Mei wiped her tears from her face to not want to show any emotion in front of her mother or father but especially her mother because she knew she'd overreact. Not to mention it was still early in the day and she didn't want to just come home or else Ming would think something was up.

Mei took a deep breath and texted her go to...her friends. She sent a group chat to Abby, Miriam, and Priya.

Hey girls...any of you busy? I need to talk

Abby texted first.

Sure Mei, what's up?

Then Priya.

Talk to me girl.

Then bringing up the rear Miriam.

What's up? You wanna get together and talk?

The girls all agreed that they'd hang out and listen to what Mei had on her mind, they all agreed to meet up at the park to see what was up. Mei walked to the park and when she got there she saw a lone bench where she sat and put her feet up on the bench, and just held her head on her knees, she was confused about what to do and who to go with. As Mei sat on the bench with tears running down her cheeks, the first one to greet her on the bench was Abby.

"Hey Mei, how you hanging?" asked Abby.

"Terrible" sobbed Mei.

"Hey, I'm here for you girl" smiled Abby putting her hand on Mei's back.

Soon Priya and Miriam arrived and saw Abby and Mei sitting on the bench, Mei still crying into her knees.

"Hey Mei, what's up?" asked Miriam.

"Anyone's butt we need to kick?" asked Priya in her monotone voice.

"No...it's...just...I don't know anymore" sobbed Mei.

"Don't know about what?" asked Miriam.

"Boys!" exclaimed Mei.

*POOF*

Mei panda'd in the middle of the park after she said boys, a man walking his dog stopped in awe seeing what had happened, much to the girl's ire.

"Take a picture it'll last longer!" exclaimed Miriam.

"Yeah, beat it, bozo! Yeogiseo naga!" exclaimed Abby in both English and Korean.

The man, not wanting any trouble picked his dog up and ran off, delighting the girls.

"Alright Mei, talk to us," said Miriam grabbing Mei's paw.

"Well...earlier today...I went ice skating with Brendan and...and..." sobbed Mei.

"He's seeing another woman?!" exclaimed Miriam.

"He's gay?" asked Priya.

"He hurt you?! Geuneun jug-eoss!" exclaimed Abby frustrated in English and Korean.

"NO! NO! None of that...I panda'd in front of him and he got scared!" cried Mei.

"Oooooh," They all said in unison.

"Why'd you panda?" asked Miriam

"Well...I nearly fell on the ice and he caught me and stared into his eyes and then...poof!" sobbed Mei.

"He saw you panda and got freaked out? Not cool" replied Priya.

"Yeah...and I was thinking to myself how Tyler didn't get freaked out by it" sobbed Mei.

"So Brendan got freaked but Tyler didn't?" replied Priya.

"Don't you know Tyler longer though? So it's kind of expected he wouldn't get freaked" added Miriam.

"Well how do you feel about everything?" asked Abby.

"It's...I don't know...I mean they're both cute, Brendan likes studying and Tyler's a Townie, and I...I just don't know how I feel about either of them! It's like I like them both but I don't know who I wanna be with and I'm afraid I'll lose one or both of them no matter who I pick" cried, Mei.

The girls knew she was in a pickle, both boys had their positives and negatives to them. Sure they liked to tease her about both of the boys but that's what they did as friends. They all wanted to try to think of something and think of a solution quickly.

"I have an idea," said Priya.

"What?" asked Mei wiping her tears.

"Go out with both of them" suggested Priya.

Mei looked confused.

"At the same time?" asked Mei confused.

"No, talk to Brendan and explain and go one date with him and one date with Tyler" suggested Priya in a serious, monotone voice.

"Then see what your heart says" smiled Abby.

"But...I don't know" said Mei still a little confused.

"Well, you gotta make your feelings clear girl and no matter what...we got your back!" smiled Miriam.

"Yeah, and if they have a problem I'll kick both their butts!" exclaimed Abby hugging Mei.

Mei started to feel a little better, she wrapped her arms and paws around her friends, and then...

*POOF*

She was back to normal.

"Thanks, girls, you're the best friends a girl could ask for" smiled Mei with her arms still around her friends.

"Anytime girlfriend," said Priya.

"So it's settled, just talk to them individually and let them both know your feelings and see what happens from there," said Miriam.

"Will do, now since it's still early you guys maybe wanna hit some karaoke?" asked Mei.

"Hell yeah!" exclaimed Abby.

"You betcha!" exclaimed Miriam.

"Oh yeah," said Priya in monotone.

The girls all headed to the tram to head out to have a karaoke session, Mei knew she had a tall task ahead of her at school tomorrow but she was confident enough that she could lay her feelings out to the boys and see where everything would go from there.
