Yasuha and Taka were sitting and drinking coffee while at Inkopolis Square. "So uh yeah," said Yasuha before taking his sip of his sugary coffee, "I made the music that plays in the Galleria shops. Heh, I'm not really famous though. My music isn't exactly popular or anything, it just plays in those shops because Bisk took one listen and recommended that every shopkeeper should play a section of 'New You'. Bisk's really a great dude!"

Taka responded, "That's cool. Do you have any songs other than 'New You'?" Yasuha's face lit up and he said, "Yes, I do! But of course, the only one with any sort of recognition is 'New You', of course. My other songs just kinda get ignored... but I don't mind too much. I do it for my love of music, after all." Taka nodded his head and said, "Yeah, don't focus on fame too much. It'll only corrupt your mind, and leave you disappointed when your new single doesn't hit a bazillion views. Just do what you love, and eventually, something might catch on."

"I see." said Yasuha, "What was your band like? What was it called, Hightide Era?" Taka smiled and said, "Oh, being in that band was the highlight of my life. To be honest, I kinda just did it for attention and the spotlight, but over-time I did grow a passion for music. Oh man, 7 years ago, when I was about 23- those were the days. We produced 'Sucker Punch', which became a hit and was played in those turf war battles. We also refined a crappy song I made when I was a teen and released it, which also became a hit. That one was called 'Hooked'."

Yasuha said, "Woah haven't heard of them. I'll search them up later!" Taka thought to himself, "Damn, kids these days are already forgettin' about my songs." Taka finished his ice cold coffee and threw it into the trash. Then, he told Yasuha, "So, I've been thinkin' of something. Sorry to interrupt our little chit chat with stuff about fighting, but it's kinda important. It's been exactly one week since Hot Soup told us that he'd give us that guy's address. It's been a while now, so it's safe to assume that he'll give it to us pretty damn soon."

Yasuha asked, "Where are you going with this?" Taka continued, "So, we're gonna go get a little practice. Your rhythm is a bit sloppy, and I don't think your ability is being used to it's full potential. Our fight with that Starman guy might be challenging, so I think you should refine your ability first." Yasuha said, "Alright. But- we're gonna practice how?" "Follow me." said Taka.

The two walked towards Taka's car, and then drove off to an unknown area. It was outside of Inkopolis, a faraway area known for its crime. Yasuha said, "Uh- what're we doing here? I've heard horror stories that take place here..." Taka stopped the car at a run down street, and told Yasuha to get out. The two exited the car, and Taka pointed at a dilapidated building, which was covered in graffiti and cardboard placed in front of the windows.

"I've heard of a drug dealer who apparently has some kind of superpower. No one takes the people who make these claims seriously, given that most are junkies. However, to me, it seems like these people have encountered a person who can use the power of music. So what we're gonna do is teach em a lesson, and I want you to practice on perfecting your technique as you fight whoever this person is."

"Got it." said Yasuha. Taka shot the door down, and the two entered. The place was absolutely filthy, and littered with garbage. It reeked, and the place was infested with flies and cockroaches. "God, this place is disgusting!" exclaimed Yasuha. Taka simply ignored the stench and filth. Suddenly, a voice yelled, "Who is't is in Machine Girl's lair!"

A woman wearing a t-shirt, baggy pants, and a beanie came out from a door. "Who art thou!?" yelled the woman, named Machine Girl. Taka stepped forward, but suddenly, he stepped on something. It felt squishy and weird, and suddenly, an onslaught of bullets penetrated Taka's stomach.
