He just needs to breathe. Whatever this is, he could figure it out. He stared at his new reflection. He didn't hate it; a part of him thought it felt right. He could tell she was giving him a moment, but this wasn't real. Yet, it felt like this was real. That this embrace was something, she had done often. This room was something he knew, like the back of the hand. It was their lives.

"Why did you bring him here? He could be an accursed or an assassin to kill us—to kill you." said an annoyed female voice. These voices sound clear, like they were talking in his ear. His reflection became distorted from her voice. When it came back into focus, he noticed that his emerald eyes had changed to silver. 'I'm losing it.' The once blond stared blankly into his eyes. He was freaking out. Was he like her? Was he no longer human? 'I'm it wasnt like I loved it but...' Two arms encircled his lower body. In the mirror, he saw her beaming up at him. His freak out was put on pause as he gazed into her eyes through the mirror.

"Stay with me, Koun. You're the only one who can't forget me." He could feel her hands grip his shirt tighter.

"Mo, I couldn't just leave him there?" He looked towards the door. It was her voice, but she had said that.

The woman clinging onto him turns him around to face her. Her hands-on either side of his face. She was the only thing in his line of sight. Yet his eyes went to the door. He could hear beyond it two sets of feet, one was wearing a pair of heels, and the other was wearing indoor shoes, he guessed because he could barely hear it.

"What are you looking at love?" The beauty said, gazing deeply into his eyes. 'Kyo–' Koun's mind grasped at a name as he looked down at her, but he couldn't remember it correctly.

"Did you— didn't you hear that."

"Hear what… it's just you and me here." She turned his body to face her, hugging him close to her. Her warmth invaded his body. The former blond's heart pounded against his ribcage. He was losing his train of thought again. He needed to know what was beyond the dark wood door, yet Kyoko was the only one that could take over his mind and make it her own. He stared blankly at it. The craving on it was fairytale-like, which matched the room's overall appearance. 'Wait–,' The name he was struggling to find, came back to him—his Kyoko. Koun turned to her and put his hand under her chin to lift her head.

"Kyoko?" He tested the name on his tongue. It fit her perfectly.

"Yes, Koun…"

"I'll never let you go, you have me forever, my princess."

She opened her mouth, but the unidentified female voice from before cut her off.

"You should have left him or better yet finished him."

"I have to go, I-I need to know." She looked displeased by that statement.

The door was calling him. It wanted to take him far away from her. His princess pulled him closer to her. Into his shirt, she said, "You can go, it's okay."

The her on the other side of the door said, "I have no right to take someone else life."

The other female let out a sigh. "I will do it if you can't," She said gently.

She released her hold on his lower half. Koun smiled down at the beauty, quiet thank you. He walked to the door. It was cold now, and the room was now dark. He turned around, she was gone, and the room was barren, white sheets covering the furniture. He jumped, freezing cold walked soaked his feet. He followed it to the source. The source being where the door once was, now a wall of water. The house was now completed submerged in water. 'None of this is real.' He walked into the dark depth.
