Having been thrown into a large cell on a lower deck of the enormous ship, if not the bottom, Luffia felt disoriented and dizzy.

The young girl was bound with a blue-ish cuff called seastone around her ankle, sapping every last bit of her energy.

Upon realizing that she had started to cry, Luffia began rubbing the tears that were shedding down her face.

As she choked back tears, she sputtered: "I'm sorry, I don't want to upset Ace and Sabo wherever they are." She addressed herself to herself, breaking the silence in the cell.

As if a switch had been flipped, there was a loud bang and electricity coursing through her body. She let out a gut-wrenching scream.

She hears a cold, indifferent voice say "No talking."

Her tears started pouring out as she curled up into a ball and thought to herself I guess I really am a cry baby.

Her straw hat was nowhere to be found. It must have been knocked off her head during the fight. She began crying even louder, just to feel the electricity coursing through her body again. She screams.

"Be quiet." The sharp cold voice cut through the cell.

She tries to muffle the sobs with her hand and get her breathing back under control. This lighting is not like hers. She thinks solemnly and feels a bit of betrayal that the lighting that has always been her friend since shanks came is the thing hurting her. Her last reminder of shanks ripped away from her.

She stayed curled up like that for a good twenty minutes until the weight of exhaustion, pain from the lighting and the seastone cuff caught up to her and she fell asleep.

Eventually, a guard gave Luffia a glass of water and some stale bread roll, which she munched on silently when she awoke.

For a week Luffia sat in silence whenever she dared try to make a noise the electric lighting course threw her again. She stopped trying after the 6th time. She was living on water and bread that the meanie guards gave her.

It was just when luffia had finally managed to fall asleep when the last currants of pain from making too much noise faded that three bulky guards came and stood in front of their large cell. The first guard, who had blue hair, pulled out a key and unlocked the cell door, letting it creek open before stepping through.

"Stay still, brat," came his harsh gruff voice.

Luffia stayed stalk still, not wanting to feel the currents of lighting again.

She watched as the second guard unlocked the cuff around her ankle and the first guard pulled her up, forcing her to walk out the door.

She was pushed through many hallways, all with the same white walls and wood floors until they reached a place deep within the ship where the wood walls and floors turned to metal. Her wings the only thing keeping her warm in the damp dark and silent cell dragging behind her.

She made sure to keep calm. So that her wings don't spark with lighting not wanting to give the guards any reason to punish her.

The next thing she knew, she had been forced through a door and was greeted by a wave of heat. She looked and squinted before going wide-eyed at the fiery hot furnaces along the back wall.

Then she saw the red hot iron rods that held the infamous symbol of the Celestial Dragons. The only reason why she remembered that is because sabo made her. He told her to run if she ever saw that. Sorry, sabo she thinks.

She had started crying

"ACEEE! HELP ME! PLEASE!" she screamed as she was pressed onto the iron table.

A blood-curdling scream escaped Luffia lips as the brand was pressed into the small of her back in between the four wings. And it didn't stop for a good thirty seconds. Her tiny body was unable to keep up with the pain of the heat, and she started to slip out of consciousness as she was pinned to the table. She could only remember thinking I wish Ace was here but he wasn't.

The pain causes Luffia to twitch every now and then, but she is out cold, her breath shallow from the pure pain.

The entire room, except for the unconscious Luffia, turned its attention to the heavy metal door as it slowly swung open, revealing, among other things, the legendary Celestial Dragon.

The three guards bowed before the Dragon.

The Celestial Dragon stepped forward and looked down on Luffia. He tched and shifted his massive body to lay eyes on the guards.

"Is this the new slave?" He asked in a haughty, pompous, high-pitched voice.

The blue-haired guard nodded without looking up saying, "We've just branded her, my Lord. What are your orders?"

A thin grin slithered across the face of the Dragon as he glanced back at Luffia, his mind no doubt turning.

The man glanced at Luffia and saw a seastone bracelet on her small wrist; the guards had placed it there just before entering the branding chamber to keep her devil powers in check.

The Dragon raised his eyebrow and questioned his guards, "she's a devil fruit user?"

Both guards nodded.

" Of course she is a devil fruit user, she has wings, you idiots." The greasy pig said. The guards thought it wise not to argue.

The pig was not even looking up from Luffia studying her intensely, he was holding her by her white ratty t-shirt collar between two thickly gloved fingers; Holding her out at arm's length as if he were disgusted of letting Luffia near him.

Luffia had curled in on herself as she hung simply from the air.

A strange demented smile curled around his lips, "she's in decent shape, and with a devil fruit power like that-" he traced two long arcs across the wings on Luffia back, "I think she'd make a great pet."

Luffia unconscious shivered from the touch.

"For now until we dock, put her in solitary confinement. We can't have her get damaged by the others now can we."

The Dragon started walking away but stopped and turned to sneer at the guards.

The third guard rushed forward and opened the door for him.

The dragon with his head held high strolled out of the room.
