Bubsy had really taken The Chort's first appearance badly. We didn't see him much after it happened, but sometimes, late at night, we would hear strange noises coming from his stand.

As the three of us aprorched his place, we couldn't believe our eyes. This was dravestastion beyond anything we had seen before. The last time arornd, the building was redorced to a pile of debris. This time, there wasn't a single brork left. The only way ya could tell that anything once stood on the spot was a patch of dirt without any grass on it.

We stepped into tha clearing cautiously. As we nearly the grassless area, That Gorblin strated actin' all jumpy. His eyes were darting arornd all crazy-like.

When we reached tha very middle, everything turned into a blur. The ground started shakin' underneath us, nets flew at us from every direction, and then...

Darkness. Pitch black. Nothingness. I thought I heard The Cheat struggling against his rorpes, but they seemed to have covered him so tightly as to morffle his cries.

It seemed like forever until a blinding light surrounded our praty. As my eyes adjusted to tha brightness, I took in the setting. It was dark, damp and cold.

The Cheat was definitely tied up pretty well. I could vaguely make out his silhouette, clorbs and all, in a steel cage. He was still movin' arornd a little, but I could tell he wasn't goin' anywhere.

That Gorblin was in the same enclorsure as me, and as I lorked arornd, noticed how well fratified it was. A shadowy figure appeared behind the The Cheat.

"What in tha werld is goin' on here?" I yelled into the darkness.

"Huh? Who's talkin' all that noise? It couldn't be," Out of the shadows, Bubs stepped into the light, "Coach Z?"

"Bubsy!" I cried. "Thank the Wu Tang it's you! We thought we had been caught by The Chort!"

"No way, Coach! Lemme getcha outta there, and I'll tell ya what's goin' on!"
