Reinhard awoke in the middle of the desert. His eyes opened to look up in the sky to notice that there were three suns beaming down on him. He sat up right having no clue where he was or how he got there. In fact he didn't even remember his own name. Reinhard completely forgot who he was, where he was from, or the life he lived up to the current moment.

All his past memories were incinerated to ashes and blew away into the desert of nothingness and insignificance.

Taking a look at his clothes, Reinhard had no idea what he was even wearing. He was dressed in a well made black shirt, white trousers, with lilac cuffs, black shoes, a fancy white jacket with an unfamiliar crest pictured on the upper part of Reinhard's left sleeve, and a black belt fastened around his waist.

The heat was unbearable. Reinhard looked up in the sky and saw three large suns in different places. All radiating their heat and light onto the desert. The ground was incredibly dry. Reinhard had a feeling the desert had never rained before.

The desert was littered with red sand. The only other thing Reinhard could see stand out from the desert were the unusual amount of trees that blossomed purple pedals.

Suddenly a man wearing a black suit walked up to him. His outfit was topped off with a fedora on his head. Despite being in a desert that had three suns in the sky, the man in the suit didn't seem bothered by the heat in any way.

Reinhard looked at the man in the suit looking confused. Silently begging to know what was happening around him. And the reason why he couldn't remember a single thing about himself. Before Reinhard could get a word out of his mouth the man in the suit spoke before him.

"Welcome to Hell, lost soul," the man in the suit said in a casual tone. As if he said that sentence a million times before.

"H-Hell?" Reinhard asked. Very confused by the man's statement.

The man in the suit began to nod his head. "Oh yes son, this is Hell. You're an unexpected visitor though. It's strange to see you out here unaccounted for. Usually we keep track of everyone that comes in." The man in the suit said. His tone reassembling one a teacher would use when a student asked a dumb question.

"A-Am I not meant to be here?" Reinhard asked.

"Well… Yes, but that means little. I'm afraid there's little chance we can get you back to your original world. For as much as I can tell, your stuck here for eternity"

"What do you mean? W-Whats… Hell?" Reinhard asked. Completely disregarding the extremely rude tone the man was using to answer his previous question.

"Hell is an eternal punishment for one's sins. You are going to live out each and every second of eternity being put through your greatest fears, all while feeling the worst amounts of pain imaginable. And it all starts now," the man in the suit said. His tone showed a lack of sympathy or empathy for Reinhard.

Reinhard's eyes went wide, as the feeling of fear struck his heart. He was left completely lost and confused about what was happening. He thought about running or attacking the man out of pure reflexes brought on by sheer panic. But the horrible heat made him unable to even think straight let alone do much of anything.

"W-Why is this happening to me? What did I ever do to deserve this?" Reinhard asked.

"I cannot tell you that son, the person you once were has completely evaporated into nothing. When you're in Hell you will never know the truth. You'll never know a life outside of Hell, outside of suffering and torment."

Reinhard began to hyperventilate, being scared of what horrible fate lies beyond their conversation. He didn't have any idea what he even did to deserve such a punishment. Thinking he must have been a ruthless cold blooded murderer, that held no mercy towards the children and elderly.

"I-I am so very sorry for whatever I did, I please beg for your mercy and to give me another chance to prove myself and be spared of this horrible punishment." Reinhard said.

The man in the suit continued to look at Reinhard blankly. "Too late son, you had your chance. The only help I'm going to give you is this one good piece of advice, make sure you listen well. Because I'll only say it once"

Reinhard silenced himself and stared at the man in anticipation of what he was going to tell him. Hoping to hear something that will spark happiness.

"From this moment on, abandon all your hope. Because things are only going to get worse the longer you're in Hell," the man in the suit said as he turned his back and began to walk off. "With that said, your on your own now"

With a blink of an eye, the man in the suit disappeared. Leaving Reinhard to go through his eternal punishment alone and without any memory of who he once was.
