Sakura Matou sighed as she took in the sight of the big mansion looming in the dark before her. It was already ten minutes past nine. The front gate was already locked when she got here. Thankfully, or rather, unfortunately, her grandfather always make sure that his grandchildren all carry spare keys.

"Grandfather...?" she called out. No answer came. Zouken Matou usually appeared like ghost whenever she got home later than her brother.

Perhaps he is resting. Sakura made her way into the house. It was very quiet inside. She recalled that Shinji often turn music loudly in his room around this time.

Is brother sleeping?

Wondering so, she went up for her room. However, right after she climbed the last staircase to the second floor, Sakura halted her steps. Her brother was waiting, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed. His face was scowling.

"Good evening, Brother," she said, careful to keep her voice level. Her heart began to throb as Shinji didn't return her greeting. He stared her down for what felt like a very long ten seconds, still with that displeased look.

"It's late. What were you doing at Emiya's?"

"I helped Emiya-senpai clean up after dinner."

"Is that all?"

What was he leading on? Sakura clenched the handle of her schoolbag.

"Your visits get longer and longer, Sakura. I barely see you outside of school anymore."

"Do you… do you need me for something?"

Apparently it was a wrong response. Shinji's hand struck down faster than Sakura could react.

"Ugh…!?"

She gasped and stumbled back, feeling a dull pain weighing in her gut. Shinji flexed his closed fist, his scowl had been replaced by a smirk.

"B-Brother...?"

Sakura grasped her stomach warily. It ached where Shinji had hit her.

"Yes. I need you for something, Sakura," he said. He grabbed Sakura by the arm and yanked her to a walk.

"I've been stressed these past few days, you know? Help your brother lighten up, will you?"

"I… I don't… I can't, not now…"

Shinji opened the door to his room and shoved Sakura inside. She flinched when he slammed it shut behind his back.

"Nah, don't worry. It won't be the usual. I know Grand father have a big thing coming, that whole Holy Grail War business, so I'm not gonna fuck you tonight."

He cracked his knuckles.

"I'll have you satisfy me with this."

Shinji rushed in before she could say anything, grabbed her shoulder with his left hand, and punched her stomach again with his right. Out of shock, her bag fell off her hand. Closer to her solar plexus, the punch hurt worse than before and knocked some air out of her. Sakura whimpered in pain and doubled over, heaving.

"Ohh… Brother, stop…"

"Yeah, yeah, that's it. That's what I want to see."

He reached for her hair and made a hard pull, forcing her to straighten up. She cried from the pain, but the cry was cut off by two consecutive jabs to her lower belly.

Pain and nausea shot deep through her insides. Sakura's vision blacked out for a split second. Her knees almost collapsed, but Shinji punished her once more with a slug right into her solar plexus.

"Guh-! Uuugh…"

Sakura fell to her knees and retched. Half-digested dinner, saliva, and gastric acid rushed out of her mouth and spilled all over the floor. Putrid stench filled the room as she sobbed and clutched her stomach.

"You bitch! Making a mess of my room!"

The sole of Shinji's right foot hit Sakura in the chest, sending her falling to her back. He strode after her and kicked down on her side. Sakura let out a choked scream.

"Augh! Ugh! Argh!"

Her screams and tears did not earn any shred of pity from her brother. His foot hammered down all over her stomach. Three, five, eight times. He then knelt on her belly and pressed down with his weight.

"Please… stop… Nii-san… I beg you…"

Sakura pleaded with a wheezy voice, struggling to breathe.

"Fine. Have a little break."

Shinji got off her and took some steps back. Sakura coughed and heaved on the floor, unable to get up. The inside of her stomach felt like it had been pulverized and replaced with sacks of sharp rocks.

"I'm sorry… Nii-san, I'm sorry… please, no more…"

"No, no, no. We haven't reached the climax yet."

Shinji reached for the collar of her uniform and forced her up. She moaned as the action made her stomach throb painfully.

"Put your hands behind your back, bitch," he demanded. Sakura shook her head weakly. The amount of pain she was feeling was about to make her pass out already.

"Really now?"

Letting go of Sakura's collar, Shinji forcefully removed her hand from holding onto her stomach. Then he began to twist the hand. Sakura whimpered, her other hand tried to pry off Shinji's grip on her, inevitably leaving her open for more hits.

Shinji grinned as his knee shot up. The blow hit Sakura squarely in her belly.

"Guhuh!" Sakura lurched forward from the impact. And again from a kick. And again. And again. And again.

"Uugh…" she slumped forward, consciousness drifting. Shinji caught her shoulders and pushed her up against the wall. She groaned weakly, failing to form words.

"Here's the final drill," he said. Sakura heard a rustling sound. With her darkened vision, Sakura could barely perceive her brother taking out something from his pocket and holding it in his hand.

"Take this, you bitch!"

Something hard hit her above the navel. Harder than human fists. Something metallic. Pain had dulled Sakura's senses, but this one hit still registered to her brain nonetheless.

"Ugh-!"

"And again!"

"Oogh!"

The second hit impacted her upper belly, causing her to throw up for the second time. She tasted something salty rising at the base of her throat.

On the third punch, she realized that she was bleeding internally.

"Urgh…"

On the sixth punch, she coughed out blood.

"Holy shit! Damn, bitch, you're bleeding!"

The barrage of blows stopped abruptly. Shinji let go off her shoulder and backed away.

"Uughh..."

Sakura couldn't say anything. She couldn't even think of anything. Her head was spinning. Her entire body was trembling and drenched in sweat. There was only a deep, excruciating pain in her stomach that she felt. Pain and more pain. Pulsating and rising. She coughed and hurled some more blood. They trickled down her chin and reddened the blouse of her uniform.

It hurts… oh, God, it hurts so much…

Stumbling, Sakura's back slided down the wall as she collapsed to the floor. Another glob of blood forced its way out of her mouth. She heard her brother yelling in panic and cursing frantically as he ran out of the room.

"Uu… uuhh…" she cried. The pain was too unbearable at this point, but she couldn't move a muscle to help herself. Darkness tainted her vision as her mind started to drift.

Senpai… I want to see Emiya-senpai…

He was her light, Shirou Emiya and his innocent eyes. His gentle voice and warm smile, Sakura wanted to see them again. Even if only for a bit.

Before the pain shut her down. Before the darkness took her away.

Senpai… it hurts… I can't take it… please… help me…

Sen… pai…

Nee-san…

If anybody heard her final thought, they did nothing.
