A/N: I do not owe the AU, the characters, or anything in this chapter. Only thing I own is the plot for this chapter specifically. The original AU Storyline belongs to 0o. strawberry . witch . o0 over on Instagram, please go check her out.

Until then, begin the chapter.

Kasei looked out at the mortal country of Japan. It was dusk here, soon to be night once Toya let her bring the moon up fully and he went to rest while she stayed up for the night she'd have to make, lest they want another Solar Eclipse to happen.

Although the day did look beautiful…

As she sat on a chair while she wore her typical everyday white foot length dress with sheer short flowy sleeves, she looked on at the mortals below. She wanted to go on a walk with Toya now…

Toya appeared from directing the sun above Japan, wearing his Ancient Greek chiton, which was knee length with white pants underneath. He walked up to her in their invisible Celestic Palace only they could see. The golden glittery substance that made up the walls was slowly turning a dark purple, while the glittery white parts glowed as night slowly began to appear.

"Hey there," Toya greeted as he stood next to her. Kasei looked at her boyfriend, the Sun God. His golden markings would make it hard for any normal mortal to look at, but she could look at him just fine. The mortal cities at night reminded her of his markings. "How'd you sleep?"

"I slept well. The summer does let me get more sleep after all," Kasei answered. "But you're excited for winter."

"So much sleep has been lost, yes, but I'll manage," Toya said, which Kasei giggled. He did seem to manage just fine during the day.

"If you'll manage, then would you mind going on a walk with me in the mortal realm before it's my turn to stay up without you?" The moon goddess asked. Toya nodded and held her hand before they both jumped off the side of the palace in the sky, before they landed in the middle of a back alley.

Toya laughed. "I love jumping down from there," Toya said. "It's so amazing."

Kasei nodded as her hair straightened since her own god magic helped return her hair to the way she had it. "Shall we go?"

"The mortals have been scum today, so I think we'll need to use our mortal disguises," Toya said to her before his clothes glowed a bit as his tattoos vanished and he wore a dark blue jacket with a high, ripped collar, and matching pants, cut off above his ankles, a pair of dark dress shoes on his feet. He also has a plain pale gray, scoop-neck shirt, below which a gray belt with a circular pattern wraps around his waist, a leather satchel attached at the back.

Kasei laughed at him. "You seem to have a passion for that one mortal who was labeled a villain!"

Toya smiled and nodded. "I daresay, his outfit is truly, 'lit', as the mortals say." That drew a few more laughs out of Kasei.

Kasei's clothing changed as well, until she wore a long sleeved pink shirt with a V-neck collar, with the shirt itself stopping a bit above her waistline so her stomach area was a bit exposed. At the end of the sleeves and the bottom of her shirt, there was a bunch of white they glowed like glitter, giving the feeling of the stars coming out as the sun set. She wore black jeans, and dark magenta colored socks, as well as combat boots.

Toya whistled, before Kasei pulled out a pair of glasses and put them on. "Okay, disguise complete," the moon goddess said. "Shall we go on that walk?"

"Yes ma'am," Toya said as he held her hand and they walked around a part of the mortal city.

The time passed until it was much later at night than they had both intended, having gone around the city and explored, even trying out a few things. It was hard to refrain from using their god powers to cheat their way to victory in a few places, like the escape room they went to, but they did it without cheating. Although last second, but still…

They were having a blast!

"It's a good thing the First God made the mortals, otherwise I think our existence might become boring," Toya said to Kasei as they both ate some ice cream while walking around the city. It was almost midnight.

"Agreed," Kasei said to Toya.

They were going to abide by the law and cross the street by waiting for the light signal to say they were allowed to walk across the street. Both were unaware of the sudden car crash down the block, which if not for a certain someone, would've turned the corner and rammed straight into them and forced them to cut their night short.

"Close one," the scythe wielding individual said, his mask distorting his voice for the time being. "They need to be careful… or else…"

"Shouldn't you head to bed?" Kasei asked Toya.

"Nah, I'll be fine for a while longer," Toya said to her, dismissing his need for sleep. "Besides, when I'm with you," he grabbed her hands and danced with her for a moment. "I could stay up forever~."

Kasei blushed, her cheeks turning purple out of embarrassment. "Stop doing that," she said.

"Stop doing what?"

"Being so… hot…"

"But if I'm not hot enough, the mortals will freeze, and there won't be a reason for us to even exist and do our cycle."

"I'm talking about romance!"

"I'm talking about us."

