Loretta was sitting on the cold, hard ground right outside of the building Venus lived in. He had his laptop with him, and he was typing away on his fanfiction for the show "Non Somnia". Alongside him was a character he manifested with his ability from the show named Gensou, who sat next to Loretta, watching him type his heart out. "I don't get it." she said.

"Get what?" asked Loretta. "Fanfiction. Why would you write stories using characters and settings you didn't create when you can just- make your own?" asked Gensou. "Ah well you see, with fanfiction- you can take a world you already know and love and take it to places it hasn't been! Take the characters on adventures they've never experienced! Show the world the way you interpret 'em! With fanfiction- you can take any preexisting realm and really 'polish' it in a way you seem fit. Or- you can use it as practice. Maybe you're not ready to start writing your own original works, and you can write fanfictions as exercises. Plus, with writing an original work, it can get hard to build an audience. But with fanfiction- the audience is already right there!"

"Okay." responded Gensou.

Yasuha had just got done attaching new legs to Taka, and the two began wondering where this attack was coming from. "I think all these characters we've been seeing are part of an ability!" exclaimed Yasuha, "Someone must be making them come to life- somehow! It should be impossible for drawings made for children to attack us yet here we are! We've got to find where the attacker is!"

Suddenly, a group of flying fish began to dash towards the two. "What the hell are those things?!" exclaimed Taka. "Oh- shit!" said Yasuha, getting ready for the onslaught of fish, "Those are potsus! They're from the same show that Snail Man and Floor Corn are from! Protect all areas showing skin!" The potsus crashed into Taka and Yasuha, biting all patches of bare skin they could find. Then, they began to suck and steal all of their blood.

"Shit- it itches!" yelled Taka. Yasuha began to spray out hands to pull off and combat the fish. "What direction did they come from again!?" exclaimed Yasuha, "That could be where the attacker is!" Taka said, "From that spot next to the building Caravan lives in! It came from that spot!" Taka and Yasuha began to run to the area, their blood getting drained by the second.

"Hey! Is that the bright glow of a laptop I spot!?" exclaimed Taka, pointing at the laptop screen which illuminated the dark spot Loretta and Gensou resided in. Loretta's gaze dashed from the bright screen to Taka's face, and he muttered, "Uhhhhh... hi!" Yasuha yelled, "That's the enemy! Kill the motherfucker!" Loretta backed away and said, "Woah woah, let's uh- let's not get carried away!" Gensou asked, "Wait. If you die, do I disappear too?" "Most likely." "Ah."

She ran to Taka and said, "Kill him! That's the enemy! Get his ass!" Loretta cried, "How could you betray me like this, Gensou!?" Gensou exclaimed, "Sorry, I'm just not too fond of this 'existence' thing." Taka yelled, "Salad Days!" and got ready to blast Loretta's shit away. Loretta yelled, "Wait wait! Please spare me! I swear I won't do anything bad anymore! Do you want me to be your servant?! Wingman!? I'll do anything just- leave me beee! I'm only 15!"

Yasuha walked up to Loretta and menacingly grabbed the collar of his hoodie. Then, he punched him right in the mouth. Then, he beat the living shit out of him. By the end, Loretta was left a bruised and bloody mess. "Never associate with Starman again. Go back to your home, or wherever you came from." Loretta began to cry, and he ran away as fast as he could, with Gensou following.

Finally, Taka and Yasuha had gotten rid of their final obstacle. However, Yasuha had a gut feeling that his story wouldn't conclude just yet. He felt as if the end hadn't begun, but rather- the beginning of the end.
