" Madarao shouted in outrage before quickly leaving, then Yoshimori sent me a look and I got the message.

"Well, I'm gonna go have a look around so see you guys later," I said before I left as well, just simply enjoying the sights while I just walked around the school grounds until I picked up the presence of an Ayakashi.

I started tracking it with my sense of smell and noticed that it was not far from my location so I started running, sensing the others regrouping and going to where the Ayakashi was so they must've sensed it too.

Suddenly, the Ayakashi's presence was gone but I could still smell it so it might've already left the site as I soon arrived at where I last detected the Ayakashi and the others showed up as well, then we started looking around while I wasn't paying attention to what the others said when something fell out of one of the trees behind us with a yelp.

We turned to see that it was Yomi, making me duck out of sight and I hid behind a tree while feeling a little surprised that Yomi was here as I watched her freaking out about how she wasn't here to research the site and broke her cover while accidentally revealing that her powers were what we all picked up earlier, then Yoshimori and Tokine started looking around and wondered where I was since I was currently masking my presence at the moment.

'Oh shit, please don't find me,' I thought but Madarao pointed out my location and Hakubi confirmed it before everyone turned to look at where I was hiding.

"Hey, why are you hiding? You can come out," Tokine called out and I flinched before letting out a sigh and left my hiding place, much to the surprise of Yomi if her expression told me anything.

"You're not a Kekkaishi so who are you?" Yomi questioned and I just shoved my hands into my pockets.

"You could call me a friend," I replied, not giving away who I was and Yomi looked confused as she turned her attention to the others.

"Is he always like this?" Yomi inquired.

"Don't know, we met him not too long ago and he hasn't told us much about himself but he did help us when we were having trouble with an Ayakashi," Yoshimori replied and Yomi went to look at me.

"In that case, would you be up for tea? I already made some and there should be enough for you as well," Yomi offered and I was taken aback by that.

"Oh, I don't want to impose or anything like that," I said a little shyly and Yomi smiled.

"Don't worry, you're not imposing or anything so it's fine," Yomi reassured and I hesitated for a little bit before tentatively walking over to the others.

"Well, I guess I could stay for tea but I won't be staying for long," I said and Yomi grinned.

"Great, I'll get everything set up for us," Yomi declared with a smile.

I didn't know what to make of her since she seems friendly, but experience taught me to be cautious around strangers since some people put up a pleasant front to hide who they are as I watched Yomi set up a blanket on the ground before placing small cups on it and used a thermos to pour freshly brewed tea into the cups as we all sat down and placed most of our equipment on the ground while Yoshimori removed a pair of sneakers and placed them down neatly while Tokine did the same with her sandals but I was surprised that Madarao and Hakubi sat down on either side of me.

"There are some things a person just can't live without and for me, that's tea since I can't stand it if I don't have any. Although, I prefer freshly brewed," Yomi admitted and I smiled a little.

"Yeah, I know what you mean by that since there are certain things I can't live without," I agreed and Yomi looked interested while the others appeared curious.

"Like what?" Yomi inquired and I rubbed the back of my head.

"Sorry, I don't want to sound rude, but I'm not exactly comfortable sharing something personal with someone I just met," I admitted sheepishly and Yomi nodded.

"Oh, it's okay since I'm a stranger so I don't blame you for keeping some things to yourself and that reminds me, is there a reason why you're still wearing your hood?" Yomi asked and I sighed.

"Yeah, but it's personal," I replied and Tokine started looking sympathetic.

"Oh...were you disfigured in an accident or something?" Tokine inquired and I chuckled.

"No, nothing like that since I just prefer wearing a hood but there is a reason why and I'm not ready to share that yet," I answered and the others looked understanding as they let it go but I noticed that Madarao and Hakubi were staring up at me with thoughtful frowns as if they were trying to figure me out.

"Excuse me, I couldn't help but notice that your scent is familiar so have we met before?" Madarao inquired and the two Kekkaishi, as well as Yomi, looked curious while Hakubi still stared at me.

"I don't know, we might have but I can't quite recall," I evaded and Hakubi narrowed his eyes at that.

"Now that I think about it, your scent is also familiar to me so why is that?" Hakubi questioned as I finished my tea and quickly stood up while grabbing my sword and holstering it.

"Sorry, I need to go so I'll see you all later," I said while avoiding the question, then I quickly left Karasumori before anyone could say anything and found myself sitting on the roof of a building.

That was close since Madarao and Hakubi are starting to get suspicious and I knew it was only a matter of time before they figured out my identity, which is why I needed to be prepared for it once that time came but I don't think suddenly leaving to avoid the questions did me any favors since that probably made me look even more suspicious so I steeled myself for the possible confrontation that might happen tomorrow night.

