Six weeks before her wedding, Liv woke up to the smell of chocolate. She walked into the kitchen, having gotten clearance from the doctor the day before to completely stop using the crutches. Noah and Elliot were in the kitchen smiling. "We woke up early and got chocolate croissants for breakfast," Noah told her excitedly. "We were just heating them up."

"Thank you," Liv said, smiling. "They smell delicious."

"It's six weeks until your wedding!" Noah said. "And five weeks until my adoption!" Liv hugged him. Because Noah's adoption hearing needed to be held in Manhattan, it couldn't be part of the wedding but Elliot would be able to officially adopt Noah a week before the wedding.

Liv walked into the precinct still thinking about Noah's adoption and the wedding. "Congratulations!" Amanda told her immediately.

"Thanks," she answered, confused.

Amanda laughed. "You're off crutches!"

"Oh!" She said. "Right! They cleared me yesterday."

"You don't seem to have noticed," Amanda joked.

"No, it's a relief, trust me. But today is five weeks until Noah's adoption hearing and six weeks until the wedding. That's what I was thinking about when I came in."

"A lot of things to congratulate you for," Amanda said warmly.

At the end of the day, Elliot texted her that he and Noah were running an errand. Puzzled, she got ready to leave, planning to get an Uber. Fin came into her office. "I'm driving you home," he said.

"Does this have anything to do with Elliot and Noah's mysterious errand?" She asked Fin.

"If it does, my lips are sealed," Fin laughed. When she got upstairs, she found a small gift bag from Elliot and a card telling her to relax in the bath until they got home. The bag was filled with some luxury lavender bath products.

She was in her robe and had just finished combing her hair when she heard the door open.

"Close your eyes!" Noah called.

"Not until you're sitting," Elliot interjected. "We aren't taking any chances. Sit at the table," he suggested when she walked over to the couch. She heard Noah and Elliot whispering as they set the table. "Whatever the surprise is, it smells delicious," she said. Noah laughed.

"You can open your eyes, Mom!" Noah exclaimed. She found a glass of her favorite wine and even more surprisingly, slices of the delicious pear and caramelized onion pizza from the pizzeria in Geneva in front of her.

"You drove all the way to Geneva and back?" Liv asked astonished.

"We wanted to have a special dinner," Elliot said. "Since it's five weeks until Noah's adoption, six weeks until the wedding and you're off crutches."

"I can't believe you drove that far for dinner," she said. "Thank you. This is so special."

"We thought you deserved some pampering to help your ankle get better faster too," Elliot said, looking at her lovingly.

"That was delicious," she said when they were done eating. "Thank you, Noah and El."

"You haven't had dessert yet," Noah protested. He scampered into the kitchen and came back with a bakery box. She opened it curiously.

"You went to the Chocolate Chalet too," she said. Noah beamed at her. "Thank you, darling," she said, hugging him tightly. "You've helped make today so special."

"I wanted to cheer you up since you got hurt again," Noah explained. "And we're so happy that you don't have to use the crutches anymore."

"Me too," she said, smiling. "That was so thoughtful, Noah," she said giving him another hug. "Thank you, El," she said, kissing him.

They ate miniature cookies, pastries and candy. "This was a perfect dinner and dessert," Liv told Elliot and Noah.

When Noah had gone to sleep, Liv lay in Elliot's arms. "Thank you for today," she told him again. "I love you."

"I love you too," he said. "I know how difficult it's been to go through another ankle injury. I thought you could use some things to make today special."

"It was perfect," she responded. She leaned into him and kissed him.
