The next day, pageant practise had just ended, and the participants and judges were about to wrap up for the day.

From the stage, Lola watches Winston and Alfred stand up from the judge's table and pack up. She smiles at the former (as she usually does), but upon laying her eyes on the latter, her smile shifts to that of pity. Alfred takes notice of the pageant queen and smiles, but then he takes notice of her frown, and he frowns as well. They both remember the incident last night. Not wanting to feel embarrassed right now, he quickly turns away and takes the exit.

Lola feels bad for him. Alfred is so ashamed of expressing his feminine side because that is not expected of him or others of his gender. She knows that she promised him not to tell anybody else about his love for traditionally feminine hobbies, but she has to help him in some way. That is when an idea hits her.

Lola takes a deep breath and then places her index finger and thumb on her lips, making a loud whistle sound. Her whistle caught the attention of the pageant girls who stop whatever they are doing and huddle around Lola.

"Ladies! Under the stage, now!" Lola yelled as she pulled a lever next to her. It activates the stage door and drops everyone under the stage. Lola then jumps after them.

The girls are recovering from the fall as Lola lands in a hero-landing-like pose in the middle of the crowd.

"Listen up, ladies!" She yells once more to regain their attention. "We have another emergency on our hands!"

"Did you and Winston break up again?" Chinah asked, concerned.

"What? No! We're still together!"

"Did the hairdryer get stuck in your hair again?" Jackie inquired.

"My hair is fine!" Lola shows the back of her hair dangling down as usual.

"Did Lindsey set up more traps?!" Sally Sweetheart wanted to know, feeling fearful.

Lindsey gives her a look of insult. "Hey! I'll have you know that I gave that up ever since Lola and I made up!"

"Quiet!" Lola tells both of them. "It has nothing to do with us!"

"Huh?!" The pageant girls are confused.

"Then why did you drop us here?" Isabelle asked.

"Because Alfred is in need of our help!" Lola claims.

"Oh! I get it now." Roxanne recalls walking in on her boyfriend wearing her gown.

"I know I promised Alfred not to tell you girls this," Lola explains, "but I can't keep silent for longer! Last night, Roxanne here found Alfred wearing her dress!"

The girls react with dumbfounded shock.

"Alfred? Wearing a dress? That sounds so unlike him, girl," said Jane, sceptical.

"I thought so too, Jane," Lola resumes, "but it turns out he does! He just doesn't do it around us or in public!"

"Lola," Chinah speaks up, "you know how boys act. They want to express their masculinity as much as possible. It's the same reason they hide their emotions, act aggressive, and flirt with us. Wearing a dress in public would ruin that!"

"And that's the problem! We expect that from boys, including Alfred, and he feels ashamed of it!"

Now that Lola had mentioned it, they do expect that from boys, including Alfred. Some of them feel guilty. They have always believed that girls (and boys for that matter) should express themselves however they like without shame.

"Now what do you all say?" The pageant queen asks them. "Shall we help monsieur Alfred?"

"Yeeeaah!" The girls cheer.

"Then let's do it!" Lola raises her fist in the air like a revolutionary as her friends cheer on.