Tomorrow, I spent most of the day just exploring before it got dark and I made my way to Karasumori before changing into my anthro form and making sure my hood was up when I started waiting for Madarao, Hakubi, and the two Kekkaishi to arrive when I spotted Yoshimori and Madarao arriving.

"Hey guys, you're early tonight," I greeted as Yoshimori and Madarao approached me.

"To be honest, I'm surprised that we're early tonight since this lazy bastard usually won't get up when I tell him to," Yoshimori replied and Madarao started looking offended.

"Excuse me? I'll have you know that I do most of the work by locating the Ayakashi so that you can trap and destroy it with your kekkai," Madarao retorted and Yoshimori glared at him.

"You do most of the work? Yeah right, all you have to do is sniff it out but I am the one who does most of the work by trying to trap and destroy the Ayakashi while getting injured most of the time," Yoshimori argued before Madarao scoffed.

"The only reason why you get injured so much is that you're a reckless idiot who doesn't think things through and you ignore my advice most of the time, which is why you need to listen to what I say so that you don't get hurt all the time," Madarao lectured and Yoshimori was about to start shouting at him when I cleared my throat to get their attention.

"Guys, as lovely as this conversation is, can we go inside the site of Karasumori now?" I suggested while sweatdropping at the bickering that was happening in front of me.

With that said, the argument ended and we all went over the gate before having a look around to see if we could find any Ayakashi wandering around, then someone called out to us and I spotted Yomi while she waved at us with a beaming smile.

"Hey Yomi," I greeted just before the female Shadow Organization member approached us.

"Where's Tokine?" Yomi asked before Yoshimori and I shrugged.

"Don't know, she's running a little late tonight or something," Yoshimori replied.

"Oh well, would you two like to have some tea with me then?" Yomi offered and I shook my head.

"Sorry, I'm gonna be scouting around for a little bit so I'll let you guys know if I find anything," I refused before jumping up and going across different branches as I started looking around for any Ayakashi that might be in the area.

Pretty soon, I found myself on the roof and let out a sigh since I have a feeling that this will be a boring night so I wondered what was taking Tokine and Hakubi so long and they weren't usually this late, just before I suddenly detected an Ayakashi that was in the area and its presence was the same as the one that was with Yomi.

'An Ayakaski, where the hell is it?' I thought as I looked around and started quickly searching the area until I sensed that Madarao's presence was suddenly gone.

My eyes widened in alarm since that only meant that he was attacked so I prayed that he was okay while I picked up Tokine and Hakubi entering the area and decided to lend my assistance since Madarao getting attacked meant that Yoshimori might be hurt when I suddenly sensed Hakubi getting attacked and his presence was gone after that before a loud commotion broke out nearby and I hurried because there was a good chance that Tokine was in serious trouble.

I made it to the edge of the roof and looked down to see a giant male demon with green skin as Yomi was standing on one of his shoulders, the woman now having a cold look in her eyes but what had my attention was the fact that Tokine had a kekkai barrier up to shield herself as the demon was pressing his foot on the square barrier and it didn't take long for me to figure out what happened.

Nothing but pure rage flared up as the thought of Madarao and Hakubi getting attacked and possibly killed pissed me off beyond belief while Yoshimori possibly being dead and Tokine about to join him also added to my rage as my eyes turned completely cold and I pulled out my sword.

I jumped up and threw my sword like a boomerang and it spun over to the demon until it severed the foot from his leg, causing him to let out a loud shout of pain while he fell back and landed on his rear, forcing Yomi to grab onto the side of the demon's head to make sure she wouldn't fall off as my sword spun back to me and I caught the handle.

I dove down while pulling out one of my guns and started shooting at the demon, forcing him to raise his arm to shield his face from the bullets that were now peppering the flesh when I flipped forward and landed in front of Tokine.

"That's enough," I said coldly as I stared up at Yomi with an icy expression that showed no emotion as the woman glared down at me.

"Huh, I was wondering where you were so I'll have to have you taken care of as well since you're also a threat and you've hurt Yoki," Yomi stated as the demon was whimpering in pain and Yomi was comforting him before his eyes widened.

"My back," Yoki groaned before I heard something break and Yoshimori jumped up from behind the demon and used his head as a stepping stone until he landed on Yoki's knee with his arms crossed.

"You take back what you said, right now," Yoshimori demanded darkly.

"About what?" Yomi questioned snidely.

"About Tokine's dad so take it back," Yoshimori demanded and Yomi scoffed.

"You don't know anything," Yomi stated.

