Camilla stumbled, bringing a hand to her head, as the strange sensations surged like a fever.
"C-Corrin..." she stammered, her utterance making her feel worse.
"Camilla?" Corrin said, confused. Part of him noticed that she seemed a fair bit shorter than normal, but her was mostly worried about her strange behavior. "What's wrong?"
"I... I don't..." was all Camilla could manage, toppling over. Corrin caught her, his hands on her arms stabilizing her. Camilla smiled slightly. She should be enjoying the feeling of Corrin being worried for her, or the feeling of his surprisingly large hands gripping her, but she couldn't clear her head.
"You don't what?" Corrin asked, concern deepening. Was she unwell? He held a hand to her forehead, quickly withdrawing it when he felt a scorching heat. "Camilla, you're burning up!"
"No, I'm fine..." she protested feebly.
"You're really not. Help!" Corrin shouted, "I need a healer! Anyone?!" but there was no answer. Nobody was nearby to hear him. Grunting in annoyance, he searched his pockets, retrieving a vulnerary. "Have a drink of this!"
"No, keep it for yourself..." Camilla insisted, pushing his arm away, "I'll be all right... In a minute..."
"Camilla, you're worrying me..." Corrin said, trying to think of what to do. Her shorter stature was playing on his mind more. She was normally quite tall, only slightly shorter than he was, but he was at least a head taller now. Did she just seem smaller because she was unwell? Maybe she wasn't standing up straight...

Camilla stared up into Corrin's worried eyes.

My, how big and handsome he has become. She felt woozy, like she had been in a bath that was too hot. She felt herself slipping away, like she was falling down. Corrin was rising above her as her own viewpoint slid downward. He could feel his sister's shoulder slipping away in his grip. He repositioned his hand, only to feel the same thing again. Thinking she was falling over, he looked to her side, trying to predict which way she would fall. But she was still standing up straight. His mouth opened as he tried to process what was happening. Camilla was shrinking on the spot!

An odd wave of relief washed over Camilla as she started to realize what was happening, everything falling into place. It explained why her armor didn't fit. It explained why her dress was too big. It even explained why her retainers seemed taller. She was shrinking in size, her height dwindling before her brother's eyes. It made no sense yet explained everything. Her mind was clearing, the strange sensation gone.
Relief turned to panic as more questions entered her mind. Why was she shrinking? How small was she going to get? She looked down, her dress already quite loose. She tugged it closer to her neck, worried it would fall off. She was getting smaller by the second, but at least she had Corrin with her. The giddy feeling returned again, or at least seemed to. She wasn't sure if she was used to it, or it had gotten so strong it was almost as if it didn't exist as she peered further up into her brother's eyes. She seemed to stop shrinking, though she now barely reached his chest.

"What on earth is happening?" Corrin asked, dumbfounded.
"Oh, I suddenly feel better," Camilla said, looking over herself.
Corrin relaxed slightly, releasing his grip, but he still had many questions. "C-Camilla, you're smaller!"
"Really? You seem bigger to me!" Camilla joked.
Corrin smirked, despite his concerns. "You must be feeling better if you're back to messing with me." He showed her to a nearby bench, and the pair sat down. Camilla was thankful that her legs still reached the floor in her reduced state.
Camilla stared up at her now much bigger brother. Her circlet slipped off her head, clanging on the wooden planks. Camilla flinched at the noise but didn't care too much about her former head-wear, focused instead on her brother.
"My, my, this makes quite a change." she marveled. "Can I rest my head in your lap?"
"Not now Camilla, please," Corrin said, blushing slightly, "first you have to tell me how you got so small."
"I'm not sure," Camilla answered honestly, "I've felt a bit short all morning, and now I feel a lot shorter."
"Well, you certainly are," Corrin agreed, looking down to his littler sister, "you must be about four feet tall."
"It sounds nice when you put it that way," Camilla said, "I'm shorter even than Elise now!"
Corrin laughed. "Yes, you're the little sister now!" he coughed, remembering himself. "There's no time for this, we've got to figure this out!"
"Well, I feel fine," Camilla said plainly, "I'm not worried since I've got such a sweet, capable brother looking after me now!" she felt a flicker of that heady feeling again as she said that.
"So it started this morning..." Corrin said, thinking.
"Such a clever boy, too. I'll be right as rain in no time..."
"Maybe we should ask Leo?" Corrin said, Camilla's remark reminding him of his younger brother, "it could be due to magic?"
"I suppose so. Though I don't know of any magic like this..." Camilla said.
"Dark magic, maybe? A hex of some sort?"
Corrin's brainstorming was interrupted by a new arrival.
"Lady Camilla." It was the strong, calm voice of Beruka.
"Oh, Beruka, maybe you could..."
