Keyaru falls off his bed thanks to the Dreadnaught hitting a wave. He gets up and looks at his Qunari friend still asleep. That was when he notices the other Saarebas is missing. The healer quickly shakes his friend. "Wake up!"

"Huh?!" The Saarebas wakes up and Keyaru points at the empty bed. This makes him realize what is going on and gets up. If the Arvaarad finds him then they will all be punished. "We need to find him."

The two Saarebas sneak around the ship, hoping to find the other. The Saarebas hears what sounds like something falling on the ground so he gets Keyaru's attention and enters the room where the sound was coming from. That was when they find an elf initiate putting Gaatlok barrels together. He looks at the two and they find his eyes bloodied and in a daze.

"Someone is mind controlling him. I will free him." The Saarebas grabs the initiate by the head and tries to undue the mind control. That was the two mages shout in pain due to their collars being activated. The Arvaarad enters with his guards and finds the Saarebas with the stolen Gaatlok barrels.

"You will pay for your thief. Both of your right hands will be cut off."

"It was not us!" Keyaru tries to tell him but the pain is making him talk slowly. This allows the elf to light the barrels.

"No!" The Saarebas warns everyone when a giant explosion encompasses the Dreadnaught. The giant Qunari ship sinks in the ocean.

Near the wreckage is land when someone comes out of the ocean. This is Keyaru who is holding his Saarebas friend, who's collar was destroyed thanks to ht explosion, and places him down. He looks up and sees the silent Saarebas over him. The healer knows it was him that mind control the elf to explode the ship.

"Why?" Is all Keyaru asks. He wants to know how he can do this. The Qunari had them imprisoned but if he had a chance to leave, why not just run away and kill so many. The silent Saarebas just looks at them and summons two icicles which strikes Keyaru and the other Saarebas in their chests.

The Saarebas leaves them to die. Keyaru coughs in pain and feels like he is about to black out. That was when someone touches his chest and feels like his wound is closing. He opens his eyes and finds his friend healing him with the icicle still in his chest. He collapses which makes Keyaru kneel next him and tries to heal him. "Don't worry! I can fix you!"

"Stop... It won't work." His Saarebas friend which reveals that his magic isn't working. He touches his neck and realizes the collar restricting his magic is still on him. He can't use his magic now.

"No." The realization saddens Keyaru. His friend weakly holds his hand up and Keyaru catches it.

"Keyaru I can tell you have the heart of those saints in your people's Chantry. That kindness is something I admire. Do not lose it. Please tell me my name just once." The Saarebas begs Keyaru, the only one to know his name. The sole human has tears in his eyes but grant his last wish.

"Of course, goodbye Aban." With that, his friend dies in his arms. He closes his eyes and sees a corpse wash up. It is the Arvaarad. He places Aban down and walks to the corpse. Keyaru grabs a key from the corpse and unlocks his collar.

Keyaru holds onto his collar and makes a vow. "I will kill you Saarebas and avenge Aban. You will pay even if it takes me my entire life to find you. But first..."

He looks at Eban and knows what he must do. Burial and then... "Can I do it?"

A redheaded Elf jumps over a tree and land next to footprints. She places her hands on tracks left by the one she is looking for. This is Tallis, formerly Athlok. She was given a task to search for a Saarebas that has escape a Qunari Dreadnaught by destroying it. No survivors. From what information she was told, the Saarebas was captured by the Templar Order after slaughtering a village. He escaped the prison due to causing a riot and is now on the loose with an army of prisoners.

Tallis looks ahead and see a bandit over a scared villager. He has a cruel smirk and wearing a necklace with ears attach to it. "You think you could've run from me?!"

"Please have mercy!" The villager begs but he would receive none as the bandit lifts his axe. Tallis runs and blocks the strike. That was when a Templar blocking the strike as well. They all look at eachother in confusion when the bandit pushes them both away. Tallis is about to go for the bandit's leg but the Templar blocks it with his sword while hitting the bandit with his shield.

"This is Chantry business Elf. Leave!" The Templar orders Tallis but she jumps over the knight and hits the bandit on his shoulder.

"I'm afraid not! This criminal has information on a Qunari mage I am searching for." She answers but the Templar shield bashes her to get her off the bandit, who tries to hit the knight but he jumps back.

"That is information that shouldn't be known. Who are you?" The Templar wants to know how she knows about the prisoner that no one should know about.

"I am Athlok." The Elf introduces herself when she ducks a slash but is punch by the bandit. She finds herself on the floor and realizes her real name. "No. I am Tallis!"

Tallis gets back on her feet and knees the Templar in the crotch while running after the bandit, who is fleeing. She tackles him off a ledge and they both roll over the hill. She lands on top of the bandit and places her daggers on the bandit's neck. "Talk! The Qunari that freed you."

"Okay! All I know is that he is going after a Dalish clan. They have something he wants. That's all I know!"

She looks at him and nods. "I believe you. Tell me, you humans worship Andraste, right?"

"Yeah. Pretty thing." The bandit nods and that was when his throat is cut.

"My type of girl. Go to her." Tallis said as she leaves the corpse and walks away. She looks up at the cliff and gives him a mocking wave. Unknown to either, a giant figure hidden in the trees is watching them. He scratches his horns and follows Tallis.

Tallis keeps walking and then stops once she hears branches break. "You can show yourself. I won't bite."

The giant figure in a mage cloak comes out and introduces himself. He takes off his hood to reveal a Qunari with two horns.

"Shanedan Tallis. I am Keyaruga and I was sent by the Arishok to assist you."

"Did you now? I'm more of a single lady but any help will be great. It's getting late, guess we should make a camp." Tallis pats her new friend, who smiles and nods as they grab sticks to burn.
