Taka was greeted by the scent of delicious pancakes, and the warm and cozy feeling of the house of his friend Kuze's grandma. "Where... am I? This place is- very familiar." He noticed that his body felt different, and felt much less sore. His hair wasn't as messy, his eyes didn't feel as tired, he was more slim and fit, and he had far less body hair. He was 17 again. Kuze tapped his shoulder and said, "Hey, you're finally awake!" Taka stared at him and said, "What- what happened..."

Kuze responded, "Huh? Oh, all that soda in your system must've made you forget. You drank so much of my soda yesterday that you passed out and slept right in the middle of our practice! Y'know, I should start charging you for all that soda of mine that you drink!" Taka told Kuze, "I'm... confused. What's happening?" "I... just told you." said Kuze. Taka began to explain everything that's been happening to him to Kuze, to which he responded, "Huh? Who's Yasuha? Who's Starman? What the hell is a music powered ability? And me, living in a mansion!? I wish!"

Taka said to himself, "What's going on? It's just like how it was 13 years ago..." Kuze exclaimed, "Hey, Nishida's here!" He opened the door and Nishida said, "Ah, looks like Taka finally woke up. Anyways, is your grandma done with those pancakes? I swear- she's gotta open up a restaurant or somethin'! They're amazing!" Kuze's grandma laughed and said, "Why thank you, haha!"

Taka was incredibly confused. Time had practically reverted back, as if the last 13 years of his life were a mere dream. Kuze exclaimed, "Yo Taka, breakfast is ready! Come over!" Taka, Nishida, and Kuze all sat at the dining table. They were each given two pancakes to feast upon, and they began to chow down. Nishida pulled out a piece of note paper and said, "Alright, I improved on Hooked a bit. So like, first of all-" Kuze said, "Dude, stop eating while talking!" "OH right, sorry!"

Taka felt rather happy. However, he couldn't shake off the feeling of incredible unease. Absolutely nothing that was happening made sense. Did he somehow travel back in time? Was everything that had happened since all just a dream? What the hell did that man with the motorcycle do? All of these were questions that plagued Taka's mind, which disabled his ability to feel at ease in this relatively comfy situation he was in.

Yasuha woke up on a couch, drooling and with popcorn in his hands. He woke up to the bright glow of a TV screen, which was playing some sort of action movie. "You're finally up, sport." said a familiar voice. Yasuha looked over, and saw his dad sitting on a recliner. "You fell asleep through most of the movie!" he was told. Yasuha's face lit up.

"D- DAD!? YOU'RE BACK! WHAT- WHAT HAPPENED!?" His dad raised an eyebrow and said, "I'm... back? I'm pretty sure I never went anywhere..." Yasuha began to squeal with joy, and then he said, "What happened!? How are you back!? I missed you so so so so much!" He noticed his voice was far squeakier than usual, and he looked down at his body. Yasuha was wearing pajamas themed after his old favorite game, and his height and weight had drastically decreased. He was 13 again.

He ran up to his Dad and hugged him, saying, "I'M SO HAPPY! YOU'RE BACK- YOU'RE ALIVEE!" "Seriously, what are you on about..." muttered his Dad. Yasuha was so distracted by his sheer happiness that he didn't think about how bizarre the situation was. He didn't think about how he had just gone back in time, he was simply happy to see his father again.

However, unbeknownst to Yasuha, a strange figure was lurking near.
