After saving my progress, I enter the next room. In there is some sort ghost wearing a purple hat on the floor "zzzzzzzzzzzzzz" This ghost just keeps saying Z repeatedly... Oh well, I guess I'll have to move it with force then.

Tedhaun - ATK 12 DEF 20
"oh... did you want me to scare you? i'm sorry but i'm not very good at it" The ghost looks not that into it. "I'm sure you can be scary if you just try!" I said, hoping to cheer them up. "really? okay, here I go." Suddenly, a group of smaller ghosts appeared and surrounded me and charged straight at me. I get hit a few times and I'm forced to eat the candy that I took earlier.

"O-ouch, that hurt. If I was some random passerby and you were to do that, I would be running for the hills for sure!" I said, complimenting Tedhaun on their skills. "heh... thanks, i guess. i'll let you pass by. who knows, maybe we will meet again someday." I wave goodbye to Tedhaun and reach a fork in the road, with there being two different doors.

I enter the door that's in front of me and find myself near a few cobwebs and a sign. The sign reads 'Welcome to the Spider Bake Sale! Spider Donuts are 7 star coins and Spider Ciders are 12 star coins'. Well, I could stock up on some healing items. I spend the star coins I've received from sparing encounters to buy a donut and some cider.

I exit the room and enter the door I didn't go in previously. In there is a group of three Jambelievers, with one of them wielding a staff! They notice me and charge straight at me!
Jammerjab - ATK 10 DEF 3
I spare the other Jambelievers like normal and after nearly getting jabbed by it's staff, I compliment the Jammerjab's leadership skills and their tecnique, thus allowing me to spare them.

In the next room is another room with fragile floors. Oh well, I guess I'll... Huh? There's some spikes blocking my path! I guess I'll break the floors and see what's underneath. In the first hole there is what seems to be a normal looking flower. I carefully approach it and inspect it. Huh, it doesn't look too baAAAGH!

Bulby - ATK 5 DEF 12
Man, I just can't catch a break with flowers, can I? *Sigh* well, the flower does look a bit wilted. Luckily, I know just the spell to heal wilted flowers! After unwilting the flower, the Bulby seems happy with me and burrows back into the ground. The next hole contains a hat that's worn by the Jambelievers in here. If I wear it, they will surely deal less damage to me if they think I'm more like them!

The hole after that contains a switch, I pull it and hear the noise of something receding. Sure enough, when I fly back out of the hole the spikes are gone! I could just walk out of this room now, but my curiosity gets the better of me and I check what's in the other holes. In the fourth hole I find Tedhaun again. "oh... it's you again. i guess i can say thanks for helping me out. you really made me more confident in my skills." "Well, I'm always happy to help!" I respond as I float out of the hole.

The fifth hole has nothing in it and the final hole has another Bulby I encounter. After that, I head out of the room and find myself in a room with three pillars each having different coloured switches. The sign next to me says 'each room marks a shift in perspective'. The next room I enter sure enough it looks like a clockwise rotation of the last one.

The sign near me reads 'if you can read this, press the blue switch'. Sure enough, when I press the blue switch, the spikes blocking my path go away. I clear the next two rooms, pressing the red switch and the yellow switch respectively. The next room is another crossroads, and like last time, I enter the door in front of me. Inside is the Jammerjab I spared earlier. "Hey, I heard Flamberge went past here a few minutes ago to pick up groceries. I'm glad she isn't near here right now as she kinda scares me."

The room ahead is a balcony that has one of the Jammerjab's staffs in it. This could come in handy if I need to attack anything. I head back to the crossroads and want in the direction I haven't gone yet. In the next room there is what seems to be a house with Flamberge in front of it. She notices me and rushes straight to me.

"There you are! What did I say about staying where you were?" "Uh... Because I was bored? Standing around for fifteen minutes isn't the most fun thing in the world you know." "I... Never mind, you're right. I shouldn't have left you there expecting you to stay. Follow me, I have something to show you."

I follow Flamberge into what I assume is her house and I'm hit with a warmth of welcomness. "Here, this is my home, I hope you enjoy it here. Remember when I asked you if you liked chocloate or vanilla? Well, I baked you a chocolate-vanilla cake for you to enjoy once it has cooled down." "W-wow, thanks for that!" "It's no problem. The guest room is in the hallway, the first door to your left." I head to the end of the hallway to look in the mirror that's there. It's just me, Magolor. I entered the guest room to see a bed and a few other bedroom items in there. I look at the bed and decide to take a nap while I wait for the cake to cool down.

When I wake up, I notice a plate with a slice of chocolate-vanilla cake. I take it for later and head to the main room. "Uh hey, Flamberge, do you know a way out of this place?" Flamberge seems to stop for a moment. "Uh... Why would you want to do that?" "Because I want to find a way to get back home." "T-this IS your home now, what are you talking about?" "L-listen, Flamberge, you seem nice and all, but I REALLY need to find a way to get back home." Flamberge stays silent for a moment. "I have to do something, stay here." She heads to the stairwell and goes down it.

I follow her down and try to catch up with her. "You wish to go home, do you not? Further lies the exit to the Jambastion. I am going to destroy it." "Wh-what?! Why?!" "In the Jambastion, the people here are a lot more resonable. Outside, you will not survive." "I'm sure I can handle myself Flamberge, I'm not a kid." "You are naive, aren't you? If you leave Jambastion... They, DEDEDE, will kill you. I am only protecting you, do you understand?" I follow Flamberge to near the end of the hallway. "Don't try to stop me, this is your final warning." We reach the end of the hallway in front of a large door. "You wish to leave so badly? Prove to me you are capable of surviving out there."

Flamberge - ATK 80 DEF 80
I try to reason with Flamberge, but it seems she won't listen to me. She launches a volley of fireballs in my direction, I barely get through without getting hit. It seems talking won't work, so I will just have to do nothing and tire her out. Flamberge takes out her blade and charges right towards me. My experiences with Tedhaun help me to avoid her attack. "What are you doing? Attack or run away!" She sends another volley of fireballs, this time I get hit. Another volley later and I need to eat a spider donut. "S-stop looking at me that way!" Flamberge's attacks start to get shaky and soon her fireball volley barely even reaches me. "Look, I-I know you want to go home, but..." Flamberge seems to have completely stop attacking me. "I promise you that the Jambastion is a great place to live! Why are you making this so difficult?" After a long silence, Flamberge speaks up again. "No, I understand. You would just be unhappy trapped in here. Despite it's size, the Jambastion is quite small once you get used to it. Very well, I will allow you to leave."

"I guess this is jambuhbye... Please be good for me." After entering the door, I go through another long hallway and find another patch of grass. As expected, Flowey pops out from it. "Clever, veeeery clever. You managed to get through without killing a single person! But what will happen when you meet someone far stronger than you? Will you kill in frustration, or will you finally give up and allow me to take your soul?" Flowey manages to flash a wicked grin, chilling me to the bone. "Don't worry, I won't kill you here, watching you struggle is so much more fun!" Flowey lets out an evil laugh and pops back into the ground.

After that, I move forward and exit the Jambastion.
