Protection. In all the excitement over the course of the night, they had completely forgotten about it. But then again, neither of them expected to have gotten this far with the other just yet.
Wolf pulled himself up from on top of Diane. "We should stop," he laughed nervously. "We wouldn't want to be careless now, would we?"
"Right...right." Diane looked across the kitchen to the stove clock.
12:47
"Jeez it's late, I didn't realize how much time had past." She said pulling her shorts back on.
Wolf adjusted the fly of his pants following her gaze, "Damn youre right, I should-uh...get going."
They finished getting redressed and cleaned up the spilt cards from off the floor before Diane walked Wolf to the door.
"Well I hope you had a good time." She said
"I did, great time actually." He gave a small smile, "Maybe we can do this again in the furture."
"I'd like that a lot and hopefully next time we'll be a bit more prepared for any...surprises." She teased opening the front door.
Wolf blushed as his tail started wagging from side to side. "Absolutely." He gave her a peck on the cheek, "Goodnight Diane."
"Goodnight Wolf."
She returned his kiss before he got in his car and drove off. She leaned against the door frame, watching his car until it was completely out of sight.
Getting off the elevator, Wolf tried his best to quietly seek through the hideout. Unfortunately, his arrival woke up Piranha, who had fallen asleep watching TV on the couch
"*Yawn* Damn lobo you've been gone forever," he slurred, rubbing his eyes, "Everyone went to bed hours ago."
"O-oh yeah sorry, Diane and I...lost track of...time."
"Well did you at least have a good time?"
Wolf blushed and was grateful for the dark room hiding his face. "Yup it was great, r-real great."
"Mmmm that's gooooooood." He mumbled, drifting back to sleep.
Wolf exhaled as he looked down. In his grasp was a bag, and within it a box of condoms. He had stopped by the gas station on his way back and bought himself a pack. He would have to find a good hiding spot for his purchase, lest he be the laughing stock of the gang for the next few weeks. But one thing was for sure. Next time he went over to Diane's place, he'd be prepared.