Kasei was embarrassed and pouted. "You're such a flirt at times," she said as they stood up and went back to walking.

"I'm your flirt," Toya replied.

"I get that," Kasei stated with a sigh. "But tone it down when we're with all these mortals. I'd rather not smite any of them unless they deserve it."

Toya chuckled and rolled his eyes. "Yes ma'am."

They continued to walk for a while, before they came to another intersection and began crossing the street. A villain was running down the street with some heroes giving chase. The villain spotted the two gods in disguise. 'Hostages!' The villain thought.

Toya and Kasei looked at the villain through the corner of their eyes. Kasei huffed, before using her powers over the night teleported her and Toya away from the villain into a separate part of Japan, with the villain shocked at the sudden disappearance of Kasei and Toya. The figure with the scythe simply hummed, putting the scythe down as the dark red glow it had faded.

"At LeAsT tHeY wEnT aWay." The figure said as he left the area to make sure they had a good time, as well as protect the mortals they were impersonating.

The two looked at the ocean as the moon shone on the beach, lighting it up. It was so beautiful at this time of night. "The night surely is beautiful," Toya said as he looked at the water.

"The day is as well," Kasei said. "It's much warmer."

"And it's much colder now," Toya said as he looked at her. "I wouldn't mind it if we swapped places for a day."

"We'd ask to swap back within a few weeks."

"True…"

They both enjoyed each other's company for a moment, before they stood up and they both shone and returned to their godly forms. The two looked behind them to find the masked figure with the scythe reading a book right behind them. The scythe was being held loosely in his hands. He wasn't going to hurt them.

"So the reaper has been following us," Toya commented as he looked at the now identified, 'Grim Reaper'.

"MaYbE, mAyBe NoT," the reaper said as he closed the book and looked at them. "WhY's It MaTtEr?"

"You've kinda been a nuisance since we started to walk," Kasei said as she looked at him and took off her glasses. "It's hard not to notice you and the people you've killed."

The Grim Reaper was silent. He jumped off the side of the wall which was next to the parking lot which was next to the beach center, his black cloak rising for a bit before he looked at them as he stood up fully and held his scythe with one hand. They couldn't see his face, only his glowing red eyes under the cloak which hid most of his face. Meanwhile, his hand gripped the scythe hard. The Grim Reaper's hands were that of flesh and blood, yes, but his entire being was tattooed so his whole body looked like a skeleton. Part of the reason he wore a mask was because it was menacing.

"NoT mY fAuLt," the Grim Reaper said. "AnD iF tHeRe'S a PrObLeM-"

"Settle down Grim," a voice said from behind him, and the three turned to look at another being. They wore a mask to cover his face. One of his eyes was pitch black with a glowing red pupil in it. His hair was messy, but was brown with red tips. He wore bone textured armor, with a black cape, and black leather pants. He had black fingerless gloves, with three slits in between his knuckles. The man's shoes were dress shoes like those of the humans here, and were black. "Settle down."

Toya and Kasei recognized him as the God of Death instantly, and were both surprised to find him in person.

"I sent him to make sure you both were kept safe. The mortals are much more deadly these days than the very beginning, when life first started," the God of Death said to them.

Toya and Kasei eased for a bit. They were still weary.

"If that's all, we'd like you to leave," Toya said.

"One thing though," the God of Death said to them, before he tossed them both gifts. They each caught it. He gave them both a ring. They were both adorable rings, and the ones they both saw at a jewelry store. "Just shut up and marry. All of us gods know you're going to marry… and honestly, I'm done waiting." He opened a portal to the Nether World. "We'll be leaving now." The Reaper jumped through the portal first.

Toya and Kasei were both blushing so bad at the fact they both had identical rings. They looked at each other. They wanted to take that step. But this…

"Just kiss!" The God of Death said to them as he back flipped into the portal.

"Eh, screw it," the Sun God said, before he kissed Kasei and put the ring he held on her ring finger, while Kasei cried tears of joy and she did the same to him.

A godly marriage unlike any other… a marriage to last an eternity.

A/N: I really gotta say that, I really enjoyed writing this and spent all day writing this. This is the most I've written for a couple weeks, so it was nice to write this. I really enjoyed this!

The Sun/Moon Toya and Kasei was the prompt for this one-shot, and I gotta say, I'm glad this came to me really easily.

And although in the prompt there is no God of Death, let's just say someone needed to fill in a role as a sort of… "bad guy"... heh heh…

So, thanks to .witch.o0 for doodling my Persona/Profile-Pic, and I wish you and your family well! ^w^
