"Hey Percy."

The woman who was sitting in his couch, staring at the hearth, was no one but the goddess of the hearth and home herself.

Hestia.

"Aunt Hestia." The son of Poseidon bowed at the goddess. "What brings you to my place?" He asked.

The goddess of hearth smiled at him before speaking. "Can't I visit my favorite demigod?" Percy smiled sheepishly as he rubbed the back of his head. "Besides, without you in the camp, it's been a lonely month."

The green eyed young man replied to her statement with a question. "Why are you lonely, Aunt Hestia? The campers still cannot see you?" The woman nodded to answer. The demigod frowned as he remembered how lonely his aunt was before his arrival at the camp.

Percy sat down the hearth in the center of the camp, looking at the young girl that was looking at the hearth herself. "Hello, I'm Percy. What's your name?" He asked the young girl. The said young girl was tearing up as she replied with a question of her own. "You can see me?"

"Of course, shouldn't I be?" He asked as if it was the simplest thing in the world. Joy spread on the veins of the young girl, who leapt from where she was to embrace the new camper. Percy, who was surprised by the young girl's action, spoke out. "Woah! be careful! We'll fall to our backs if you don't." The girl though, was not listening. She continued to hug Percy as she muttered how happy she is. "I still don't know who you are. Please tell me your name."

"My name is Hestia."

"Hestia? As in the goddess of the hearth and home?" Asked Percy, surprise clearly on his face. He felt the young girl nod at him. "Then why couldn't the others see you, Lady Hestia?" The son of Poseidon questioned. If she's a goddess, then shouldn't everyone on the camp see her?

"I cast a powerful magic that only those with strong love for their family would be able to see me." The goddess explained.

"Isn't it lonely?"

"It is." The goddess smiled sadly. "You're the first person to notice me among the new demigods."

Percy continued to embrace the goddess and replied to her words. "Then I'll make sure you're not lonely anymore, Aunt Hestia."

The goddess smiled at his words.

"I'm lonely because you're not around." Spoke Hestia, giving the son of Poseidon a saddened smile. "Without you, there's no one else to talk to Percy. My sisters and the fellow Olympians may talk to me, but most of them just discuss about what happens in the mortal world."

"So you want to talk about mundane stuff?" The emerald eyed young man questioned. "You wanted to talk to your brothers and sisters about things like what they did today and stuff like that?"

"Yeah..." Uttered Hestia, who was now looking at the hearth.

Percy walked to where she was and sat down beside her. "As I said, you don't need to be lonely anymore, Aunt Hestia. Come here whenever you want to talk to me, or just want to hang out." He explained. "Just remember to come after the sun goes down, cause I got work."

"Really?"

"Yeah. I'll listen to whatever you wanted to talk about, aunt Hestia." She smiled at his response. "But I'll leave you here for now cause I gotta take a bath." He stood up as he spoke. "Taking a hot bath right after work helps calming down my muscles."

"Then I'll wait for you to get done."

"It'll take me half an hour though." The son of Poseidon replied. "You sure you can wait?"

"I've waited longer."

"Aunt Hestia, have you ever played video games?" Was the question Percy asked after getting out of the bath.

"Video games? No I haven't." Answered the goddess. "Besides, won't using technology give away your location to nearby monsters?" She asked the son of Poseidon, who was busy setting up.

"You don't need to worry about it, aunt. I asked for this place to be undetectable. Even if the monsters are outside, they won't be able to locate us." The emerald eyed demigod explained. "Besides, I asked Hephaestus for this video game console." He gave Hestia a controller.

"What is this?"

"It's a controller, used to control the console itself." He explained. "Hephaestus calls this console as Gamestation X, and explained to me that I could play whatever game the mortals ever released." Percy used the other controller to select a game.

He skimmed over various titles, there were fighting games like Tekken, Street Fighter, and Mortal Kombat. He knew that his aunt would not enjoy any of those games, so he browsed the platformers section.

Seeing the classic Mario, he pressed it and the game launched. The controller the both of them were holding changed into an older controller, which lacked joysticks.

"How do I use this, Percy?" The goddess asked.