"Oh yeah? Maybe I don't, but I do know that her dad risked everything he had to protect the ones he loved so that doesn't sound like a waste of life, does it?" Yoshimori told her stoically before I jumped up next to him and stared at Yomi with a cold expression.

"Kid, go check on Tokine and see if she's alright while I deal with these two," I suggested and I could feel Yoshimori's gaze on me.

"But-" Yoshimori tried to argue but I looked at him and he started appearing wary since something about me was different now.

"This is not up for discussion, now go," I stated and Yoshimori nodded hesitantly before jumping off Yoki's knee and going to check on Tokine just as Yomi laughed.

"You're going to fight us all on your own? Don't make me laugh," Yomi said in amusement while my icy gaze focused on her.

"I don't know what you said to Tokine before I showed up but I do know one thing, you and that big demon are going to pay for hurting Madarao and Hakubi," I threatened darkly and Yomi smirked.

"Those ghost dogs? Give me a damn break, they are completely worthless and you are nothing more than an idiot if you think otherwise," Yomi mocked and that pissed me off even more as memories of my time with Madarao, Hakubi, and Kouya went by in my mind.

"You're wrong, they are worth more than your pathetic little existence and you've made a big mistake by hurting them," I stated while raising my sword to aim it at her after I holstered my gun.

"Well, guess I have to kill you now since you're in the way," Yomi declared just as Yoki's tail came at me at a very quick speed.

I dodged the attack and stayed on the move as the tail kept lashing out at me, though I pulled out my guns and resumed shooting at Yoki while the big demon tried to impale or slice me to pieces but I was too fast, holstering my guns and pulling out my sword to clash with the sharp end of Yoki's tail more than once.

Suddenly, I noticed the stump where Yoki's foot used to be started to spasm and throb before bone, muscle, and flesh regrew until Yoki had a brand new foot and the demon stood up, causing me to scowl since there was a good chance Karasumori was causing this so taking down that big demon is only going to get harder and harder the longer he's here.

I jumped back from the latest attack just to see a big green hand attempt to grab me when a kekkai barrier engulfed it and the hand was destroyed, causing Yoki to yell in agony as he grabbed his wrist and stumbled back but a new hand grew from the stump and I was getting irritated at this point just as Yoshimori appeared next to me.

"I thought I told you that I would take care of this," I said while keeping my focus on Yomi and Yoki.

"Hey, I know you're pissed about what happened to Madarao and Hakubi but Tokine and I came up with an idea while you were distracting the big guy," Yoshimori told me.

"Well, whatever you two came up with, we need to put it into action quickly because that big son of a bitch is going to get more and more dangerous the longer he stays here," I pointed out and Yoshimori nodded.

"Yeah, so let's trip him up first!" Yoshimori declared as he covered one of Yoki's feet with a kekkai barrier and I ran forward to get the other foot.

Yoshimori destroyed the foot with his kekkai and I sliced off the other foot with my sword, causing the large demon to fall back while letting out a yell before he crashed into the forest and I thought I could see Yomi getting thrown off in the process.

I don't know what happened to her after that but I took advantage of Yoki being down by leaping up and diving down at him, the big demon looking up at me when I plunged my sword into his chest and he roared in agony while I flipped up to stand onto my sword until I pulled out my guns to shoot him in the face.

Yoki yelled in pain from the barrage of bullets striking him in the face when he suddenly turned to look at the forest, causing me to holster my guns and yanked out my sword but Yoki ignored that while reaching into the forest and pulling a tree out of the ground.

I could see Tokine and Yomi on one of the branches, the former holding a kunai against Yomi's neck and the female Kekkaishi was looking very stunned by what was happening when Yomi elbowed her off the branch and I was forced to dodge the large green hand that almost swatted me away.

'Shit, talk about a pain in the ass so I need to find a way to take that big guy down or we're going to be in a lot of trouble,' I thought while not paying attention to what was being said but then I noticed Yoki groaning about getting stronger when he grew more tails and they went to attack me and the two Kekkaishi.

I dodged and sliced my way through the many tails that came at me but they regenerated and I was too focused on not getting killed but then I could sense Yoki getting stronger, just in time to see him glaring at Yomi as he lashed one of his tails at her and she was sent flying off Yoki's shoulder as her face held an expression of shock and confusion while I noticed the ring on her finger and the one on one of Yoki's horns were gone.

Yoshimori managed to save her from a nasty fall but that wasn't important right now as Yoki roared and he started shedding his skin while the demonic energy was going through the roof, Yoki shrinking down to human-sized and I scowled.

