We had no choice. We knew what we had to do. Our friends needed our help. We had to get to The Stick.

First, we pried Strong Sad's hands off his face with my putter, then handed him Strong Mad's porching wedge.

"I know yer not the best at fightin' there Strong Sad, but you better hold onto this, just in case."

"Oh, wow, a golf club. Golf is my favorite sport, because the winner is the one who get's the most negative score..." replied the grayest of the Strongs. "I'm always the most..."

"Nevermind that Strong Sad, we gotta get outta here! Tha boys and Marzipan have been captured, and are being held hostage down at The Stick! Jump onto Benjamin over there with The Cheat, and me and That Gorblin will ride behind ya."

By now, it was getting darker, so dark that we could barely see where we were going. But all of a sudden, a bright light started shining ahead of me.

"Is that you up there Strong Sad?" I asked.

"Yes, it's me. I always keep a couple of flashlights with me, just in case I can't find the buttons on the CD player when I'm listening to music in my dark room..."

"Meh! Meheena meheh!" said The Cheat, as he snarched one of the flashlights from Strong Sad and tossed it to me.

"Good thinkin', The Cheat! We'll be at The Stick before we know it."

And soon enough, we were there. Our flashlights panned across the ground until both beams cranvraged on a small, furry blue animal smiling from atop a huge Discount Alligator next to The Stick. It was The Chort.

"Meh meh meh. Meh!" We followed The Cheat's orders instantly, each of us dismounting, me leading Jackson to a tree and tying him up. Now The Cheat was staring down The Chort.

The Chort was holding a weapon I'd never seen before. It was two 3 Woods, but they had been forged with their hilts joined. It was the first double sided golf clorb I had ever seen. The Cheat was grarsping his 4 Wood in his left paw, his drorver in his right.

The two just stared at each other for the longest time, neither of them making a move, neither even blinking. The only sounds were the heavy breathing of their steeds and the eerie whorstling of wind through faraway trees.

Suddenly, both the alligators reared back, the chorged at one another. As they passed each other a flurry of blows came from both sides. The clorbs faces reflorcted the light of the flashlights ever now and then. The alligators weren't just running by, each was trying to snap at the other and their rider.

The clink of metal on metal resounded throughout the surrounding forest, scaring the birds into flight across the blackened sky.

Just as suddenly as it started, both combatants pulled out. But before I even had the chance to cheer The Cheat on, they were back in tha fray. Benjamin was snapping wildly, until it finally caught a hold of something solid, the other alligator's tail. In a frenzy of pain, it reared onto its back legs, throwing The Chort off it's back.

"Hooray! Great jorb, The Cheat, now you've definitely..." but I didn't get to finish my sentence. Instinctively, Benjamin went into a death roll once getting something in it's mouth. The Cheat let out a horrified "MEEEEHHH!" as the huge reptile flipped over and over.

After the first roll, The Cheat was off it's back, but not doing well. The alligator's weight had obviously hurt him pretty badly.

Strong Sad and I gasped as our lights flashed off of the gators, and onto The Cheat and The Chort. The Cheat was lying in a crumpled heap on the ground, and The Chort was advancing toward him.

"Meh! Meh mehee..." The Chort's eyes were getting wider and more sinister by tha second.

Soon, The Chort was standing just above The Cheat.

"Meh... Meeh!" The Cheat could barely get what would be his final words out. The Chort had a triorphant look on his horrible face. He prepared to swing the final blow. I couldn't bear to watch, but I couldn't look away. The Chort looked down on The Cheat, who clornched his teeth and closed his eyes.