"As I said earlier, you use this to move the character." He pointed to the d-pad, explaining its function. "This is the d-pad, it is used to move the character in a specific direction. Try moving Mario."

Hestia pressed the right button on the d-pad, which made Mario move forward. Seeing the character move, she smiled in joy. "I made him move!" She exclaimed. She pressed the right button once more, and saw that it moved again. "See! I made him move again Percy!"

The demigod laughed at her antics. "Try to press and hold it, aunt."

Doing what she was told, the goddess saw the Italian plumber move forward consistently. "He's really moving!" She exclaimed as she watched Mario move, until it hit the moving mushroom, which killed him.

Percy laughed once again, seeing the look of surprise in her aunt's face. The brunette goddess looked at the laughing demigod, then pouted. "Don't laugh at me, Percy."

The son of Poseidon calmed down, then replied at her. "Sorry, Aunt. It's just that the look in your face was adorable." He defended. "Here, I'll show you how to play." He pressed the right button, making Mario move forwards. When he saw the mushroom monster, Percy pressed the a button. It made the character jump and land on top of the mushroom monster, thereby killing it. "You press a to make him jump. Landing on monsters like the mushroom will kill them."

Throughout his explanation, the goddess of the hearth was listening intently. "So my goal is to kill those monsters then?" Asked Hestia.

"No, the goal is to get from one place to another." he answered just in time as Mario reached the castle of the first level. "Your target is to get here, then it'll transfer you to the next level. Rinse and repeat until you reach the end." Explained Percy. He jumped of a cliff, killing Mario. He died to a mushroom monster after purposely colliding with it. Once the game over screen showed up, he handed the controller to the eagerly waiting goddess. "There, press start to start a new game."

Hestia happily obliged.

The son of Poseidon woke up to the sound of angry grunts and loud noise of his television. 'Did she stay up all night just to finish the game?" He thought. When he looked at the screen, she was on the final level, avoiding the flame whips and fireballs. When she reached where the boss is, she died to the hammer. It made the frustrated goddess go ballistic.

"NO! I WAS SO CLOSE!" She shouted, the game over screen displayed in front of her. "I'm so close to rescuing the princess!" She calmed herself down when she saw that the son of Poseidon was staring at her. "Sorry about that Percy. It looks like I've woken you up."

Percy noticed that he slept on the couch, beside the goddess. "Did you play through the night?" Asked the demigod. Hestia blushed and avoided looking at him. "I'll take that as a yes then."

Looking at the wall clock he owned, he saw that it was his time to go to work. The goddess noticed him look at the clock. "Are you going to work?"

"Yeah..." answered Percy. "If you want, you can stay here. Once you're done playing, just lock the main door." He explained as he walked towards his bathroom. "If you decide to come back, and I'm not here yet, you'll find the key under my welcome mat." Smiled the teen as he entered the bathroom.

After listening to his explanation, Hestia knew what she would do later.

A/N: What's up! Ya boi Jasserru is back with a new chapter!

First off, sorry if the chapters are short. I treat this story as my side project, away from my "main projects". Also, the reason why it is short is because I write this on my phone, unlike my other fanfictions where I write them on Word.

Secondly, you kinda see what I mean when I say that I have inaccuracies? well I think it shows here. Those who have read the books or watched the movies could probably point it out when they read it. I dunno, that'll probably change in the future chapters, or when I get the time to finally read the books. (Free time is kinda scare for me, I still got college and works are getting piled up for me.

Thirdly, my update schedule kinda doesn't exist. So don't expect me to upload every week or so, you'll just be disappointed. But the maximum time you can expect me to update is a month and a half at most. If a month and a half already passed, then that either means I've been busy or dead.

Will Hestia get the hots for our favorite demigod? I dunno, maybe if you guys wanted.

So, for the next chapter, I guess I can give you guys an option:

Option 1: Hera

Option 2: One of Artemis' hunters.

Just type what option would you like on the review. Whoever gets the most vote will be the topic of the next chapter.

Follow and fave if you've liked it! Leave a review so I'll hear your thoughts! And as always, thank you for reading!