'Not good, I might have no choice but to use that form if my sword and guns turn out to be useless against him,' I thought grimly as Tokine regrouped with Yoshimori, who put Yomi down and was about to join me in taking down Yoki when Yomi grabbed his sleeve.

"No, don't! You leave him alone so don't you dare get in his way," Yomi warned and I suddenly pulled out one of my guns before aiming it at her.

"Shut your fucking mouth, I have half a mind to kill you right now but your pet demon is rampaging at the moment so you're not worth it for the time being, but keep tempting me by opening your mouth and I will put a bullet through your skull," I threatened coldly, much to the unease of Yoshimori and Yokine if their expressions told me anything while Yomi flinched at the gun aimed at her head.

"L-Look, let's focus on dealing with the demon first and then we'll talk about what to do with Yomi after," Yoshimori suggested and I glared at him at first, then I holstered my gun and motioned my head at Yoki.

"Let's just go before I lose any ounce of self-restraint I have left and shoot her in the face," I stated and Yomi widened her eyes.

"Wait, are you two going to kill him?" Yomi asked while looking alarmed before Yoshimori turned his attention to her.

"If he means that much to you, then I'll make sure we take him down without killing him," Yoshimori vowed while sending me a look, then I scowled at that before I started running over to where Yoki is while Yoshimori was right behind me until we separated and surrounded Yoki just as soon as he was done transforming.

"Looks like someone has been doing a little dieting lately, perfect size for trapping," Yoshimori commented while I studied Yoki's new appearance, seeing that he was taller than me and Yoshimori while also being muscular just as Yoshimori attempted to use his kekkai on Yoki, only he noticed and jumped up before he was captured and I scowled as I saw him going high up into the air until he landed on the edge of the roof.

'Shit, he's gotten stronger and there's no doubt that he's faster as well so this isn't going to be easy,' I thought as I saw the twisted look of glee on Yoki's face and he zipped off the roof.

I was proven right at how faster he had become since he was almost a blur as he went back into the woods and started running around while proceeding to tear the place up with his tail, prompting me and Yoshimori to chase after him as he went up to the roof again and sliced off a piece of the building before impacting the roof a few times.

"Oh great, now he's trying to tear the school apart," Yoshimori said with wide eyes.

"Kid, I need you to stay focused because we need to stop Yoki or he'll get too powerful and might turn his attention on the city next," I pointed out grimly and Yoshimori nodded.

"Yeah, you're right," Yoshimori agreed and I hardened my eyes.

"Listen carefully, he's become too fast for you to capture on your own so I'll get his attention and while he's busy fighting me, wait for an opportunity to appear and use your kekkai to capture him since he'll be completely focused on me and won't expect you to get him from behind," I instructed and Yoshimori stared at me like I was nuts.

"You're going to use yourself as bait?! That's crazy!" Yoshimori exclaimed in disbelief.

"Don't worry about me, I'm pretty fast myself so I'll be able to keep up with him long enough for you to capture him once you see an opening," I assured him and walked forward before Yoshimori can say anything, then I let out a sharp whistle to get Yoki's attention and he jumped down from the roof until he landed a few feet away from me.

"You, aren't you the one who sliced off my foot twice and shot me in the face with those projectile weapons? That hurt," Yoki told me as his eyes narrowed at me and I scowled right back at him.

"Yeah, consider that payback for hurting Madarao and Hakubi so understand this, you made a big mistake hurting them so I'm going to teach you what happens when I become an enemy," I threatened as I aimed my sword at him and Yoki chuckled.

"I see, you want revenge for what I did to those two spirit dogs but I have to admit that I was hoping to test my new power on a worthy opponent, so here I come," Yoki declared before he charged at me.

I got my sword ready before Yoki started sending fast and vicious punches at me but I dodged them and swung my sword at him so fast that after-images were being left behind as he dodged and swiped his tail at me more than once.

The end of his tail and my sword clashed more than once as sparks flew everywhere and we moved so fast that we were blurs when I heard Yomi shouting at Yoki to throw the nearby enchanted boulder at me, prompting him to use his tail to snatch the boulder off the ground and flung it at me.

My eyes hardened when I saw the boulder coming right at me and I started spinning my sword around, slicing apart the boulder in quick succession before sending the pieces of stone flying back at Yoki with the blunt edge of my sword as I twirled around acrobatically and Yoki sent the debris flying after swatting it away with his tail.

"You are stronger than I thought, but I don't need cheap tricks to defeat you," Yoki told me and I narrowed my eyes at that.

"Just because you've become more powerful, doesn't mean you're invincible so don't get cocky because plenty of demons I've faced before made the same mistake and paid for it, now shut up and fight," I stated and Yoki grinned.

