This one was an interesting challenge admittedly, but I did enjoy writing it quite a bit. Tai and Mimi have very fun chemistry and while I always knew this even in my bigger fics, it's even more prevalent when I focus on them. This was fun to write and a good challenge but probably not one of my most favourite fics.

"Couple questions?" Tai asked, looking at his girlfriend when she showed him the page when the two of them were just hanging out in their new apartment. They had to bring a few more things before the move were complete but it had been an exhausting couple of days.

"Yeah, I thought it was a good way to relax, answering these questions for fun!" Mimi said cheerfully. "What do you think?" She peered at her boyfriend, wondering if he didn't like the idea.

Tai shrugged. "I have no problem with it. Might be different."

"Should we call Agumon over to join us?" Palmon asked curiously looking between the two of them.

Tai rubbed the back of his head. "Let's just have it be us for now, ok? You can stay though, Palmon, of course." He would never try to make Mimi send Palmon away and he knew he should probably bring Agumon to see this new apartment as well, but it seemed odd. Going over to his mom's place to visit him was fine but bringing him here was still so weird.

Mimi and Palmon exchanged a look with one another before moving to sit on the couch and gesturing for Tai to join her so they could look at the iPad together. Tai did so, looking through the questions.

"Okay, so the first one is who spends almost all their money on the other?" Tai read out loud.

Mimi giggled. "Definitely you, Tai."

Tai faked to huff. "I do not. I just get you what you want whenever you want." He did like spoiling her – seeing her eyes light up whenever he got her something she wanted.

"Even when you don't have enough money to do it," Mimi countered teasingly, and Tai huffed more but didn't argue with that, so Mimi took that as her cue to read out the next question.

"Who sleeps on the other's lap?" Mimi asked before blinking. "I feel that's more on whose more tired. We both do sometimes. But…" She leaned over, resting her head in Tai's lap, and handing him the iPad. "Your lap is more comfy."

Tai laughed at that. "I don't agree with that." He gently brushed his fingers through her hair, Palmon watching the two of them with a smile.

"You don't have to," Mimi said simply. "What's the next question?" She seemed content on his lap and didn't seem inclined to move anytime soon.

"Which one constantly wears the other's clothes?" Tai read aloud. "Probably Mimi."

Mimi blushed a bit at that. "Your shirts are really comfortable."

Tai leaned down and kissed her. "You look adorable in them too." This caused her to blush further, and he grinned. Pink really was her colour.

Mimi faked to pout, sitting up and grabbing the iPad from him. "Ooh this one looks fun," Mimi said. "If we were about to rob a museum, which one does backflips through lasers and which one is strolling behind with a bag of chips? I'd probably be the one strolling behind with the bag of chips, to be honest."

"Yeah, I can agree with that," Tai said with a chuckle. "Least we won't go hungry while robbing the bank, huh?"

"Course we won't," Mimi said beaming slightly before giving the iPad back to him, so he could look at the next question.

"Which ones like to surprise the other with a lot of small random gifts?" Tai said before pausing as he thought about it. "Probably you. I'm not that great with secrets and surprises, after all."

"You've gotten better," Palmon assured him, speaking up. "I mean, you managed to surprise Mimi for her birthday."

"Yeah, barely," Tai said with a chuckle as Mimi took the iPad again.

"Who said 'I love you' first?" Mimi asked. "We both did at the same time!" She giggled, cheeks flushing as she handed the iPad back to her boyfriend, cuddling in closer in his lap.

"Yeah, that was one of the best moments ever," Tai said, chuckling. "Oh, there's only one question left. Who takes a selfie when the other one falls asleep on their shoulder?" He looked down at her and reading his expression, she giggled.

"Yeah, definitely me," Mimi said as Tai set the iPad down and wrapped his arms around her.

"You're right," Tai said. "That was fun."