"With pleasure," Yoki said as I threw up my sword and kicked it at him.

The sword flew at Yoki like a spear as I jumped onto it and used it as a surfboard while I pulled out my guns and started shooting at him, prompting Yoki to dodge the bullets as I flew right at him when he moved so fast that it was like he disappeared.

Acting quickly, I kicked off the blade of my sword and flipped back just as Yoki's fist swung right at where I used to be when I holstered my guns and dove down at him with an ax kick, which he blocked and threw me back.

I landed on the ground and we charged at each other with fists raised before they slammed together, causing a shockwave to erupt and we started slamming our fists against each other as powerful shockwaves left gashes in trees, broke branches, and shattered windows as we kept slamming out fists together until we wound up grappling each other.

I let out an animalistic snarl and Yoki growled as we tried pushing each other back in a test of strength but we weren't getting anywhere when I heard Yoshimori about to use his kekkai, prompting me to let go and jump back just in time as Yoki was covered by the blue barrier, except for his head.

"Nice work, kid," I told him, causing Yoshimori to send me a nod in response before he smirked at Yoki.

"Careful, don't move around in there or you might lose your head," Yoshimori mocked as he shrunk the barrier slightly to prove his point and added, "Well, are you going to keep screwing around or are you going to leave peacefully?"

"I don't need your charity and do you really think that I can't tear through this kekkai, boy?!" Yoki snarled as he started hitting the barrier with his fists and I could sense him getting stronger.

"Shit, not good," I muttered as Yoki's muscles started enlarging while he began roaring from the amount of power that was flooding into his body.

"That's amazing, he's going through another transformation," Yoshimori gasped in astonishment and I nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, though there's no telling if his body can take in that much power since it has to give in eventually from the strain," I pointed out while Yoki kept pounding at the barrier when I detected four people entering Karasumori and rushing over here.

"Moon blade!" someone shouted before two energy blades shaped like a crescent moon went flying past me and Yoshimori before they sliced through the barrier and Yoki as the demon was in half and Yomi cried out for him in pure horror.

'Where the hell did that come from?!' I thought as I quickly looked in the direction of where those energy blades came from, then I saw Yoshimori's grandfather and Tokine's grandmother while they were dressed up in Kekkaishi uniforms and carrying shakujos but they were accompanied by two men that looked like monks of some kind and I didn't know how they are going to react once they see me.

"Okay, who are you?" Yoshimori questioned the two men as I started to quietly make my escape since I can't afford to be seen by anyone else when I started feeling an animalistic rage rise up in me and I grimaced as the power of Karasumori started affecting me so I needed to get away from this place before my Ayakashi side took over and I go completely feral.

"I am Hakudo from the Shadow Organization," Hakudo greeted and my eyes widened at that since that encouraged me to get out of here while I managed to stay in control for now.

"Likewise, and my name is Oudo," Oudo added as I went to get my sword that was jammed into the side of the building when Yoshimori's grandfather saw me.

"You there, what are you doing here?!" Shigemori demanded and I flinched as Tokine's grandmother and the two members of the Shadow Organization had their full attention on me now.

Acting quickly, I ripped my sword out of the side of the building and quickly left in a blur without a word before anyone could react, making my way off the school grounds until I was far enough away from Karasumori and sat on the edge of a building as I forced my Ayakashi side down and let out a sigh of relief while pulling my hood down.

"Jesus, that could've ended badly," I muttered since I don't even want to think about what might happen if my Ayakashi side were to take over, though I was inwardly reprimanding myself for being careless by getting spotted by those two older Kekkaishi and those two members of the Shadow Organization since the latter two will notify their superiors about me.

'Shit, so much for staying hidden from the Shadow Organization,' I thought and knew that I needed to be very cautious now since there was a good chance the Shadow Organization will be on the lookout for me now.

This presented a huge problem since I stayed in the shadows for a reason so I can only hope that they don't find out about my appearance or I'm in serious trouble, though I decided to adapt to my current situation and keep my eyes and ears open since I need to be ready for when the time came for the Shadow Organization to send people after me as I stared up at the night sky and wondered if I would see Kouya again one day.

A/N Hey guys, I know it's been a while but here's another chapter since this was a real pain to write down, but it was worth it in the end since we got to see how dangerous Chris is when he's angry so he's not someone I want to make an enemy out of.

So, I bet you all are wondering about Chris contemplating using another form if his sword and guns turned out to be useless against Yoki, though all I can say is that it will be revealed during the events of episodes 11 and 12 so I can't wait to show you what I have planned during the reunion of Chris, Madarao, and Kouya.

Well, let me know what you think and stay tuned.
